Prefill eForm using "Full Page Fill Form" step in CLM

I’m presenting an eForm using the Docusign Full Page Fill Form step. But I’d like one the fields to be filled in with dynamic information (Ie. Workflow variable) from the workflow before presented to the user to complete. Does anyone know what step or process I can use to accomplish this? The Full Page Fill Form provides the ability to choose an eForm but I don’t know how to get the workflow variable data into one of the eForm fields. Thanks.

Review parallelly and sign without additional step

Hi all,I’ve a use case where a user uploads a document which needs approval from an approval group and then a stamp from legal. Both of these steps need to happen in one go such that, a placeholder for stamp is applied before sending for approval parallelly, and when the approval happens, the stamping can continue. Currently, I’m able to do the parallel sending to approvers but require an additional step to place the stamp placeholder after the approval before sending to legal. This step needs to be eliminated.Hope the requirement is clear. Any help is greatly appreciated.

All of the Group members are not getting the Review Email

I have created a Group and added couple of uses to that group, and in my workflow I have added Send for Review Step and selected the group as assignee. Everytime when I trigger the workflow email is being sent to only one user instead of both, and it is working fine for Approval step but not for Send for Review. is there any limitation to that step?

External review output: Cancelled - Invalid Recipient

Dear all,I am exhausted.I am working on the workflow. One of the steps is review and send for external review. It was working fine until it...stopped.When the Review and Send for External Review step is executed, you can define the email address and email content... all required fields are completed and the result of the step is Canceled - Invalid recipient. It does not matter which email address I use. It can be one from the directory (choose one of the account users) or a completely different external one - tested and works - the result is the same. The same happens when I use the "Send for external review" feature manually from the document preview level, the feature simply does not work.I have access to another account and everything works there and I really know how the feature works. I have also used it hundreds of times.Any idea? Any settings for recipient verifications or so? BestTomasz

How to use the CLM API to relate or attach documents together?

Hello.I’m looking to be able to use the CLM API (for Docusign CLM), to programmatically “attach” one uploaded document to another.The PUT/PATCH /Documents endpoints seem to “accept” a list of RelatedDocuments, but it does not seem to update the list.For reference, in the UI this would be equivalent to pressing the “attach” button next to “Related Documents” and choosing another document and pressing “save’.

Combine attachments from Document Generation Form to main document

Situation - I have created a form which is tied to underlying template. I am using a configuration to generate the document based off of form and then launching the workflow.Workflow is configured to run at Document generation configuration. However, I do not see Documents.Document.Id variable for the main generated document but am only able to see the fields in the form, i.e., Params.Params.TemplateFieldData.Attachments_Attachments.Attachments_SingleValue.0.Document.Uid".However, if I change workflow config to trigger based off Document then I do not see form fields. Not sure where I am going wrong.But I am unable to assign document IDs of both main and attached documents in one workflow and unable to generate a combined document.Also, in case a user has uploaded multiple files, how would we capture document ID for each as template only shows 1 variable.Any help would be highly appreciated.

Read Only sections in generated documents during Review Process

I have created a workflow where one of the steps is Send for Review where reviewer downloads the document and can make whatever changes they need. Instead of changing the whole document is there any way that only certain sections can be modifiable and remaining can be read-only.

Push document updates/redlines back into Salesforce

Is the following possible with DocuSign CLM? A document is generated with merged values from a record in Salesforce. The document is then reviewed internally and sent externally for review and redlines. When the parties agree that the document is finalized, we’d like to update the original Salesforce record with the new values that are in the document’s merged fields. Is this possible? If so, I would very much appreciate a summary of how one would go about it. Thanks in advance!

Adding new Params to existing Docusign CLM workflow.

I recently started using the DocuSign CLM tool and created a document generation form, linking it to a workflow through Configurations. While setting up the workflow, I successfully connected the configuration, and the fields created in the form were populated as XML variables. However, when I added new fields to the form, they were not automatically reflected in the workflow. Is there a way to ensure that new fields added to the form are automatically updated in the workflow?

Email Document WorkFlow Step in CLM - Error Handling

Hi allI am looking to implement an “Email Document” step as per https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=yks1643320936212&topicId=hpj1576610096401.html&_LANG=enusI am struggling to find much information on what happens when a bounceback or outbound delivery failure occurs (e.g. SMTP Error 550). We managed to get some bounceback emails coming back into the system, but want to ensure we cover all failure scenarios appropriately. Any advice on details for this appreciated! Thanks!

Hi all, I have added a Multiselect field to my Generation Form, however when multiple values are selected, they are separated by a semicolon. Workflow Combine Documents step

Hi all,I have spent hours trying to use “combine documents” workflow step without any success.The scenario:Document generation triggers the workflow.Document generation form contains attachment field. The user can add multiple attachments. We are using Parties, and we need our Project Managers the ability view contracts for assigned Groups. Currently, the only menu option is “Documents”. Are Parties not an option for the Viewer Permission Profile? Is there a way to add the Parties menu to the Viewer profile?

How can I add columns to CLM Dashboard view?

I have users who would benefit from seeing more data in the Dashboard and Tasks views. For example, the Sales team enters some details about the request into the template via a Comments text box. I haven’t been able to figure out how to include that helpful info as a column header.I’ve attached an example of what the End User sees, two examples of what headers I see and also the actual fields I’m looking for from the Template building Step 2: Complete Form fields.

How to delete a deleted file in trash?

Support says:Log in to Docusign CLM as an administrator. Select the Trash folder in the folder list in the Documents view. The Trash page opens, showing all deleted content. Select File > Empty Trash. A dialog box opens where you must confirm the deletion. Type DELETE in the blank text field, and select OK.I can get to the Trash page and to select the file but cannot find the Empty Trash button anywhere?
