Como saber se o destinatário recebeu o documento para assinatura?

Hi, I'm having an issue with several envelopes one of my organizational users sent within the last few days. In DocuSign, the envelopes' statues are listed as "On Hold" and I'm unable to move them forward in the workflow. I haven't encounter this before and would like to avoid having to resend the envelopes again.

I have a standard account and have enabled template upload via Admin, sending settings and the box remains checked.  However, when I go back to templates, I don’t have an option to upload a template, only create a template and that upload dos not allow for json file.  I have logged out and back on and still do not see it enve thought the enable template setting is still checked.   Is there another way to upload a template?

The new user interface is terrible, I am a real estate broker and need to review legal documents for accuracy while placing signature and initial fields. At 125% document zoom, the fixed recipient/Fields panel and fixed document-navigation panel consume so much horizontal space that the contract is not readable. Reducing document zoom defeats the purpose: at 35%, interface elements such as the recipient's name are several times larger than the contract text.The right-column navigation bar needs to be collapsable, and the Name and Date panel (on the left), need to be shrunk - significantly - to allow users to read the legal contracts they’re working on.

Hi everyone,I’m working on a Salesforce + DocuSign integration and would like some guidance on the best approach for storing completed/signed documents in Salesforce Files.Currently, I’m using a DocuSign Workflow that is triggered when the envelope status changes to Completed. The workflow then stores the signed document back in Salesforce.My requirement is:A document is generated/sent from Salesforce through DocuSign. The recipient signs the document. Once the DocuSign envelope status becomes Completed, I want to automatically retrieve the signed document. The signed document should be stored as a Salesforce File (ContentVersion) and related to the appropriate Salesforce record, such as an Opportunity or Quote.I would like to understand:Is there a native DocuSign Workflow step that can directly save the completed/signed document into Salesforce Files? Is using the DocuSign Workflow + Salesforce/API approach the recommended solution? Can this be handled automatically through the DocuSi

WE have installed the Docusign Sharepoint Site Edition to a test Sharepoint site. When we try to connect this to the developer docusign admin portal via "Manage Docusign Administration Settings" in the SharePoint document library, it goes to the production link (https://account.docusign.com/oauth/….) not https://account-d.docusign.com/ which is the developer docusign portal. With this how can we grant consent a docusign developer environment to a sharepoint site? 

I have loaded a version of my document generation for NDAs but when it gets generated in the system, the formats change.  Can someone help me figure out if there is something needed on the formatting end to get it to show?  I have removed and replaced multiple times and when I see the document in my CLM folder it is perfect and showing two columns, but when I fill out the form fields and generate a document it removes the two column and changes it to a single column.There is also a conditional logic I added but I made sure that there were spaces between the logic and the start of each text lines.  Any ideas?

Within DocuSign CLM, we would like to begin reporting more detail around errors or even successes at the signature step.  Example:  we do see a failed notification and can see that on the workflow status report, but we need to know why it failed (cancelled, expired, etc.) but am not seeing a way to produce that as an attribute.  Any recommendations or ideas?

I am requesting cancellation of my DocuSign free trial before it expires. I have attempted to cancel through Admin > Plans and Billing, but the DocuSign billing page returns ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. I also cannot access the Support portal because my trial account is not being allowed to log in.Please treat this message as my formal request to cancel the trial and prevent any paid subscription or charge from occurring. Please confirm cancellation in writing.

When selecting the country code +212 during authentication, the system offers either Morocco or Western Sahara as options.However, selecting Western Sahara is highly problematic because it is an extremely sensitive issue.Docusign states that it cannot remove this option: has anyone else encountered this problem and know how to ensure that only Morocco—and not Western Sahara—is displayed when using the 212 country code?Regards,

I attempted to pass the same filter criteria multiple times in the request URL:/v2/{accountId}/groups?filter=name=Work%20Level%201,name=Work%20Level%202,name=Work%20Level%203 My goal is to return groups with any of the following names:Work Level 1 Work Level 2 Work Level 3However, this does not seem to work as expected.Is there a supported way to:Apply an OR condition on the same field (name)? Pass multiple values for a single filter? Retrieve only a specific list of group names in a single API call?Any guidance or examples would be appreciated.Thanks!
