How do i change the photo circled in red?

Hello - We are sending out bulk documents to be signed and don’t want to have the person sending out the documents be overwhelmed with the completed responses. We would like the completed docusigns to be directed to a shared inbox which multiple team members could then process the completed documents. Besides adding the shared inbox into the signing order as a “receives a copy” is there anything else I could do as the Admin to redirect the completed documents to a different inbox? Thanks for the help! 

Can I go back to the previous version? This new one is not as simple.Why fix something if it isint broke?Older previous version was just fine.Thank you,Jack

I have a contract that requires over 100 signature boxes.  Is there a way that the selected field choice stays active so that I can just click multiple locations on a page instead of having to go back to the menu item each time I need to add a field?

Bob Ruth Ford owes me a warranty refund but told me I need to lie on a document to get it. This seems pretty illegal.  They are acting like the docusinging is not big deal. What should I do? 

Good morning everyone! I received a link from a company with a job offer wich then after redirected me to their platform.On the platform i had to register with email and then password.I Failed my first atempt to log in into the companies platform because i didnt edit the password.Only on my second ii edited the password and logged in.Strait away i had access to the document but with a message saying unable to redirect to docusign.My question is?Could that been caused by the fact that on my first attemp i failed to log in because i didnt edit the password and somehow the system of the company blocked the redirection to docusign? Thank you for your attentionAl   

Trying to clean out old signers, only the first 50 show.  There’s no indication of “next page” or whatever, how can I view the rest?

Hello,I subscribed a few days ago in order to sign (qualified signature for INPI) one document.I need to talk to support/assistance because of a billing error and because the document I signed was rejected for an unknown reason (although I was charged for the qualified signature)Although I have a paid account, I can not access support. I arrive to an error page whenever I try to log in to support.I have been trying for a few days with no luck, I also talked to the chatbot but couldn't resolve the issue. It is urgent for me to sign the document; please help 

Recently when trying to create an envelope (not with a template, just at the screen where you can drag a document into the box to start the envelope creation process) we would get an error ‘Unable to create the envelope’ and a purple screen (of death lol).  Running API and HAR logs showed no errors. The process just stopped.  After weeks of being shuffled around to multiple support people who didn’t help, we discovered ourselves that if our VPN was not enabled DocuSign worked normally.  With this information, and getting DocuSign Support and our IT support together on the phone it was determined that our security software was flagging a DocuSign server as suspicious and blocked it.  So the envelope creation process would stall. Question for sending excel spreadsheets through Docusign.  I have Custom Header like Employee report 2025. In Docusign it appears like this Is this because of the font of the headers or something else? 

Hi, I need help logging into my account. My account is under larry@***********.com. This email is no longer active (hacked) and I am now using l*****************@gmail.com. When I try to log in with my old email it needs to verify by sending an email to larry@***********.com which I do not have access to due to the hack. I need to get the login changed to my new email address. Can you help me?All the support options ask me to log in but wants to send a verification email to my old email. I cannot find out how to bypass this so I can get into my account and then change my login email to my new one. Suggestions?

I am having nothing but trouble with Docusign. I only needed it for one signature. I had to purchase the monthly subscription. I am unemployed and can’t afford to get rebilled. When I try to go to the Plan and Billing page it just takes me to a blank page. If I try to contact customer support via chat bot, it is unable to help. The phone and email options are locked unless I log in, but then it won’t let me lot in through that prompt. When I am actually logged in, I can’t find customer support anywhere.

I have internal signers that do not want to have to do the Identity verification questions on a packet. We still want the clients to have to do the Identity verification. Is it possible to verify the internal users via their email address and to have the external clients verify by the Identity verification questions. 

Hi DocuSign Team,Like many on here, I am unable to create a developer account as it fails to send the verification code. I am also unable to create a support ticket because it throws an “Unable to log in” error on selecting the service I’d like to log into. This happens before I’ve actually entered log in details.I am also unable to select anything other than “I can’t log in” from the “More support options” > “I can’t access my account” drop down, which does not provide a text box to enter my details. If you could enter a support ticket for me, or DM me a contact email  or similar, that would be great. Cheers

Can someone please help us understand why the result of the two reports (for all type of signatures) is not tallying. We have run this for all months. We have looked up the Documentation, but this does not explain the difference.

Hi everyone, I just realized that my document has a signature that’s overlapping over another signature. It’s most likely a mistake on my part but I’m looking for a way to remove it. The signer has already completed her signature and I can’t seem to find any resource on how to remove this signature.I really don’t want to send it again for my group to sign so is there a work around for this?I tried to find a way to contact docusign but it seems that they don’t want to ever be contacted to support their customers. 

I am looking to hire a consultant or an expert to help me set-up real estate documents on my Docusign account. I already have templates in Word and PDF formats, but I would like to set-up my system so that I can change tenant names, addresses and monthly rental amounts into their lease forms so I can easily go in each time and send out the correct documents. hi- I have to e-sign a .xml file, but I am not sure Docusing has developped this function (it works only for .pdf files).Any ideas about that?thanksDavid_64

When a user leaves our company we transferer their envelopes using the “Transfer now” button before closing the user’s account. Occasionally an admin will start several of these transfers at once or get distracted while the envelopes are being transferred. The issue is they cannot tell which transfers are complete and have to check each user to see if they still have envelopes before closing out the record. How can the view whose envelopes were transferred? The “Action” button only shows who the envelops were transferred to, not who they belonged to initially.
