DocuSign Support forwarding me to SAP

Hello,a month ago i was able to create tickets directly to the DocuSign Support on the DocuSingn website.now im not able to do so anymore instead i get forwarded to the SAP Support which does not have the DocuSign as Product.How can i get my access to the DocuSIgn Support on the DocuSign page again? I need to open DocuSign Tickets since im a Delivery Manager for DocuSign at NDBS!

Docusign Connect through Appian

I am sending envelope to DocuSign from Appian using a connected system, the connection is successful but i am getting error message “DocuSign returned the following error code: USER_LACKS_MEMBERSHIP”. Can anyone please help with solution, do i need to change the configuration?

I am working in a software company and we build an integration with DocuSign in one of our services. I have following questions , can someone explain what needs to be done at our customer’s end to have this integration working ? To give you some background our service will be used by 100+ users at customer end. Following scenarios,Customer not having DocuSign. What kind of account do they need ? As partners, do we have to contact Docusign sales regarding the new opportunity in order to avail the referral benefits or does this needs to be started by the customer ? Customer already having DocuSign with other services/software, Can the customer use the same DocuSign license with our service ? Is the customer charged per user or per service or any other criteria ? Thanks in advance,Jithin

Basic mapping not working

I had a POC up and running a couple of months ago and am the point where I want to put into production and now I can’t get basic Docusign mapping to work within a template. Use case: User fills out google form (also tested with Zapier form) and on submission kicks off a template in docusign. On the docusign I have a document with fields that should be filled in/mapped from the google form submission. At this point these are not getting filled in. I can see the data flowing in Zapier from the google form submit. I can also see the custom fields that I have added to the template. But when I run the test, the custom fields are empty -- regardless of if I try to manually add text in the field in zapier (as a test) or if I put the google form data field in the Zapier field (how it would run in prod).I’m fairly certain this is the exact setup I had previously, but now I cannot get it to work. Any ideas? EDIT: Not sure if this matters, we recently upgraded our Docusign from just Esig

Is there an integration of Docusign with ACT! software? The only one I could find was this, which is for databases hosted by ACT corporation. I need one for ACT installations that are mounted on user workstations and servers, i.e. Self-hosted.

Hi there!We’re considering using Docusign for a 3 page document we’ll need information collected out and signatures via Docusign and I was hoping to integrate Docusign with iCIMS to get this done. DocuSign & HighQ integration

Hi there, We have been testing the DocuSign & HighQ integration and raised a query with HighQ which they have suggested be raised with DocuSign: We can see that no matter which HighQ user sends a document for signing, the email notification appears to come from the user who authorised the integration. It is my understanding that this also means any envelopes, regardless of which user sends for signing, are all sent from the DocuSign account of the user who authorised the integration. I was just wondering whether there was any way to add additional DocuSign accounts, along with the ability to indicate when sending the envelope who it is coming from? Ie. the DocuSign account authorising the integration will be an IT employee of sorts but Fee earners would be the ones sending the envelopes to Clients and would therefore like their name on the email notification that goes to the signatories.

Hi,Today is my first day experimenting with DocuSign. I like what I see but I can’t make it work for my specific situation/use case. What I mean is, I can use the web interface, generate a template or generate a document. It sends it out and I can sign it. However, my sign and date fields would be in the same spot time after time but my documents would be different (so not standard forms) each time as these would be offers containing different products and prices each time. I tried Zapier & others where you can ‘Send envelope using template’ and ‘Send envelope using document’ but the first does not allow me to specify a document and the second does but it always uses my pdf that was specified in my template. I also connected my dropbox in the integrations part but don’t know how to use that either. So I’m a bit clueless to how and if what I need is possible. So I don’t want the employees to have to open DocuSign. Instead I want their system to send an offer as a pdf to Doc

I'm wondering if you could guide me through a process to tackle a challenge I've on the table.I want to fill in a DocuSign Contract and send it to the concern customers. The issue I've been facing so far is that upon selecting "Send a Document from Template to Sign" module of DocuSign in Make.com, I can't see the custom fields that the particular Template appears to have.There are certain custom fields that I want to fill in with a data source (G Sheets) and there are some other custom fields that I want my customers to fill in. i.e. Address, Company Name etc. Did anyone face this kind of issue and able to solve it without using any other automation tool? i.e. Zapier etc

Creating custom envelope using workato, pipefy and docusign

Hello everyone, everything good?I would like some very complete help from you, it's the first time I'm dealing with this, so I'm pretty lost.The company I'm working for uses Pipefy for CRM and another subscription platform, from what I understand it works like this:There is a recipe in Workato that integrates with pipefy,At the end of the recipe (last 5 steps or so) it connects to a safe on the other platform where there are several documents with pre-defined text and where there are customer fields, there is a code that gets the information from the card within pipefy and fill it out and then send the envelopeI wanted to understand how I can do this within DocuSign.I tried to create a template within DocuSign, but how do I link the Pipefy fields within DocuSign?here is an example image of our contract with the fields in the other tool:

Third party app integration envelope usage

Hi, I have integrated an application with DocuSign using the Apps and Integration keys in DocuSign, everything is working however when I promoted the app to Production it required an Admin to login and approve it but now the envelopes sent via the app are being allocated to the admin login whereas I had created the app under a service account and had hoped the envelope usage would be allocated to this account. Is there any way to accomplish this?
