I need to contact the support because the signing process of one of my files does not work. When I try to access the support chat here, nothing happens when pressing the button. There is also no html behind the button I could copy to another browser. It’s not working in Chrome (incognito & normal mode), Firefox, Safari  I also can not access any other type of support since I’m not a paying member. I also can’t log in to the support page, because first I’d need to open a chat - which is not working.

Hello Team,I need to integrate DocuSign's signature and editable text functionality into a React Native application. I haven't found any tutorials, guides, or SDKs to help implement this. Could you please provide guidance on how to achieve this functionality in our application?

What should I do in DocuSign if an envelope has already been sent but is returned with the message:“The documents you sent for electronic signature could not be delivered to this recipient”?Can I correct the recipient’s details and resend the same envelope, or do I need to create a new envelope?

Getting error: JSON heap size limit exceeded while uplaoding document of 4.3 KB from Salesforce: At this line:                 myEnvelope = dfsle.EnvelopeService.sendEnvelope(myEnvelope, false);, this error is returned . Please suggest

Can you verify if there are any active DocuSign incidents? Newly created templates are not saving for users.

Our account includes DocuSign’s Notary On Demand service.  We have a situation in which a witness is a Japanese citizen.  They do not have a US SSN or a current or former US address.  The document is intended for use in the US.  Can we set up a Notary On Demand envelope for this witness?  How would they complete the ID verification in this situation?ThanksTeri

I’m currently on the business standard plan but need to send a 1 time bulk envelope to about 70 recipients.  Recipients are in a .csv file.Is there a way to do this without having to upgrade my entire plan for this one time?

I am implementing DocuSign with Salesforce for a customer.  We will use DocuSign on the Contract object in Salesforce.  I would like to be able to create custom object that would have a lookup to Contract so that I could dynamically add as many signers as I want to this child custom object.   I would add a Contract lookup onto this custom object.  I wanted to use the ‘Related Lists’ feature when I am on the ‘Add Recipient’ screen when setting up my template.   But it seems like that only supports a very limited number of related objects… Salesforce / DocuSign Apps launcher - I need to add a recipient from a related list of a Custom Object in Document Envelope template. | CommunityIs there a best way to do this dynamically?  The client really does not know the maximum number of potential signers for a given Contract/Envelope.  I do not want to have to add 20-30 lookup fields to Contact on the Contract object. Is there a best practice way to do this?  I am very comfortable with Flows/Apex

Hi,I am currently setting up DocuSign in the Salesforce production org. After reconnecting from the dev account to the production DocuSign account and recreating the DocGen templates, I started receiving an error when trying to preview a template. My user is a Salesforce System Administrator and have both the DocuSign Administrator and DocuSign Document Generator permission sets assigned. I’m also added as a user in the DocuSign Apps Launcher settings in Salesforce.Could you please help me identify what might be causing this error and whether any additional permissions or configuration are required on either the Salesforce or DocuSign side? Thanks!

The DS’ shortcut  Envelope > Sign a Document works only with a SES: Simple Electronic Signature. It would be useful to use the same path and be able to select the kind of signature. Otherwise, to sign a document by myself with a QES I have to create an envelope and execute the whole process.Any thoughts? G

put in wrong email address for a client for esign - how do i change the address ?

I have some questions about how sender-hosted In Person Signing works and what records it produces. In the PDF of a completed envelope, the document metadata shows a creation date/time and a modification date/time (Producer: PDFKit.NET). Which DocuSign events do these two timestamps correspond to, for example envelope creation or sending for the first, and completion/sealing for the second? In a sender-hosted In Person Signing session, which steps must be completed between the moment the envelope is sent and the moment it is completed: acceptance of the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure (if enabled), display of the documents, adoption of a signature, completion of each signature field, Finish, the optional signer e-mail prompt, and the host registering the session as complete? Does DocuSign require a minimum time or a scroll-through of the documents before the signature fields can be completed? For an in-person signer, what does the Certificate of Completion record: the host's

My template is a word doc uploaded.  Then I add the text boxes and fitted them into the table - they look correct.  Some have a conditional field associated with them. However, when the template arrives with the recipent, the boxes over lap?  I have set the fixed width option but that doesn’t seem to make a difference. What am I doing wrong?

Whatever you have done to the "New and Improved" DocuSign has been a nightmare for me.  I deal with time sensitive documents and so when my latest document needed some strike-outs and initials... I found that DocuSign had changed me from the Real Estate version so my ability to strike out was gone!  Not only did I lose that ability, but when I was trying to correct it online I couldn’t find the Real Estate version to change to and accidentally signed up for the Pro version which still didn’t give me the ability to strike out words and not only could I not cancel the much more expensive (and equally unusable) after mere minutes, I still had a frustrating issue with trying to complete a simple document. After texting with an agent, I was told that they could not restore my previous version and I would have to wait until my subscription renewal date to change it.The new version also has such a crowded screen, it’s difficult to read the actual document without continuously scrolling side to

WE have installed the Docusign Sharepoint Site Edition to a test Sharepoint site. When we try to connect this to the developer docusign admin portal via "Manage Docusign Administration Settings" in the SharePoint document library, it goes to the production link (https://account.docusign.com/oauth/….) not https://account-d.docusign.com/ which is the developer docusign portal. With this how can we grant consent a docusign developer environment to a sharepoint site?

Hello DocuSign Support,We have a production Power Automate flow using the DocuSign connector that had been working correctly for approximately 30 days and suddenly stopped working today. The issue occurs specifically with the DocuSign Production connector.Symptoms:Existing DocuSign connection in Power Automate shows Connected. The Create envelope (V2) action times out after multiple retries. The Account ID dropdown in Power Automate returns"No items". I tried switching/re-authenticating the existing DocuSign connection, but the issue persists. I also tried creating a completely new DocuSign Production connection. Power Automate returns:"Connection test failed. Please review your configuration and try again." I can successfully log in to the DocuSign Production web portal and access the Tata Communications account. In DocuSign Connected Apps, Microsoft Flow and Power Apps is present. Most importantly, the DocuSign Demo connector works successfully, while the DocuSign Production connector

We recently switched from DFS to DAL and noticed the “Copy” button within the Agreement tab does not seem to create a Docusign Status record within Salesforce. With DFS: When used the “Copy” button within Docusign portal, a Docusign Status record was created linking it to the parent object from where the original agreement was sent. With DAL: No Docusign Status record is created within Salesforce.
