Hi Team, I have installed the appexchange product ‘Docusign eSignature for Salesforce’ in my personal developer salesforce org. After i authorize with salesforce credentials, in second step/tab when i try to authorize ‘DocuSign’ its saying invalid password. However if I use the same credentials to login directly into Docusign its working fine. Do i need to connect salesforce or establish the connect from Docusign or from within Salesforce screen?Your quick response is highly appreciated. Thanks,Raj Burugupally

The names and initials are being displayed incorrectly, deviating from the expected format.Here’s the issue:For Japanese users, the signing screen is not respecting the correct name order or initials, which should align with local conventions.Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to resolve it? Hello. I created power automate, using Docusign action. I have tested some runs and looks like if the recipients are registered Docusign users, they have no problem of receiving documents but it won’t send to the recipients who are not registered to Docusign. (People who do not have license.)Has someone experienced this problem? If so, is there any solution? Thank you!
I am trying to get Quote and Product entity data fields from D365 into DocuSign Template but when creating a process in D365 you can only choose a single entity like Quote so I can Merge Quote data fields but not able to Merge Products data fields related to the Quote during the Create a New Dynamics Process step using the guide Merge Data Fields from Microsoft Dynamics to a Docusign TemplateHow can I achieve this any idea?
I am using Power Automate to create a DocuSign flow with multiple recipients in one envelope.I want to detect when each recipient has signed, so that I can update SharePoint when they sign.I can detect completion using the triggers provided by Power Automate, but I can't find a trigger for a sign.If there's any way to do this, please let me know.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,When accessing the DocuSign App Launcher in Salesforce Partial SB, it displays a loading screen but doesn't redirect to the setup page. However, it works correctly in the production environment. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this issue?Thank you.

Our instance of DocuSign in integrated with Salesforce. I am trying to build a template document in Word and am having issues with the SuppressTableRow merge tag. I need to build logic that will suppress a table row if field RBD1 has the same value as R90BD1 AND RNEGD1 has the same value as R90NEGD1. This merge tag was suggested by AI but it’s not working. Hi! I am using the Docusign Word add-in to create templates for contracts. These contracts require that all dates be written out in full, like "January 14, 2025."My team has asked if it's possible to set up date fields that allow users to select a date from a little calendar picker but have the selected date automatically appear in the document in the written-out format.Does anyone know if this functionality is possible within Docusign, or have suggestions for a workaround? Does anyone know why the "Adopt Your Signature" section in DocuSign shows only the First Name and Last Name for Japanese signers, instead of their Full Name? Is there a way to configure it to display the full name for Japanese signers?Additionally, while integrating with Workday, I’ve noticed that the First Name and Last Name fields don’t populate correctly.Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
