Hi everyone,I’m using DS IAM with new interface. I am trying to map a Web Form checkbox group to an eSignature envelope template checkbox group but I keep getting this error:DOCGEN_PROCESSING_FAILURE  “Checkbox Values can't be blank”Setup:Web Form- API reference name: Checkboxpartenaire- Options (and API value): Facebook, Instagram, TikTokEnvelope Template- 3 checkboxes from the same group- same Data Label: Checkboxpartenaire- grouped togetherHowever, in the template editor I only see the Data Label field and no place to define the checkbox option values (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok).How should checkbox group values be configured in the template so they correctly map from the Web Form? In the example below I was even trying to add the API Value directly but there should be an area to provide both checkbox group API value and each checkbox API value no?

Hello, Just curious if its possible to edit the “next” button on the summary page of the web form to say “submit” instead. I wanted to clarify to users that is the last step of the web form before submitting. Is it possible to use any json? 

Hello everyone,I’m trying to design a workflow for a document that will be signed by employees from 100+ different companies, and then countersigned or approved by that employee’s manager at the same company.My initial idea is to have the employee (Signer 1) select their company from a dropdown field. Ideally, based on that selection, the correct manager/employer (Signer 2) would be automatically assigned as the next signer.The document would need to be accessed directly from our website (freestanding). However, with Web Forms, it appears that Signer 1 can assign any email address, which doesn’t meet our requirements.Does anyone know if this type of conditional signer assignment is possible in DocuSign (via Web Forms, PowerForms, or another approach)? Or is there a recommended workaround for this scenario?Thanks in advance for any guidance.

We have a published webform - "id":"3527eec7-2c68-43f0-aca9-9eb51c4e7a16","accountId":"d09a0de1-8019-4bf8-a56c-46916ffdf531". When users complete it, we only see their entries in the results after a delay of many hours. Is this expected? Is there some missconfiguration? 

Hello all,Maybe I missed this and you can direct me to the proper instructions.  Here is my issue:I create an #HREF custom field so that the signer can read a State Statute on the legislative website.  And that works just fine.  The problem is the URL is really long and since the URL is in the tool tip, a signer who is using a screen reader has to listen to a really long URL.  If, when creating the form, I change the tool tip to match WCAG standard for hyperlinks the link breaks.  Are those using screen readers doomed to listen to obnoxiously long hyperlinks (including the https://) or is there a workaround?Thanks

I cant´t create a webform from a template. I checked all the steps, every field has a description and so on. In the end it´s showing an error: “The use of a document creation template is not supported.”Any idea?

Hello,Is it possible to control the auto-navigation at the webform level rather than a global setting?  We have some forms that we would like the signer to review each field again before signing.  We have other forms where we would like the signer to just skip down to the signature field.  ThanksRach.

I am receiving the below error but My template has multiply fields to be field in by the 1st recipient and don't understand why I am getting this message Please review these issues:The primary recipient must have at least one text, checkbox, dropdown, or radio field on the template. .

I have a service agreement that can be filled out by 1 of 9 school districts. I have a dropdown on a webform with the 9 districts as choices. This is the functionality I want to achieve:- When a district is selected from the dropdown, the district information (address, city, state, zip, etc.) is automatically filled.- The recipient for the signature is different depending on the district. I want the signature request to go to the superintendent of whichever district is selected in the form field.Is this possible? Is there another way to set this up to achieve the functionality I am looking for?

I have a fillable PDF rental application.  I created a new envelope template by uploading the PDF. The new template recognized all the form fields perfectly. I edited this template by making some of the fields required and others with rules. no issues there.  I now want to create a new webform based upon this new template. Results are problematic. Most of the webform is correct. but each field displays the field name and data label.  I do not want the data label imported and displayed.  There must be a way to set some webform property rules to stop this. I am hoping anyway that there is.  There are a lot of fields, and do change them individually seems impractical. I am very new to all this, so if this is worded poorly, I apologize.  

I have a template that I used to create a web form.  The webform works as expected.  Later I needed to change the validation of three text fields to date format.  1st Question - are dates allowed as validation for text fields in webforms?  (assuming yes)Here is how I changed the validation of the field:Edit web form. Edit templates fields. Changed validation of the desired field to date with the default mask. Save & CloseNow the link to the field is broken. When I View template connections I see:Under the WEB FORM FIELD column “--connect web form field-- Under Template field the name of the field I changed which in this case is Incident date.Clicking on the --connect web form field-- doesn’t do anything.  I CAN type the API reference name, which is Incident_date into the --connect web form field--  but when I click Save nothing ch

Normally the ECF on the template helps us organize envelopes that are being backed up using the Agreement Rules.  However now we are using Web Forms, but it looks like the ECF can only be put on the Pre-fill page.  The problem with this is that we are using web forms so that our employees won’t have to have an account in Docusign but still fill out forms.  Therefore having the ECF on the pre-fill page is not an option. On the web form, there is the option for “Save as envelope custom field” on text and drop-down fields on the pages that are not Pre-fill.  When it is selected and the web form is activated, the ECF isn’t being updated so the Agreement Rules are not working.  Does anyone have any other suggestions or helpful ways to make the ECF work from the other pages?

I have a webform I created and have a few questions regarding it and the signing session that is generated after completion of the form. When I copy the URL to complete the webform, it is the same URL each time.  Do i use the same URL for every person I want to send to, or is there another method I’m supposed to be using to send it to different people to complete the webform? When someone is completing the webform, how do they save progress if they want to come back to it later, I’m not seeing that option? When the docusign signing session opens up, if I click on Finish Later, I’m not seeing any emails that come to me to allow me to restart the session?  Upon starting the webform completion, there is an individual name and email address I enter that as I understand is used for the webform and docusign session, but I don’t get any emails that I input there.

Good day I created a web form that is associated with a template. It works as expected, except I notice that when a user fills out and completes the form, I am being emailed a confirmation of the e-signature along with attachments (the signed form, and any attachments the user uploaded).I want the email to be generated, but I want it to go to a different email address. On the template’s “Add recipients” section, the first signer (which is set to “Needs to Sign”) is “Requesting User” and email is blank (assuming the applicant is to complete the form). The second signer is the role and email address I want to get the response after the user has submitted the form. That second signer is set to “Receives a Copy” and the address is hardcoded into the “Delivery” section.How might I accomplish this? 

In web forms I would like to inbed a URL in a description in a field. 

I have a web form with checkboxes and it is correctly updating the checkboxes on the template, however the conditional routing based on the value of the check box is not working.  I have the rule set to check if the box is selected to route to the person and I have the person listed under recipients as a routing group.

HiBetween building Templates, creating Web Forms and then finding that some fields are / aren’t available I’m at a loss and hope someone can  - in plain english - help me! This is what I want…. Give a URL to a Sales Partner which they can share with their end-customerThis URL contains links to 2 documents that we need the end-Customer to review and acceptThe End Customer must also provide details like: Company Name, Address, Date Signed (agreed)Upon their acceptance, the documents are then sent to my company (to sign) When we and End-customer has signed, all 3 parties (Us, End-Customer and Partner) get a copy Is this possible and can anyone help guide me to any training / FAQs to achieve this? Many thanks

I have created a webform template that I would like a supplier to instigate for small value instructions.When I select options, it doesn’t have “share the URL” and will only allow me to share with people in my organisation. How can I share this outside my organisation other than me having to add them as a recipient?

We are using a webform to collect data that is then being transferred to another system.  The key is getting the CSV download so that we are not retyping the data. The volume of transactions requires that we look at transactions daily.  When we ‘download’ at the template level, we get everything, and then have to filter down to the ‘new transactions’.  The most efficient would be to schedule a report, but when I look at the webform data report, it does not allow scheduling, and it doesn’t give the date granularity I need- preferable I would want a daily report that says show me yesterday.  Any thoughts on how to make this a usable, efficient process?

Is it possible to use variables in the Welcome page text?For example, in Maestro I have a variable that stores the candidate’s name in candidateName. I’d like to display that value directly in the welcome message.I tried using the same variable syntax that works in CLM (<%#Variable.candidateName%>), but it doesn’t work in Web Forms.Is there a supported way to insert field values or variables into the welcome page content?Thanks in advance!
