Completed Document not found in SharePoint

I have configured “Save completed documents to SharePoint” option in the Settings under DocuSignAdmin.But i cant find any of the signed documents anywhere in the SharePoint post completion.

Error: At least one document is required

Hi,I am using DocuSign Apps Launcher version 6.4 in Salesforce and CPQ. I have configured the app and users as per the document. In the add document configuration, I have selected “Attach Documents from Salesforce record”. I am selecting a record with files and click the “Send DocuSign” button. I get an error “At least one document is required”. What am I missing?

Can Docusign Gen template allow for protected and unprotected form fields in the SAME document?

Consider a use case where a bank/finance company is automatically generating a lease agreement for a car dealership to be signed by the purchaser of the car. We (bank) want to autofill the “car price” which could editable by the dealership, but we want to autofill the “term” at 36 months but that’s locked down and uneditable. We can make this work on a basic word document but in our current docgen platform, the protected word doc basically blows up the doc gen template because it can’t read the template. Does DOcusign Gen support this use case? If so how? Can it inherit the protection attributes of the word doc, or would we set up the protection attributes in the DS Gen platform itself and they live on the template?

Salesforce flow not sending document for other users

Hi, I have set up a flow in salesforce which sends out Docusign envelopes based on a triggered flow. The trigger works perfectly fine for me as the Admin, however, when I log in as one of my end users the envelope is not sent. I have checked to make sure the user is active, added permission sets (Docusign Login, Docusign Sender, Docusign User), and enabled the system sender setting for eSignature in Salesforce. What am I missing here?

Send envelopes from Community Portal using the template configuration

We have a partner portal built on Salesforce experience cloud where our resellers can bring in deals. We want our resellers to able to send documents to their customers to be signed and also capture some data that is written back to Salesforce fields. We have been able to install the docusign package and setup a template configuration in Salesforce with all the merge field, field placement and even set the config to update certain Salesforce fields on send and successful signing. We want to be able to pull in the DocuSign template configuration in Salesforce and use that to send the template but can’t seem to find a way to do that in experience cloud. With the Apex toolkit, it doesn’t appear to allow us to fetch the DocuSign template configuration in Salesforce and use that to deliver the envelopes. Looks like we have to hard code everything from the merge fields to updating the Salesforce fields on send and completion. Does anyone know a way around this?

I am sending envelope to DocuSign from Appian using a connected system, the connection is successful but i am getting error message “DocuSign returned the following error code: USER_LACKS_MEMBERSHIP”. Can anyone please help with solution, do i need to change the configuration?

I am working in a software company and we build an integration with DocuSign in one of our services. I have following questions , can someone explain what needs to be done at our customer’s end to have this integration working ? To give you some background our service will be used by 100+ users at customer end. Following scenarios,Customer not having DocuSign. What kind of account do they need ? As partners, do we have to contact Docusign sales regarding the new opportunity in order to avail the referral benefits or does this needs to be started by the customer ? Customer already having DocuSign with other services/software, Can the customer use the same DocuSign license with our service ? Salesforce Field Text in Generated File Name

I am shocked that DocuSign Gen Templates for Salesforce does not have the functionality to use text from Salesforce Fields in the Generated File Name + File Suffix. That feature is basic functionality in competitors like Conga Composer, PandaDoc, and SDocs. Current functionality mandates that all generated file names be [Static Text Typed in the Upload Documents Stage of Gen Template Flow] + File Suffix [limited to Data Source Name and/or Date] Other Competitors give us the ability to dynamically change our file names in the doc gen such as “Custom_Field__c Purchase Order” Other threads similar to this subject say the work around is for the user to manually edit the file name. This sucks on many levels. A: The user needs Salesforce permission to edit files (we generate files automatically in our current use case with Conga and the owner of the record is not the owner of the file). Basic mapping not working

I had a POC up and running a couple of months ago and am the point where I want to put into production and now I can’t get basic Docusign mapping to work within a template. Use case: User fills out google form (also tested with Zapier form) and on submission kicks off a template in docusign. On the docusign I have a document with fields that should be filled in/mapped from the google form submission. At this point these are not getting filled in. I can see the data flowing in Zapier from the google form submit. I can also see the custom fields that I have added to the template. But when I run the test, the custom fields are empty -- regardless of if I try to manually add text in the field in zapier (as a test) or if I put the google form data field in the Zapier field (how it would run in prod).I’m fairly certain this is the exact setup I had previously, but now I cannot get it to work. Any ideas? EDIT: Not sure if this matters, we recently upgraded our Docusign from just Esig

Issue with "Get Document Generation Form Fields from Envelope" in Power Automate

Hello Community,I'm integrating DocuSign with Power Automate and have encountered an error during the step "Get Document Generation Form Fields from Envelope." The error message returned is as follows: { "statusCode": 400, "body": { "errorCode": "DOCGEN_DOCUMENT_NOT_ALLOWED", "message": "DocGen document not allowed. Account does not enable AllowDocGenDocuments setting." }}It appears that the DocGen document settings might not be enabled for my account. Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, could you advise how to resolve it? Specifically, I'm looking for guidance on enabling the AllowDocGenDocuments setting in the DocuSign account or any alternative solutions you might suggest. Below you can find the flow. What I want to achieve is filling the DocuSign template with Microsoft list item. Thank you for your assistance!

I added the XML path of the picklist field from salesforce DocuSign document generator in the word template, but when the document is generated, it is not displaying the value.Is there a reason behind it? Do we have to use some different tags to display picklist values?Appreciate any help!Thank you!

Hello DocuSign Community,I am currently utilizing Salesforce within my organization and I am interested in integrating DocuSign for the purpose of E-signatures. Power Automate with Docusign and PDF tabs

Hello,I am working on utilizing Microsoft Power Automate.The flow goes as follows:Client enters in name & email address in Microsoft Forms. Power Automate would then obtain the pdf file, create envelope, add recipient, add tabs, and send envelope.The problem I am having is utilizing an unfilled pdf file and being unable to “add tabs” according to the PDF file. I cannot determine what the actual anchor String is for each field. I’ve attempted to follow this PDF form field transformation site from DocuSign to no avail. The file can be obtained via Department of Labor government website: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/WHD/legacy/files/WH-384.pdfI am starting with this form but there will be a few other forms (looking for a standard solution and not a one off).Thank you.

Hi, We are working on setting up DocuSign Apps Launcher - right now we are still in the planning phase and I want to know if I am able to move DocuSign Envelope Templates from Salesforce Sandbox to Production through a change set? I could not find the answer in help docs. Thanks!
