Docusign Agreement Manager

Our users often have some, but not all, of the information required to submit a request. In previous platforms, we utilized a "save as draft" feature which was essential for allowing users to enter what they have and return later once they have gathered all necessary details.This functionality currently exists within Navigator and Envelopes. Could you please clarify why it is not yet available for Agreement Desk requests?

The AI attribute for Renewal Type - Auto Renew is correct but the system is highlighting incorrect language in the agreement. Is there a way to correct this so that when I click the attribute, the correct language is highlighted?

Hello, My question for agreement hierarchies in Docusign IAM is: Has anyone tried linking unsigned supporting documents to signed agreements using Agreement Hierarchies in E-Sign/Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator)? Has this worked? What limitations are there that people have seen? Thanks!Aidan

I am working in Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator)’s sandbox environment and have signed several test envelopes with documents embedded in each of them. I believe those signed documents will appear in the agreements list, but there is no agreements to show. I have admin permissions and can see all agreements in Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator).Please advise. Thanks!

I have exact duplicate documents because we’d already been using Docusign to execute business contracts; then we performed a data dump of all Google drive records when we signed up for Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator).  We’d like to delete one of the duplicate records.

You want authorised users (those who can view a specific agreement set) to be able to assign that agreement set to agreements they have completed, without enabling the “View All Agreement Sets” setting.Currently, enabling “View All Agreement Sets” allows assignment, but it also exposes agreement sets that the user should not be authorised to view.

I have a customer who is asking about the "Additional Info" category in Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator). They've enabled this, but want to understand where this info is input. There isn't a way to input anything in this category in the document details. They also asked about the character limit. If anyone has any info, please let me know. Thanks!

Good Day,Does anyone know if there is an out of the box function or feature in eSignature Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator) to pull reports for Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator) activities all in 1 from the ‘Monitor All Jobs’ page?It would be very helpful to be able to go to eSignature Admin page and go to Audit logs, or bulk actions and export the Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator) jobs activity in 1 csv. Thank you   

How do I delete automatically ingested documents from Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator)? I have numerous documents that are not agreements and I do not wish to store them in Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator), please provide instruction on how to delete these documents.
