How i can sign a document offline? When i have at longer time no connections.

I have an enevlope PDF,   where there will be a single signer..    but the PDF will contain two (2) signature blocks is there functionality exists that once the signer signs 1 of the 2 signature blocks,   to disable the other block from being signed.    we need to prevent 2 signatures from the envelope the signer decides which one of the 2 needs to be signed

I would like to use custody transfer rules with Powerforms.  I want to have the same “offers privacy” of the envelopes appearing that they are sent from a generic email address on our domain, and I need the ability for the sending department group to be able to check on the envelope status and resend the envelopes.  If i understand how this works with templates, there is the ability to transfer envelopes “prior to first send” however, there is no mention of this working with Powerforms.  We use SSO so I do not want users logging into docusign with a generic domain account. Please let me know if there are any differences in functionality.  

I went to signature adoption page and all entries were identical in standard block type. So I gave up and adopted one and clicked ‘sign’. Surprisingly, a cursive signature showed up! Of course it was not one I would ever have chosen and you don’t make it simple to change, even if I could see the cursive back on the selection page.So this is a bug that needs fixing. And make it easier to permanently adopt a particular signature.

Hi,I need to report on specific batch #’s, from a bulk send, i’m not finding any capabilities that does this. I want to see all envelopes sent, completed, failed etc on each batch specifically. I can “filter” from the Bulk Send folder, but I need to pull a excel report, there is no option to download csv file. I’ve also clicked the three dots from the batch line, download csv isn’t available for the batch either. I’m my research i found that you can run an envelope recipient report and click “bulk send subject”, this isn’t even an option in reporting columns.  We have sent multiple bulk send batch's over 10K envelopes, i need to report on each batch, how can I do this? Please adviseThanks

Good morningOne of our users is sending an envelope and trying to choose the signature type from the dropdown list.  The dropdown is blank.Has anyone ever encountered this issue please?

It appears that AI is now scanning documents and alerting the document owner when a document has the words “expiring” or “expiration” or perhaps even just finding dates and then adding a notification to the home page for the user that a document is expiring soon. This is actually not very helpful since I have documents that list details of an expiration date for material that is being used in production. The document is not expiring, but the notification gives the impression that it is. How do we turn off this functionality when it is not useful? 

If we currently subscribe to IDV and have this feature enabled on some of our accounts, will this automatically transfer to the new offering by IDVerse?

DocuSign has any feature that can automatically remove users or integrate them for this?

On startup of the print driver, once it is idle you get a popup notification at the bottom right corner of the screen that says that the driver is idle. This is unnecessary and I don’t see a way to turn it off.

Hello - We are currently signed up to a trial and as a real estate agency often need to send terms out to clients. We send the same document repeatedly but have to manually enter in all the required and optional fields throughout the document each time. How do we set these documents up to automatically generate these fields and is this option limited because we are currently on a trial? 

Not getting first verification code via SMS but always getting SMS code after hitting resend.Has been working fine for years until a week ago.

The law require me to get a proof of reception by the tenants when he open the document. The tenant do not have to sign the document. HOW TO DO THIS IF IT IS POSSIBLE?  iF NOT CREATE THAT OPTION.Guy Vandandaigue

I would like to ask for some guidance or assistance on the below.We bought E-signature Standard Licenses for 90 users. The usage shows we are within limit. But users are getting this Envelope Allowance exceeded error.I know the envelopes are shared across our plan so we should not be receiving this error.We have already opened a case to DocuSign support but it’s more than 20 days and we still don’t get any resolution.Any help would be appreciated.  

Hello!We have a signing group that needs to be able to print and sign documents, but it appears that print and sign is disabled for signing groups. I have been unable to find a good explanation as to why, or how we can re-enable it. Is there a way to adjust this setting, and if not, what workarounds have others used? The best we’ve found so far is for signing group members to “assign to someone else” and assign it to themselves because then they can print and sign, but that creates excess clicks, emails, and a Docusign error screen to boot. Thank you for any help!

Hello, I am a realtor with RPA Real Estate. I currently use Authentisign as my signing service, they use blue and yellow for the different signature fields, making it very easy to tell apart. I heard many good things about DocuSign, which is why I decided to try out the trial and possibly make the switch. my only issue so far is the colors of the signature fields. they are pastel green and pastel blue, which look very similar and are very hard to tell apart, is there a way to change this? if not, I would like to suggest using different colors that are easier to tell apart, or giving the option to choose your color for each signer would be most ideal. Dear DocuSign Support,I am a DocuSign user with a 1,000-envelope plan, and since yesterday I have been completely unable to send any document for signature. Hi everyone,I’m trying to find a way to prevent users from having multiple active sessions in DocuSign — for example, being logged in simultaneously from multiple browsers or devices.I’m looking for something like: A setting to allow only one active session per user, or A way to automatically terminate previous sessions when a new login occurs. I’ve already checked the Organization Security and Session settings in the Admin Console, but I couldn’t find an option specifically for this.So my question is, Is there a way (via the Admin Console or API) to enforce single-session login for users?Thanks in advance!Chris

"I have around 40 documents in DocuSign, and I'm trying to reorganize them. Is there an easy way to move and reposition multiple documents at once? Currently, I can only move one document at a time by dragging it with the mouse, and even then, it only shifts by about two rows. Also, I can't select more than one file at a time. Is there a workaround or a feature I'm missing?"Thanks

When I want to send a document to sign, I get this message "Account does not have permission to set Allow Comments" and I can't send it.

Hello all,I work in the public sector for Olmsted County, MN, USA.  We are trying to raise empathy awareness with our staff about electronic accessibility requirements and compliance.  Is there or could someone create a video showing someone filling out and signing a Docusign form using a screen reader? Even better, a “bad” experience because the form wasn’t created properly, and an “ideal” experience where the source document was built using Style Headings, Numbered/Bulleted lists, and the form has meaningful data labels and tool tips.I’m in the process of learning how to use a screen reader but I am not proficient enough to create my own demonstration.  I am also curious, is the screen reader able to see the content of the document or just the fields? I noticed that hyperlinks in a Word Document are removed (flattened?) after the document is uploaded into an envelope/template.  Which in a way makes sense since the purpose of Docusign is to fill out and sign a form, not use the form a

I received a docusign document from my employer, and this was the first time I had to do the signature digitally.For that I needed an identification process with a dispatcher, where even the first 2 attempt was cancelled by the dispatcher due to technical issues. On third try we finally could start the identification, but at the end the dispatcher told me that she has technical issues so I shall call them again.However since then I stuck at the 1. Identification step with the message:“This identification for this Transaction Number has already been completed and cannot be restarted.”How can I proceed to the Sign documents step?

Hello, it it possible to prevent users to add additional fields on the document when they have the permission to add a secound email / signer to the envelope? So prevent the user to access the full functionality of the  prepare & send  → Just have the “Send”   Thank you in advance! Kai

Hi Team,After signing the document upon clicking finish , a pop up window appears to share the document with required ones as shown below. Our customer doesn't need this. Is there anyway to suppress this. Please suggest.  Thanks
