We are encountering a MIXED_DML_OPERATION error after upgrading our DocuSign App Launcher package to version 7.9.2. We are trying to setup SCIM connector for DocuSign in Entra for user provisioning and de-provisioning however when while testing the ‘connection after copying the relevant into (Base/tenant URL and token) to Entra, the test connection is failed with error “Your application is not reachable” (reference snip attached).Any support or guidance would be appreciated.

I have seen lot of questions around this like 1 year ago (some 6 months ago), but just want to check if that’s still not possible.I have requirement to send envelope as(Sender/From) different users/email addresses (changes dynamically based on certain conditions) and do not want sender to appear as user who makes the power automate connection.Is this possible? or still limitation?

Sending two or more documents per envelope to a single signer.  They must sign the documents in a specific order.  Doc#2 cannot be available for signing until they have signed Doc #1, etc.  Any Ideas?  I’m using Power Automate because it’s a more complicated flow.  I have everything else but this piece of the puzzle.  Any ideas?

Hi community...as an admin, is there a super quick way to find details on an envelope ID without running a report...in other words, I have an envelope ID...can I enter that within the platform to find all associated details WITHOUT having to run an envelope report and look within that download? We have tried integrating Icertis and DocuSign in demo. We have configured the service account /SVC-Docusign-ICTS-XL@bat.com with required DocuSign access for creation of envelopes in Icertis. While testing the integration we come across that when icertis user who creates and sends the agreement for e-sign don’t have account in DocuSign – SVC Docusign account/ Docusign-ICTS-XL@bat.com will be used for envelope creation and icertis user who have access to DocuSign their respective account will be used to send envelope . Can you help us to get all request to use SVC account irrespective of Icertis user access in DocuSign.

When I tried to click on the Generate Document, I got this error ‘List has no rows for assignment to SObject An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (dfsle) User is already a Content user.. Any advice is greatly appreciated

I am getting the following error in SF when attempting to save a template from DocuGenUnexpected character ('<' (code 60)): expected a valid value (number, String, array, object, 'true', 'false' or 'null') at input location [1,2] I have tried a very simple template with just some text and a Text field and I receive this error when I click on the Next button to save the template. Anyone have this issue and how can it be resolved?Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Hi everyone,I want to add multiple documents to one envelope. Each Document should only be signed once. Since all documents are duplicated from a template and I came up with the ideo of using a specific document propertie as signature anchor. But in my tests this did not work. (When I am using the same anchor in each document, each document has to be signed as often as documents are in the envelope)Has anyone an idea why this does not work or how it could work?Thank you all in advance.Best regardsJens

Hello Community,I was using docusign to create documents, and send them for signatures. but I also wanted to create custom fields and fill them via the API and send them for signs.and I also want to be alerted (on a webhook/something) when a person signs the document.Now I was able to figure out that the DOCUSIGN API does provide this, but as a addon to a plan, and we can also watch events on when they are signed. On the API pricing page, I cannot see anything relevant. So please guide me, which API plan should I get? is the Starter ($50/mo plan) enough for my use case?And how do I get the add-on for docgeneration? do I first buy the API plan?

Is there a way to query the status of an envelope?  I’d like to send out reports with the status of all uncompleted envelopes. Thanks

Hello everyone! I know how to set an expiration date within the DocuSign template or sending process. However, for our business case we need a way to set an exact time. I.e. the offer should not be valid for several days but in most cases only today until x pm. Is it possible to set an exact expiry time?I'd like to create an integration between Salesforce and Docusign to send expiration date and time information.I would create a custom field in Salesforce for the Docusign Envelope object and then populate it with the values, send it to Docusign, receive it via a custom field, and send the document with an expiration date and time.Does this make sense? Is it possible?If not, what other approach can I take?Today, just the date doesn't make sense for my client.Thank you,Arthur

We're seeing following the update/upgrade instructions on our DocuSign Connect Salesforce integration. Specifically, when we attempt to update our sandbox from 6.3 to 6.4.5, I'm seeing an error messagePermissionSet(DocuSign_Administrator) The SigningCertificate parameter value doesn't exist or you may not have permission to access it." (screenshot attached). I’m not sure what to make of this, and because the managed package’s code is not accessible I can’t really tell where it’s expecting to find SigningCertificate. 

Hello,  I am trying to use PowerAutomate and Docusign to complete an action of filling in a document created in Docusign Word Template Assistant, based on SharePoint data, and then send this completed for signing.  The workflow runs, but each time, and with multiple tries of different file names (E.g with file extensions, renaming the file, etc) I get a failure: ConnectorException": body "Status code=BadRequest, Message='ValidationFailure: No document found matching the provided name'" The workflow uses: Create envelope using template with recipientsGet document info from envelopeUpdate document generation form fields from envelopeSend Envelope  Any ideas?James 

I have completed the e-signing of my offer letter. However, in Workday I am not getting the “Submit” option — it still only shows Cancel and Don’t Accept.I cleared my browser history and cache and also tried accessing Workday in a different browser and in incognito mode. It has been more than 10 hours, but the “Submit” option is still not appearing, even though the offer letter is already signed on DocuSign.In the history it is showing Signed. Can anyone help 

Hi As of July 1, 2024 Microsoft is no longer allowing Add-In for new tenant.We want to be able to send a document for Esign with our Docusign account will inside the document library. I follow all the steps provided by Docusign and do not see Docusign option anywhere on in Sharepoint.  Does anyone know how we can set this up? Thanks in advance.

I’m currently experiencing an issue where files are not being saved back to SharePoint from DocuSign. After reviewing the logs, I found the following error:  Error:https://services.docusign.net/integrations-sharepoint/v1.0/api/postback?language=en-US :: Error - The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

A member of our C-level team would like to send a group of people an email from within our business email account with a link to a docusign document and also an attachment that is for information only. Is there a way to do that? The document we’re sending for signature requires some explanation, and the sender prefers that the document come from his email address. Thanks for your help. I’ve been searching the community postings but haven’t seen anything particular on this topic.

I created various Docusign Envelope Templates with merge fields, custom email messages, etc. Initially I was using the custom buttons that were created when I created the envelopes to send the documents, but the requirements have changed, and we want to use the single Send with Docusign button. The Send with Docusign button allows me to choose the template, but it isn’t using the correct email subject and message and it doesn’t include all of the merge fields I have added. When I select the template, it shows that i am selecting that one that I just modified, but it is not correct. What am I missing?
