A Sender is NOT able to create a new template or a web form.We do NOT want to grant these power users Admin roles, as that would grant them access to account settings, Connect configurations and other vulnerable areas that should be off-limits.The Author would be able create and share templates in their demo accounts, and request they get moved/ deployed to their production environment.

Our customer set status for any to download the envelopes in retrieve. And they set the schedule as every Thursday. so the evelope is not complete also will be download. then the envelope is completed, the retrieve will not download it again. because it is in the .download folder, it will not download again. and the customer set retention policy, the completed envelope will remove after 90 days. so some completed envelope is removed but the retrieve is not download. Hope can solve this bug, so the envelpe can download again after the envelope is completed when the status is any. Thanks.

I have not done a complete audit, but the name property is missing from the listTabs object.If we need a duplicate listTab for a conditional rule, we need to have a consistent name while the tabLabel must be unique.Refer to the following documentation, and select create recipient tabs and you will see the issue:createTabs | REST API | Docusign

 I was surprised during onboarding that the only way to update contract tagging and parties in Docusign is via the UI. This is extremely inefficient and not feasible / realistic for companies with a large corpus of documents. Going through and manually merging 400 Parties, or retagging 600 Contracts is not something that should be a 1by1 point and click exercise. I would strongly suggest / urge Docusign's product team to build functionality such that both Contracts and Parties can be updates via a structured CSV or XLS upload in the same way that is typical of other enterprise SaaS solutions (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)

As per the documentation and as experienced myself it's only possible to update “Text” and "Picklist” fields through the Salesforce Docusign apps launcher / field updates section. Whereas at the completion of an envelope I wanted to update a checkbox to false, it’is possible to find the field in the field update section and give value input (false), however field update rule this is not saved. First of all I think when a field cannot be updated, it shouldn't be shown, but second and most important, it should definitely be possible to allow for updating simple fields like checkbox or number. ps I had this checked with Docusign support Adeel

Currently, when using the Recipient Activity Report, the formatting when downloading to Excel is not correct.When it opens in excel, it get automatically formatting in HH:MM:SS instead of DD:HH:MM as stated in the report on docusign, to get around this I have listed the step I have used to have it format correctly and display actionable information for use making graphs etc. Place  ‘  (Apostrophe) before the time in excel - E.G. '01:09:18In the next cell over, Copy this equation to extra the data from the cell holding the docusing data=INT(LEFT(G2, FIND(":", G2) - 1) * 24 + MID(G2, FIND(":", G2) + 1, FIND(":", G2, FIND(":", G2) + 1) - FIND(":", G2) - 1)) & " hours " & MID(G2, FIND(":", G2, FIND(":", G2) + 1) + 1, 2) & " minutes"in the cell over from this again, place the below equation. As new users of Docusign operating in a regulated GxP environment, and during our review of monthly software release notes and system behavior, we identified a significant compliance gap related to the use of the Docusign Mobile Application when the 21 CFR Part 11 (P11) module is enabled.Currently, there is no configuration option or administrative control that allows an organization to prevent users from sending and/or signing envelopes using the Docusign mobile application. Users need the ability to do bulk sending of envelopes via templates while utilizing shared access. This allows the company to setup generic email addresses (HR for example) and then utilize that HR account to send bulk items for signature, thus preventing recipients from directly seeing the sending individual’s email and data. The workaround of transferring envelopes still reveals the personal data of the individual performing the bulk sending, thus is not viable.  Ideally, the feature would check on permissions both from the shared account and the initial sending account, but if only the shared account permissions are checked that would be workable.

To Whom it May Concern:Please create the ability to run a report for expired envelopes under the 5-Click/48-hour rule. As it stands now, I must view the history of each envelope to determine if they have expired. Kind regards,Gina Forrester

From Support:  If you choose "from Contacts" it will populate all except for Phone Number. If you choose "from Directory" it will populate all except for Phone Number and Company.They are saying this can be submitted as an enhancement request. To do this we've created an Ideas platform on the Docusign Community site:_________________________________So I’m submitting the request, not sure why Docusign decided phone numbers and company are not important to pull into the details of a Room but we would appreciate if it did.Thanks!

Hello,We have a use case regarding the “Needs to View” option in DocuSign. In our process, we always include one person as a contract reviewer first, and then, in step two, the person who needs to sign the contract.The challenge is that with the current “Need to View” setting, the reviewer can only see the contract, and the document automatically continues to the signer afterward.However, in some cases, the reviewer may not agree with the content and would need to stop the contract from being sent forward.What we would really need is an enhanced option — something like a “Reviewer (View + Block if needed)” role. This would allow the reviewer to either let the contract proceed or block the workflow after their review.Thank you for taking this idea into consideration.Best regards,Marie

We are using Docusign for the enrolment contracts of an EdTech company and our clients go to read and sign the contracts using the generated URL accesible via the “Review document button”We would like to know if by any chance would be possible to add the “no translate” option to this generated URLby Docusign so that anything on the contract cannot be translated.We are offering contracts in the language of our clients and they are done using templates and docgen, what is happening now it that if the client has the browser translator active names of people and other concepts as relationship that has possible values “mother/father, grandmother/grandfather” are translated sometimes wrongly and cause avoidable complaints. 

Conditional rules template tabs is VERY limited, only allowing ONE filter condition.   This limitation requires the creation of duplicative tabs to enable visibility, etc.Documentation for creation conditional rules in nearly non-existent and Support has guided me here (again).  The worst-case scenario is the W-9 which can be retrieved from the DocuSign Template Library.  This template does not meet the IRS Rule 1 for this form, failing to allow the EIN to be entered for individuals and sole proprietors.  In addition, there are duplicative tabs for EIN1, EIN2..EIN9, one set for each of the various business entity options.  Ideally the filter option would be a multi-select control, which in the background would implement the logical OR operator “|”, for example, if (Option == IND) | (Option == C-Corp) | (Option == S-Corp) etc, … then make the EIN tabs visible for data entry.Another valuable feature would be to test for data entry, where if a tab.value is not null, then disable other tab
