 Hello,I need to implement the following on my document sent for signature :Add 5 checkboxes (checkbox group with 5 options) on the document (A, B, C, D, E)The signer should be able to select atleast one of the options (multi-select)When the document is signed (completed), the checkboxes chosen should fill in a textarea field in Salesforce (or if you suggest any other compatible Salesforce field with DocuSign checkbox field). The main aim is to writeback the checkbox values in Salesforce.I have created custom document fields in DocuSign with the writeback option to the text area field. I tried with one checkbox field chosen. The field in Salesforce is filled , but as value 'true' and not the exact value of the checkbox.Can you please help to implement the writeback of the checkboxes to Salesforce with the exact values?Thank you in advance for your help.

I am a Salesforce consultant implementing Docusign in an Org for a client. The team would like to be able to click the button to generate the document from an Opportunity record, make edits to the text anywhere in the contract and then send for signature. They would like to do all of this from within Salesforce and not have to download the document, edit in a word processor, re-upload to Salesforce to then send for signature. Could this be possible in the Docusign functionality in Salesforce using the Docusign app?

I’ve configured a Connect configuration in DocuSign and selected “Include Configuration Level OAuth” for authentication. I have entered my Auth URL, Client ID, and Client Secret in the setup.However, when the Connect request is sent, I only receive the grant_type and my custom parameters. The client_id and client_secret values are not included in the request payload.How does DocuSign send the Client ID and Client Secret during the OAuth call — are they sent as headers, as part of the body, or in some other format?How can I ensure that the Client ID and Client Secret are sent as part of the OAuth request?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello there,i have installed the DocuSign Integration for Dynamics 365 via App Source. I have enabled Oauth and Sharepoint. The Documents are availabe. Now when trying to “Sign with DocuSign” or “Get Signatures” I get the follwig Error: 0x80040265 Error in CreateEnvelopeOAuth. I am working in DocuSign Gen in DocuSign Apps Launcher in salesforce. When I try to use Google Drive to add documents, nothing happens. Hi, we have added a document and when we go to add merge fields we get a, ‘Attempt to de-reference a null object’.  The message disappears and then we can add merge fields. We then go to add the merge fields fields into the document and receive a ‘Save Error: Some Fields may be out of Sync Error’. We have disconnected as suggested in related articles but that did not solve the issue. Any other suggestions?Thanks

I’ve acquired the new signing certificate for Docusign and SSO, however I am unable to sign in to the portal as admin to apply the new certificate because of the above issue.This is affecting a lot of our users, and we’ll work to create a contingency for future reference, however I desperately need help now.Is there anyone from Docusign Technical Support that can assist?Many thanks,Shaun

Hello, We are experiencing issues with Docusign connection to Dynamics 365 CRM dropping off and requiring manual intervention to connect the 2 again, typically after a period of time where users are noticing documents are not sending. It’s not very often but often enough that it’s becoming a bit annoying for all involved when it happens. I have not seen any reason for the connection dropping, no passwords are changed and re-connecting is simply going to the Docusign settings in CRM and pressing “Connect”What we really need is some form of alert to us to tell us when the connection has been lost so that we can avoid delays, is there any way to implement this?

Hello, with the new Docusign security setting in Salesforce, I disconnected and reconnected the organisation to Docusign, and since then I have been experiencing a problem.When the user reconnects to Docusign via Salesforce CPQ, they receive an error message indicating that the URL does not exist. They wait 10 minutes and then they can generate their document without any problems.I made a Salesforce query that shows me the URL stored in my flow, which is different from the URL in the error message.My flow calls the following URL:URLFOR(“/apex/dfsle__gendocumentgenerator”.  The URL in the error message contains  apex/dfsle__CompleteSpringOAuthHave you encountered this problem? Hello, We are in the process of integrating DocuSign with Workday and we are running into an issue with the document alerts going to the wrong email. Currently, they are going to my work email when they should be going to a shared inbox. Where would I change where these are routing? Thank you!

Can anybody tell me why this doesn’t work?I have configured the below in the Envelope Template within Salesforce.  We use Microsoft Word documents to create the Gen Templates.I’ve set the PO Number text box to ‘required’ so that if the picklist is ‘Yes’ then the PO Number should be visible and is mandatory for the signatory to populate. Thanks 

Our client is utilizing DocuSign Apps Launcher, and using DocuSign Envelope Templates to tag Documents for Clients to fill out.  Some of the information they would like to have pre-populated from Salesforce, so we added the Merge Fields.The settings for the Merge Fields are to not write back to Salesforce, yet any updates made on the documents are writing back to the identified merged field in Salesforce.How can we stop the updates from coming back into Salesforce?  We need the forms to populate with the information known, but if it’s not in Salesforce, and is added after the document has been generated, we do not want those updates going back into Salesforce.

Hi all,I am getting the following error in one of my Salesforce sandboxes, not in others. The error is from a Docusign log, the actual page when I try to access DAL, Gen Templates, or sending a Docusign from a button is blank page with a loading wheel.Failed to complete product setup. dfsle.APIException: [401] Unauthorized Reference ID: (dfsle)I have tried the suggestions in this article however to no luck. We are encountering a MIXED_DML_OPERATION error after upgrading our DocuSign App Launcher package to version 7.9.2. The error occurs when our Integration User, who has 'DocuSign DS Admin' permissions, attempts to add a new user to the DocuSign setup within Salesforce.Interestingly, this issue does not occur in our sandbox environment, which has been upgraded to the same package version.We raised a support ticket with DocuSign, and they directed us to their knowledge base article on this specific error - https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/DAL-Error-MIXED-DML-OPERATION-DML-operation-on-setup-object-is-not-permitted-after-you-have-updated-a-non-setup-object?language=en_US. A debug log captured during the action revealed that an
