How do we close users freemium or trial accounts?

We have a number of users who have used their corporate email for freemium or trial accounts. We have turned on SSO but how can we go about closing these accounts (obviously after they remove any documents)? Can we contact DocuSign support to do this for us or is there another method?Thanks.

Maestro: What's your dream state? What do you want to build?

Ever since I first stumbled into the IPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) world with If This Then That (IFTTT) years ago, the potential that was evident there was super exciting.to me. I’ve since spent time playing around with Zapier and Power Automate as well. Some of it is in the context of Docusign and sometimes just for fun and exploration of what is possible. An example of one practical application of IPaaS software that I use daily is to help with my calendar management by blocking out small breaks between meetings so I’m not stuck back to back all day. I have 5, 10, or 15 minute breaks that automatically appear to give me time to wrap up a meeting if it runs long, take bio breaks, a quick breather, etc. It’s been a lifesaver when I didn’t have other software or add-ons that could accomplish it. Now, it’s so easy to create automated steps and processes to make our days easier. Now that Docusign has released our own in-house IPaaS foray in the form of Docusign Maestro, I’d lo

I have set up a template for signature. However, when I try to save and close the template I keep being told I cannot save it as the template is not locked. And I cannot find anywhere that I would lock and unlock the template. Any advise?

Can't Edit the content of my template after Save?

When I go to Edit my Template, the Edit option doesn't allow me to add additional fields or make any changes to the fields I already placed in the template. It only allows me to replace the doc or rename but not actually going back to the template and make the needed modification. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

How to locate my address book and edit contacts

As per the older posts I have tried to locate the "My Preferences" tab and the "Contacts" tab of which i have neither anywhere on my profile, even when clicking my account icon. The only way i can see my contacts is when I click on the address book icon when inserting the name of the addressee. However when I click on this, I am unable to edit the contacts information. I am at a loss and I do not understand how something which should be incredibly simple is turning out to be such a difficult task.

When using / sending a template, is it possible to disable the auto-loading of names and e-mails from the Address Book into the drop-down boxes for identifying the recipients?

We don't want our users to be able to mistakenly choose the wrong name/email when specifying the recipients of the envelope.
