What to do when a signature appears sideways?

We are trying to complete a regulatory filing, and one of the signatures (that was drawn) appears sideways on the page. It was rejected by the agency as such. We have tried voiding the signatures and starting over, but it is always the same. He is using a laptop computer.

Changing the date format for an Excel upload

When I upload a date from Excel to DocuSign, the European date format day day / month month / year automatically changes to the American month month / day day / year. How can I change this?

Setting the correct user to display in the history.

Hi all,I have a helpdesk email set up for all sent envelopes so the consultants are not responded back to on their direct email. I have just noticed that when a consultant corrects an envelope, the history does not say who it was that corrected it. Instead it says the user who corrected the envelope was the helpdesk.Is there a way to fix this to show in the history the specific consultant who corrected the envelope, rather than assuming it is the user who first sent the envelope?The issue this may cause is if a user may go into an envelope that someone else sent, then corrects something they shouldn’t have, and we have no way to trace this correction back to that person.Thank you,David

Bulk Send - Error The legacy version of bulk send is retired.

I joined Docusign June 21, 2024 and went to send a document to 50 people to sign. It says the code ‘ The legacy version of bulk send is retired. Switch to the new enhanced version of bulk send’ I have never used any version and just recently joined so I am very confused where the new section is located considering I am new to this.

Use Powerform issue: This envelope cannot be sent because it was already digitally signed, and is not in a valid state to resend.

Hello, I have an error message when I use a Powerform I created, same when making a copy and trying to use it. Once I go to template > select the powerform and click “USE”, I then fill-in the recipients info and click to send. The page refreshes with the red error message: “This envelope cannot be sent because it was already digitally signed, and is not in a valid state to resend.”Note: I don’t have this error message when I use the Powerform link. The documents part of the template/powerform does not contain any signature yet it’s docx documents with anchor tags placed on the template.Support is not able to help apart of telling me to recreate it which does not fix...Thank you,

Can you via amended Contracts ? I.e Original versus edited ?

We received a contract on the 20th of the month with a start date of unknown, we then got sent a new link from Docusign a few days later with a “supposedly” amended start date. Are we able to find out what the original start date was ? or if there was a change made ?

Hey there,I’m running a demo environment before we start with the productive environment.As a start we booked the standard plan and we were wondering, if we can switch the demo environment to standard as well, so we only have the admin options (according to our plan) available.At the moment it looks like our demo environment is running on a professional plan.Can anyone help me out? Recipient limit of the envelope has been exceeded

Why is Docusign telling me that the ‘Recipient limit of the envelope has been exceeded’ when I have added only 7 signees? I’m on a free trial, but I can’t read from any of the Plans that the number of recipients would be a factor so I wouldn’t like to buy a plan until I know that I’ll be able to add the 7 signees with the paid plan for if that’s the issue.

I had a document ready to send for signatures. I stepped away from the computer for a while and when I returned I had been logged out. The document had disappeared. I’d spent a couple of hours or more setting it up.

Change text in single field based on drop down selection

I am looking to update a hidden (white text) field we use on the back end for document storage based on dropdown user selection. I need to use a single “Doc ID” field, the hidden one, so I’m not sure how to use conditional logic. The data label on my hidden field must be “Doc ID” for the next downstream action to take place. If I have multiple “Doc ID” fields, they will all have the same value. In the snip below, the user selects the document type they’re attaching in box 1 and I want box 2 to populate with the corresponding Doc ID. The “crosswalk for test” box shows user selections and Doc ID. Any ideas how to accomplish this?

Number of recipients with error message

I have subscribed to the eSignature Standards package and the package will be renewed on 19 Sept 2024. I have used 92 of the 100 envelopes provided. On 9 Sept 2024 I can still create envelopes with up to 30 recipients, but today (13 Sept 2024) I can only create envelopes with 10 recipients. If I enter more than 10 recipients, a notification appears saying "The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded" and in the 11th recipient box and so on, "There was an error saving one of your recipients. Please try again." Kindly need your advice for this matter. Thank you all!
