Is there a way to search/filter Requests by a certain status, i.e., we have a status for attorney review for each of our attorneys. This status is used when a request is assigned to them for their review. Once their review is complete, the status is updated to a different status. What I am looking for is an option to search Requests that have been assigned to a specific attorney. Is this a possibility?

Hi! I’m trying to build an envelope template tied to a document template that shows certain ‘Spouse’ fields if the recipient has a spouse. Here’s what I’ve done so far:I created a document template with conditional fields to check for a spouse based on sender input. this shows or hides spouse text I created an envelope template that I want to connect to my document template and here is where i get stuck: the spouse is automatically added as a recipient because it is included in the document template. If I delete it, it obviously deletes the fields as well so they are no longer included in the document’s conditional text I added a routing group for spouse, but then I cannot seem to add the signature within the document’s conditional rule  Is there any workaround without having to create 2 envelope templates?Thank you! 

When a document is sent to a user through DocuSign and the user uploads a driving license as an attachment, the driving license can be uploaded in different file formats (such as JPG, PNG, or PDF). However, after it is uploaded to the envelope, DocuSign converts the attachment to PDF format. Is that correct?

Hello, Just wondering if anyone else is struggling with the update to Agreement Rules since they became “Powered By Maestro.” All my old rules that aren’t “Powered By Maestro” are working great, they upload things to my Google Drive and upload to the connected Google Sheet with no issue. Now though I’ve had nothing but issues. The Rules aren’t working even when all the conditions are met, the agreements won’t auto upload and the export data to a Google Sheet is the most egregious. The Raw Data tab doesn’t appear, the information doesn’t seem to be connecting at all anymore. Not sure why the Rules needed to be connected with Maestro when Maestro is a Workflow system and the Rules are simple automations. This is really breaking a lot of the systems my team has in place. If anyone else has experienced this and has any solutions (like how to make Rules not powered by Maestro) please let me know. Or if the team at DocuSign would be able to help revoke the update too until it works better… T

We’re attempting to use a workflow to automate complex contracts, is it possible to have a direct signing session where BOTH the initiator of the workflow and the signer use the same device? We’re trying to avoid having the client have to open the envelope via their own email/device, we just want to use the same tablet that our sales rep is using thanks

Where can I find the total document storage used by each DocuSign account? I did a little digging and it doesn’t seem like this is possible with the API.

We are using Signer Attachment tabs in a multi-recipient envelope. After completion, we can retrieve documents using Envelopes API, but there is no clear way to determine which signer uploaded which attachment. What is the recommended approach?

Context:I’m supporting a staff member who must rely on keyboard navigation for Docusign. When using a Docusign template, the workflow is to use the “replace” function and replace the default blank form with the identical form which has data entered and just needs to be sent to be signed.  IssueWhen keyboard commands: tab/arrow key/enter are used to navigate the file selection after selecting “replace” and the file is selected then the user presses enter or even navigates to “open” the file selection window closes like normal but will not replace the file. Hello,I have a problem while connecting to DocuSign from Microsoft Power Automate. This happens when I want to define the connection on a “DocuSign Demo” component.After the login screen, I get the following error message : “Failed to create OAuth connection: ClientError: Test connection failed. Details: The format of value '1.1 hosted.websense 60d' is invalid.”In some cases it has been working, and at some point we start having htis error. This happens on different accounts. If I try to had a new connection, I get the same error message.Any idea?Best regards.

What is the correct DocuSign email for support?I’ve had some unexpected subscription charges from DocuSign on my credit card over the past few years. I’m now trying to contact DocuSign Support to clarify and request a refund, but I can’t find a proper email address for billing or customer support.I also can’t log in to the DocuSign Support Center to open a case or talk to the chatbot — it keeps looping me back without letting me submit anything.Does anyone know:The correct DocuSign email address I can write to for billing/subscription issues? Or a reliable way to reach a human (e.g. a specific link, form, or workaround) if you can’t access the Support Center?I’m feeling really stuck and frustrated trying to communicate with the DocuSign team, so any advice or experience would be very helpful.Thank you!

Is there a purge limit for envelops created.  Am I able to keep all envelops created?
