Hello. I am playing around with sender fields in Docusign IAM and have a couple questions for the recommended fields based on agreement type:Can you remove or limit the system-generated agreement types that the sender will select? To expand, what if I want to scrap most or all of the system generated agreement types and have my senders only be able to select from a list of most or all custom agreement types? Can I limit agreement type selection for senders by security group? Sender 1 can only select from agreement type A, B and C while sender 2 can only select from agreement type D, E and F. I assume this would come with the recommended fields for each aligned agreement

I am trying to send out a document for signature but my client is receiving the error message “resource token authentication error”. I have his correct email address, what could be the issue please?

This has happened to two different people now where they send out a document to be signed and when the first person in the signing order signs they get the email stating that it is their turn and they sign. But when we go to download the signed documents from Docusign, only the second signers signature is there. I have attached a screenshot showing both parties signed. What has happened here?  

Good morning.I’m working on a pledge document for a campaign. As I enter the fillable fields, I need to use numbers WITHOUT decimals (for dates and timeframe) but that isn’t an option in the number format section. Is there a way to do that?  I’m stumped. Thanks! ss

Hello, I’ve noticed when adding pdf files to a Docusign envelope that more and more, these files do not display correctly in the Docusign envelope.  It’s not caused by a large file size.  The display issue has happened to a one page pdf file that only had text.  The test displays like wingdings or unicode font.  Is there a recommended pdf file format to use in Docusign? Perhaps a certain version to use?  Thanks,Anne

Hi all, we’re currently reviewing our approval workflow within DocuSign and are looking for a way to manage multi-step internal reviews rather than just simple signatures. Our process involves a supplier completing a form first, followed by several internal teams (HSEQ, Procurement, Transport, etc.) who each need to review, add comments, and either approve or decline within their own section (with a dropdown box). Once all reviews are complete, a final approver makes the decision. If the document is declined, we need it to automatically return to the supplier with comments, be amended, and then circulate again through the same approval order. We’re struggling to configure this kind of “approve/decline with re-route and comments” workflow after signing. is this possible natively in DocuSign, or does it require additional features? Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.

Our Copy Envelope option is suddenly missing from any Agreements in Shared Access. It is still selected in Admin. It seems I can copy a Completed or Voided envelope that I sent, but nothing else. Is that the way this is set up now?

How can I make the SSN field (text box set to nine digits) where the document cannot be finished if the user enters anything other than nine digits?  I am wanting nine digits exactly…….not 4…..not 7…...nine exactly.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I need to contact the support because the signing process of one of my files does not work. When I try to access the support chat here, nothing happens when pressing the button. There is also no html behind the button I could copy to another browser. It’s not working in Chrome (incognito & normal mode), Firefox, Safari  I also can not access any other type of support since I’m not a paying member. I also can’t log in to the support page, because first I’d need to open a chat - which is not working. 

We use DocuSign to route for signature directly out of our Database (there is a DocuSign link in the database to click/send to DocuSign). Recent user was unable to void or cancel envelope that first signer “declined”. Error message read, “Only envelopes in the ‘Sent’ or ‘Delivered’ state may be voided.” 

On a Web Forms template, I need to use conditionnal routing to send the enveloppe to a Routing Group, with 6 potential recipients. All of those recipients are shared mailboxes, for 6 different teams. It works well, but now, they want to be able, once received, to assign someone to the task.So I need those recipients to assign the last recipient as the final signatory.But both on prod and sandbox, it seems that only “needs to sign”, “needs to view”, “receives a copy.” are available for routing group… Note that for “standard” type of recipients (= not from a routing group), I can also use “specify recipients”, “update recipients”, and “edit”, so it’s not about enabling it (I’m admin). Did I miss something ? How can I have a routing group to assign the next recipient (by typing the email address at some point) ?Kind regards

the Shared Access drop down is there, but when trying to share the only option available was to share with the admin only.  Did Docusign take away the ability to share eSignature with others on our account?  That’s how it was set it up previously so that anyone could go to the shared sent folder under the xxxxx_contracts@company_name.com mailbox and look at the status of an envelope.

I’m wondering if there is something that isn’t right in my settings.  I received notifications in the past when someone signed a document but yesterday someone signed and I didn’t get a notification.  There were two people to sign, one did, one didn’t.   I thought neither signed because I didn’t get a notification.  This hasn’t happened before that I remember.  Please advise.  I didn’t see anything in the settings regarding sending notifications upon signature but may have missed it. HiAll of a sudden envelopes are not being received even though they show as sent in report. I am using the sample recipients csv file downloaded from within the envelope, no names are duplicated and email addresses are properly formatted.What else can I do to check?ThanksJuliette Monet

I signed a document on DocuSign and sent it to others. They requested proof that it was signed by me. That is to say, the Completion Certificate document must have the email address and mobile phone number of the signatory. However, on my Completion Certificate document, only the email address is shown but not my mobile phone number. How should I operate during the signing process so that the mobile phone number is displayed on the Completion Certificate document? Thank you!    

How do I put a text field into a document that all signers can see? It seems that only the signer who is assigned the text field can see it when they are signing, but other signers can't see it until after the doc is fully signed and completed.

I am trying to add the “Bulk Send” capability to our account. Changing our subscription requires I contact sales. For more than a week, have repeatedly reached out to both support and sales to connect with someone in sales to upgrade our account for this capability. Support has been trying to get someone in sales to reach out to me. Nobody has contacted me. I was just wondering if there is a sales department for subscription upgrades?

I would like help with copying signature and initial locations for multiple signers to save time

I created 5 documents, that need to be signed each by the same person. After that I need to save them separately. Can I send those documents in one envelope to the person who needs to sign them all ? And then save the signed documents separately, or do I need to send each document in a separate envelope? 

Early last year I set up various documents through the Envelope Templates section. How do I move/copy those template documents over to the new Documents Template section of the program without losing my fields and conditional rules?

Hi!I have a document that requires a signature from one individual in our organization and then signed by the counterparty. Originally I set up a template for this but I need to send out 60 of these templates and I don’t want to use bulk send because our internal signer would have to open 60 emails.Is there an alternative to this?I could create all 60 documents and send them to our signer and the parse them out to the counterparties but before I do that I wanted to see if there was an easier way.Thank you for any suggestions!

There appears to be no way to report on number of envelopes re-sent (or sent manual reminder). Anyone have a way of doing this? Or is this a request to the Docusign developers?
