If we currently subscribe to IDV and have this feature enabled on some of our accounts, will this automatically transfer to the new offering by IDVerse?

hello everyoneI need your help.I didn't see any custom field validation method in the official documentation. Is there a good way to set validation? Or can I write code on docusign for validation?

My coworker is on vacation and I have a customer in to sign their docusign document in person.  Do I need to correct the envelope in order to collect the signature for my co-worker.  We have shared access.

I need to configure below:The download option is disabled while recipients are reviewing and signing the document, andThe download option is available once the document is completed (via the completion email or DocuSign portal).I used the following configuration as per the attached signing resource file guide<data name="DocuSign_SigningAllowDownload">false</data><data name="DocuSignComplete_AllowDownload">true</data>With this setup, the download option is correctly disabled during signing, but I still cannot see the download option after the envelope is completed.Could you please suggest the correct way to achieve this behavior? 

I have a Personal account with a credit of 5 envelopes per month.I cannot find when the counting starts of this credit. Is this per the 1st of every month of per de date of the contract for example the 15th of every month?

We are supporting a Human Resources process.  The routing includes the employee (signature), department head (signature), HR officer (signature) and a labor relations officer (delayed signature).  In a perfect world, only the employee and the HR officer would receive a completed copy of the envelope, as the others should not be retaining a copy.  Is there any way to design a template in ESignature to do that?

Envelopes are not being received by the recipients. However the statis of the envelope is updated as "Sent" in DocuSign. Have completed the entire troubleshooting as available on DocuSign support pages.  

I would like to have a conditional field revealed only upon execution when the document is sent to the recipient. Is this possible?

I have triple checked that a client’s name is spelt correct in my contacts area as well as their email address. When they sign, the last name is spelled in their signature incorrectly. So odd. Where is the error and how can this be fixed??

I assume if this existed I would have found it by now, but is there any way for me, as an Admin (or anyone) to officially assign DocuSign University courses to a User for our account? And know whether they’ve completed a course? I’m getting really tired of answering the same questions from staff because they’re not going through the training I’ve asked them to watch.

We started seeing duplicate reports sent out starting last Friday and repeating this Friday, despite this report has been running for over one year with no problems. I have an eSignature Business Pro subscription and should be able to send 10 envelops to 99 recipients per month. I am still within my 10 envelopes but not able to send an envelop to more than 19 recipients. Could you help me how I can send the envelop to more recipients. I need to send it to around 33 people.  

How do I add my middle name to signature?

Hi I'm trying to setup a Bulk CSV template. It's a bit tricky. Basically, Party A (my staff) aren't allowed to know the information for Party C (New clients) until Party B has them sign the document provided by Party A. Essentially, I need Party B to be able to add their CSV to template initiated by Party A and send the Template to about 50+ different Party C.Is there anyone to do this?

I am a paid customer of DocuSign.I tried to document to sign, I could not and I got the following error message:A Required field is incomplete. TabId: abd948d2-c95a-49c8-9d06-78532a4f5bd1 I tried to have support to call me and I could not either. They give me 4 options to login:Partner LoginDoD LoginInsight & Analyzer LoginApplications Rooms, CLM, Notary LoginI could not sign in to any of these options. 

 Am I allowed to make a correction on a contract after the document signature has been completed?  If so, please advise how to do that?  I’m aware of making a correction before sending for signature but I don’t see anything that would allow me to make a change after the signing was completed. 

Doing spreadsheets this year for 2024 taxes, and there it is...again. $325.00 charge from DOCUSIGN. I haven’t used Docusign in over 3 years and downgraded both my account years ago to free versions. There is NO help in cancelling an account. The entire process is circular and frustrating, meaning the end-user keeps ending up at the same place with error codes (when trying to login) and non-functional webpages.I’ve requested Docusign to cancel my account previously. Nothing. No messages, and no notifications. I’m not even being notified of annual billing by email. There’s no receipts or invoices. Users are being charged with ZERO recourse.When I log into my account it says “FREEMIUM” as the version and yet I’m still being charged.I’ve even changed my debit card information, and somehow DOCUSIGN is still getting around this and charging. This is downright criminal and grounds for a class-action lawsuit.

When I click support it asks me to login. When I login it says 'unable to log in’ if this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other login scenarios, contact docusign support for assistance. I click ‘contact docusign support’ and get stuck in a loop. I have been a customer for around 3 years now and this has always been the case since I created my account.I tried to phone their office and spoke with an AI that said it could not connect me to a human and if I needed support I should go to support on their website. No wonder this company has such a terrible trustpilot score. If you would like to know my reason for contacting support, it is that when I signed up for Docusign it clearly stated that I had unlimited envelopes, as per the screenshot below: I moved away from an existing solution for exactly this reason. Is it possible to add custom messages / hints that are shown to all users, when a envelope is created? Like this: 

Recently, some our Docusign users with DS Sender permissions have been experiencing issues sending envelopes from the Docusign platform. When they click on Envelopes and then Send an Envelope, the action receives no response and after a few minutes, the request fails with a ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (201) error. This issue is occurring intermittently for some of our users.Anyone has faced similar issue? 

Is it possible to add an internal approval level as the first person to see a document before it is then sent onwards for signatories? Basically want a manager to review documents before they are sent externally. We have eSignature Business Pro Edition for SFDC.Thanks 

Hello,I noticed the following. If, in a template with a predefined subject line, the ‘Customise email and language for each recipient’ checkbox is selected and then deselected again, the predefined subject line is overwritten with the file name of the stored template. The subject line remains unchanged even if the checkbox is selected again and must be adjusted manually. The email text itself remains unchanged.

Hi Team,We’re trying to enable DocuSign access for our third-party partners through the Azure B2B (Entra ID) guest account model. Our goal is to avoid creating local DocuSign accounts for partners due to governance and lifecycle management challenges.Here’s our current setup and what we’ve tried so far: Identity provider: Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) DocuSign integration: Already enabled and working for internal employees and contractors (claimed domain) Partner access model: Partners have Entra B2B guest accounts in our tenant Feature enabled: “Allow account users with unclaimed domain email addresses log in using SSO” (Third Party Login) Issue: When testing in our lower environment, the login process stops at the ACS URL (Assertion Consumer Service endpoint). It doesn’t proceed further or complete the SSO handshake. We’ve reviewed the SAML configuration, but there’s no clear documentation on configuring DocuSign for B2B guest user access via Entra.
