How do I clear a delay in a document that was sent for signature?    

Hi everyone,I’m using DS IAM with new interface. I am trying to map a Web Form checkbox group to an eSignature envelope template checkbox group but I keep getting this error:DOCGEN_PROCESSING_FAILURE  “Checkbox Values can't be blank”Setup:Web Form- API reference name: Checkboxpartenaire- Options (and API value): Facebook, Instagram, TikTokEnvelope Template- 3 checkboxes from the same group- same Data Label: Checkboxpartenaire- grouped togetherHowever, in the template editor I only see the Data Label field and no place to define the checkbox option values (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok).How should checkbox group values be configured in the template so they correctly map from the Web Form? In the example below I was even trying to add the API Value directly but there should be an area to provide both checkbox group API value and each checkbox API value no?Thanks! 

I have a business pro account. When I try to add an attachment field to a webform, it says that “Attachment fields are only supported when this form is used in a Maestro workflow.” I am wondering if I have the ability to use a Maestro workflow, or if there is another way to create a webform where the end user will be able to upload an attachment? 

I created a Maestro flow earlier this year (January) to extract/export information to a Google Sheet and save the final signed document to Google Drive when a specific template is used. It is currently working as set up. I would now like to change to which folder on Google Drive the signed document is uploaded. However, I am no longer able to edit any of the Google Drive steps.Issues / troubleshooting attempts:The “Apply” button remains greyed out even when I make changes to the step. The Google Drive app remains approved by an admin, and installed and authorized on my account. The connection is active with all permissions intact. I’ve tried re-adding the connection and re-creating entire step, but the GDrive-related Maestro steps no longer appear as options on the ‘Add a new step’ panel. No apps appear under ‘Connected Apps’. When I click ‘Browse Apps’ and go to the App Center, GDrive appears as an approved and installed app with active connections. On a certificate of completion, how can I verify (beyond all doubts) that a signer was/wasn’t in person signing a pin pad? This has become a legal matter in which we need to know if signer (which is now deceased) was actually present at the time.  

Good morning! Has anyone encountered the attached warning / notification before Please? I asked DS Support and they told me it could be either an incorrectly formatted mobile phone number or an invalid mobile phone number. I tested the Incorrectly formatted mobile number but that doesn't / cant be a logical rationale. DS runs default validation relative to your Country Code used...(e.g. In UK, numbers MUST start with a “7” and be 11 digits incl. Dialling code). ANY deviation from these parameters and envelope cant / wont progress. Its difficult to test Invalid number, I tried a few unlikely numbers and envelope was sent, so not really a consideration for this scenario. Any help much appreciated! Tks, Mike 

I’ve created a web form that will be used as an inspection template.  A user at my level will perform the inspection using the Web Form and once completed, I’ll need to route the now clinic-specific inspection with findings to the appropriate team for acknowledgement signatures.  I’m at a standstill and need some help.General Web Form template with inspection content is created and currently living in My Web Forms. I or another user will perform the inspection.  Once complete, signatures from 2 different people will need to be obtained to sign off the inspection.  Because these inspections will now be clinic-specific, eSignature fields will not be the same from inspection form to inspection form. In thinking about this, if I am inspecting 14 clinics, do I need to create 14 Web Forms all named for the clinic to be inspected in the My Web Forms folder so the links to complete them are unique? Once the user performs the clinic inspection, where do the completed inspections go?  Can they

I’ve created a template and have shared that with select colleagues to use. In order to keep track of when the template has been used by the colleagues I shared it with, from my understanding is I should be able to see that in the History (Template→Elipses→History). However, when I click on history I only see my own use history of that template. I am the owner of the template as well. Is there a step I’m missing? How can I view when the template I have created, shared, and am owner of has been used by the users I’ve shared it with?

Hello,>Working with the C# SDK<Using composite templates, i successfully created an envelope with 4 documents and 4 recipients (yay !)Document #2 is defined as display=”inline” and i added some tabs (SignHere, Text, DateSigned...) for recipient #1 and recipient #4 : works like a charm. Now my problem is with document #1, which is a supplemental document (display=”modal”). The goal is to set this document as “View and accept” only for recipient #4. Following the documentation I created a View tab and an Approve tab like this :Approve approveTab = new Approve() { DocumentId = "1", RecipientId = "4" };View viewTab = new View() { DocumentId = "1", RecipientId = "4", RequiredRead = "false", Required = "true", PageNumber = "1" };and added them with the others tabs on the recipient #4 (NB : others tabs work fine!) Problem is the supplemental document stays in “optionnal” and no action is required on it. What am I missing ? Regards 

One of our customers was offended by one of the name choices on the ID Check Identification Questions. One of the first name choices was Guido. I have attached a screenshot that was provided by the client. I have created a support case, but I wanted to pass this along in hopes the forum moderator could bring it to the attention of the support team.

I have got 900 PENDING users.I cannot accept the fact that I cannot bulk activate these memberships.Can anyone help?  

Once all parties have signed a Document. Is it possible to make sure the none of the signers receive a copy of the document.? I want to Send the document later and not allow the parties access to the document until I am ready to send it. Thanks

A Docusign user sent me a document a few months ago before I had a Docusign account. I am unable to locate that person. Now that I have a Docusign account in the same email address used to send that document, is there any way I can access it?

I have had an extreme amount of agreements where the Task errored out.  The contract is not in any end date (Fully Signed, Cancelled, etc.), but there is no longer a Task assigned.  I need to find a list of all of these agreements so that I can go in and manually clean them. I have a report that pulls up any agreement that does not have an end state status, but can’t figure out how to remove those that still have Tasks assigned (these are easy to find and we won’t need them on the list).  Does anyone know how to do that?  I need it to find contracts with no Task, but one of several Attributes.
