can't get two signatures (same recipient) on same document

Long time user (12 yrs?), extremely frustrated with recent DS *upgrades.* I can no longer ask one recipient to sign/initial in multiple locations in the same document. The wizard automatically deletes the first/previous signature/initial if I add a second location for signature/initial request. I have tried closing/reopening the DS program, switching browsers, switching users in between, etc. Nothing is working and I have an urgent deadline.

Speaking or chatting with a human is no longer possible and the bot cannot provide adequate instruction. This is terrible customer service. DS rates have increased, yet the quality and availability of service has deceased. Shame on you DS.

I guess it’s finally time to switch to a more reliable digital signature provider.
