DateSignedTab Timezone Country not accurate

We are currently using the DateSignedTab for the embedded signing. However, we are located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, but the timestamp is showing SGT (Singapore Time. Is there any way to change the timestamp to reflect our current location?

Docusign JS embedded signing -- No events or Errors upon signing link load

Hi, I am new to Docusign and I am working on a POC for integrating DocuSign Embedded Signing using Docusign JS  within a Vue.js application. I am using the DocuSign Python Quick Start project to generate the signing URL with a slight modification:Instead of redirecting after generating the signing URL, I print it to the console. I manually copy this URL into a static variable in my Vue.js app and load it Docusign JS ProblemWith a fresh signing URL:✅ I receive the ready DOM event callback.✅ The signing session renders successfully inside the <iframe>.✅ After completing the signing, I receive the sessionEnd DOM event callback.However, when I reuse the same signing URL:❌ No DOM events (ready, sessionEnd, or any error) are triggered by DocuSign JS. Expected BehaviorIf the signing link is expired or reused, I would expect:An error from DocuSign JS instead of silent failure. Iframe doesnt run in mobile devices, yet it is working on other devices.

Hello; I have an iframe working on PCs and tablets, yet wen it runs on a mobile, it doesnt work fine…I can simulate de mobil device and it runs well: yet in the pyshical mobile device doesnt run. CSP error on Iframe ancestor violates

Hello,  I’m trying to display the embedded signing view using DocuSign's focus view, but I’m encountering an issue. Here’s the screenshot and the error message from the console log. This is occurring in my local environment.  Could someone please help me understand why this is happening? Below is an example of the code I’m using. Connect Event for Browser Closed

I am working on a PoC for Integration with Docusign and using Embedded Signing with Focussed View because we have our website and don’t want Admins to go out of application context.I have 2 options to display the document to end user Load the document in the same application window by loading DocusignJS and passing it RecipientViewURL and ClientId. Cross Launch the RecipientViewUrl obtained by making CreateEnvelope and CreateRecipientView API calls.For my integration, I am making Docusign eSignature API calls from a backend service and passing on the URL to the frontend portal.I am also working on using Connect APIs to receive a callback when Envelope event is raised (completed, voided and declined). I want to understandWhat event is raised when the enduser views the Document but Does not perform any action and the URL expires. Bundle.js How can I cleanup the listeners added to the signing events?

Hey there, currently I’m integrating the bundle.js to my application to sign an agreement. I’m using a dialog to present this document, this dialog can be closed or opened, I was looking for a way to clean the event listeners of the signing but I can’t find any information about it.  I’m using React, there’s any way to remove the listeners associated when unmount the docusign embed document?

Embedded Docusign signing_complete event

I have used embedded docusign in my implementation. Everything works fine but once user is done signing the envelope and clicks on “Finish”, it takes about 7-8 seconds for docusign to respond back with the sessionend event signing_completeSo user might get confused or think something went wrong as the screen looks like this.and after 7-8 seconds, we get the eventIs it possible for docusign to send the response within 2-3 seconds?Or else is there any event where we can show processing loader so that user is not confused?Thanks,Sweenal​​​​​​​

Disable Docusign Location Access in App

One of our customer is using Docusign embedded signing within their app. The app release is being blocked by the app store because DocuSign is requesting location access. Could you please provide instructions on how to disable this request or share the appropriate documentation explaining why DocuSign requires location access?

Refused to Connect JS errors

I created an app to prove the Docusign JS embedded signing with Focused View.  I am using C# at the server and JS/jQuery at the client.  I followed all of the steps in the article “How to request a signature using focused view” (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/how-to/request-signature-focused-view).Everything on the server side is fine, but when the JS code runs to load the document for signing, I get the following permission errors:Refused to frame 'https://apps-d.docusign.com/' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "default-src 'self' https://js-d.docusign.com/". Foused view not working in iframe

Hello,I am hosting multiple apps that require signing, so I created a dedicated app that uses the DocuSign JS library to provide a focused view signing interface. This app is designed to be accessed via an iframe by my other apps. But it keeps giving this error: Refused to frame 'https://apps-d.docusign.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors https://localhost:4209"The signing app is hosted at https://localhost:4209, while the other apps are hosted on ports 4201 and 4206. The signing app works perfectly when accessed directly from the browser at https://localhost:4209, but it fails to load when embedded in an iframe within the apps hosted on ports 4201 and 4206.I have added all the required domains in the request. Does Embedded signing support ID Verification with Liveness

We require embedded signing functionality within a customer portal mobile application. The signer will log in to the mobile app and complete the signing process through an embedded signing experience using an iframe. Is it feasible to implement IDV Liveness for signer identification within this iframe?

Hello DocuSign Community,  My teammate and I are participating in the DocuSign  "Unlocked" Hackathon, and we’re working on a project to enhance the signing process by introducing interactive document features. Specifically, we are trying to add the ability to:1. Highlight specific sections or lines in a document to draw users’ attention to key details. 2. Display contextual bullet points or notes alongside the document to provide additional guidance or explanations. We’re exploring how to best integrate these features into the signing flow using embedded signing. Clickjacking configuration options for EnvelopeViews:createSender

Unlike with EnvelopeViews:createRecipient, which has options to configure clickjacking protections via x-frame-options or csp frame-ancestors, there are no such options for the createSender view.Due to this when displaying the sender view within an iframe element the browser blocks the request.How can we add Clickjacking protection to the embedded sender view to avoid this and add security.Here’s an example of the error on Firefox:

DocuSign Redirect Url - Reloading iFrame

In my application i am using iFrame to display the docusign embedded view.i am able to complete the sign and read the event and perform operations and navigations in my app successfully in local environment. But the issue is when this is tested in production environment, I am able to sign and redirect url is being called giving 200 response but nothing is happening after that.  same code is working fine with local environment and failing in production environment. I am not understanding is it because of any configuration issue or what.The difference I could see in the network requests is below request is failing. I don’t know exactly this is the problem. Creating an "InPersonSigner" and struggling with UNKNOWN_ENVELOPE_RECIPIENT

Send all event emails (review, sign, completed) to signers - even for embedded / integrations

We have built an integration with DocuSign, which essentially shares the envelope with the signer via our (Zingly’s) application.This is good, because it keeps the engagement between sales and service reps and their customers in the workspace. Having said that, in addition to the signer (customer) being notified that they can review and complete signing via Zingly, we would like to ensure the signer continues to get their “An envelope has been shared with you to review and sign” email from DocuSign.HOWEVER -- it appears that with DocuSign integrations (such as embedded signing), the integrations SUPPRESS all but the “completed signing” emails. (See link: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Why-aren-t-my-signers-receiving-DocuSign-Notification-emails?language=en_US)Can someone confirm whether embedded / integrations CAN or CAN NOT allow DocuSign’s native email / sms notifications to the signers to continue, in addition to the embedded integration?

Focused view : localization and zoom issues

Hello,I have integrated the Docusign signature for my customer orders via the Focused view mode.However, I encounter 2 problematic issues:1. The buttons are not translated into french even though the default language of my account is set to french. Via the JS setting, we can only change the last button but all the others and the start popup are in english. Is it possible to choose the language somewhere?2. The zoom on the documents by default does not suit me.It is too high and I do not know how it is calculated.Is it possible to adjust it in one way or another?Thanking you in advance for your answers,Regards,Flav
