How to create an envelope with allowMarkup enabled using docusign Rest API? I am facing issues while creating an envelope.Docusign error: CANNOT_ALLOW_MARKUP: Account does not have permission to set Allow Markup." This error occurs only for few templates. Can someone help me in fixing the issue.
When I send an envelope all recipients (signer and copy received) receive an email notification; however I’ve noticed that when I correct an envelope and resend only the signer is receiving the email notification and not those that are copied. How do I change it so all recipients receive the email notification when an envelope is resent? Thank you.
Hello,we are planning a migration from the sapphire account to the nttdata account.Could the users and the envelopes of the users be bulk exported and imported into the new system?i see the option to download the users but i dont see the option to export the envelopes of the users so they can be migrated as well.Could you please assist with some information how i can do it? Hello,a month ago i was able to create tickets directly to the DocuSign Support on the DocuSingn website.now im not able to do so anymore instead i get forwarded to the SAP Support which does not have the DocuSign as Product.How can i get my access to the DocuSIgn Support on the DocuSign page again? I need to open DocuSign Tickets since im a Delivery Manager for DocuSign at NDBS!
