Hi Team, We have currently setup Docusign integration via Dynamics 365 for our client, However we are facing challenges in the below two scenarios and any guidance on the same would be appreciated. There is a Dynamics 365 workflow that we have configured to create an envelope, add sharepoint document to the envelope, add recipients to the envelope with signing order and role. However we are looking for automating the system to update a D365 record when the first recipient signs and then when the second recipient signs. However as per our observation the Docusign transaction envelope status changes to Sent when the email is sent to the first recipient and changes to completed only when second recipient signs. Is there a way to identify if first recipient has signed the document by workflow? We did see that there is a Get recipient status action for power automate, however we are just going simple docusign workflow automation with this one. The saving of document is happening with Email
Is there a way to retrieve the template id or any template info when dealing with a completed document in Power Automate? I am looking to retrieve this info to then filter the documents into specific folders when uploading to SharePoint.
Hi I am new to DocuSign. I am trying to create a flow in Power Automate which will create an envelope using an existing template and then it will add a document to this envelope while applying the template to the document. It will then add recipients and send out the envelope. I have created the following flow to accomplish this: The issue is that the above flow is unable to apply the template to the added document. The final result is that the added document is appended to the sample document that is already there in the template. The fields are there in the sample document however, the added document does not have any fields. So, it seems like the template was not applied to the added document. Is there a way to apply the template to the added document such that it has all the fields for the recipient. At the same time the sample document in the template should be removed and replaced by the added document. Thanks in advance.
I am using Power Automate to create a DocuSign flow with multiple recipients in one envelope.I want to detect when each recipient has signed, so that I can update SharePoint when they sign.I can detect completion using the triggers provided by Power Automate, but I can't find a trigger for a sign.If there's any way to do this, please let me know.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I am using the Docusign Word add-in to create templates for contracts. These contracts require that all dates be written out in full, like "January 14, 2025."My team has asked if it's possible to set up date fields that allow users to select a date from a little calendar picker but have the selected date automatically appear in the document in the written-out format.Does anyone know if this functionality is possible within Docusign, or have suggestions for a workaround? The file size limit in eSignature being 25MB really limits the use of PA in such cases.
Hi,We have been using Docusign with Dynamics 365 Sales for a number of years. We had not upgraded from version 6 and recently attempted to upgrade to the current version, which apparently cannot be done without uninstalling version 6 and re-installing to the current. We have now done this many times and in the process No Docusign shortcuts are added to the sitemap. I managed to manually add a URL directly to Docusign and the admin page was then accessible and I set-up the integration. However, for reasons I do not understand, this was not enduring and the connection was once again lost and we cannot access in the same way (by manually adding the URL). I have also attempted logging in through the Configuration page and have attempted to manually add configuration details into the Configuration table, but this has also been unsuccessful. I have contacted support now multiple times and have no response to date. Has anyone else suffered from this issue and found a resolution?

Hello. I created power automate, using Docusign action. I have tested some runs and looks like if the recipients are registered Docusign users, they have no problem of receiving documents but it won’t send to the recipients who are not registered to Docusign. (People who do not have license.)Has someone experienced this problem? If so, is there any solution? Thank you!

Hello, I am trying to use PowerAutomate and Docusign to complete an action of filling in a document created in Docusign Word Template Assistant, based on SharePoint data, and then send this completed for signing. The workflow runs, but each time, and with multiple tries of different file names (E.g with file extensions, renaming the file, etc) I get a failure: ConnectorException": body "Status code=BadRequest, Message='ValidationFailure: No document found matching the provided name'" The workflow uses: Create envelope using template with recipientsGet document info from envelopeUpdate document generation form fields from envelopeSend Envelope Any ideas?James
when using power automate to create a docusign envelope, the envelope gets created and saved to my drafts folder- if our account has sharing enabled, how do I change the status of envelope to shared from draft within the workflow? I don’t want to automatically send the envelope out for signing without manual/human review. I am still in the process of adding anchor tags to all my template docs, so the fields still need to be manually created for the recipients prior to sending.
