Salesforce Checkbox Field Not Passing Data into Param's XML for DocuSign CLM Document Generation

Hi everyone,I'm having trouble getting data from a Salesforce checkbox field to show up in the Param's XML during document generation in DocuSign CLM. The document generation process is tied to the Opportunity, and the checkbox field is located within the Opportunity Line Item.To link to this checkbox field, I set up a table in the Document Generation form. While I'm able to see and select the field in the form, the actual data isn't coming through into the XML. I need this checkbox field to implement conditional logic for showing/hiding certain terms and conditions in the document.Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or does anyone have advice on how to query the checkbox field to make sure the data is included in the XML?Thanks in advance for your help!

External Review show previous versions

When sending a document for external review to someone who does not have a CLM license, they can not see previous/redlined versions. Is there a way we can accomplish this without giving them a CLM license?

Workflow activity status into Report

Can we add workflow activity status like "Waiting for Chris Rice to send for External Review" into the Report. As of now this is default status generated at Review and Send for External Review step.

Change the signature tag order in a document when a sign is not required.

Greetings, my situation runs as follows:I have a CLM workflow, in which I'm using the "Send for Signature" step. I have 2 possible paths on this part of the workflow that are chosen by the user; one is sending 4 signatures, and the other is sending only 3 signatures, excluding one. The document remains the same because the order must be in this way.In the document, I have my tags, as it shows here:/signer2/ is the optional one. Now the thing is that I don't know how I can control this in DOCUSIGN. When the envelope for signing is sent, it always takes the /signer2/ tag as the second sign, even if it doesn't exist in CLM, and leaves /signer4/ untouched. So the order in this scenario should be /signer1/ → /signer3/ → /signer4/.So my question is, if there exists a way of handling this? On my CLM workflow, I tried changing the recipients order, but the tags keep going 1-2-3-4, I can't skip the 2 when it's not needed.

Hi, Refer Group Tags in a Word-Based Gen Template. CLM Template Build

I’m looking to pull in specific Section/Article numbers that are ref’d elsewhere within the template but not currently set as tracked data or a clause in clause library.Example: ‘Section 10-XYZ Clause’, there is a reference to this Section 10 specifically called out within ‘Section 22-LLL Clause’ verbiage. We want to reference Section 10 later in the Template language, how can I configure the template to specifically pull in that Section number reference?

I want to use Excel ETL Step but the Document I am using in the Document Field in the Step is a csv and configuration document is a Document generation configuration form that i have saved in a variable in the previous step using a Document Generation Step. But the Excel ETL step is not recognizing the csv Document in the Document Field. Need Suggestions on how to use this step and why csv is not readable as the document.

DocuSign CLM Workday integration- Requisition

Trying to integrate DocuSign CLM with Workday. The intention is integration to create Requisition in Workday. Does CLM connector support Workday Requisition object? Unable to find details on Requisition, available documents are only for Supplier and Supplier Contracts/Amendments. Pls guide me to the Requisition details. We have a handful of custom validations on Workday Requisition object. Can those custom validations be bypassed during this integration process? Will these custom validations interfere in Requsition creation?

Uploading Multiple folders at once in Docu Sign CLM using SFTP

Hello Community, I am trying to upload multiple folders with differe documents inside the folders on Docu Sign CLM. any one ever tried this? I have followed instructions on the support center using WINSCP as my Client and using port 22, Host name as my url sftp://sftpuatna11.springcm.com and then username as my email that i use to log into my Company’s Docu sign account which is my company email and the same password but i keep getting access denied for some reason. Please i need answers and help ASAP. Thank you all for your contributions.

We are limited to the number of CLM licenses that we have and can’t have the submitter to complete human steps that require licenses so i am sending an email to the customer from the approver if we need changes. The customer would need to respond with the changes they want. Can the response be included in the workflow so that its not outside of workflow?

Document name issue after signature

Hello everyone, Does anyone know how to fix this filename issue? In the workflow, I moved a document that was manually uploaded to CLM into a specific folder and included it in the signable documents for the send-for-signature step. The issue is that after the recipient signs the document and it's converted to PDF, the signer receives a copy with the ".docx" extension in the filename. This problem only occurs with manually uploaded documents in CLM, not with documents generated by CLM. Does anyone know how to remove the ".docx" extension after the document is converted to PDF? Hello Everyone!Does someone knows how to use the expression builder of Salesforce ETL Step in the CLM workflow? I am having a slight issue with using the expression builder in the document generation form field. The problem is the DocGen forms that we’ll use is dynamic that’s why we’ve tried to make use of the expression builder but it is having an error on that process. The variable that we are declaring in the expression builder is a String Variable. Parallel Execution Method in For-Each Loop

Hello everyone, Does anyone know how we typically use the Parallel Execution method in the For-each Loop step in CLM workflow? It doesn’t make sense to me, as the variables we use can be overwritten, and I’m unable to use the iterator variable for unique values. Did I miss anything in how it's supposed to be used? I’m asking because I’m considering using it to speed up a looping process by executing tasks at the same time. Thank you in advance!

I am trying to figure out how i can get a CSV file updated. I have an http client step in my workflow to get some information and i would like to be able to put that info that was returned in the step, into a csv. I haven’t been able to find out were to do that within clm workflow.

CLM Document Report: "Add Filters" screen missing attributes

Hi everyone, when executing a CLM Document report the “Add Filters” screen does not show all columns (attributes) that have been configured to display in the report. Example: I can select “Add Filters” and have the option to apply filters on Document Name, Created Date, Status, Amount. However, I also have other attributes included that are not appearing in the “Add Filters” screen. The attribute I am missing is customized and configured as “Users and Groups”. Is there a limitation in CLM reporting to display specific attribute types in the “Add Filters” screen or is there additional configuration required?

How to change an automatic rule for a data appearing in the "Agreement Details" but not being an Attribute ?

Hi All,I am trying to figure how is the Effective Date of a contract calculated by CLM.This data is not an attribute (it does not appear in the Attribute Mapping csv file) but appears in the “Agreement Details” you see on the top left of your screen when you click on the Atrributes button.I looked at the workflows and did not see any information on how this date is calculated.The issue we have is that this date is systematically put as the signature date, while we have contracts applying retroactively. So I want to be able to change this rule and have the effective date being the real effective date and not the signature date when need be, but I can’t find where to change it!Thanks for your help!
