Accessing documents over 6 months old

Hi all - I can’t access my documents over 6 months old - I’ve read the previous questions but: can’t see a manage tab in which to search and change the filters can’t see anywhere to change this if I click on my profile, and my preferences Am I missing something or has something changed? Many Thanks

Recipient Authentication is US based when ,most are not

Recipient authentication was requested from signers even when it was disabled. Now when these authentications are sent, most of the recipients are not based in US but are mandated to fill out us based codes. please how do i resolve this?

Web Form, how to add a template

We have built order forms based on different templates. If we change the original word/pdf-document for example want to add totally new question in it. Do we need to built web Form all over again? We can copy the template and replace the original document, and the start the Create Order Form building from the start. This is how we do it now.

Docusign Integration with java spring boot

Hello Everyone, we are integrating DocuSign integration with spring boot project and we are getting multiple error like noClassFoundException and all but we are using DocuSign maven dependency. i am attaching my pom.xml please check once and please provide us a solution and any guidance .
