on EDIT FILTERS of a report, need to be able to select more than one envelope status to report on.  example both sent and delivered.  Need an AND or OR capability. Also, need to be able to sort the report with like an order by option.

An option to send a secure link in an email from us for other parties to sign a document/envelope vs. an email from DocuSign. I do not believe Powerforms will work in these instances because the documents we are sending are contracts/leases and no two are the same. We have had multiple calls lately stating the other party hasn’t received an email from DocuSign to sign a document. Even when a ‘reminder’ email is sent it is not going through. This could be as simple as the DocuSign email going to their junk folder and being overlooked, but it does create extra work on both sides trying to get the document signed. 

I have poor vision. It would be great if I didn’t have to take my browser’s zoom down to 70 percent in order to access DocuSign’s search function. It’s tedious and ableist. I also know enough to know that it is an easy fix. Stop putting everything off on your customers.

I would like to have the function that we can share Web Forms.Currently, after create Web Forms, we can edit the form only the owner.If we can share the form and edit by a group, it is very useful for business users. This is an idea from my question. 

I would love it if eSignature reporting could report 12 months data grouped into monthly buckets, especially on the Group Activity Report. Having to run each month one month at a time is a PAIN! I’d also love it if I could change the title of an idea and alter my own spelling mistake on Reporting in Monthly bucmets | Community (docusign.com) 

It would be helpful to have a designated primary contact in DS Support who would answer the Cases opened by the Account Admin. This needs to be a similar Time Zone person with a secondary/backup person in case of the off hours.Thanks

It is not appropriate to make cookies which contain my login information. Whether or not it is encrypted, subscripted, perscripted, or otherwise. When I log out - I expect every “Let’s hide this in the person’s browser” stuff to be eliminated. After all, what if I was in a public library? It is extremely easy to find out where I had been on a browser and if they then went here the intruder could cause significant harm to me or might get me banded from this forum. Please. Use best pratices, get rid of all cookies when someone logs out.Thanks for reading.

I think it would be great if users could download all the enveloppe they sent and the associated receipts. You have visibility on your last 50 enveloppes in your dashboard, at least be able to download all of these, and if you click next page, same.

Hello,I have an envelope with multiple signers, where the last signer is the processor, who receives the signed envelope and takes all documents to the DMV to pay the fees and complete the work.It would be very useful if the last signer (processor) were able to upload the receipt of the work done at the DMV to the Docusign envelope and keep everything organized.  I am only suggesting the ability to upload a receipt or other form of “proof of completion" to an existing signed envelope. BestGeraldo

Would like the option for individuals to set their own default reminder/expiry settings without having to change it for the entire company.  Would like clearer information on the information button when it is greyed out to advise where to go so that the screen is more intuitive e.g. guide them that although it is not an account default they can modify it via the Advanced options (better yet - why doesn’t this appear on this main page automatically if there is no account default set?)  

Allow users to access and obtain a copy of a document that has been partially signed. This feature ensures that users can retrieve documents even if not all signatures have been completed.

We have found that the templates in e-signature, custom merge fields do not act as text fields as far as formatting and spacing.  You have to guess on how much space you will need to accommodate the longest known delimiter.  So if you are merging a client’s firm name into a sentence as a custom field and the first client is “AD Bank” and the second client is “John Jacob Jingleheimer-Schmitt Broker Dealers Incorporated” you would have to format the spacing in your template to accommodate the second name which would leave a ton of space for AD Bank’s document.  If you format for less than the space on the longest name, then the longer name overprints on the text of the file.  The merge fields should act as text as far as the template documents are concerned, either expanding or shrinking to fit the text and allowing the existing text on the page to move along with the merged text.  This has caused issues with bulk sends where we sent out thousands of documents with multiple merge fields

As an eSignature Admin, I can be working with my own envelopes in the Sent and Drafts folders and can click the three vertical dots on the far right, select Transfer Ownership and quickly and easily transfer a single envelope to another user. Logically, the option should appear for even limited, delegated admins granted the Envelope Transfer permission. Unfortunately, the option only appears for full admins.I created a custom permission profile and experimented with granting more and more admin permissions. I can check everything between Users and Groups and Stamps, but the user still won’t see the Transfer Ownership option in their Sent and Drafts folder. All they see is Save as Template and Delete. But if I change the permission profile to Allow All administrative access, the Transfer Ownership option appears.For logical consistency, please show the Transfer Ownership option not just to full admins but to delegated admins with Envelope Transfer permissions. Problem:We currently work with six banks, each having its own MPA PDF format. Additionally, we have 200+ partners whose MPAs follow the same structure and mapping, but each partner requires different header and footer branding. Because of this variability, adding static headers and footers in the source Word file is not feasible. Maintaining over 200 partner–bank combinations as separate documents is not scalable and would be extremely difficult to manage in real time. Previously, we only had five banks and four partners (20 combinations), which was manageable.
