Docusign Maestro

Unable to create Maestro with Salesforce. After installing Salesforce from App Center, we tried to add connection to salesforce. After adding the credentials it is not refreshing the page. A blank white page shows and it does not redirect back to Docusign. Tried multiple times and it is not connecting

As per the older posts I have tried to locate the "My Preferences" tab and the "Contacts" tab of which i have neither anywhere on my profile, even when clicking my account icon. The only way i can see my contacts is when I click on the address book icon when inserting the name of the addressee. However when I click on this, I am unable to edit the contacts information. I am at a loss and I do not understand how something which should be incredibly simple is turning out to be such a difficult task.

How can i format a text field so that the background is solid and covers underlying text when filled in

Hi Guys, I am new here. As a common scenario, I went to the forums to get guidance from the pros. As the title says, I would like to learn and finish the Maestro Workflow Course but whenever I try to, the link proceeds to a disconnection notice or failure to log in. It is quite weird as I am still logged in using our corporate account. Please help?

Hello- I joined a new employer, and it appears we have never used templates before. What would be the best way to get this going? We do not have the option to save an envelope as a template either.

I never get my questions about Maestro answered but maybe this time.I’m using Maestro to send Webforms for completion, but I need to customize the subject line and body of the e-mail that Maestro sends to recipients.I couldn’t find where to do this. How do I change the default email text and subject? Can it be tied to a template so that each form template has a different default subject/text that is customized?

What does this mean? "Each recipient must have an authentication type specified." I have never had this come up before. How do I get rid of it?

Hi Community,We are using DocuSign Maestro Designer to build our form, and we have integrated ID Verification (IDV) as part of the flow.After the user completes the ID verification, we would like to redirect them to our own website. Is there a way to configure a custom redirect URL within the Maestro Designer for this purpose?Thanks.

We have an issue where people enter incorrect or incomplete information in a document and then sign it so they can’t edit it. We want to have a workflow where they enter the information, someone reviews it and then either sends it back to them to fix, or sign if it’s correct. We have maestro - any ideas??

Hello, new to Docusign.I’m setting up a DocuSign Maestro workflow and want to know if it’s possible to have one of my web form questions (multiple choice with three options), where selecting one of the options automatically checks a box in the contract template I have connected.

When I select the "Templates" header, the Template page loads on Docusign. However, there is not any option there to create a new template. Am I missing something?

I have set up a template for signature. However, when I try to save and close the template I keep being told I cannot save it as the template is not locked. And I cannot find anywhere that I would lock and unlock the template. Any advise?

Hello!  Is it possible to use Signing Group in a “Set up Invite” and “Get Signatures” steps within a Maestro Workflow?  If the answer is yes, then how?  Should I create a new Signing Group.  Then manually type the new of the Signing Group as one of the Participants of the Maestro Workflow?  When configuring the “Set Up Invite” or “Get Signatures” steps I would be able to select that Participants, but what should I put as Name and Email?  Can someone please clarify my misunderstanding?  Thank you!

HelloI have two questions in related to Maestro Workflow:Did Docusign remove Starting Variable from Maestro Workflow?  I have seen training video (might be old videos) where you can configure Participants and Starting Variables when one creates a Maestro Workflow.  But I couldn’t find where to create the Starting Variables when creating a Maestro Workflow. Is it possible to do a bulk sending a Maestro Workflow with a CSV so that recipients’ information in the CSV is available to the Steps within the Maestro Workflow.Thank you.Sam

Last Friday our customers started to receive an error, "Not All Tags Are Signed", even though all of the required fields have been indeed addressed. Has anyone else seen this, and if so, how did you get it resolved? 

We have a number of users who have used their corporate email for freemium or trial accounts. We have turned on SSO but how can we go about closing these accounts (obviously after they remove any documents)? Can we contact DocuSign support to do this for us or is there another method?Thanks.
