Hello @somanikd22,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Docusign Community—great to have you here!
I did some testing and was able to enforce this behavior using Conditional logic rules. I hope this approach fits your use case.
I worked with four fields: Text Fields A, B, and C (set as required) and one checkbox.
Step 1:
- Select Text Field A and use it as the trigger field.
- In the Properties panel, expand Conditional Logic and click Create Rule.
- In the rule settings (gear icon), choose Any Text.
- Select Text Fields B and C as the fields affected by the rule, then click Done.
With this setup, when a signer enters any value in Field A, Fields B and C appear and are required.
Step 2:
- Select the checkbox, then click Create Rule.
- Set the condition to Unchecked.
- Select Text Field A as the affected field and click Done.
This way, when the signer selects the checkbox, Text Fields A, B, and C are hidden.
I hope this helps. If you feel my suggested solution has helped you, we would greatly appreciate it if you could mark it as "Best Answer" ✅ to help other community members find trusted answers and follow similar steps. Let us know if you need further assistance—we're here for you!
