We have a requirement to send a PDF document via the API and have the PDF fields converted to tabs for the signers. There can be multiple signers, and we send to the API the signers and the fields that should be mapped to those signers. I’ve been trying to sign a document from my doctor for 4 days but I’m having a lot of problems with this site, this is ridiculous. I couldn’t even post this yesterday, there was no place to type my problem.At any rate, I received an email from Docusign telling me to sign a document from my doctor. I clicked the link, signed up, and couldn’t find the document. Now when I sign in I get a dead end, it wants me to create an envelope which I can’t do because it also tells me I have too many drafts and there’s no way I can delete them. I can’t leave this page, I’m stuck on it. Luckily I have 3 docusign.com tabs open and I can post here using this tab to sign?I’ve received 3 emails from Docusign telling me to sign but it won’t let me sign. What can I do? Do I have to be a paying member to sign? Do I have to pay for support?

Hi, My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday I’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED. I am reaching out to inquire about the envelope limits on my account. Last month, I was able to send over 1000 envelopes, but I am now experiencing a much lower limit. Could you please clarify why my envelope allowance has changed and what options are available to increase my envelope capacity?Regarding API usage limit which is set to 3000, I am not able to Update the hourly limit and even after almost 12 hours, limit has not been reset.This month -   Last Month -  

Hello,I subscribed a few days ago in order to sign (qualified signature for INPI) one document.I need to talk to support/assistance because of a billing error and because the document I signed was rejected for an unknown reason (although I was charged for the qualified signature)Although I have a paid account, I can not access support. I arrive to an error page whenever I try to log in to support.I have been trying for a few days with no luck, I also talked to the chatbot but couldn't resolve the issue. Hi together,I try to set up a delegation of authority log in docusign.Therfore I have set up a template document including a dynamic table.I have added this template document to an envelope template with 4 recipient for testing purpose (in the end if I get it to work properly it will be 30-50 recipiencs).When I use the envelope I uploade a CSV-File to fill the dynamic table with anchor strings which works fine.However, the replacement of the anchor strings with docusign field seems to be left to chance. The anchor strings in the table are not replaced at all.If I additionally place the same anchor strings below the table in the template document, the signature anchor strings are recognized in the table too, the fullname-anchor strings are only recognized from the first recipient, but the replacement docusign fields are grouped and the placement is messed up.

I updated the values in the Envelope Custom field and selected Yes to updating the templates that have this field, however not all envelopes were updated.  What can I do to update those templates which did not get updated?
