Need to allow signees to add documents when they sign document

I am not a novice user, but been away for about 8 months. I need to allow people that I send a document to, to also be able to add documents in and return when signing. I have tried every option on the web I think, and I  the admin. I click all the boxes but the documents selection will not change to where I can give the person  the right to add documents to the return. It is a paid script also. I really need to get these extra documents together from two people.

Thanks for any help-even if it is contact the company. I am just afraid I am missing something here

You mentioned you are an Administrator. Please ensure you enable the Signer Attachment Field in Settings → Sending Settings. Once enabled, you should see the signer attachment field that allows recipients to upload additional documents during signing.
