We created a report to monitor the duration of specific tasks in the workflow (Workflow Overview report) and that looks to be working well but when we do the export, it adds a calculated field beside the duration column and shows it as minutes which is not valuable.  Is there a way to remove that column in some way?

We have created webforms and powerforms that will allow uploads of docx, etc. files, then a call to a workflow is kicked off automatically.  The only issue is that when you use either of those, it automatically adds .pdf on the document after the extension that is already there.Does anyone know if there is a way for a non-CLM licensee to get a docx into CLM or a CLM WF?

Hello everyone,We are facing an issue where users are receiving too many email notifications during document reviews in DocuSign CLM.The system sends a separate email every single time a user is tagged in a comment, when someone replies to a comment, or when a comment is marked as resolved. Has anyone found a way to turn off these specific notifications? how can i get an excel spreadsheet exported from esig to a directory in CLM?  I only see 3 options for export in esig under rules.  If not is there a way to dump it to a CLM workflow and then put it into CLM?

Hi Community,I am working on a DocuSign CLM workflow that combines a generated document with user-uploaded attachments into a single merged PDF using the Combine Documents workflow step.I followed advice from this community thread (https://community.docusign.com/clm-112/workflow-combine-documents-step-20902) which recommends adding a page break at the end of the main Word template so that the attached documents start on a new page in the merged output.What I did:Opened the main Word template (.docx) in CLM Placed the cursor at the very end of the document after all content Inserted a hard page break using Ctrl + Enter Saved and re-uploaded the template back to CLMProblem: The page break is not being preserved in the merged output. The combined PDF does not show any page separation between the main document and the appended attachments.Questions:Is a hard page break (Ctrl + Enter) the correct way to do this, or is there a specific CLM merge tag or method that should be used instead? Is it possible to show the number days since we generate each contract?

Looking for help with reusing existing DocGen forms on different Salesforce objects.Currently, all DocGen forms are configured on the Account object. Requirement is to reuse the same forms on Opportunity and Contract objects. I assumed that passing the correct object type and object Id during the Create and Upload step would be sufficient. However, when the document is generated and viewed in SF DAL, it always gets stored under the Account folder instead of the runtime object (Opportunity/Contract).Has anyone successfully reused DocGen forms across multiple objects?Is there additional configuration required to override the source object or target folder behavior?Happy to share more details if needed.

While using Microsoft 365 web for contract editing, it creates several version due to the Auto Save fuctionality in Microsoft 365 web. Is there a way to delete the unwanted versions?

When a user begins filling out a DocuSign CLM intake form that includes a field linked to a CSV file (e.g., Vendor Name), the form auto-saves its state. A change is made by the admin to the CSV file after this stage and If the user exits without submitting and later returns to the form, the linked field displays the previously saved data rather than the latest values from the updated CSV. This results in outdated information being shown unless the user discards the draft and starts a new form, which then correctly reflects the updated CSV data. How can I fix this?

I’m trying to develop a custom integration between DocuSign CLM and one of our internal applications. I have DocuSign communicating with a few API calls through a set of load-balanced servers past our firewall. During this interaction, I must keep track of which of our servers I began the communication with. This is done with cookies given back to me through the initial authorization call: one from the server and one from the firewall. Both are returned as Set-Cookie response headers. In my DocuSign CLM workflow, I use the HTTPS Client Step to make my API calls and I have the response headers being put into a variable. The issue I’m running into is that DocuSign seems to save one of the Set-Cookie headers but not the other one. It just seems to save whichever it sees first.Is there a way I can save both of these Set-Cookie response headers when I make an API call using the HTTPS Client Step? Thanks!

Hi all,I have a workflow that calls an intake form to upload a document. When a user with CLM User permission tries to upload a document an error occurred (see screenshot below). I also added the user under the Folder Security and assigned the following: “View & Create” or “View & Edit” or “View, Edit & Delete” or “View, Edit, Delete & Set Access” but to no avail. Am I missing some settings?As CLM Admin, I can upload a document without an issue. Thank you in advance. 

Is it possible to manage CLM Users via API, like setting user PERSONA and the MANAGED BY field?

Hello we are having some instances where we send a document for external review and the client will download and replace with a different copy. Is there a way to block the ability to do so? we’d like the client to accept/decline/comment on the review but never replace the document for compliance reasons. Is there an easy way to do so? thanks!
