Hello, Just curious if its possible to edit the “next” button on the summary page of the web form to say “submit” instead. I wanted to clarify to users that is the last step of the web form before submitting. Is it possible to use any json? 

Hello I configured docusign on salesforce and created a template with a custom email message and custom subject.But when I try to send a document for signature,  docusin displays the default email message and default subject.not the message and subject configured on the template can you please help me solve this problem ?thank you in advance

I have the trial for Docusign for salesforce. I have create a template and a button to generate a document. I have all the Docusign permission sets including administrator and each time I go to click on te button to generate the document I get this error Failed to initiate document generation. Please try again later or contact your administrator for assistance. You must have Docusign generator permissions to perform this operation Is anyone able to help ? The online chat is not working on the DocuSign website

Hello Community,We have an integration between Ironclad and DocuSign eSignature. The issue we’re encountering is that when a document is sent for signature, the link received in the email shows as expired when clicked, and a new link is generated. When trying to sign the documents through DocuSign. We  are unable to finish the signing the documents. It is getting stuck at the id verification, it opens a tab for verification and doesn't redirect as below. We tried using different browsers as well, but couldn't be of much help. Could you please help us find solution to this problemThanks

I reviewed similar cases in the community and tried adjusting the signature changing solutions. Many moderators suggested the solution: “Contact the sender and have them resend the envelope.” However, in this situation, I am the sender. After voiding the previous envelope and resending a new one for the signer to correct their signature, the signer still sees the old signature stored from the past.Therefore, I would like to confirm whether this solution actually works, or if there is any additional step required to reset the stored signature.

Hi - I wanted to see what was available to me on a trial. Although it was interesting and useful as a one off, it’s unlikely I will need it in future. I’ve followed the instructions to see what happens at the end of a trial, but as a trial user it won’t let me use live chat to chat about what happens next. I quitre like the idea of downgrading to a free trial (maybe it will be useful to have in future) but I would like to understand - “What happens at the end of my trial and how can I convert to a free account ?” thank you

I have had an extreme amount of agreements where the Task errored out.  The contract is not in any end date (Fully Signed, Cancelled, etc.), but there is no longer a Task assigned.  I need to find a list of all of these agreements so that I can go in and manually clean them. I have a report that pulls up any agreement that does not have an end state status, but can’t figure out how to remove those that still have Tasks assigned (these are easy to find and we won’t need them on the list).  Does anyone know how to do that?  I need it to find contracts with no Task, but one of several Attributes.

I am a DS Sender. I cannot see more than 50 Contacts displayed at a time. I’ve tried in Edge and in Chrome, and have cleared the cache in both. I’ve changed the scale and display resolution in Windows 11 and have zoomed in and out in both browsers. The number of Contacts displayed is consistant. I’ve had this issue for months and have seen other threads here seeking a solution to the same problem.

Uploads with a logo do not seem to work.  Uploads also are affecting my formatting.  What am I doing wrong?

I selected the separate pdf option for my bulk download but all the files continue to be downloaded in individual folders. How do I fix this?
