We have been setting up a new SharePoint library for contracts and using the SP integration.
When I and a couple of other users test it, it returns the doc the source folder/document set. We are using Document Sets but works the same for folders.
Our main user however gets signed docs returned to the root folder.
DS site says it’s a know issue. Docusign documentation
Anyone found a fix yet?

This is a known issue. Sometimes, completed documents don’t return to the original SharePoint folder, especially when sending from a DocuSign template. A fix isn’t available yet, and completed documents are currently routed to the root folder.
