Hello,I'm trying to complete the identity verification step to sign a document, but I’m facing an issue with the documents I provided:  My national ID card was issued in December 2024, but it's still the old version, as the new electronic version only started being issued in my city last month. The system seems to reject my ID because it doesn’t match the new version expected by DocuSign. My passport is also new (issued in December 2024) but it’s being rejected as well, because the system only accepts the old 2019 version. My driver’s license is not accepted for identity verification either. Because of this, I’m unable to verify my identity and sign the document.Is there any alternative way to complete the verification?Thank you in advance!

Dear Docusign team/Community, I have received a contract to sign on docusign. I am able to do login. Successfully signed the document. But in next steps when it comes for ID validation where DocuSign agent comes online on webcam and check for your ID, I am showing my Belgium Resident card and it was told by agent that, This is a newer version of Belgium ID card which is not updated in docusign system and asked to connect in docusign support.Please help me on resolving this.

I just failed a verification and one of the questions was “who have you been associated with?” and a bunch of names to choose from.Am I supposed to remember everyone’s name in my life?Where can I see and correct the data used for this?I had a mail fraud case years ago, so I have no idea how extensive that problem might be.This is irritating, and then just reading a few posts here, it’s actually infuriating. I get why people hate technology - it’s run by corporations that have no clue what they’re doing, and we’re all just handing our data to them without consent. It’s so frustrating.

When i am required to answer docusign questions, my identity is linked to individuals i have been estranged from. I cannot answer questions regarding the people, and every year I have some random doc sent to me that continually asks me questions about theses individuals that i have not spoken to in 30 years, so when i click on the option i am not associated to these individuals it rejects my signature application. What am I to do?

Hello.  I need access to my other DocuSign account. I no longer have access to the email address the account was registered under. Because of this, I cannot retrieve and enter the access code. I still have the same phone number. 

The Creator of my contract who is to sign, did not have a button for him to sign, and he has no signature on the document. Is the contract valid?

Hi,When a new employee is signing trough Docusign, it´s very easy and didn´t need to legitimize with Bank ID. Should it be that way, or can do add Bank ID in the process? Thank you for the help. Best regardsJohanna

Hi There, I would like to add Id veryfication for the person who will be signing contract with me. But dont see any uption to add this requiements. In the settings I add option that veryfication is required, but when customising the contract options there is only posibility to send the code as a veryfication methode.
