DocuSign for SharePoint Grant Consent Required

We try to implement DocuSign in our Sharepoint envirenment. According to the knowledgebase the first step is: From a SharePoint document library, select ... > Manage Docusign Administration Settings. The Settings window displays in a new browser tab. But i can’t find this on any document library. Any idea where I can find this? Or where I can do this: To use Docusign for SharePoint, a tenant admin must grant permissions to the app. From a document library, select Manage Administration Settings in the Docusign menu and click Grant consent. Thanks.

Validation in DocuSign

We have DocuSign enabled in one of salesforce org. Currently we have created 1 gen template in which 20 templates uploaded and based on rule, we are giving opportunity to user to select template, for that we have created picklist field on opportunity and based on selected template name DocuSign will generate the document and send for signature. Now for some documents, Signature is not required, we just need document which have opportunity details that is happening but user can see next button where he can proceed for sending it to signature. Can we put validation there to restrict the user as signature is not required for those documents?

Power Automate - When a document is signed trigger

I’m using Power Automate to build an automated signing process.I need a flow to run when someone signs a document. I cannot find a way to trigger this.I've tried envelope-sent and others but nothing happens.It’s frustrating I can't find documentation to describe this process which I would've though is a common scenario.

You are not authorized to access the envelope.

Hi, I installed the Docusign Apps Launcher and eSignature for Salesforce product yesterday in Salesforce. I successfully connected to Docusign via Salesforce... I see the Apps Launcher record in Docusign Connect. Things look fine, however, I'm unable to create an envelope template from Salesforce. I'm getting a "You are not authorized to access the envelope." error when I try to create a template. I'm the admin in both Docusign and Salesforce. I have all permissions that I can think of. What gives? Reproduction steps: 1. Go to Docusign Setup in Salesforce 2. Click on eSignature >> Configure 3. Click on Create a Template 4. Name the template 5. Select Lead as the source 6. Upload a PDF and click on Next 7. Observe Expected: I'm able to add the document to the template and proceed to the next step Actual: "You are not authorized to access the envelope." error pops up... from the API logs in Docusign Connect, I see "ERROR: This User lacks sufficient permissions. :: Setting: userOverrideEn

My preference page is no longer found

Why do i not see my preference page now. I want that page to set the account as default. How to connect multiple DocuSign Accounts within one company to the same Salesforce environment?

We licensed DocuSign Gen and installed the Apps Launcher for Salesforce. We are following the Administration Guide to connect the Salesforce Production Account with DocuSign. When setting up the connection, we are presented a list with different DocuSign "Accounts" (we use one per legal subsidiary) and have to pick one. However, the users who will be using DocuSign with Salesforce are coming from various different subsidiaries and I can't seem to find further information on how we would achieve the connection from one Salesforce org to one DocuSign Company account with many "sub accounts" or Accounts. Can anyone help here on this community? Thank you! Benjamin

Power Automate: Change Sender of DocuSign Envelope

Hi everyone, I've created a Power Automate flow that triggers when a contract is generated. It then creates a DocuSign envelope, retrieves the document from SharePoint, and adds it to the envelope. The flow runs under a service account, like all our flows. However, the envelope stays in draft under the service account, making it unusable. How can I automatically change the sender to a specific user within the flow (without manual intervention)? Thanks in advance!

Trying to Display Files from a related Object in Salesforce

We have a use case where an Expense record is Created and a File for the Invoice is entered into that Object’s Folder. When ready an Invoice Record is created that looks up to the Expense. I want to Display the Expenses Folder on the Invoices page and have not figured out a way. I don’t want to Copy the File and place it in the Inventory's Folder. The CLM files VF page doesn’t have customization to Use Invoices Expense record like some lightning page components. I haven't seen this question raised elsewhere. Any help is greatly appreciated.

How to configure Docusign for intune for iOS?

Hi, we are trying to configure “Docusign for intune” app in our environment. I found recent blog articles about the availability of this app: https://www.docusign.com/blog/secure-and-streamlined-agreement-management-with-the-docusign-for-microsoft Manage Agreements On-The-Go With Docusign's New App for Microsoft Intune App | Community but I cannot make it work, as explained in a reply to the post above: when I try, upon opening the app I always get an error “App is not setup”. that means that there is no App Protection Policy applied to the app. While we do have App Protection Policies implemented in our environment (applied to “All apps”), the issue is that “Docusign for intune” app is not in the list of the 168 apps affected by the app protection policies. Neither in the official list published by Microsoft of apps supporting app protection policy: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/apps-supported-intune-apps I also found somebody trying to implement some AppConfig key

Writeback from DocuSign to Salesforce Not Working After Upgrade?

Hello, We recently upgraded our DocuSign eSignature App (Version 7.13.1) and DocuSign Apps Launcher (Version 6.12). Once we upgraded DAL first, one of our users started experience issues. The user is able to send the document from the application object but none of the documents write back to the DocuSign Status object. However this functionality works for every other user in the org that sends out applications. This user has the same profile, permission sets as everyone else as well. We have had tickets with Salesforce and DocuSign and nobody knows why this one user doesn’t have their documents write back. I can also confirm the documents are being sent because he’s able to see them in the DocuSign website. If you have any ideas, I would love to hear them, pretty please! :)

Docusign Salesforce User Permissions

We have created eSignature template in Salesforce. I was granted DS Admission Permission for creating templates After template creation is completed and tested, I should ideally be assigned the DS Sender role in DocuSign. However, after this change, I lose access to the DocuSign Apps Launcher entirely, despite having the correct DocuSign Salesforce permissions. Is DS Admin Permission required for sending envelopes?

PowerAutomate - get document tabs from envelope. How to get checkbox values?

Hi! We have a PowerAutomate flow configured to create an envelope and add custom tabs. We then have another flow triggered when the envelopes are completed to pick up the returned data to push back into dataverse. When using the action ‘get document tabs from envelope’ the tabs that are checkboxes do not return a value. See example: "tabLabel": "students", "documentId": "25619119", "recipientId": "***Redacted content***", "tabId": "db28e284-ed4c-47aa-b4de-658ee058f059", "tabType": "checkboxTabs", "prefill": false Whereas other tab types such as dropdown does return the value: "tabLabel": "relationship2", "value": "GP", "documentId": "25619119", "recipientId": "***Redacted content***", "tabId": "383072b6-6ef4-4afd-b379-a80c2bbf8849", "tabType": "listTabs", "prefill": false How do I get the submitted value for checkboxes? Trigger condition for PowerAutomate Flow - Docusign - for When an Evelope status changes

Hi Everyone, I am seeking some help with writting a trigger condition for my Docusign flow in Power Automate. I am using the trigger “When an evelope status changes” and have it set to “envelope-completed”. I want the trigger to go off when the Subject starts with “Commercial Proposal submitted - Ringmer - T0079 -”. Could anyone suggest the code that I need to use please? Docusign Interation with Dynamics

Hi Team, We have currently setup Docusign integration via Dynamics 365 for our client, However we are facing challenges in the below two scenarios and any guidance on the same would be appreciated. There is a Dynamics 365 workflow that we have configured to create an envelope, add sharepoint document to the envelope, add recipients to the envelope with signing order and role. However we are looking for automating the system to update a D365 record when the first recipient signs and then when the second recipient signs. However as per our observation the Docusign transaction envelope status changes to Sent when the email is sent to the first recipient and changes to completed only when second recipient signs. Is there a way to identify if first recipient has signed the document by workflow? We did see that there is a Get recipient status action for power automate, however we are just going simple docusign workflow automation with this one. The saving of document is happening with Email

merging fields with multiple children

Hello, DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce admins, I am working on building a DocuSign envelope template inside Salesforce using DocuSign App Launcher(DAL), in this template, I have a requirement to pre-populate data into the document from three sources, the source object itself, its parent record, and its child record. I could add merging fields for the source record, and its parent record, but my question here is for children, if the source record has multiple children, how does DocuSign know which child record to retrieve the data from it? Is it the most recent child record or the first created one or what? DocuSign Template in Salesforce Opportunity Defaulting to Wrong Authentication Method

Hi, We’re experiencing an issue with our DocuSign and Salesforce integration and could use some assistance or pointing in the right direction of why this may be occuring. Here’s our setup: We have linked specific DocuSign templates to types of Opportunities in Salesforce. These templates can be launched directly within the Opportunity page layout in Salesforce. The Issue: On the DocuSign template itself (within DocuSign), we’ve configured the recipient authentication method to Phone Authentication. However, when the template is launched via a Salesforce Opportunity, it defaults to SMS Authentication instead. While we understand that "Phone Authentication" and "SMS Authentication" are functionally similar in most scenarios, one of our third-party partners requires the authentication method to explicitly remain Phone Authentication and not default to SMS Authentication. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone know how to ensure that the template retains the Phone Authentic

Has anyone encountered this error before? this is a message that gets presented when trying to add an additional user to through the SF integrated DocuSign Apps Launcher. Failed to add one or more users:[MAX_MEMBERS_EXCEEDED] The maximum number of members for the account has been exceeded.

Power Automate Know Limitations - File Size

Hello, According to this page, the file size limit for sending documents to Power Automate is 12MB: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=gqy1619537336307&topicId=kfu1696619437531.html&_LANG=enus Is that still accurate?Is there a workaround? The file size limit in eSignature being 25MB really limits the use of PA in such cases.

Payment Item on Document generated from Salesforce Industry

Hi There, I’m generating a contract document from Salesforce Industries(Vlocity) OmniScript using OOB Document Generation capability. I want to integrate Stripe Payment gateway into this document. DocuSign has ‘Payment Item’ tag when we generate it from DocuSign eSignature. In the link below, they have mentioned tags like ‘vlcSignHere1’ but there is no tag for Payment Item. Docusign integration with Dynamics 365

Hi, We have been using Docusign with Dynamics 365 Sales for a number of years. We had not upgraded from version 6 and recently attempted to upgrade to the current version, which apparently cannot be done without uninstalling version 6 and re-installing to the current. We have now done this many times and in the process No Docusign shortcuts are added to the sitemap. I managed to manually add a URL directly to Docusign and the admin page was then accessible and I set-up the integration. However, for reasons I do not understand, this was not enduring and the connection was once again lost and we cannot access in the same way (by manually adding the URL). I have also attempted logging in through the Configuration page and have attempted to manually add configuration details into the Configuration table, but this has also been unsuccessful. I have contacted support now multiple times and have no response to date. Has anyone else suffered from this issue and found a resolution?
