Hello, When setting up a tool using the DocuSign API, do you need to login and sign with a personal account?In our case we are setting up a DocuSign integration with our internal Software for customers.So a customer must personally sign and be liable for all signatures done in Docusign under that application?

Hello, I had a docusign working application in development environment where I was calling apis from nodejs application. I created a JWT key using the call back by going here : https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature&client_id={iKey}&redirect_uri={callback}I used integration key and user id as shown on my screen. This setup was working fine.  Then I moved to a new setup by just promoting the application to production. For this I had to add a new member to my account as they have administrative rights to my account. Once I did that, I am not able to make any requests. I even updated the docusign links in my app as follows: DOCUSIGN_AUTH_SERVER="account.docusign.com"DOCUSIGN_BASE_PATH="https://na3.docusign.net"I also updated the JWT by hitting account.docusign.com instead of account-d.docusign.com in the above but I am still getting error of: DocuSign error data:

I have submitted and signed the Docusign API Go Live Form that is linked to the ‘Submit verification form’ button. I would like to know if I need to do anything else aside from wait until the manual Go Live review finishes. My dashboard status did not change status which is making me unsure. And how long might the Go Live process take on average? Thanks

 After changing my development account to a production account, the last step was to get this authorization code. I allowed access (granted permission) and tested it in Postman. I keep receiving this 400 error “Invalid Grant” “ Unauthorized Client”.  Has anyone encountered this error before? 

My team has submitted my go live request for about 4 days now and i still haven’t gotten an approval , does anybody know what the issue might be or how to speed this up ? i have a deadline to meet, it will be nice to get this working as fast as possible. 

We are attempting to Go Live and moving our developer integration key to production, however we have been systematically declined every time for… not having a production key. How are we supposed to provide a key which we are applying for?

Hello, community!I’m having trouble publishing my app to production. I had already started the process, but it was rejected due to not meeting the requirement of 20 test requests. After completing this step, I resubmitted the request, but now the go live status only shows “error”, without specifying what went wrong. In addition, I no longer have the option to resubmit. I reached out to support, and they advised me to look for a solution here in the community.

We've met the following criteria and we're thinking that this is a platform bug because what we're seeing in the go-live dashboard isn't reflecting the "declined" state that's indicated in Go-Live process documentation. We have a status of “Ready to submit” but received decline email. We have the IAM Standard subscription. Here are the criteria we're meeting:- We have, and are submitting this request from, a dev sandbox account and integration key- 20 or more successful API calls in a 24 hour period- Integration exclusively using OAuth 2.0 for authentication- Active production account with a plan activated (this account)- Admin privileges on both the dev and prod accounts- Review submitted via the actions -> go live process- Logs are clean- We’re thousands of calls below the rate limits- The go-live request attached to this message is the one that's been declined twiceWe’re not getting anything in the

For three days, I have clicked the button for Promote to Production. I click through to my paid account, select the user there, and the system then says there will be a go live decision in 48 hours.24 hours later, I go back, and the Promote to Production.Looking to contact someone in Support fails, as the question mark only has the Support Center, and no option to contact support.How, exactly, do I go live if the automated system doesn’t work and there isn’t support to contact? Or do I need to rewrite my integration to use a service that actually works? 

I’m currently working on a project that uses the DocuSign API to automate envelope creation and integrate with other systems through webhooks. At the moment, I’m building and testing everything in a developer sandbox account. From what I understand, once we are ready to deploy, the developer account will go through the Go Live process and be promoted to a production account. My question is:Does the production account created from Go Live also have access to the 30-day free trial plan, or would it require moving directly onto a paid plan? I want to confirm this before we finalize our deployment plan. Thanks in advance for any clarification!

I am using docusign api https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes  to send document to my website user on their signup as well to get document status. Now My testing is done, my app is approved but i try to promote app to go-live, it gives me error “these accounts don't support API integrations. Select a different production account to continue'. Now i have two queriesIs it happening due to the fact that my live account does not any plan yet? Hi, We are unable to go live with our company account and cannot login to the support centre to open a case either, even thou we manage to login to the actual signing and developer account, and it’s not a recently made account. This is the first problem.The second, more important issue is the API go-life. I try to follow the instructions and get this error integration key.What are we supposed to do?Who can help? Where can I find an actual support email or phone number? Reaching support shouldn’t be that difficult for a paid platform!

Hi,We have a free developer account which we have used to test our application’s DocuSign integration. We have two integrations (Implicit grant and a JWT grant) which both have passed go-live. We have a customer which is slated to use our application with the DocuSign integration enabled.What is the proccess for onboarding a customer in this scenario? Do I have to promote our integration keys into their production environment? We tried to connect the integrations to them via the “Select Go-Live Account” action in our dashboard, but when they entered their production credentials (which is an admin user in the production environment) they got an error.

I want to switch to production, submit the review and it shows review passed . Then I  promote to production   and selected a production account, which has the same email address as the development account,After a period of time，  I receive a [review declined], but there are no error messages，I don't know how to improve it 

Hi, I would like to upgrade my Basic API plan so I can make an integration to Go-Live on production and remove the watermark on the envelopes.Can someone tell me how to do this because when I go on ecom.docusign.com (logged in or not) I can’t choose a higher plan. And if I go to my admin account at “Billing and plan” I can’t upgrade there aswel

Hello,We have followed all the instructions on your Go-Live docs, but continue to receive a review declined. There is no reasoning available on the dashboard.We have lodged multiple support tickets and have been told they cannot assist us.How can we find the reason for the failed review? Other posts on the community have pointed to asking support with an integration ID, but support are adamant they cannot assist. Our API efficiency score is above 85 and our application polls every 90 minutes (well above the 15 minutes).Docusign - where can we find the failed reason? Can you please improve your developer experience? Thanks
