DocuSign Completed attachments integration with Applied Epic

I noticed that when we send a document from our BMS, Applied Epic, after all signatures are completed, the signed documents automatically attach to the client file but the certificate of completion pdf does NOT attach. We require to retain a copy of that certificate with our signed documents on file and now have to manually download it from DocuSign’s portal. I could not find a setting to address this. Can you please advise if this is possible and if so, how do I fix my settings to allow this to happen automatically? Thanks, Stacey

I run a property business in the UK and I ask new investors I work with to complete an investor onboarding form in Mailchimp.I want to set up a Zap (Zapier) to then get a standard NDA/NCA doc in Docusign generated and sent to them automatically.At the moment I am doing this manually and I want to remove the manual operation.Can anyone give guidance on how to do this please? We have a requirement to send multiple documents/forms which are required for background check along with offer letter from SuccessFactors recruitment through docusign. How can we achieve this using docusign and then how to download all these signed documents ? Also, Is there any way to link with ATS to prepopulate some of the fields on the forms through ATS ? Hello,We are using Zoom with the DocuSign Integration and we are having an issue where at the end of the signing process, a user is tasked with entering in their email and for some reason, it will only allow them to enter in a few characters and then it freezes. Our leads then take control over the session and finish it. Any ideas on this? Thanks

Airtable / Docusign Integration to

I would like to take data from airtable to put on pdf template or any template. Then would like to take this template that is filled out with this data to be electronically signed with docusign. For example If I am trying to do a lease renewal for an apartment I have a general template of the renewal that has about 10 places where it takes data from airtable to fill out. Then I need to take this document and be able to get electronic signature and then store the final document on airtable. I also have zapier and can pay for make to help get this done if needed.

Connect Integration (MeridianLink) - Expiration & Reminder Settings

We currently have our DocuSign connected to our MeridianLink platform to send out documents via MeridianLink for new account opening and loan documents, etc to be signed electronically. When these documents are sent out, is there a way to set up expiration timeframes and reminder frequency on the DocuSign side, or would this all be controlled through MeridianLink?

account.docusign.com refused to connect.

I have been a ZipForms, DocuSign and DocuSign Transaction room user for several years. I have received this error on more than one occasion in the past 6-10 months. Sometimes I have time to wait for it to "clear up" but it's nothing I'm doing wrong. It just refuses to connect. I've refreshed the tabs but it starts when I am using Zip Form to create and tag the docs in a "package" that when I click NEXT it automatically opens a new window in DocuSign and brings the docs in for further tagging before sending out for signing. account.docusign.com refused to connect This is what pops up in the window of DocuSign.

Docusign Integration with Schwab Advisor Center

Hello everyone,Has anyone run into an issue where no matter which web browser you use, if you go through Schwab Advisor Center → Account Management → Go to Docusign consoleit opens up a new tab in the browser, but nothing loads at all. I’ve had my local IT check browser settings, DNS flushed, browser cache/history cleared out, etc. Nothing seems to fix it, and I was wondering if it might be a permissions issue on the docusign end? Hello, I am trying to find a way to connect Docusign and Airtable. Once my document is returned signed by the client I would like to have the document downloaded automatically into my airtable database. Zapier & Docusign connection expiring every 30 days

Hello! We’re using Zapier to connect our website’s form to Docusign, and conditionally send out envelopes to users who fill out a form. We’re running into issues where the connection between Zapier and Docusign expires regularly, causing our envelopes to not be sent. The exact error we’re getting in Zapier is “Unable to fetch refresh token: invalid_grant” Reaching out to Zapier support, they responded with:Based on Docusign's documentation, it uses a default value of 720 hours (30 days) for token expiration. This means that if you've obtained the token by logging into your account, it will expire in 30 days from the first login. Hello, I have an issue with docusign multiple senders :( once a contract needs to be signed, information is sent to docusign via zapier.first the client should sign, and then the CSM.However, when the client signs, docusign says “all contracts have been completed.
