Good morning.I’m working on a pledge document for a campaign. As I enter the fillable fields, I need to use numbers WITHOUT decimals (for dates and timeframe) but that isn’t an option in the number format section. Is there a way to do that?  I’m stumped. Thanks! ss

This has happened to two different people now where they send out a document to be signed and when the first person in the signing order signs they get the email stating that it is their turn and they sign. But when we go to download the signed documents from Docusign, only the second signers signature is there. I have attached a screenshot showing both parties signed. What has happened here?  

We have a template we send to customers and this template contains State and Country picklists.We have 2 issues which we submitted to DocuSign Support but still waiting for a resolution so thought I check with the community.When Country= USA is selected, the State picklist displays all states and provinces in USA and outside USA. Workable but not professional and we want to provide our customers just USA states if Country USA is selected. In State picklist, when customer selects California, it changes into Caglieri.  When Tennessee is selected, it changes into Tamil Nadu. I researched and figured out why this is happening but I still need a fix because this confuses our Customers. In Docusign - Caglieri and California both have ISO Codes=CA, Tamil Nadu and Tennessee ISO Codes are TN. I am unable to edit the ISO Codes on the template and Salesforce.I need help on these issues. I submitted tickets to Support but issue been going on for almost 2 months and no recommendation.

I need to find a way to force the signature to be bold as is too thin and when we print out the documents it can barely be found i know if they draw the signature this could help i also now if they upload their own signature this would work out i i don't know how to force the fonts to only be the boldest ones so once they are selected they could be more legible. all the suggestion to mitigate are much apreciatted. 

We are using DocuSign for a POC. A DocuSign account has already been created and successfully connected to Salesforce.However, when we try to add or use Salesforce merge fields while sending an envelope, we receive the following error:“This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields”The integration between DocuSign and Salesforce is active, but merge fields are not working. We are unsure if we are missing any required permissions, settings, or configuration on either the Salesforce side or within DocuSign for merge field access.We would like help identifying: Which Salesforce user DocuSign uses to resolve merge fields Any additional permissions or setup required for merge fields in a POC DocuSign account Please let us know what configuration or access is missing to resolve this issue.

How do I use Docusign free of charge

I’ve created a merge field in Docusign that is to write back to an opportunity field in Salesforce, and have placed the anchor tag in my word document template.  When I go to send the document out for signature, the text field for data to be entered is barely wide enough to notice it’s even there:I know I can manually adjust the width of the field before sending, but asking my users to have to do this for every contract that goes out is not reasonable.  How can I set this anchored merge field to be wider by default?

I have been unable to fully open Docusign Rooms for almost two months. Tech support closed the case and said "Good Luck" but we can't help. Has anyone else experienced this? I tried every concievable fix to no avail.

I received a message in my account asking me to sign a fraudulent document.In its title, it reads:“Bradesco – Purchase Approved: R$12,000.00 for Walter …”I am Walter — and they had both my email address and my full name.Bradesco is a major Brazilian bank, roughly equivalent to Bank of America in scale and relevance.So how did this even reach me, given that it was clearly fraudulent and explicitly impersonating a well-known bank — quite possibly a DocuSign client?Well, well, well…..This is not the reputation one would expect from a company positioning itself as a trust platform.

How can I make the SSN field (text box set to nine digits) where the document cannot be finished if the user enters anything other than nine digits?  I am wanting nine digits exactly…….not 4…..not 7…...nine exactly.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have a template docx where I want to put payment details with QR code image (different for each user).I’ve already tried all of the following (`payment_qr_code` = Base64 encoded image).And none of it displayed anything, it just prints the string/html tag. I use the https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/envelopes/documentgeneration/updateenvelopedocgenformfields/ API.

Hello,I am unable to start the identity verification required to sign a document via DocuSign due to a technical issue with the IDnow verification step.In the mobile IDnow app, the connection test immediately shows the message “You have NO connection - BAD” and stops. This occurs despite having a stable internet connection. I tested this on a smartphone using both Wi-Fi and mobile data, without VPN.On desktop, the identity verification step also cannot be completed: the “Connection speed test” screen does not progress and remains stuck (Chrome browser, tested with both Wi-Fi and mobile internet, all permissions granted for camera, microphone, and location, no browser extensions installed).Because of this issue, I am completely blocked from completing the legally required identity verification and therefore cannot proceed with signing the document.Additionally, I am currently unable to contact DocuSign support through the platform itself. I am trying to develop a Docusign integration with a dev account. After 20-30 envelopes the API just gives up with a permanent ENVELOPE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED error. Not very helpful for a developer.The support live chat I can’t seem to get to do anything - click the button and nothing happens. Trying to login to support gives me an auth error. How can I contact support to get them to lift this limit. I’m on my second developer account already and I don’t want to keep creating them.Anyone know the email address for support or some way of sorting this?

I need to contact the support because the signing process of one of my files does not work. When I try to access the support chat here, nothing happens when pressing the button. There is also no html behind the button I could copy to another browser. It’s not working in Chrome (incognito & normal mode), Firefox, Safari  I also can not access any other type of support since I’m not a paying member. I also can’t log in to the support page, because first I’d need to open a chat - which is not working. 

I am trying to send out a document for signature but my client is receiving the error message “resource token authentication error”. I have his correct email address, what could be the issue please?

We have been setting up a new SharePoint library for contracts and using the SP integration. When I and a couple of other users test it, it returns the doc the source folder/document set.  We are using Document Sets but works the same for folders.Our main user however gets signed docs returned to the root folder. DS site says it’s a know issue. Docusign documentationAnyone found a fix yet?  

We use DocuSign to route for signature directly out of our Database (there is a DocuSign link in the database to click/send to DocuSign). Recent user was unable to void or cancel envelope that first signer “declined”. Error message read, “Only envelopes in the ‘Sent’ or ‘Delivered’ state may be voided.” 

On a Web Forms template, I need to use conditionnal routing to send the enveloppe to a Routing Group, with 6 potential recipients. All of those recipients are shared mailboxes, for 6 different teams. It works well, but now, they want to be able, once received, to assign someone to the task.So I need those recipients to assign the last recipient as the final signatory.But both on prod and sandbox, it seems that only “needs to sign”, “needs to view”, “receives a copy.” are available for routing group… Note that for “standard” type of recipients (= not from a routing group), I can also use “specify recipients”, “update recipients”, and “edit”, so it’s not about enabling it (I’m admin). Did I miss something ? How can I have a routing group to assign the next recipient (by typing the email address at some point) ?Kind regards

We would like to send invitations to more than 300 freemium accounts to join the organization account; however, we do not want to wait for users to accept the invitation. Is it possible for the accounts to be automatically accepted once the invitation is sent?As part of the invitation process, Will the users Envelops in the Freemium Accounts gets transferred to Organization Account ? 

I want to use radio buttons in my template.  However, the input for radio buttons (as well as numbers, drop downs and several others) are locked.  Why are these locked?  How do I insert radio buttons?
