I would like to ask for some guidance or assistance on the below.We bought E-signature Standard Licenses for 90 users. The usage shows we are within limit. But users are getting this Envelope Allowance exceeded error.I know the envelopes are shared across our plan so we should not be receiving this error.We have already opened a case to DocuSign support but it’s more than 20 days and we still don’t get any resolution.Any help would be appreciated.  

Hello!We have a signing group that needs to be able to print and sign documents, but it appears that print and sign is disabled for signing groups. I have been unable to find a good explanation as to why, or how we can re-enable it. Is there a way to adjust this setting, and if not, what workarounds have others used? The best we’ve found so far is for signing group members to “assign to someone else” and assign it to themselves because then they can print and sign, but that creates excess clicks, emails, and a Docusign error screen to boot. Thank you for any help!

Hello, I am a realtor with RPA Real Estate. I currently use Authentisign as my signing service, they use blue and yellow for the different signature fields, making it very easy to tell apart. I heard many good things about DocuSign, which is why I decided to try out the trial and possibly make the switch. my only issue so far is the colors of the signature fields. they are pastel green and pastel blue, which look very similar and are very hard to tell apart, is there a way to change this? if not, I would like to suggest using different colors that are easier to tell apart, or giving the option to choose your color for each signer would be most ideal. The law require me to get a proof of reception by the tenants when he open the document. The tenant do not have to sign the document. HOW TO DO THIS IF IT IS POSSIBLE?  iF NOT CREATE THAT OPTION.Guy Vandandaigue

I have a document that needs to be signed by many different people. Some of them have already signed, but now one person has declined and suggested another person to sign. Can I change individual persons without having to resend the document to everyone?

Hello, I’m using the DocuSign eSignature API to create an envelope draft from a template that uses DocGen and contains a dynamic table. After creating the draft and adding rows to the table programmatically, I attempt to add signature tabs anchored to text placeholders inside the table.The sequence of operations is:Create a draft envelope from a DocuSign template using the Envelopes API (POST /v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes). Add dynamic table rows via DocGen Form Fields API (PUT /v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes/{envelopeId}/docGenFormFields). Wait for DocGen rendering to complete. Add signature tabs via Create Recipient Tabs (POST /v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes/{envelopeId}/recipients/{recipientId}/tabs) using SignHere tabs with AnchorString values matching the placeholders inside the table.The envelope and recipients are created correctly, and the table rows appear as expected. I am getting an error message when trying to send a document for signing. It’s quite urgent that I send it too. Account does not have permission to set Allow Comments. I had the free version, upgraded to the personal plan monthly hoping this would fix it and it hasn’t. I assume I am the admin but can’t see anything allowing me to change a setting to allow comments anywhere. I created the envelope from scratch and didn’t use a template. I need to send this ASAP so please help.Thanks

Hi, we have added a document and when we go to add merge fields we get a, ‘Attempt to de-reference a null object’.  The message disappears and then we can add merge fields. We then go to add the merge fields fields into the document and receive a ‘Save Error: Some Fields may be out of Sync Error’. We have disconnected as suggested in related articles but that did not solve the issue. Any other suggestions?Thanks

Hi everyone,I’m trying to find a way to prevent users from having multiple active sessions in DocuSign — for example, being logged in simultaneously from multiple browsers or devices.I’m looking for something like: A setting to allow only one active session per user, or A way to automatically terminate previous sessions when a new login occurs. I’ve already checked the Organization Security and Session settings in the Admin Console, but I couldn’t find an option specifically for this.So my question is, Is there a way (via the Admin Console or API) to enforce single-session login for users?Thanks in advance!Chris

"I have around 40 documents in DocuSign, and I'm trying to reorganize them. Is there an easy way to move and reposition multiple documents at once? Currently, I can only move one document at a time by dragging it with the mouse, and even then, it only shifts by about two rows. Also, I can't select more than one file at a time.
