Hello,I have an envelope template which requires two signers. The first signer are customers that we work with and the second signer is somebody internal whom has to sign off on the document. I want to find a way where the second signer can view the details of the first signer, but when the form is complete, the first signer cannot see the details that was input into the form once they receive their completed copy.Is this possible? How can this be done?

I have a customer who is asking about the "Additional Info" category in Navigator. They've enabled this, but want to understand where this info is input. There isn't a way to input anything in this category in the document details. They also asked about the character limit. If anyone has any info, please let me know. Thanks!

There is an error on my invoice, so I try to contact Docusign Support. But no success.None of the login options on https://support.docusign.com/CSP_DSClogin?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2Fcases work for me.Choosing “eSignature, IAM Applications, Rooms, CLM, Notary” I get:“Unable to log in.If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account.For all other log in scenarios,  contact DocuSign Support  for assistance.”Which brings me back to the open the case page and back to non-functioning login. C’mon guys, really? is it how badly you want to loose customers that you don’t even give them the option to contact you?

Hi,Can anyone assist me with how to raise a Complaint. Do we do this via the docusign customer support portal.We have been advised by a member of docusign that there is no procedure but we find this hard to believe.The complaint we wish to make is against docusign themselves and a mis-sold contract.If anyone can assist us that would be appreciated. 

Hello, I recently purchased a DocuSign plan “Standard” for our company.I purchased it with my email address, but I won’t be the one signing in the future, hence I wanted to change the admin/login email from mine to the one of the user who will be the signee. I logged into acount.docusign.com/me with my email address, started the process to change the email address, and received the confirmation code to the new email address.Upon entering this code, I receive the following error message. The same issue was already raised in this forum last year.I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions mentioned in that thread but no luck. Creating a new admin user is no option, as I would have to buy an additional seat but only require one for our organization. Please support. I have a form in excel. The date is in Uk format (DD/MM/YYYY) but when I upload it to add teh signatur field and the date signed field, the date showas as MM/DD/YYYY.To be clear, this date is not a docusign field. It is teh date the form was filled in.I checked the regional setting, which is sent as DD/MM/YYYY  and the date signed shows as it should (Account defalult)

Hi, I’ve completed a signed agreement and have received email notification to retrieve my completed document from my lawyer.  I’m a “free” (unpaid) user of docsign while I’ve contracted with an organization that uses the service.  I have used the same email I used to view, review and sign the document and then access my account gain access to the completed document.  When I log in (after confirming access), the “Welcome back” page is presented with NO Agreement visible for me to download.  Reviewing all COMPLETED documents, there are none in my account.  I have NO Envelopes sent, NO Envelopes in my Inbox.   Nothing there.   This was all on FireFox.  I ran the same scenario on Chrome.  Alternatively, I tried the “Alternate Signing Method” which I processed on both FireFox and Chrome and got the same results. I’m here because I can’t get any support.  I tried to access Contact Support link and I’m asked to login to Docsign - using eSignature and IAM Applications - I’m getting this error:

I'm new here. When I use email to send signature request emails, I want to modify the style of the emails that users see. I have only found how to modify the color, subject, and email description, but there are many things I can't seem to modify, such as the text on the button, the text description for requesting signatures, etc. Are those can be modified?  

If i create an envelope with multiple documents and multiple signer (ex. 2 docs and 2 signer)if i dont sign one of the documents of envelope with a specific signer, and terminate processall docs of the envelope are considered signed? how can i down the status of the single docs?

I added to a document template a checkbox, and when i edit a data label, it don’t save the new label. There’s anything i might need to edit additionally?After edit the Data Label and save it, it return to the original value “Checkbox 1a31da89-4ae0-49…...”. I validated and i’m not using the Data Label anywhere. Any Data Label that i entered is reverted to the original value. 

Hello,I am trying to sign an XML file with eSignature.Similar to the manual use of a certificate. Is that possible?Currently, I cannot upload the XML.Where can I enable this in the admin console?Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

I have clients that might need to add an additional document, however, it would be as needed per client and per their discretion. Is there a way to give recipients the option to add an additional document? It would be the same document they are already signing, just additional ones. 

Hi DocuSign Team,Like many on here, I am unable to create a developer account as it fails to send the verification code. I am also unable to create a support ticket because it throws an “Unable to log in” error on selecting the service I’d like to log into. This happens before I’ve actually entered log in details.I am also unable to select anything other than “I can’t log in” from the “More support options” > “I can’t access my account” drop down, which does not provide a text box to enter my details. If you could enter a support ticket for me, or DM me a contact email  or similar, that would be great. Cheers

There seems to be vert little information about using $.ajax call to a DocuSign REST API on the web.   Is it possible to use $.ajax? If there is, how can use setup $.ajax to perform an OAuth/Auth  Using https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature&client_id=${integrationKey}&redirect_uri=https://localhost Able to do this directly on a web page on the address line but not using $.ajax Get a token from the OAuth/Auth (https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/token) If a access token is return, use it to GET/POST a DocuSign REST API through $.ajax By passing the CORS policy (Access-Control-Allow-Origin) (tried using the header and body in the $.ajax code to set this up).  This is my big issue.At this point, I’m at wits end…need help  

How do I remove the DocuSign ID that is posted at the top of all documents? I can see many help articles for the old experience, but can't see anything for the current experience.

HiAll of a sudden envelopes are not being received even though they show as sent in report. I am using the sample recipients csv file downloaded from within the envelope, no names are duplicated and email addresses are properly formatted.What else can I do to check?ThanksJuliette Monet

Hi, when using the text box field i am trying to change the number of characters allowed in the text. i try to change it but it automatically goes back to 4000. why is this and how can i fix it?

Hi,I am fairly new to DocuSign. I have successfully sent one ‘Bulk Send’ file two weeks ago. Now trying to send another, I am getting a ‘Bulk Send Error Message’ stating; Tab is placed off of the page. Tab is located off page 1.  I have ensured the check box is inserted within the margins of the document and sent using a CSV file but still getting the same error message. Any thoughts appreciated.    

My credit card got charged $120 on Oct 25 but my DocuSign account is free through DocuSign for Realtors.  How to I get rid of this charge and the second account?  There does not seem to be a way to call, email or write to DocuSign. Rhonda Berg
