Hi Team,I have requirements where I have multiple templates. Template A, B, C … and so on. I have Template A which is static template & is always used for workflow, and Template B and C are conditionally selected on the basis of various conditions. End result will be like mentioned below:Template A & Template B or Template C [ Template B or C will be added to the last ] as per different condition  Template A & Template B & Template C [ Template B & C will be added to the last ] as per different condition  NOTE: I DON’T WANT TO CREATE MULTIPLE VERSION FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED SCENARIOS, SINCE AGREEMENTS ARE SO HUGE AND HAVE SO MANY FIELDS TO MAP

Hello community/supportAfter installing: The DocuSign connector in Business Central A DocuSign license for certain users then users who do NOT have a DocuSign license suddenly see that the standard “Upload” or “Send for approval/signature” features become blocked or unavailable.?? Can someone provide a solution to fix this?Thank you

For various reasons we have to void envelopes and for various reasons we do not want the recipient to receive notification of the envelope being voided. The documentation says that a recipient who has not signed the document will not receive notification of the envelope being voided, however we have multiple customers who have not signed yet are getting notification of the voidingIs it possible to turn off these notifications

I work for a K-12 private school and we want to require both parents to sign our student handbook (for some grades, the student will sign, as well). My wonder is, what will happen if we use bulk send, but it is a single parent situation? The goal would be…Role 1: Parent 1Role 2: Parent 2Role 3: StudentWhat will happen if I try to bulk send but no one is listed for Role 2? I plan to make those fields optional instead of required, but will the bulk send even work if that information is missing on the CSV file? Would I have to send it to Parent 1 a second time?

Regarding the Standard Attributes available OOTB for IAM, I’m referencing the list in the Support Site Knowledge Articles linked below. Most of the Attributes contain notation that indicates, “* Included in all IAM plans with Navigator”. However, this notation isn’t found on the Attributes within the ‘Payment Obligation Insights’ section. Based on the name, I suspect that these Attributes are only available with the IAM for Sales product, can you please confirm if my assessment is correct? We have some life sciences customers who have procurement Part11 modules. Since Part 11 requires signers to do identity verification, they purchased the Enterprise Pro edition and added the company SSO so that all signatories were added to their Docusign Account. Because of such customers, if they are recommended to move to IAM, the number of users is very exaggerated and the cost is unbearable. We've heard that there are also IAM unmanaged licenses that can be assigned to such users. Whether there is documentation for this piece, how to enabled, and how a license is assigned. There looks to be an omission in sandbox for IAM, which we have purchased as part of Enterprise IAM edition, for development of our own workflows to showcase IAM to our customers, partners and prospects.Standard Operating Procedure for us, as with generally accepted software practice, is to develop in a sandbox and then, once proven, migrate to production. This we have done historically with template development for esignature for example.It seems that the functionality to transfer is not available, forcing replication of a sandbox to production by manually keying configuration into a production environment.This is by no means straightforward when a multi step Maestro workflow has been developed...laborious and error prone.This will inevitably consume customers purchased production capacity as manual errors are corrected as testing continues in the production environment prior to signing off go live…Are we missing something?Can a Maestro wor

We have just signed up for an IAM for CX account. When we had a trial developer account I could add a dropdown to my template from the standard fields. Now that we have an IAM for CX account I don’t have as many options in the ‘Standard Fields’ section. Please can someone explain why or how I can get them?

Hello everbody, We use DocuSign for business purposes to our full satisfaction. To allow users and administrators to log in, we use SSO (Single Sign-On). However, our certificate has expired, and we can no longer log in to renew it.A ticket has been created with DocuSign, but unfortunately, we have not received a response, and we have been unable to operate for a week now.Is there anyone who can provide us with a backdoor or upload the new certificate? This would be extremely helpful for us.
