We are happy to announce the released a major update to the Docusign eSignature Spoke and release v4.0 on ServiceNow store. Notable mentions Added action to generate embedded sending views Added triggers for Docusign events that will show up in the “triggers” section of the flows to allow for no-code experience for bidirectional integration. Please note that triggers are a newer way for incoming integration over the previous scripted REST API based integrations.

Send Parallel Signature requests to same Role Name/ Recipient Id using routing order

I have a template created with 5 recipients / role names (no emails and no names are mentioned) and respective tabs are assigned on the template like Name, signature, Date signed to all those. Have a signing order mentioned for those recipients I have a integration with servicenow. Servicenow Docusign espoke has an action called Add Recipient it will take Role Name , Recipient ID ,email and name as inputs and add recipients. I have to add multiple users as recipients for one Role name. For example :Role Name : Event Approval I have to send this approval to 3 users and need signature from anyone of those 3 users. If one approves, will remove other recipients from the envelope as I cannot mark the status as void for individual recipients. The problem I am facing is everytime i add a recipient with same Role Name , Recipient Id and routing order Docusign is not considering it as parallel approvals and assigning the signing order correctly. Please see the screenshots. How to achieve this,

ServiceNow - DocuSign integration - Employee Document Management. No email send out when envelope is created.

Hello community, When a process is started in ServiceNow via the automated document creation tool and send over to DocuSign via API integration, the envelope is remaining in waiting for others- But, no email is being send out which would allow the assigned to user (Document signer) to open the envelope and sign. We used the following envelope: https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2/accounts/10316998/envelopes Anyone an idea why this is the case? Note: This is a connection with the demo instance of DocuSign, not the live instance. In the past it was working for pdf templates, but not its not working for HTML templates being send out. Envelope is created, document and process steps displayed in the right way but not no email send out. Many thanks.
