Why  radio buttons, like adding addendums, are not active?

My trial account for DocuSign Rooms expired, and I need access to documents that were stored there. Please help.

I archived a document from a room and now need to delete this document. How do I go about doing this? Thanks

I’m a realtor. I’ve used docusign to e-sign my documents for years. I just changed companies and no longer have access to a platform called Skyslope that had a document splitting feature. My new company doesn’t use Skyslope so now I’m trying to figure out how to split my documents that have already been signed.Adobe Acrobat won’t let me do it because they are signed/certified docs. Apparently I can do it if I have a ‘room’ in docusign, but I don’t know how to get a room. Can I get a room if I am a single user with a single account? Or is it only companies with multiple users that can have rooms? Thanks!

How to set up a team lead in DocuSign Rooms so they have access to their team members rooms? What needs to be included in a team lead role & permission & how do you link the team members to that role? Step-by-step instructions would be helpful.

Why has the display for transaction room changed? How do I get it back to the normal look and functionality rather than vertical list mode?

My brokerage is trying to set me up on Docusign rooms with my work account and when they try it shows that there is an error and that I already have an account. However my actual account is my personal and private email address that is the one that shows up in my current and functional docusign account. Thoughts? 

When I sign onto rooms, the page flashes on the screen and then bounces to the transaction side.  I need to work in rooms.  I have been advised to clear cache which does work, for a few days and then it bounces again

How does one get support when there is no NEW CASE option under MANAGE CASES?

How can I remove myself from the previous brokerage.  The office is closing and we haven’t had DocuSign rooms for over a year.  My new office uses DocuSign rooms and can’t add me because my e-mail is still connected to the other office. 

I have an admin profile at the company I work for. However, I am unable to change folders for already signed documents (this option does not appear for me). However, the company's other admin profile can.Any thoughts about it??  

Please provide voided document retrieval process, or search and view all. 

Is this document NOT made a part of the Certificate of Completion? Sometimes I get the Certificate of Completion that has it attached and sometimes it’s not attached. Trying to determine when it is or isn’t supposed to be included.

I am trying to switch into Docusign Rooms. Im already logged in. Goto my name upper right (click) then click on “switch to rooms” I get routed to login again.  enter email...then system requests password...<enter>Then asks me for my email again.  Then it just continues this loop. Anyone experience this before?

I previously used Docusign with my former real estate brokerage firm, I switched firms recently so have a new email address. When trying to open rooms like I always have I’m told I need to set up my room, when I try I’m told that option is no longer available. Im not tech savvy and need very basic guidance on how to access a room to begin a new real estate transaction, and formerly my state forms would automatically populate for me to choose from. HELP, I have no idea what I’m doing, other then I know how to manuevar the docusign site, but I can’t seem to get beyond the basic steps! thank you!

It seems Rooms has disappeared from my drop down. I tried rooms.docusign.com and  I get Page not found, Looks like the content no longer exists. Can anyone help me please

When I click on the pen icon, then select recipient roles, to then create an envelope to place signing fields, I receive an error message stating “Error calling 3rd party”. HELP!  Icannot go any further... Steve BoylesKeller Williams Real Estate

We do have a paid plan before and using Single-SIgn on with Azure. We did not renew our subscription, now what is happening is that we cannot sign anything or login using our company address as it is still using the single sign-on with Azure and the certificate expired. To renew it or fix it, we need to skip single-sign on. But how to skip it, we don’t know. We are having a hard time also contacting the sales team of Docusign as they are not replying to our email.Hope someone from the community can hep us on our issues we are facing right now.

After using Docusign for years I had to terminate due to cost reduction measures within my company.  The subscription renewed on 8/19/24. I contacted Docusign support on 8/19/24 and requested the account be closed and issue a refund. The online video about canceling the account and issuing a refund stated exactly how to accomplish this and I followed the instructions step by step. I received a note from support and was told I could not get a refund and that in order to cancel for next year I need to contract docusign 10 days prior to the renewal in 2025. In Virginia we have a 3 day right of rescission on any contract and would like a full refund of the amount paid. After researching this question about refunds online it seems like this company is having alot of issues with this policy and will lose market share because of it.I will not recommend docusign to anyone and will spread the work about how customer oriented this company is not. 

Hello everyone, is there a way to prolong working time in DocuSign?it keeps loggin off quickly due to inactivity. Is there a way to make this timeframe longer?Thank you in advance 

HelloI am filling in a document and their is a section for Standard Fields.  My account does not have a access to create pre-filled tools.  I am trying to draw a line in a section of the document.I think it says I need to upgrade.  How do I do that or is there another way to dray a line through a section of the document.?Thank you so much

I have a Team Leader/agent at KW Consultants in Dublin OH, that had an admin that created all of their rooms, and added the prospective agents to those rooms.  The admin shows as the Owner of all of the rooms. The admin has left the team, and the Team Leader would like her DocuSign to be removed from the Rooms.  If the admin is removed from the KW DocuSign system, will that affect the agents from seeing those rooms? To test things, I have tried to go in through KW's account, and remove the admin from a room, and it wouldn't let me remove her because there has to be an owner of the room.  It wouldn't let me assign another person as the owner.  The main question is... if the admin is removed from KW's DocuSign account, would KW Consultants and the team that is attached to the rooms still be able to see the rooms?  

Is there any way to change the timeframe this thing automatically logs me out?? I work from home, so leaving this open all day while i work does not pose a security risk. The timeout asks me if i want to continue working, but securely logs me out anyway if i press yes. Very annoying.

I am new to DocuSign and, even though I already sent several documents out for signatures, I would like to create Rooms to have everything more organized but, it I can not find the way on how to do it. I already went to FAQs and it was not help at all. Does anybody know if this is an option for 1 Admin Accounts or just for bigger organizations??

Though I am the administrator for our account, we have several users who each send envelopes. Is there are way for notifications to go only to the sender?
