I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of our account and, in particular, the level of service we have received from your sales team.Firstly, the sales representative, Dooa Handy, provided us with information regarding the cost of our renewal which was incorrect. I have the email correspondence to evidence this and am happy to provide this as part of the complaint.Since then, I have been trying to obtain some fairly basic information from Dooa to enable us to make an informed decision about which agreement we wish to take forward. Despite contacting and chasing him on numerous occasions, I have received no response.I have also raised this with his manager, Omar Khaled, but unfortunately this has not resulted in the issue being resolved either.What is particularly frustrating is that our account has now been stopped, despite the fact that we have not signed a new agreement because we are still trying to establish the information we need in order to decide whic

Auto renewed the subscription including advanced signature. spent HOURS trying to pay. Finally got through. Paying for account for over a month that doesn’t work. Can’t use advanced signature. Told to go back to account manager. 24 hours later and a disappoined client later no wiser .Impossible to reach customer service in real time. 

I have a Document Template that has 3 total signers. The Document Template is used across 10 Envelope Templates. In some Envelope Templates, I need all 3 signers, no issue there. The problem is, on certain Envelope Templates that use the Document Template, I only need 2 signers.My question is: If I send an Envelope Template (via the API through my own app) and only assign email values for signer 1 and signer 3, will signer 2’s fields be removed automatically? Or will the envelope fail to send, or even get stuck on an a non-existent “Signer 2”?I understand that quick workaround would be to create a Document Template for 2 signers, and a Document Template for all 3 signers, but that approach feels like it defeats the purpose of Document Templates. I also tried creating the Envelope Template using the Document Template, deleting signer 2’s fields from the Envelope Template, but editing the original Document Template re-applies Signer 2’s fields (as expected). 

I’m having an issue downloading the signed agreement with the certificate of completion as one file only.  I do not need the disclosures.  Selecting to download all documents as one file adds 3 pages of disclosures which are not needed.  Is it possible to combine the signed agreement with the certificate of completion only and download?  If so, how is this accomplished?  If not possible, could Docusign please consider it and make it available in the future?

Hi Support,I'm using Bulk Send in DocuSign with a routing order of Reviewer (view-only) → Signer.The reviewer's role is just to view the document before it moves on — they're not signing or adding anything. The problem is that the data I've loaded via the Bulk Send recipient list doesn't populate/display for the reviewer at their step. I created a digital signature but the document that needs my signature does not use the signature I created.  How can I force the document that needs my signature to use the signature I created? 

We recently downgraded to the free plan. We understand that support is only available via chat for free plan users, but the chat support option appears to be disabled and we’re unable to click the button. Are we still able to get support under the free plan?

The Docusign-esign-java libary released a new version (6.7.0) last on 7/1/2026; however, it still uses a version of com.fasterxml.jackson.core (2.17.1) that has a vulnerability (CVE GHSA-72hv-8253-57qq).  This vulnerability was fixed in version 2.18.6 and 2.21.1.  When can we expect docusign-esign-java to be updated to use a jackson.core version with the fix?This is the entry in my pom.xml        <dependency>            <groupId>com.docusign</groupId>            <artifactId>docusign-esign-java</artifactId>            <version>6.7.0</version>            <classifier>shaded</classifier>        </dependency>If I remove the shaded classifier then the application throws an error (java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/fasterxml/jackson/databind/util/ISO8601DateFormat) when it tries to create a  com.docusign.esign.client.ApiClient 

How can I bulk download my signed envelopes WITHOUT downloading any other application or doing some kind of programming?  I’m using DocuSign in a corporate environment and I cannot download/install applications.  Frankly this is a basic feature and there should be as simple as “select all” > “download” under Completed Agreements.  It’s ridiculous that this feature is not readily apparent.

If a client has an Enterprise Pro account and have multiple branding/logo requirements for multiple divisions/departments, how can brands be set up so that individual users can select the appropriate logo/brand for their department? We’re not using any templates or workflows in Docusign but are integrating the eSignature action from another CLM platform. Is there any way to automate the brand selection if the internal contracting entity name appears as one of hte recipients rather than manually clicking the Advanced Options button?

When sending documents out for signature and using Shared Access can the sender be a shared mailbox?

We are migrating an existing DocuSign SOAP integration from legacy authentication to App Password authentication and need clarification on one specific scenario.Our current SOAP authentication flow is:1. The user enters their DocuSign credential in our application.2. We authenticate using `credential.asmx`.3. We call `GetEncryptedPassword()` on `accountmanagement.asmx`.4. We store the DocuSign-issued encrypted password returned by `GetEncryptedPassword()`.5. Subsequent SOAP calls (`api.asmx`) authenticate using the `[IntegratorKey]email` username format and that encrypted password through WS-Security / `X-DocuSign-Authentication`.We have tested replacing the user's regular DocuSign password with an **App Password**. The initial authentication and `GetEncryptedPassword()` call succeed.We need confirmation on the following two questions:**1. If `GetEncryptedPassword()` is called after authenticating with an App Password, are subsequent SOAP API calls using the returned encrypted password

While on the Web Form page for Docusign, I was interested so I clicked free trial at the top of the page. I signed up etc, but cannot find the trial of the web form builder in the dashboard? I tried to contact support but the start chat button would click and but not launch a chat, so I here I am.Question for Community: How can I evaluate whether the web form builder everything we need without needing to carve out time for a sales pitch from a docusign rep? Do I come up with a list and post it here?Question for UX team: Why have the free trial button on the page of a product feature that you can’t try before you buy?

At the moment when a customer signs a contract both ourselves and the client are sent separate PDF attachments. All of clients and ourselves require the combined version, so we have to go in and download these individually for each contract. Would it be possible to automatically email over the combined PDF attachment once something is signed

Hi Team,I understand that custom reports are generally not shared between users, and that one user cannot directly access a report created by another user. However, why doesn't DocuSign provide administrators with the ability to transfer ownership of custom or scheduled reports created by another user?A common business scenario is when the employee who created and scheduled a report leaves the organization. In such cases, administrators may need to update the report fields, modify filters, change the schedule, or maintain the report for ongoing business needs. Currently, there appears to be no way to manage or transfer ownership of these reports, even for users with full administrative privileges.Could DocuSign consider adding a feature that allows administrators to view, transfer, or assume ownership of custom and scheduled reports when the original report owner is no longer available? This would help ensure business continuity and reduce the need to recreate reports from scratch.Than

Hello All, Regarding Docusign for Dynamics 365, We recently migrated the Docusign Authentication Type from SOBO to OAuth2.0 for Production environment, however we noticed that earlier we had assigned Docusign related roles like Docusign User and Docusign Trace security roles to a azure Security group, and all the users who needed access to Docusign integration were added to that security group. However, we noticed that this is not working anymore i.e. user is unable to see Sign with Docusign, send Signatures button and other Docusign functionalities on Opportunity when they are being assigned roles via Entra ID group or Team. However when roles are individually assigned, they are able to see. Is this something due to the recent update that happened in Docusign? If yes, then what are the options to be able to achieve this as there are about 60 users.
