We are currently testing the Qualified Electronic Signature feature, which we intend to offer to our clients.According to the documentation, our account must support one of the following signature types: DS EU Qualified with in-person ID check, IDnow - EU Qualified, or Signer Held EU Qualified. Hi, We use DocuSign from SAP Ariba Contract Workspace, however it feels restricting as I cannot use my DocuSign templates.We use a task in Ariba that allows to send the document for signature but it asks for who should sign regardless of our templates.Is there another way to get executed contracts stored in Ariba than this way? (I don’t necessarily need to initiate from Ariba).
On the document that we import from our system there are options for the customer to tick a box to say that they want to opt in to future information, Please can you advise how I go about setting this up on our document ?
How can you create a link to send the same doc to multple people? It makes me enter an email and name but I am sending the same doc to multiple people so I dont want to enter the name and emaiil.

I have completed an agreement via docusign. I have uploaded a file with word files embedded in the document. Once the agreement signed, the attachments or the embedded files are unable to open in the signed docusign file. I tried to check the envelope and see if I could find the original file in word file or try to open the attachment I'm the file, but all I see is the signed pdf file in my dashboard. Anyone knows what to do to let the parties has the access to the attachment? Thanks.

Our client is integrating ServiceNow with Docusign for a form signature flow. Created a docusign template and assigned all the necessary fields to recipients. The template has a table and it needs to be populated with data from ServiceNow and the number of rows in that table is also dynamic and determined by the data from ServiceNow. I need help on how to configure this table in template whether to create each row as custom field and assign it a label or is there a better way to configure it.
