Hi all,I am supposed to sign documents using my company e-mail but I am not able to get through identification process, I tried using other browser, restarting, incognito mode, etc. but nothing helps. I stuck on the Connection Speed Test page - I enter it and nothing happens. Any ideas what to do?

Dear DocuSign Team, We recently started using the DocuSign new shared access feature in our organization, migrating all the actual access from the old to the new feature. After that, I discovered that the new feature is designed to not allow users to access a shared envelope via a direct link, which caused a huge manual work for some of our departments. Do you have any plans to enable the link access for the new feature, or should we rollback and use again the old feature? Thank you,Raafat

I would like to know how to, or request a feature, that makes it possible at admin level to customise the default subject line prefix that appears in sending emails.Currently this always defaults to “Complete with Docusign:” and this wording has on many occasions caused documents to be overlooked by recipients - the feedback I get is they see the word “Complete” and think it is a completed document, not a request for a signature, especially for our internal signatories who receive lots of documents for signing. This problem is compounded by the default subject line for finished documents starting with “Completed” - this just seems like a major UX oversight.It is frustrating to have to go in and change this on every envelope. I did see a ‘solution’ that involved setting up templates, but I send lots of different docs, I don’t want a template for each one, and navigating to templates just to send a quick doc seems unnecessarily onerous when you have made all other aspects of the system e

Do we do this via the docusign customer support portal.We have been advised by a member of docusign that there is no procedure but we find this hard to believe.The complaint we wish to make is against docusign themselves and a mis-sold contract.If anyone can assist us that would be appreciated.

I'm using Outlook for emails and have already cleared the cache, as that might have been affecting this issue. 

Hello,Someone sent me a document to sign.I don’t want to sign.I don’t want to open the document, in which case they will receive a notification that I opened it. This is commonly used by scammers/fishing-attempts to fish for info or actions on things that take place on my end.I have been getting daily reminders for a while now to sign. It’s annoying. It’s a waste of my time to get these emails daily and to handle them.I have emailed the sender asking them to stop sending these. They did not.How can I stop getting these reminders to sign? It’s costing me a lot of time, grief, computer resources, and general annoyance, and it’s generally unfair to me to be bothered with this stuff daily.Thank you in advance.

My credit card got charged $120 on Oct 25 but my DocuSign account is free through DocuSign for Realtors.  How to I get rid of this charge and the second account?  There does not seem to be a way to call, email or write to DocuSign. Rhonda Berg 

I’m an admin and have provided shared access to one user account to multiple users. When the users are trying to correct bounced back emails by using the Resend button, they can go in and commence correcting it, but then an error message appears “Something went wrong. Please try again”. The envelope is then showing status of Correcting, but no one can access it. The help material says this should be ok in 15 minutes, but not the case. When I test out trying to correct the envelope there is no issues. All users have been given “edit” access.

I am reaching out to share my terrible experience with DocuSign “support” and seek advice on accessing the non-profit discount.In August 2025, I carefully read all the eligibility guidelines for the non-profit discount, which is verified through a third party service, Goodstack. Nothing in the instructions or on the Goodstack website indicated that a Goodstack account was necessary for them to complete the verification. The instructions from DocuSign indicate that Goodstack will reach out to you for any verification needs after you complete the DocuSign non-profit sign up (which requires a credit card). So, I applied via DocuSign, and my organization was immediately declined and charged the full amount for our account. I then began what has been an over two month journey with DocuSign “support” of trying to find out why we were denied and hopefully resubmit for approval. “Support” bounced me to over 5 different people who’s only answer was “we don’t know why you were denied, let us loo

After all parties signed my document, Docusign changed SOME of the terms within my document into gibberish/symbols.I use Zipforms for my contracts, and only SOME (not all) terms that I included in the contract where changed to symbols once all parties finished signing.The issue is NOT my PDF viewer, as I viewed the document online within Docusign itself, and it shows the symbols.  Yet, on the previous completed envelope, that PDF does not have the issue.I’m going to resend a new envelope for re-signing, and we’ll see if the problem persists.  Yet, I’d love to know why this occured when I’ve never had this issue in 18 years using DS.  

I’ve configured a Connect configuration in DocuSign and selected “Include Configuration Level OAuth” for authentication. I have entered my Auth URL, Client ID, and Client Secret in the setup.However, when the Connect request is sent, I only receive the grant_type and my custom parameters. The client_id and client_secret values are not included in the request payload.How does DocuSign send the Client ID and Client Secret during the OAuth call — are they sent as headers, as part of the body, or in some other format?How can I ensure that the Client ID and Client Secret are sent as part of the OAuth request?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,I would like to know if there is a way to allow the signer to choose the TSP (Trust Service Provider) when signing with a qualified electronic signature. Currently, the sender must select a specific provider in advance.Our scenario involves adding recipients from different countries, and in many cases, we do not know the exact TSP provider they have. Is it possible to allow the sender to specify only the type of signature (e.g., qualified or simple electronic) and let the signer select the exact provider during signing?Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!

Hi,I have a scenario where Phone Authentication is already configured as the identity verification method. I’m now looking to enable IAL2 (ID Verification) as well.When sending an eSignature envelope to a recipient, is it possible to require the signer to complete Phone Authentication first and then IAL2 verification as part of the same signing process?If this is not supported, what is the recommended or best-practice approach for handling scenarios where a higher level of identity assurance is required?Thank you.

I cant´t create a webform from a template. I checked all the steps, every field has a description and so on. In the end it´s showing an error: “The use of a document creation template is not supported.”Any idea?

Hello DocuSign Community,I am looking for clarification regarding supported digital certificates for Brazil (ICP-Brasil), specifically cloud-based certificates where the private key is not stored locally on the signer’s machine. I use an ICP-Brasil e-CPF cloud certificate, managed by a certified Trust Service Provider (TSP). The certificate is not installed in the Windows Certificate Store and is not exposed via PKCS#11 or CSP locally. The signing process works as follows: The user selects “cloud certificate” A local application is launched The signer authenticates using QR Code + 2FA (mobile approval) The cryptographic signing operation occurs remotely (HSM / remote key signing) This certificate works correctly on: Government portals Other Brazilian signing platforms Websites that require client certificate authentication However, when attempting to sign documents in DocuSign eSignature, the signing process cannot be completed, which suggests that DocuSign e

When a user leaves our company we transferer their envelopes using the “Transfer now” button before closing the user’s account. Occasionally an admin will start several of these transfers at once or get distracted while the envelopes are being transferred. The issue is they cannot tell which transfers are complete and have to check each user to see if they still have envelopes before closing out the record. How can the view whose envelopes were transferred? The “Action” button only shows who the envelops were transferred to, not who they belonged to initially.

We received a note back in August of 2025 (below) from Docusign saying that the underlying infrastructure was changing to Azure sometime between 11/2025 and 5/2026. We may need to make updates depending on our configuration. Hello,Is it possible to control the auto-navigation at the webform level rather than a global setting?  We have some forms that we would like the signer to review each field again before signing.  We have other forms where we would like the signer to just skip down to the signature field.  ThanksRach.
