Trying to Display Files from a related Object in Salesforce

We have a use case where an Expense record is Created and a File for the Invoice is entered into that Object’s Folder. When ready an Invoice Record is created that looks up to the Expense. I want to Display the Expenses Folder on the Invoices page and have not figured out a way. I don’t want to Copy the File and place it in the Inventory's Folder. The CLM files VF page doesn’t have customization to Use Invoices Expense record like some lightning page components. I haven't seen this question raised elsewhere. Any help is greatly appreciated.

How to configure Docusign for intune for iOS?

Hi, we are trying to configure “Docusign for intune” app in our environment.I found recent blog articles about the availability of this app:https://www.docusign.com/blog/secure-and-streamlined-agreement-management-with-the-docusign-for-microsoftManage Agreements On-The-Go With Docusign's New App for Microsoft Intune App | Communitybut I cannot make it work, as explained in a reply to the post above:when I try, upon opening the app I always get an error “App is not setup”. that means that there is no App Protection Policy applied to the app. While we do have App Protection Policies implemented in our environment (applied to “All apps”), the issue is that “Docusign for intune” app is not in the list of the 168 apps affected by the app protection policies. Writeback from DocuSign to Salesforce Not Working After Upgrade?

Hello,We recently upgraded our DocuSign eSignature App (Version 7.13.1) and DocuSign Apps Launcher (Version 6.12). Once we upgraded DAL first, one of our users started experience issues. The user is able to send the document from the application object but none of the documents write back to the DocuSign Status object. However this functionality works for every other user in the org that sends out applications. This user has the same profile, permission sets as everyone else as well. We have had tickets with Salesforce and DocuSign and nobody knows why this one user doesn’t have their documents write back. I can also confirm the documents are being sent because he’s able to see them in the DocuSign website.If you have any ideas, I would love to hear them, pretty please! :)

Docusign Salesforce User Permissions

We have created eSignature template in Salesforce. I was granted DS Admission Permission for creating templates After template creation is completed and tested, I should ideally be assigned the DS Sender role in DocuSign. However, after this change, I lose access to the DocuSign Apps Launcher entirely, despite having the correct DocuSign Salesforce permissions. Is DS Admin Permission required for sending envelopes?

PowerAutomate - get document tabs from envelope. How to get checkbox values?

Hi!We have a PowerAutomate flow configured to create an envelope and add custom tabs. We then have another flow triggered when the envelopes are completed to pick up the returned data to push back into dataverse. When using the action ‘get document tabs from envelope’ the tabs that are checkboxes do not return a value. Hi Team, Currently we have a scenario , where we need to have a digital signature on the invoice copies which we would like do Bulk processing . We are using SAP as our ERP system . Invoices will be stored in SAP which need to be printed after signing them. . Request you to share your recommendations on the same .

Trigger condition for PowerAutomate Flow - Docusign - for When an Evelope status changes

Hi Everyone,I am seeking some help with writting a trigger condition for my Docusign flow in Power Automate.I am using the trigger “When an evelope status changes” and have it set to “envelope-completed”. I want the trigger to go off when the Subject starts with “Commercial Proposal submitted - Ringmer - T0079 -”.Could anyone suggest the code that I need to use please? Docusign Interation with Dynamics

Hi Team, We have currently setup Docusign integration via Dynamics 365 for our client, However we are facing challenges in the below two scenarios and any guidance on the same would be appreciated. There is a Dynamics 365 workflow that we have configured to create an envelope, add sharepoint document to the envelope, add recipients to the envelope with signing order and role. However we are looking for automating the system to update a D365 record when the first recipient signs and then when the second recipient signs. However as per our observation the Docusign transaction envelope status changes to Sent when the email is sent to the first recipient and changes to completed only when second recipient signs. Is there a way to identify if first recipient has signed the document by workflow? We did see that there is a Get recipient status action for power automate, however we are just going simple docusign workflow automation with this one. The saving of document is happening with Email

merging fields with multiple children

Hello, DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce admins, I am working on building a DocuSign envelope template inside Salesforce using DocuSign App Launcher(DAL), in this template, I have a requirement to pre-populate data into the document from three sources, the source object itself, its parent record, and its child record. I could add merging fields for the source record, and its parent record, but my question here is for children, if the source record has multiple children, how does DocuSign know which child record to retrieve the data from it? Is it the most recent child record or the first created one or what? DocuSign Template in Salesforce Opportunity Defaulting to Wrong Authentication Method

Hi,We’re experiencing an issue with our DocuSign and Salesforce integration and could use some assistance or pointing in the right direction of why this may be occuring.Here’s our setup:We have linked specific DocuSign templates to types of Opportunities in Salesforce. These templates can be launched directly within the Opportunity page layout in Salesforce.The Issue:On the DocuSign template itself (within DocuSign), we’ve configured the recipient authentication method to Phone Authentication. However, when the template is launched via a Salesforce Opportunity, it defaults to SMS Authentication instead.While we understand that "Phone Authentication" and "SMS Authentication" are functionally similar in most scenarios, one of our third-party partners requires the authentication method to explicitly remain Phone Authentication and not default to SMS Authentication.Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone know how to ensure that the template retains the Phone Authentication s

Power Automate Know Limitations - File Size

Hello,According to this page, the file size limit for sending documents to Power Automate is 12MB:https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=gqy1619537336307&topicId=kfu1696619437531.html&_LANG=enusIs that still accurate?Is there a workaround? The file size limit in eSignature being 25MB really limits the use of PA in such cases.

Hi There,I’m generating a contract document from Salesforce Industries(Vlocity) OmniScript using OOB Document Generation capability.I want to integrate Stripe Payment gateway into this document. Salesforce Package Installation

Hi Team, I have installed the appexchange product ‘Docusign eSignature for Salesforce’  in my personal developer salesforce org. After i authorize with salesforce credentials, in second step/tab when i try to authorize ‘DocuSign’ its saying invalid password. However if I use the same credentials to login directly into Docusign its working fine. Do i need to connect salesforce or establish the connect from Docusign or from within Salesforce screen?Your quick response is highly appreciated. Thanks,Raj Burugupally

DocuSign Setup tab/page in DocuSign App launcher is not Loading in Salesforce Partial SB but Working in Production

Hi,When accessing the DocuSign App Launcher in Salesforce Partial SB, it displays a loading screen but doesn't redirect to the setup page. However, it works correctly in the production environment. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this issue?Thank you.

extract attachments from signed envelope

I have a power automate flow that is triggered when a docusign envelope is signed. The flow extracts the information and signed pdf, then saves to a sharepoint library.  Is it possible to separately retrieve attachments that the signer has uploaded? i.e. not one long pdf but individual files?

Help Needed: Displaying Full Name in DocuSign for Japanese Signers

Does anyone know why the "Adopt Your Signature" section in DocuSign shows only the First Name and Last Name for Japanese signers, instead of their Full Name? Is there a way to configure it to display the full name for Japanese signers?Additionally, while integrating with Workday, I’ve noticed that the First Name and Last Name fields don’t populate correctly.Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

There is a requirement to access related list details and display them within a table dynamically on a DocuSign Envelope Template.Opportunity (Source Object) > Clean Energy Application custom object (Reference) > Clean Energy Application Line Item custom object details for each line item (Child).Challenges:DocuSign Merge Field Limitation: Currently, it is not possible to create a merge field within DocuSign that can pull and display the CEA line item details from the Clean Energy Application. This limitation exists both within the DocuSign app and within the Document Custom Fields in the DocuSign web account.Static Document Template: In the current template design, the document uploaded is static, which prevents the dynamic display of CEA line item details for each application. Given these challenges, is there any way to achieve the desired outcome? Power Automate Flow Authentication Timeout

We have a fairly simple Power Automate flow that creates an envelope, adds documents and then sends to Docusign. We can get this flow to repeat multiple times without any issues when testing.But after a period of time (I can’t say exactly when as we don’t run the flow often enough) the account we are using with Power Automate loses connection with Docusign, this causes the flow to fail.I’m not sure if we are missing something really obvious regarding the way we authorising and logging into Docusign.

How to trigger Power Automate when recipient just signed (not for when completed)

I am using Power Automate to create a DocuSign flow with multiple recipients in one envelope.I want to detect when each recipient has signed, so that I can update SharePoint when they sign.I can detect completion using the triggers provided by Power Automate, but I can't find a trigger for a sign.If there's any way to do this, please let me know.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Docusign Word Add-in Date Formatting

Hi! I am using the Docusign Word add-in to create templates for contracts. These contracts require that all dates be written out in full, like "January 14, 2025."My team has asked if it's possible to set up date fields that allow users to select a date from a little calendar picker but have the selected date automatically appear in the document in the written-out format.Does anyone know if this functionality is possible within Docusign, or have suggestions for a workaround? Thank you!
