Hey new member! We’re so glad you joined the Docusign Community. First things first. Log in so you can have the best experience in the Community. Logging in is how you “join” the Community! Click "Login" in the top-right corner and enter your Docusign account credentials. If you’ve forgotten your Docusign account password, you can reset it on the login page.

Head over to your profile settings or click “Edit Profile” to start filling out your profile. Pro-tip: Don’t forget to add your location so we can inform you of meetup events in your area! (We’ve hosted in-person events like sunset river cruises and pizza arcade bar happy hours that members loved.) Once you’ve filled out your profile, click on the notifications tab, and set your preferences. We recommend keeping them all on, especially email notifications so you don’t miss upcoming events, announcements, replies to your posts, etc.

Each month, we host events to help you level up in agreement management, get smarter at using Docusign, and connect with other members who get what you do. Check out our events page and register for something that interests you! *Make sure you subscribe to the page so you’re notified when events are added (about once per week). All you have to do is click the red “Subscribe” button on the page.  Side note: We also post events hosted by other Docusign teams outside the Community or third-party events that we think you’ll be interested in.
