I have a Web Form built with an eSignature Template that has two signers. All of the fields are assigned to the first signer except for two… the name and email address of the second signer. As a web form, however, the first signer enters all the information for all the fields, including the name and email address of the second signer. After finishing, when they see the final document to review and sign, all the data is visible except for the name and email address of the second signer, which appear blank to the first signer.If the first signer goes on to sign the document, it is emailed to the second signer, who can now see the second signer name and email in place, so the data definitely made it from the web form to the eSignature template.Unfortunately, this is confusing our first signers, and they are calling us wondering why it’s broken. How do you create a signing group?  I have an admin account but do not see the signing gruop option in my contacts setting.  

Is anyone currently using DocuSign In-Person Signing with Topaz GemView tablets? We've successfully tested DocuSign with our Topaz SigLite Standard pads using SigPlusExtLite, but we're interested in providing a better customer experience by allowing signers to view the documents directly on the signing device. Since DocuSign appears to support GemView tablets, I'd be interested in hearing about any real-world experiences, lessons learned, or recommendationsWe're hoping to gather some feedback before investing the time and resources into testing and deployment.

We are planning to allow adding up to 99 signers to an envelopeWe have a developer account, but we find out that we have RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED when we put more than 15 signersThe error message is not entirely clear to me “You have reached the maximum number of recipients allowed for a single transaction. Please remove some recipients, or split them across multiple tran”. Too much users, or should we define our envelope differently ?Is there a way to lft the limit to the theoretical maximum of 99 in order to test ?Best regards

A company is claiming I docusigned a document that I don’t believe I did. They will not show me a COC. Is there a way I can get the COC?

Hello,I'm in a dispute and someone claim to have a document signed by me using docusign. They took another signed document by me and pasted my signature (with the docusign ID watermark) into another document I never signed. Of course In my DS account there is no such document. How can I prove the document is fake? I'm a free user of docusign. I can't prove I never sent this via email as I shared a group of documents in a drive folder, and they claim that document was inside the folder, and then removed.

I’ve received an old employment contract from my employer, which is different from the one I have. I want to check if this document is legit, as it was apparently sent and signed using Docusign, but I can’t find the original emails. I have the Docusign envelope ID, and the codes underneath each signature. Can these be used to verify if the document is legit? 

I’ve been getting a few bounced email error messages.  This mostly occurs to people I have sent Hundreds of docusign envelopes to, and they are on the same server as I am, so it’s not an ITS issue.  I’ve ignored some, and they seem to go away, but this is obviously a problem that keeps occuring.    

Hello.When using the "Add documents to an envelope" action, I get the error message “Flow run failed. Action 'Add_documents_to_an_envelope' failed: The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters.”I get this with both docx and pdf documents. Wrapping the ContentBytes in the base64 function did not resolve the problem. The Inputs and Outputs of the action are attached.Has anyone had the problem and knows how to fix it?Many thanks*** attachment removed due to sensitive information

I am trying to fill out a package I received in my email, but DocuSign keeps looping me back to the login page. After logging in, my home portal isn't displaying anything in my inbox. The email I used to log in is the same email I received the form through. I've also tried accessing the package via the security code, but I'm running into the same problem. I am currently operating on the free trial. And, I'm unable to contact DocuSign for support because the “Chat with us” button on the support page is unresponsive. 

My wife had a paid DocuSign account and she cancelled over 30 days before the renewal date. She got a cancellation email too. Yet today, her card was charged again. When she tried to login to DocuSign, she found there was no way to login and she kept getting the message that her account does not exist. So now, out of frustration I’m going into ALL CAPS. DOCUSIGN, I HOPE YOU ARE NOT DEAF:THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT DOCUSIGN IF YOU CANNOT LOGIN - THAT’S WHY I’M USING MY ACCOUNT TO BE ON THIS POST SINCE SHE CANNOT LOGIN, SHE CANNOT EVEN CONTACT THEM FOR SUPPORT THE CHAT BUBBLE DOES NOT WORKCONCLUSION: By the number of complaints on this community forum, there’s one conclusion - DOCUSIGN SUPPORT IS NON EXISTANT AND THEY HAVE MADE IT VERY HARD FOR ACCOUNT HOLDERS TO REACH THEM. I need to initial a markup on a document, but the textbox from the markup is covering the initial field. Whenever I go to click the initial field, the textbox fully overlaps it. I initially made the markup, the other signer added to it, and I need to approve their additions. Is there a way to move the text box without sending it back? And if I do decline to sign, would that only void the markups the other signer made? Thank you!

This is my first time setting up roles to use the templates from the app. I absolutely am putting in the email address correctly. Any ideas?

As a long time Docusign customer, I could not believe you would automatically increase my subscription fee from $45/mo to $90/mo without asking me to approve or opt-in to this change. I literally thought this was a scam when it came to me via email. Instead I had to take time to contact a Docusign rep, go into a chat and go through a timely and inconvenient process for the rep to change my plan back to the plan I’ve had for several years from a $90/mo plan I was automatically changed to without any request or benefit to me. There literally isn’t even a $90/mo plan on the website. The highest plan is $65/mo. And there is absolutely nothing about my usage (which is very infrequent) that would merit switching me to a $90/mo “unlimited envelope” plan. I found this to be a horrible practice by Docusign. It seems the executives and the board may be getting very greedy to implement an auto-increase like this on their customers - automatically doubling their monthly subscription fee and hoping

Is it mandatory that the Admin account itself be registered with a corporate email domain, or is it sufficient that the person filling out the verification form uses a corporate email — even if the DocuSign account is linked to a @gmail address?2. Plan eligibilityIs a specific DocuSign plan required to complete the Go-Live process for a private custom integration using JWT authentication? If so, which plans are supported?3. Signing the formIs it mandatory to complete the identity verification step (document photo + selfie) during the Go-Live form, or can the process be approved without it?

Hi All,I would like to clarify the exact expiration time for a DocuSign link once the envelope is sent. One of my clients said that their link expired within 24 hours. Has the expiration period been changed to 1 day? Because previously, it’s not expired within 24 hours.Thank you.

The root cause is the invisible tracking pixel and its associated tracking link embedded in DocuSign emails. Hi everyone,I’m creating and sending envelopes from an Azure Function using the DocuSign eSignature REST API on the demo environment. The envelope is created successfully and looks correct in DocuSign, but recipients never get the signing email.What happensMy API creates a draft envelope, adds a document, adds 2 signers, adds tabs, then updates the envelope status to sent. DocuSign returns an envelope ID with no error. In DocuSign Manage: Envelope status is Sent Both recipients show Needs to Sign Both show Sent on the same time Signing order is 1 for both (they should get the email at the same time) Email addresses on the recipients are correct Neither recipient receives the DocuSign email. 「Docusignのステータス」からエンベロープ番号を選択＞「詳細」タブを開き、「差出人」「差出人のメールアドレス」はdocusign上のどこの画面での設定が反映されているでしょうか？背景としては、元々書類送付時にAさんの名前・アドレスを差出人としていましたが、退職によりAさんのアカウントをBさんに上書き（編集）しました。その後書類を送るとまだＡさんの名前とアドレスのままで送られているようで変更方法がわからない状態です。
