Step 0: Community Tour

Hey new member! We’re so glad you joined the Docusign Community. In this 3 minute video, we show you around, covering these sections of the site: Help forums: Where you can ask questions, share answers, and engage with over 15,000 members to find solutions to your Docusign challenges. Groups: Join groups tailored to your industry and interests to connect with and get feedback from peers who understand your work. Get Inspiration: Discover content designed to help you level up your skills with Docusign and refine your approach to agreement management. Events: Attend live, monthly events hosted by Docusign experts to gain actionable tips and guidance. Ideas: Have an idea to improve a Docusign feature or request a change? Post it in our Ideas forum, where our product team reviews submissions for their roadmaps. After watching, take 5 minutes to follow the other steps in the new member guide. Step 1: Log in

First things first. Log in so you can have the best experience in the Community. Logging in is how you “join” the Community! Click "Login" in the top-right corner and enter your Docusign account credentials. If you’ve forgotten your Docusign account password, you can reset it on the login page.

Step 2: Fill Out Your Profile and Set Notification Preferences

Head over to your profile settings or click “Edit Profile” to start filling out your profile. Pro-tip: Don’t forget to add your location so we can inform you of meetup events in your area! (We’ve hosted in-person events like sunset river cruises and pizza arcade bar happy hours that members loved.) Once you’ve filled out your profile, click on the notifications tab, and set your preferences. We recommend keeping them all on, especially email notifications so you don’t miss upcoming events, announcements, replies to your posts, etc.

Step 5: Sign Up for an Event

Each month, we host events to help you level up in agreement management, get smarter at using Docusign, and connect with other members who get what you do. Check out our events page and register for something that interests you! *Make sure you subscribe to the page so you’re notified when events are added (about once per week). All you have to do is click the red “Subscribe” button on the page.  Side note: We also post events hosted by other Docusign teams outside the Community or third-party events that we think you’ll be interested in.

Step 9: Create and Reply to Posts

Ready to contribute? We can’t wait to see your posts!To start, just click “+ Start a Post” and choose what you want to do:Ask a question about Docusign Start a conversation (like asking for feedback or advice) Create an idea for a new featureWhen replying to posts, make your responses clear and concise. And if someone’s reply answers your question, mark it as the “best answer” to help others find it too!
