Fraudulent Docusign Envelope, Ignored Email, but It's Now In My Account, NOT SIGNED, but says they debited money for services.

I’m very concerned, as checked email addresses and they appeared to be spam, I did not open anything and deleted. Was surprised today when I came into my Docusign account to send an agreement and an envelope is there, no signature required but says they debited a direct deposit in around $600, this was not authorized and the phone number is not working on this. How do I take legal action? I’ve checked Docusign support, it’s a maze of confusion. This is not okay, I’ve signed nothing.

How to include merge fields in Supplemental documents? alt solution(s) to accomplish goal?

I am using the bulk email functionI want to be able to send pages one and two of a five page document to signers for immediate signature and return.  I am using various merge fields via CSV and text fields on the DocuSign to import these merge fields.  I also need to be able to attach pages three, four and five in such a way that the signer can still access these pages after the document has been signed, completed and sent back to me via DocuSign.  And I need to be able to import fields from a CSV onto these pages, so that each page is customized for each different signer.  These additional pages are to be completed by the sender whenever they are able, and send back to me through means other than DocuSign (return in person, fax, email).  How can I accomplish this with DocuSign?

Where can I find a date and time of when a fully executed document (signed by all parties) has been sent via email to all parties?

Docusign is hot garbage!

So far I’ve found this service to be a waste of my time. Nothing is intuitive, pricing/plans are confusing and very expensive, lower tiers are made useless in such petty ways (like not being able to bulk-upload recipients via .csv, are you joking??), and the app is slow and clunky. I wanted to share some feedback, but the SHARE FEEDBACK link doesn’t even work! Amazing. Awful. Absolutely terrible.

Why does my completed document say In Process on each completed and signed page?

I received an email that all parties have signed and I see their initials and signatures however on each page it says “In Process” very faintly in the background. I have never seen this happen before.

Best Mac App for Adding Anchor Tags to PDFs (Realtor, Not Using Salesforce)

Hi there,I'm a Realtor working to create a scalable system for building DocuSign templates with anchor tags — and I’m doing it all on a Mac (macOS). I’m not using Salesforce, just standard DocuSign templates and TAR-promulgated PDF forms. Also, I’m SUPER detailed/overall longer-term goal OCD… I want to do it right the first time and not have to worry about what could go wrong, haha. Here’s what I have and what I’m hoping to accomplish: I have downloaded black TAR forms (PDFs from zipForm or Texas REALTORS) I need a software that I can add white text anchor tags (e.g., \seller_signature1\) Copy/paste multiple anchor tags or text boxes at once to save time Export the final doc as a flattened PDF with embedded/burned-in, searchable text so DocuSign automatically detects the anchor tags I know that Preview on Mac works — anchor tags show up in DocuSign — but it’s painfully slow. You can’t bulk copy/paste or move anchor blocks around efficiently, and I’m working with 200+ documents, s

We want to use DocuSign to sign HR documents in our organization. Is it mandatory to onboard a certifying authority to partner with DocuSign to make the documents legally admissible?How is using eMudhra different from using eKYC by Aadhar?How can we onboard Aadhar eKYC?If we can complete authentication through eKYC Aadhar - and then get the document signed - will it be legally admissible as per IT act of India 2002?

Finding/Organising Contracts

hi,I know that my contracts have been completed, yet i cannot find them in my account.I am really confused as to why it is so hard to find all my contracts and wondering if there is an easier way that i dont know about?Additionally is there a way to ensure that i can format contracts upon completion that all completed contracts appear in a single folder so i can search there?Please help!TIA

TOPIC: Receivers not getting forms and Why do the forms show up blank in review after all Lines and items are added to sign?

This is my second round of sending out Docusigns. This time I checked all areas that were RESPOND ONLY and READ ONLY. Once I was done the form said to add LInes or Send without Lines? What am I doing wrong?

Viewing completed envelopes

I need to get a completed envelope URL so that recipients can see the envelope of the generated documents. How can I generate that URL?The envelope arrives by email and when they finish it, a completion email arrives where they can see the signed documents. Is it possible to deactivate that notification?I need to deactivate it so that I can generate the envelope display URL and, through that, recipients can see those signed documents through that URL. Can any of those be done?Something else I want to clarify is that signed documents can be seen without having to log in to DocuSign.

I signed up, and then hoped that it enabled me to see the documents that I signed when onboarding a startup 1.5 years ago.   I thought that creating an account would give me the history at least that far back.   What is it that an account provides?  Is there some glitch?

Can I disable the " i agree to use electronic records and signatures" mesage?

Hi all, a few weeks ago users started to get the message presented in the title. Since we are using DocuSign internally, many are complaining about it. Why did this message/dialog start coming up? Paypal docusign scam

I received an email from docusign about completed purchase through Paypal for bitcoin. I checked my docusign account which I have not used recently and found 2 “completed” folders, one of which I can’t open. So far my Paypal does not show a purchase, but I don’t know what the “completed document is and it won’t allow me to take any action or report it.  Should I be concerned?

E-Mail Question

Hi:I am a new Admin for our DocuSign account and I have a question regarding the e-mail notifications we get letting us know that there is a new document for us to review/sign off on.  Regardless of who initiates a request, when the notification arrives in our Gmail inbox, it says it is from “XXX via DocuSign,” where XXX is an employee who used to actually be in my position but is no longer with our company (I am the person who replaced XXX).  Does anyone know how to go in and change that?  In a perfect world, I’d like it to say that it is from whomever originates the requisition, but if they have to all appear to be from me, I can live with that.  I just don’t know how to get rid of/change the name of the person who is no longer with us.  I just went in and saw that his profile was active, so I closed it about 10 minutes ago.  But, as I have been typing this, I received another email, and it still said it was from XXX, so I am at a loss.Any guidance/help that anyone can provide would

The following is what I plan to do, I would like to know if it is correct and is there anything wrong with my understanding?1. Declare a new domain, add domain and change settings2. Update the email address of a single user and test the new account login. If the single account test is normal, you can use the sample file to update a large number of users. The "UserEmail" field in the sample file remains unchanged and must contain the current user's email address. In the "UpdatedUserEmail" field, enter the email address for the new domain. Once the import is complete, the user's email address will be updated. All existing information will be there.※ It is recommended to set up and test SSO in a demonstration organization first.
