Can't edit a template before sending to customer for Signing

Hi everyone,I’ve been using Docusign without pb for couple of years, without changing our way to using it : we have a few global templates saved, that we personnalize for each customer through fields filling before sending them (for ex, a general renting contract, with the rental period not filled in advance but with a field to fill in by us before sending to customer).But today, as I wanted to personnalize some fields of a contract for a customer, I can’t do it anymore : the option “review” that allowed us to fill in fields before sending isn’t available anymore, I can only SEND or SEND LATER.Advanced options and advanced edit don’t allow any editing.Thank you for your help ! Stripe Gateway not sending Instant bank account Verification

Hi. I have the Stripe gateway configured to accept instant bank account verification, yet every ACH payment put through the gateway gets sent to Stripe with microdeposit verification. I’ve confirmed with Stripe that the account is properly configured for instant verificaiton, and the Docusign gateway config is also configured for that. Using the Docusign UI.Even after I verify the account information (the customer sent me the 2 microdeposit amounts), when she goes back to the document to pay, there’s an error since there’s no payment amount - see the attached discrepency.

Problem with date reference in a Payment Field

I need help with an issue. My payment amount is dependent on whether they are signing the contract before a certain date. If they sign before Dec 1 they are given a $250 discount on our fee of $2000. I initially made a formula to calculate the amount by using date diff. if(DateDiff( [dec1] , [date2] )>=1,(2000-250),2000) and that works for the amount but then when I create a payment field to equal that amount it says that I cannot have date references in a payment item. Please help with a solution.

DocuSign + Elavon - Meta Data? ??????

Hi All - Anyone on here using DocuSign payments with ELAVON? If so….what Meta Data are you seeing come thru on the Elavon side? The Transaction ID and Name is what our A/R folks see. With 30 branches we’d like to minimally see which branch or the the creator of the envelope the payments are for. This helps us know who to follow up with if needed. I haven’t had luck with other fields from DocuSign going into Elavon. Has anyone else? If so - any advice, screenshots, etc would be most helpful so we can get the info on the Elavon side more visible.

How to add merged rows to a dynamic table using Doc Gen Template for Word

Hi, I need to add a dynamic table to a template and I’m using the Docusign Template Assistant for Word for this purpose. I was able to create the columns and insert a row, however I have a special case, in which each row should also contain a Description and the value should be applied to a merged row. Here’s a screenshot of what I need to obtain as result: And here’s my placeholder to the dynamic table: How could I add the Description?Thanks!

My Notary license and endorsements are all current, but I’m no longer part of my issuing organization so I can’t use them to sign up for Docusign eNotary. I want to conduct RON’s as an individual but I’m having a hard time finding a product that fits this. What would work best?

I am using stripe to collect payments using Docusign.Is there a way to add a payment description to the payment intent information sent to Stripe?If this can’t be done within Docusign, has anyone been successful using make.com to add this information to the Stripe transaction, so that it will appear on receipts?

Issues with strike-through text in mobile web version

I’ve recently had to sign important documents through docusign, and thoroughly read through them on my phone beforehand.I noticed portions of text in the contract that I didn’t recognise or was even told should have been struck from the document. I also noticed weird horizontal lines below some pages/sections. When I called the supplier of the document, they sounded surprised and said that the sections I mentioned had strike-through applied on their end.And indeed, the desktop version of the document was fine. Somehow, the mobile version moves the horizontal strikes away from the text, to somewhere below it. This is obviously a software bug, but I wouldn’t call it minor:The fact that this formatting, something that completely changes the contents of a contract, is stored separately as something visual (horizontal lines) instead of a property of the text itself (formatting) is very concerning. (I have no idea what category to file this under)

downgrading subscription

Upon my renewal date, I received a notice that my credit card number previously used, was no longer valid ( I reported a card stolen earlier that year). I decided to downgrade my subscription as I was not fully utilizing this particular plan. So I chose a lesser (paid) plan and entered my new credit card number. It automatically charged me my more expensive, previous plan on this new credit card number. I’ve contact Docusign several times to reverse this and enroll me into the lesser plan. I am getting a major runaround and being asked to send them an email stating, I understand their refund policy and they will “consider” my changes. Has anyone else experienced such a difficult and un-customer friendly process as this? What can be done here?

Signer payment declined because name doesn't match

Hello,We are collecting payment after someone signs an envelope using the Stripe gateway.Someone’s payment was declined and we think it might be because the credit card is issued with a different version of her name.If this is possible, is there a way to provide the name that is on someone’s credit at the time that they select the payment? It seems cumbersome to ask someone what name is on the credit card (or bank account for ACH) before sending them the Docusign envelope. Thank you.

I work for IT and have admin access. The employees of the stores we own are not able to access the templates from the mobile app. They all use Samsung tablets and are able to access the templates from their browser. Is there any reason it might not work from the mobile app?
