The signature links in the emails are valid for 48 hours. Is there a way to modify this time period?

Have you seen the latest AI-Assisted Review update? Playbooks can now stay private until you’re ready to share them, with a new Share option and My vs. Shared with me views. This gives teams more control as they build and refine review standards before rolling them out more broadly. We’d also love to learn more about your current agreement process: On average, how much time does it take from the initial agreement request to a completed agreement draft? Even a rough estimate or range is helpful. If it varies by agreement type, feel free to share an example.

Problem:When other companies send me envelopes for personal matters, the Certificate of Completion lists an old job title and company under my name in the Signer Events section. I used that title last year when I signed work-related documents. It has nothing to do with my personal documents, so I don't want it to appear, but it still shows up on the Certificate of Completion. Why I can't fix it myself:1. My profile doesn't show it. Under Manage Profile > Contact Information, Company and Job Title are both blank.2. My Docusign ID card shows only my name, with no title. My question:How can I change or remove the job title that appears for different documents, so the old title no longer shows on envelopes for personal matters?I can't reach Support:- Docusign's own articles (dated October 22, 2026) say a phone call is available to logged-in Free account customers:  https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-do-I-contact-DocuSign-Customer-Support?language=en_US  https://support.docusign.c

I have a free Docusign account. I have recently executed multiple docusign documents which were sent to the same email as the one I use for my Docusign account. At the end of the execution process, I get a link to take me to the fully executed document and when I click it I get a “link broken” message. My docusign account has no agreements in it at all despite all of the executions I have recently performed. From what I can gather, I must pay Docusign for technical support.  Is this a common occurrence? That a user’s executed documents get thrown into a black hole from which they can only be recovered if the subscription ransom is paid? Is anyone aware of a “trick” to get actual Docusign support to regain access to my executed documents w/o paying for a subscription? Thanks in advance!

I have one small set of users who (after 10 years of using DocuSign) wants to use the time stamp with date signed field.  All of our other 1.2k users have been using DocuSign and have built templates off of the space allowed for date only (Jan-20-2026).  Is there a way to use a Regex pattern with a text field so that they can set the format of the field to whatever they want without affecting all users?  If so, can you provide the steps on how to do this?

We have a user that currently has a OAG profile is linked to her work email because it is part of her job. When she tries to sign on, the system won't let her. She can't even sign up for a free DocuSign account because we enabled the setting that prevents users from using their work emails. We do not have a current contract with DocuSign and our instance is now turned off. Any guidance on how we can get around this issue for eu that needs to use a DocuSign for their job because the other vendor uses DocuSign as their e-signature application?

How to sign a multi-page document (for example, PDF) on each page in one step? I need to sign documents on each page, what if the document is 0-300 pages.

I’m sure other people have asked about this, but I’m not finding it.  The past couple of weeks there was a button on the bottom of our screens to switch back from new navigation view to the classic view. That button is now gone. We work out of the “Inbox” folder 100% of the time and now it is no longer there. We need to see everything that is coming in. Stuff that is now complete and stuff that needs to be signed. Once done with them we move to other folders. Some times we log incoming items that need to be signed but they are move to a side folder where they pend until I get the all clear to complete/sign them.  Not being able to view these separately is causing extreme issues with our productivity. HELP!!!

Hello, We have documents that must be signed by several people in a specific order. In addition, there is one person who only needs to monitor the entire signing process without signing the document. We added this person as a "View Only" recipient at the end of the routing order. The person also needs to be able to print a copy of the document. However, we noticed that this recipient receives access to the document only after all signers have completed the signing process. What needs to be configured so that this person can access and view the document at any time during the signing process, while still not being required to sign?Thank you for your advice.

I work in our companies AP Department, so the forms I am getting signed are high-cost invoices that need approval before they are paid. Most invoices are valid and are to be paid, but occasionally invoices are not valid and therefore should not be signed. I set up a dropdown with 2 states, Approved, and Disputed. When Approved is selected I have the conditional field set to reveal the signature box, and when dispute is selected, A box appears with “UNDER DISPUTE” in bold. The issue I am running into is that the dropdowns all become connected to each other. I imagine its because I am merging the recipients? Each envelope is a stack of 3 different invoice types that need to be signed off on by 1 to 2 people, with a specific signing order. I use templates for each of the invoice types, but all need to go to A, then some need to go to B when A is done. I HAVE been checking “Set Signing Order”, then changing all of the A signers to 1, then adding the B signer and setting them to 2. I then g

What should I do in DocuSign if an envelope has already been sent but is returned with the message:“The documents you sent for electronic signature could not be delivered to this recipient”?Can I correct the recipient’s details and resend the same envelope, or do I need to create a new envelope?

When I try to transfer envelopes from one user to another I get the below error message. Both users are active, on the same site, and I have cleared my cache and tried in two different browsers. I am just not sure what else might be causing this.

I keep receiving this error message even after multiple attempts at checking fields. What could be happening?

We have been using DocuSign for a few months now.  It is helping us streamline an approval process with invoicing.  Recently, the “Download” option has disappeared when viewing the document (it only allows one to ‘share’).  If you download all of the Documents, the file names change and I waste time renaming them.  Same for the emailed copies, the file name tends to add ‘.pdf’ to certain files even though they were already PDFs.   Thank you for your consideration!

I'm posting here because I've exhausted every other channel and I want both the Docusign team and the community to see what is happening. Two systemic problems I want to call out1. The billing/account system is designed against the user.- Auto-renewal is processed without any fresh consent or confirmation step.- There is no option in the account UI to unbind or remove a credit card once it has been added. The only "option" is to contact Support — which, as you'll see below, is its own problem. The combination of these two design choices means a user who wants to stop paying Docusign cannot actually stop paying Docusign through the product itself. That is not a UX oversight. That is a deliberate friction wall around the exit, and it directly enabled what happened to me.2. Customer Support is non-functional for billing disputes. *information removed due to PII*I cancelled my subscription on 15 October 2025 and have proof of that cancellation. Hello folks! Just sharing a quick recap of our latest Finserv Club event on 7th October 2026.We had 11 client attendees from leading financial services organisations. The session explored how financial services organisations can:Understand the value & ROI of AI & automated agreement workflows Build knowledge around Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) and agentic capabilities Deep dive into financial services use cases such as loan agreements, customer onboarding and contract review use cases, and specifically Docusign IAM + agents can support these use cases. We took the opportunity to introduce the new Finserv Forum, a community for financial services customers to share questions, challenges and practical insights. Harj Mattu, Partner at Deloitte gave a great presentation on the value and ROI of AI for financial services customers, and fielded lots of great questions from the group during the roundtable discussions. We also ran a three-part demo with our Principal Solutions C

I am customising Subject when creating envelope using C# SDK. But the Email receive by Signer is below one. Kindly help on this

Shared Envelopes is a useful feature to share envelopes among a team, and necessary to our workflow. We regularly need to share access to envelopes that are in process.Shared Access requires us to give full access to our accounts to others. This is not useful. I see Shared Envelopes as a legacy feature, but I am not able to activate it. Please reactivate this feature. We have also looked as Workspaces. This does not allow team members to correct envelopes, which is critical to our workflow.

Is this possible and if so, how can I do this as when the other firm tries to add the users, the receive an error to say that our users address is part of a reserved domain (which it is)

Would it be possible to add the "Description" field as a column in the Templates display screen? It would be extremely helpful for Admins & Users when viewing templates to be able to see an expanded Description of the form.

Until recently my colleague used to view all the envelopes, he is part as a signee in his DS In Progress tab.  But suddenly he could not view any of the in-progress envelopes from his DocuSign for some reason.  Any idea why?
