Hello,

 

Anyone having problems with the new version sharepointfororganization 4.2.1 ?

After installing it in the app catalog it is available to install on your SharePoint site. When adding it to you sharepoint site it is installed succesfully on it but on the site it is not visible or possible to initiate Docusign.

 

When you had a previous version installed on the site and you do an update it’s not a problem. So only when it’s a new installation it’s is not possible to use it after installation.

Due to an issue on Microsoft's end, the Deploy to all sites option doesn't work when enabled in the SharePoint Admin App page. In the meantime, the option should be turned off, and the app must be installed manually on each SharePoint site where it is needed. 
We understand this unexpected issue, and the added manual steps may be frustrating. We truly appreciate your patience and flexibility while a resolution is being worked on.

Hello, 

 

We are facing the same problem. When will this problem be fixed? At this time we are using docusign for sharepoint online but it’s deprecated and we need to migrate.

If you are using the Organization Edition, the update is out now. But if you are using the (Sites Edition) very soon, with no exact eta yet, we are waiting on Microsoft to release it.
