Hello I am using Docusign eSignature and DocGen. We have the Docusign enterprise pro for salesforce plan. Is it possible to group two checkboxes created in the Document Custom Fields section? I have created these and inserted them into the template but they act independently of each other. I need the person filling out the form to check either one option or the other, but not be able to select both. Also, I am having an issue when inserting a custom field for Title that the end user should fill in as it does not line up with where the tag is placed on the template. It seems that anytime I insert a field that the end-user has the ability to write-in, they are not aligned properly and require manual intervention.

I have an integration set up in place between Salesforce and Docusign. Currently what is happening is when I send a document or want to preview it the specific file is automatically saved to the related object. However, I don't want the unsigned copy to be saved. I only want the signed copy to be saved.  What can I do so that I only have one copy saved (the signed copy)? I was unable to find any details on this.

We have very unique case, our developer (who has zero experience with Docosign but tens of years of development experience with salesforce) has spent a month trying to implement DocoSign with no sucess.Without successful POC, my managers won’t agree to purchase the product, without paid account we can get only a minimal assistance via the chat, sending links to articles and videos that we already reviewed and familiar with.I really believe that DocoSign is the best solution for our use case, but the frustration is killing my initiative.I am in a dead lock.Any suggestions?

I am new to Docusign and trying to create a solution for populating data from SharePoint on a document with Power Automate before sending it to the recipients to sign.I have created the template in MS Word and then upload it to Docusign. I have tried different things by inserting the pre-fill fields as {{Name}} or adding the input fields in the Document, but this will not show in Power Automate when I use the “Create envelope using template with recipients and tabs” action. I tried the other actions as well but same result.I want these fields to be read-only as well when send to the recipients to sign and to put the recipients dynamically as well from the SharePoint list.Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?Any help will be much appreciated. We are using Salesforce Minimum Access and System Administrator profiles for users, where they have basic access to objects and fields. Access to custom fields is granted via the Permission Sets. When I try to generate template I have following error: Could not generate document “Template Name” [103] Please ensure user has access to all the fields in template. 'Activation_Fee__c' Reference ID: f0ee0172-0614-47be-969c-d30eaf2c704d.I have granted access to this field by assigned Permission Set. When I set this field read and edit on Profile, then the problem is gone. It looks that DocuSign checks access only on Profile level, not the Permission Set. Can anyone help with that?

I have a Salesforce sandbox connected to a developer account. When I invite users and they click on the activation link, it takes them to the log in page for their Docusign prod account instead of helping them create another account.Steps:Receive activation email Click on ‘Activate’ Click on ‘Create a New Account’ (the screen shown is: You have been invited to [insert name of dev Docusign account] The next form is a login form, not a create new user or reset pw form The URL is: account-d.docusign.com I have spoken to a service rep about this and he said to ask them to do it in incognito. They did, but still the same result. We even tried to use another new browser (and we cleared cache) altogether. I also have removed and closed the user’s account and re-added them but same issue.On the login form, the user typed in his pw (the pw for his only docusign account) and he was able to log in. Again

We are getting the following error:The error message we are getting is “Error while retrieving the User ID for the following sender ‘kmiller@email.com’: User has not consented to the DocuSign application. Hi :) We want to connect DocuSign with Workday and are looking for the documentation about the topic. Where can we find it? What needs to be done on our (DocuSign) side? I’ve found an info that there are resources on the Workday community, but we don’t have an access there.

We are starting to utilize our OnBase DocuSign integration and have run into a few issues. Our theory is to start in OnBase and end in OnBase. User uploads to DocuSign, DocuSign returns to user once signed.Issue 1:  When a User is trying to check envelope status, User receives an error of “Access Denied.”Issue 2: When a User selects multiple documents and right clicks, send to document, all documents are present in the envelope. If they select multiple documents and use the Ribbon Icon for DocuSign, only the topmost document appears in the envelope.We think issue 1 is related to Sharing, but cannot find the fix. Issue 2 may be a bug, but Hyland has not yet responded. We are on OnBase v 24.1.1000.Any support would be appreciated!

Our company currently uses a legacy e-signature system to store templates that have not yet transitioned to DocuSign CLM. We aim to consolidate all legacy templates into DocuSign CLM. To achieve this, Smartsheet must be integrated with CLM. Can anyone confirm if this integration is possible? Thanks for your response in advance.

We have successfully installed the Org edition Sharepoint connector and uninstalled the legacy connectore.  We are using this to sign a document in one doc library in a site and save to a different doc library in the same site which worked perfectly in the legacy connector.We don’t get an error when signing and the doc is sent via email without issue, but the file is never saved to the library or any location in the site.When we click on sync failed envelopes we get “Current site doesn't contain new SPFX configuration, please make sure new app is installed and at least one envelope has been sent from the new SharePoint app.”We had no issues with granting perms via global admin.thanks for any help or pointers!-RossDetails:ProductionCustom locationCombined (don’t include) TimestampStore as new document

Hi Community, My company uses UKG for our HRMS.  We have UKG’s Document Manager module.  Through Document Manager we have our Docusign account connected.  We are trying to send a pdf to an employee through Document Manager that then goes to Docusign for signature.  That process works.  the issue I am experiencing is that when doing that, the employee is required to place the fields into the form themselves.  I would prefer that once they open the form in docusign the signature and date field are already mapped to the bottom of the form.  We tried using a tag, but that didn’t appear to work.  I read something about anchors, but am not clear on how those can be created in docusign and if that would work.  thank you in advance for any info you can provide.  

I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding my account billing.Last year, I went through your automated process as I needed to increase the number of envelopes available on my account. However, without my knowledge or clear explanation, my account was upgraded to two seats. As a result, I have been paying double the expected amount since then.As a small business, these additional charges have had a significant impact. I only required more envelopes and did not request or intend to upgrade to two seats. Unfortunately, when I recently contacted your support team to request a refund or even a partial refund, the assistant I spoke with was unable to assist.I also find that your pricing structure and processes are not transparent. I have never been able to get clear guidance on how to maintain a single seat while increasing the number of envelopes, which has made it very difficult to manage my account appropriately.I would appreciate this matter being

Hello,We received a reminder from DocuSign about Microsoft sunsetting the old SharePoint Online connector on April 2, 2026, and that migration is required to avoid service disruption.We have tried to work through this ourselves, but we have not been able to complete the migration successfully. We would like to make use of the complimentary consultation with a DocuSign expert, as mentioned in the communication we received.However, despite contacting DocuSign multiple times by email (already twice), we have not received any response.Could someone from DocuSign please advise on:how we can get in touch with the right team, how to schedule the complimentary consultation, and what the best migration path is between the organisation-wide connector and the new site-level connector?We want to make sure this is resolved well before April 2, 2026 to avoid any service issues.Thank you in advance.

And then we might have a problem with HubSpot, because when an envelope is sent directly from HubSpot, the recipient page on HubSpot specifies the type of signature and verification to apply, and it always says "No verification," even though verification is included in the template.Do you think this is just a HubSpot bug, but does the envelope sent still have verification enabled?I believe so, based on the tests we've already done, but if this option were unlocked, we could change the verification type even when sending the envelope from HubSpot, which would avoid many problems and allow us to customize the sending process based on our verification needs.

We are trying to test our configuration for Oracle Journey Integration with DocuSign however we are unable more than 2 documents. We have created docusign templates and have used the template ID in our Oracle journey tasks. We are unable to save the template id beyond 2 tasks. Can you pls confirm what is the limit in demo docusign environment for this ?

I have an envelope that requires two documents to be attached. I have trained an AI model (outside of docusign) to validate the attachments. I need to extract the attached documents as two individual PDF’s.I have tried the List_documents_from_an_envelope action, but it does not include the attachments. e.g. this document requires up to three attachments.  The signed download PDF contains two documents  Doc 11 - Certificate request2 - Attachment 1 3 - Attachment 2Doc 21 - Certificate when I use the list documents action, I can only see the original form, and the certificate. Thi

I have a user trying to log into the latest version of DocuSign from a SharePoint Document library and getting the following error, “ClientSecretCredential authentication failed” I am able to log in without any error messages.

I am using docusign in salesforce (not the gen version).  I want to create a flow that can void an envelope if someone cancels a class.  I’m not seeing any fields or actions that I can use to do so.  Any ideas? I try to avoid apex if possible.

I’m currently experiencing an issue where files are not being saved back to SharePoint from DocuSign. After reviewing the logs, I found the following error:  Error:https://services.docusign.net/integrations-sharepoint/v1.0/api/postback?language=en-US :: Error - The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

We are using the official DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce managed package, and we noticed that the dfsle__Status__c field on the dfsle__Envelope__c object is a Text field populated directly by the DocuSign API (e.g., “Sent”, “Completed”, “Declined”, etc.). Even though our Salesforce org and user language are set to French, the envelope statuses remain in English because the field is not a Picklist and therefore cannot be translated using Translation Workbench. Since the value is stored as raw text from DocuSign, we cannot apply standard Salesforce translation mechanisms. Is there a recommended or officially supported way to handle multilingual status display in Salesforce when using the DocuSign managed package?

We have a template we send to customers and this template contains State and Country picklists.We have 2 issues which we submitted to DocuSign Support but still waiting for a resolution so thought I check with the community.When Country= USA is selected, the State picklist displays all states and provinces in USA and outside USA. Workable but not professional and we want to provide our customers just USA states if Country USA is selected. In State picklist, when customer selects California, it changes into Caglieri.  When Tennessee is selected, it changes into Tamil Nadu. I researched and figured out why this is happening but I still need a fix because this confuses our Customers. In Docusign - Caglieri and California both have ISO Codes=CA, Tamil Nadu and Tennessee ISO Codes are TN. I am unable to edit the ISO Codes on the template and Salesforce.I need help on these issues.
