Hello,I am unable to start the identity verification required to sign a document via DocuSign due to a technical issue with the IDnow verification step.In the mobile IDnow app, the connection test immediately shows the message “You have NO connection - BAD” and stops. This occurs despite having a stable internet connection. I tested this on a smartphone using both Wi-Fi and mobile data, without VPN.On desktop, the identity verification step also cannot be completed: the “Connection speed test” screen does not progress and remains stuck (Chrome browser, tested with both Wi-Fi and mobile internet, all permissions granted for camera, microphone, and location, no browser extensions installed).Because of this issue, I am completely blocked from completing the legally required identity verification and therefore cannot proceed with signing the document.Additionally, I am currently unable to contact DocuSign support through the platform itself. We have been setting up a new SharePoint library for contracts and using the SP integration. When I and a couple of other users test it, it returns the doc the source folder/document set.  We are using Document Sets but works the same for folders.Our main user however gets signed docs returned to the root folder. DS site says it’s a know issue. Docusign documentationAnyone found a fix yet?  

We use DocuSign to route for signature directly out of our Database (there is a DocuSign link in the database to click/send to DocuSign). Recent user was unable to void or cancel envelope that first signer “declined”. Error message read, “Only envelopes in the ‘Sent’ or ‘Delivered’ state may be voided.” 

On a Web Forms template, I need to use conditionnal routing to send the enveloppe to a Routing Group, with 6 potential recipients. All of those recipients are shared mailboxes, for 6 different teams. It works well, but now, they want to be able, once received, to assign someone to the task.So I need those recipients to assign the last recipient as the final signatory.But both on prod and sandbox, it seems that only “needs to sign”, “needs to view”, “receives a copy.” are available for routing group… Note that for “standard” type of recipients (= not from a routing group), I can also use “specify recipients”, “update recipients”, and “edit”, so it’s not about enabling it (I’m admin). Did I miss something ? How can I have a routing group to assign the next recipient (by typing the email address at some point) ?Kind regards

I am trying to develop a Docusign integration with a dev account. After 20-30 envelopes the API just gives up with a permanent ENVELOPE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED error. Not very helpful for a developer.The support live chat I can’t seem to get to do anything - click the button and nothing happens. Trying to login to support gives me an auth error. How can I contact support to get them to lift this limit. I’m on my second developer account already and I don’t want to keep creating them.Anyone know the email address for support or some way of sorting this?

We would like to send invitations to more than 300 freemium accounts to join the organization account; however, we do not want to wait for users to accept the invitation. Is it possible for the accounts to be automatically accepted once the invitation is sent?As part of the invitation process, Will the users Envelops in the Freemium Accounts gets transferred to Organization Account ? 

I want to use radio buttons in my template.  However, the input for radio buttons (as well as numbers, drop downs and several others) are locked.  Why are these locked?  How do I insert radio buttons?

Hi All:I just made a correction to an envelope’s subject line and I noticed that, once I was redirected back to the “In Progress” tab the subject line was still the old, incorrect, version. I had to refresh the page to see the correction.Is there a way to automatically refresh the page in DocuSign? Or is this a browser issue?thanksmr1

This has happened to two different people now where they send out a document to be signed and when the first person in the signing order signs they get the email stating that it is their turn and they sign. But when we go to download the signed documents from Docusign, only the second signers signature is there. I have attached a screenshot showing both parties signed. What has happened here?  

the Shared Access drop down is there, but when trying to share the only option available was to share with the admin only.  Did Docusign take away the ability to share eSignature with others on our account?  That’s how it was set it up previously so that anyone could go to the shared sent folder under the xxxxx_contracts@company_name.com mailbox and look at the status of an envelope.

I’m wondering if there is something that isn’t right in my settings.  I received notifications in the past when someone signed a document but yesterday someone signed and I didn’t get a notification.  There were two people to sign, one did, one didn’t.   I thought neither signed because I didn’t get a notification.  This hasn’t happened before that I remember.  Please advise.  I didn’t see anything in the settings regarding sending notifications upon signature but may have missed it. Calling Login with https://www.docusign.net/api/3.0/credential.asmx fails with "One or both of Username and Password are invalid."  The Login call is made by using “[IntegratorKey]Username” as the username.This just started recently.  I was only made aware of it today, so it could have started today.  All my customers are down. Is it possible that the API has changed and I never received any emails? We got our Integrators Key in 2013 and have not made any changes to this code in quite a while.

HiAll of a sudden envelopes are not being received even though they show as sent in report. I am using the sample recipients csv file downloaded from within the envelope, no names are duplicated and email addresses are properly formatted.What else can I do to check?ThanksJuliette Monet

I signed a document on DocuSign and sent it to others. They requested proof that it was signed by me. That is to say, the Completion Certificate document must have the email address and mobile phone number of the signatory. However, on my Completion Certificate document, only the email address is shown but not my mobile phone number. How should I operate during the signing process so that the mobile phone number is displayed on the Completion Certificate document? Thank you!    

Hi all, we had DocuSign Apps Launcher working on our test Salesforce sandbox. I’ve migrated to the User Acceptance Testing sandbox and am getting a ‘Page doesn’t exist - Enter a valid URL and try again’ when we click the ‘Send with DocuSign’.I’ve set up a new template on the UAT sandbox and that’s working, there’s a corresponding IK on my Apps & keys dashboard, so it’s connected to my dev account.The button is calling:{!URLFOR($Site.BaseUrl + '/apex/dfsle__sending', null, [sId = Farm_Visit__c.Id])}I’ve tried swapping out the /apex/… with endpoints for REST & SOAP to no effect. How do I put a text field into a document that all signers can see? It seems that only the signer who is assigned the text field can see it when they are signing, but other signers can't see it until after the doc is fully signed and completed.

Hello everyone,I’m trying to design a workflow for a document that will be signed by employees from 100+ different companies, and then countersigned or approved by that employee’s manager at the same company.My initial idea is to have the employee (Signer 1) select their company from a dropdown field. Ideally, based on that selection, the correct manager/employer (Signer 2) would be automatically assigned as the next signer.The document would need to be accessed directly from our website (freestanding). However, with Web Forms, it appears that Signer 1 can assign any email address, which doesn’t meet our requirements.Does anyone know if this type of conditional signer assignment is possible in DocuSign (via Web Forms, PowerForms, or another approach)? Or is there a recommended workaround for this scenario?Thanks in advance for any guidance.

We have a requirement to use two checkbox fields in a DocuSign document where only one checkbox can be selected at a time (mutually exclusive selection).  Additionally, the selected checkbox value should be written back to a Salesforce field after the envelope is completed. Currently, standard checkboxes allow both options to be selected, and we need guidance on how to: Restrict the selection so that only one checkbox can be checked at a time. Could you please advise on the recommended configuration to achieve this requirement?  

I’ve created a merge field in Docusign that is to write back to an opportunity field in Salesforce, and have placed the anchor tag in my word document template.  When I go to send the document out for signature, the text field for data to be entered is barely wide enough to notice it’s even there:I know I can manually adjust the width of the field before sending, but asking my users to have to do this for every contract that goes out is not reasonable.  How can I set this anchored merge field to be wider by default?
