Hello. We just had a recipient use a photo as a signature for the first time. We are investigating whether this is acceptable by the State, and may not be able to use it. Can we prevent a signer from using a photo as a signature? I don’t see any matching options in the Admin tab.

Hello, I sent an envelope to a number of people last year on a paid plan. This plan ran out in the meantime. Now the 3 last remaining people tried to sign the document and all reported that the link they received is not working. The document is supposed to expire on March 18, 2026.Is this related to the plan or could this be another error? Thank you.

How can I download all of the signed documents that I sent in bulk? Do we have a unified option instead than one per envelope?

Customers want Docusign to have options for ‘x’ Box and Checkmark Box that should result as agreed as ‘tick mark’ and declined as ‘x’ mark. When sending legal documents, tick the options or x to decline, while those documents could be used to showcase in the legal jurisdiction.

I have a field where recipient 1 is tasked to enter data.  Let’s call this data “Subtotal”.  I’d like to be able to utilize the data in this field when a modifier is chosen by recipient 2 via checkbox.  Let’s call it “10% off coupon”.  Ideally, a simple formula field could calculate 10% off the subtotal when recipient 2 checks the box.  However, the issue that I’m running into is that the data entered by recipient 1 is not available to be used in formulas when activated by recipient 2.  How can this be accomplished?

HiI used 2 payment to buy a QES signature for the french french INPI, with the error message “not EIDAS validated.Docusign is definitly NOT usable with INPI, so I have now 2 non valide and non usable pseudo signed documents for which I paid. So I cancel my subscription and need not to be charged for those 2 documents.thanks   

We’ve received the reminder of the change to Azure. We are currently testing server and app access to eu-b.docusign.net but I am unable to complete “Test-NetConnection eu-b.docusign.net -Port 443” on any device connected to any network.I can successfully reach:demo-b.docusign.netna1-b.docusign.netna2-b.docusign.netna3-b.docusign.netna4-b.docusign.netBut not eu-b.docusign.netIs this by design? We use eSeal, and have only ever applied our own seal. Does anybody have experience of inviting third parties to apply their own seal?

Hello,  I am wondering if there is a way to send a document automatically with the below stipulations  send for approval signatures internally if approved automatically send to the required signers which will include the people who initial it after the client signs it BUT also removes the previous initials in the process.  More plainly Send to Person A, B, & C, for initial, if approved, automatically remove the initials, send to person D for signature then to person B and C for signature

I selected the separate pdf option for my bulk download but all the files continue to be downloaded in individual folders. How do I fix this?

Hello I configured docusign on salesforce and created a template with a custom email message and custom subject.But when I try to send a document for signature,  docusin displays the default email message and default subject.not the message and subject configured on the template can you please help me solve this problem ?thank you in advance

The issue we’re encountering is that when a document is sent for signature, the link received in the email shows as expired when clicked, and a new link is generated. I have a client overseas who is been sent a docusign but is been asked to login to the website to sign. how do i fix this so that he can just press review document and sign the document

Hi, I’ve looked everywhere for this. On the left hand side of the Tools menu in Docusign, there is a Text feature. This would be for custom text that you want to add onto a document, such as a comment.In my case, I have to use this feature quite a bit. Sometimes I have to add a client’s address, or a note, etc. And the text I need to add is much longer than the 40 or so characters allowed in that little box.Is there any way at all to increase the number of characters allowed? Right now I am having to use like 4 text boxes for 8 words! The words can wrap if you use the little arrow to expand the box, but they only do so vertically, so it looks pretty bad!

I need to contact the support because the signing process of one of my files does not work. When I try to access the support chat here, nothing happens when pressing the button. There is also no html behind the button I could copy to another browser. It’s not working in Chrome (incognito & normal mode), Firefox, Safari  I also can not access any other type of support since I’m not a paying member. I also can’t log in to the support page, because first I’d need to open a chat - which is not working.

I drug all fields over to document and hit “SEND” button. In the lower left hand corner, I go a pop up that said “An error Occurred”. No details or direction of what to fix. Spent almost 2 hours on chat with DocuSign and it got me nowhere.  Any idea why I would get a generic error like this and have no direction on what needs to be fixed? Thanks.

Sending out close to 600 individually addressed contracts, each one has to have a payment request attached to it.However, someone in their very finite wisdom thought to change the post sending screen to say track your document (like really, it was JUST sent) instead of what it used to say, which was send another agreement.It takes a minimum of two clicks (x 600 each) to get back to the send an envelope screen. Really, could not have been an end user that came up with that idea has no idea about repetitive stress injuries to your mousing hand doing a job of this size.Please bring back the send another agreement post sending screen!

I’m trying to set up an envelope with multiple signature/initial fields in a single document for one person. However, during signing, the system requires the signer to authenticate and log in again for each signature or initial, which is very frustrating. Is there a way to authenticate the signer once at the start of the document and allow them to complete all signature/initial fields before finishing, instead of repeatedly asking them to log in and authenticate each time?Who has the authority to change this setting (if such an option is available), and would it still remain compliant with Part 11 requirements?Regards, Anil 

I can’t find any way to get in touch with support. I need to send a document for signature and reached my limit.
