Unable to open word attachments embedded word file in the signed document

I have completed an agreement via docusign. I have uploaded a file with word files embedded in the document. Once the agreement signed, the attachments or the embedded files are unable to open in the signed docusign file. I tried to check the envelope and see if I could find the original file in word file or try to open the attachment I'm the file, but all I see is the signed pdf file in my dashboard. Anyone knows what to do to let the parties has the access to the attachment?  Thanks.

Hi Team, Currently we have a scenario , where we need to have a digital signature on the invoice copies which we would like do Bulk processing . We are using SAP as our ERP system . Invoices will be stored in SAP which need to be printed after signing them. . Request you to share your recommendations on the same .

Testing Qualified Electronic Signature

Hello,I am reaching out on regarding our integration with DocuSign. We are currently testing the Qualified Electronic Signature feature, which we intend to offer to our clients.According to the documentation, our account must support one of the following signature types: DS EU Qualified with in-person ID check, IDnow - EU Qualified, or Signer Held EU Qualified. SAP Ariba x DocuSign eSign Templates

Hi, We use DocuSign from SAP Ariba Contract Workspace, however it feels restricting as I cannot use my DocuSign templates.We use a task in Ariba that allows to send the document for signature but it asks for who should sign regardless of our templates.Is there another way to get executed contracts stored in Ariba than this way? (I don’t necessarily need to initiate from Ariba).

How can you create a link to send the same doc to multple people?  It makes me enter an email and name but I am sending the same doc to multiple people so I dont want to enter the name and emaiil.

How to populate a table in docusign template

Our client is integrating ServiceNow with Docusign for a form signature flow. Created a docusign template and assigned all the necessary fields to recipients. The template has a table and it needs to be populated with data from ServiceNow and the number of rows in that table is also dynamic and determined by the data from ServiceNow. I need help on how to configure this table in template whether to create each row as custom field and assign it a label or is there a better way to configure it.

I have a docusign account, i want to add a default process were seal should be add default in all envelope before sending for Signature. DocuSign Completed attachments integration with Applied Epic

I noticed that when we send a document from our BMS, Applied Epic, after all signatures are completed, the signed documents automatically attach to the client file but the certificate of completion pdf does NOT attach.  We require to retain a copy of that certificate with our signed documents on file and now have to manually download it from DocuSign’s portal.  I could not find a setting to address this.  Can you please advise if this is possible and if so, how do I fix my settings to allow this to happen automatically? Thanks, Stacey

I run a property business in the UK and I ask new investors I work with to complete an investor onboarding form in Mailchimp.I want to set up a Zap (Zapier) to then get a standard NDA/NCA doc in Docusign generated and sent to them automatically.At the moment I am doing this manually and I want to remove the manual operation.Can anyone give guidance on how to do this please? Thanks, Fiona

We have a requirement to send multiple documents/forms which are required for background check along with offer letter from SuccessFactors recruitment through docusign. How can we achieve this using docusign and then how to download all these signed documents ?  Also, Is there any way to link with ATS to prepopulate some of the fields on the forms through ATS ? Thank you!!

DocuSign + Zoom Email Input Issue

Hello,We are using Zoom with the DocuSign Integration and we are having an issue where at the end of the signing process, a user is tasked with entering in their email and for some reason, it will only allow them to enter in a few characters and then it freezes. Our leads then take control over the session and finish it. Any ideas on this? Thanks

Hi all,I am a new for DocuSign developer. I am following the article https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/automate-even-more-docusign-nintex to setup Send Envelope DocuSign at Nintex however I got the error “Received an error response from the connector: {"errorCode":"INVALID_REQUEST_BODY","message":"The request body is missing or improperly formatted. Could not cast or convert from System.String to API_REST.Models.v2_1.document."}”I am looking for some advice to help resolve my issue. I am truly appreciated!This is how I have setup - Step 1: Docusign setup - completedStep 2: Signing document setup - completedStep 3: Nintex Setup - completed Create the workflow1)Get a File from SharePoint - completed2)Send Envelop - everything is complete except the “body” which I can’t insert any informationThen I have test then got the error like below from Nintex

Airtable / Docusign Integration to

I would like to take data from airtable  to put on pdf template or any template. Then would like to take this template that is filled out with this data to be electronically signed with docusign.  For example If I am trying to do a lease renewal for an apartment I have a general template of the renewal that has about 10 places where it takes data from airtable to fill out. Then I need to take this document and be able to get electronic signature and then store the final document on airtable. I also have zapier and can pay for make to help get this done if needed.
