I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding my account billing.Last year, I went through your automated process as I needed to increase the number of envelopes available on my account. However, without my knowledge or clear explanation, my account was upgraded to two seats. As a result, I have been paying double the expected amount since then.As a small business, these additional charges have had a significant impact. I only required more envelopes and did not request or intend to upgrade to two seats. Unfortunately, when I recently contacted your support team to request a refund or even a partial refund, the assistant I spoke with was unable to assist.I also find that your pricing structure and processes are not transparent. I have never been able to get clear guidance on how to maintain a single seat while increasing the number of envelopes, which has made it very difficult to manage my account appropriately.I would appreciate this matter being

Hello,We received a reminder from DocuSign about Microsoft sunsetting the old SharePoint Online connector on April 2, 2026, and that migration is required to avoid service disruption.We have tried to work through this ourselves, but we have not been able to complete the migration successfully. We would like to make use of the complimentary consultation with a DocuSign expert, as mentioned in the communication we received.However, despite contacting DocuSign multiple times by email (already twice), we have not received any response.Could someone from DocuSign please advise on:how we can get in touch with the right team, how to schedule the complimentary consultation, and what the best migration path is between the organisation-wide connector and the new site-level connector?We want to make sure this is resolved well before April 2, 2026 to avoid any service issues.Thank you in advance.

And then we might have a problem with HubSpot, because when an envelope is sent directly from HubSpot, the recipient page on HubSpot specifies the type of signature and verification to apply, and it always says "No verification," even though verification is included in the template.Do you think this is just a HubSpot bug, but does the envelope sent still have verification enabled?I believe so, based on the tests we've already done, but if this option were unlocked, we could change the verification type even when sending the envelope from HubSpot, which would avoid many problems and allow us to customize the sending process based on our verification needs.

We are trying to test our configuration for Oracle Journey Integration with DocuSign however we are unable more than 2 documents. We have created docusign templates and have used the template ID in our Oracle journey tasks. We are unable to save the template id beyond 2 tasks. Can you pls confirm what is the limit in demo docusign environment for this ?

I have an envelope that requires two documents to be attached. I have trained an AI model (outside of docusign) to validate the attachments. I have a user trying to log into the latest version of DocuSign from a SharePoint Document library and getting the following error, “ClientSecretCredential authentication failed” I am able to log in without any error messages.

I am using docusign in salesforce (not the gen version).  I want to create a flow that can void an envelope if someone cancels a class.  I’m not seeing any fields or actions that I can use to do so.  Any ideas? I try to avoid apex if possible.

I’m currently experiencing an issue where files are not being saved back to SharePoint from DocuSign. After reviewing the logs, I found the following error:  Error:https://services.docusign.net/integrations-sharepoint/v1.0/api/postback?language=en-US :: Error - The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

We are using the official DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce managed package, and we noticed that the dfsle__Status__c field on the dfsle__Envelope__c object is a Text field populated directly by the DocuSign API (e.g., “Sent”, “Completed”, “Declined”, etc.). Even though our Salesforce org and user language are set to French, the envelope statuses remain in English because the field is not a Picklist and therefore cannot be translated using Translation Workbench. Since the value is stored as raw text from DocuSign, we cannot apply standard Salesforce translation mechanisms. Is there a recommended or officially supported way to handle multilingual status display in Salesforce when using the DocuSign managed package?

We have a template we send to customers and this template contains State and Country picklists.We have 2 issues which we submitted to DocuSign Support but still waiting for a resolution so thought I check with the community.When Country= USA is selected, the State picklist displays all states and provinces in USA and outside USA. Workable but not professional and we want to provide our customers just USA states if Country USA is selected. In State picklist, when customer selects California, it changes into Caglieri.  When Tennessee is selected, it changes into Tamil Nadu. I researched and figured out why this is happening but I still need a fix because this confuses our Customers. In Docusign - Caglieri and California both have ISO Codes=CA, Tamil Nadu and Tennessee ISO Codes are TN. I am unable to edit the ISO Codes on the template and Salesforce.I need help on these issues. I’ve created a merge field in Docusign that is to write back to an opportunity field in Salesforce, and have placed the anchor tag in my word document template.  When I go to send the document out for signature, the text field for data to be entered is barely wide enough to notice it’s even there:I know I can manually adjust the width of the field before sending, but asking my users to have to do this for every contract that goes out is not reasonable.  How can I set this anchored merge field to be wider by default?

We have been setting up a new SharePoint library for contracts and using the SP integration. When I and a couple of other users test it, it returns the doc the source folder/document set.  We are using Document Sets but works the same for folders.Our main user however gets signed docs returned to the root folder. DS site says it’s a know issue. Docusign documentationAnyone found a fix yet?  

We have a requirement to use two checkbox fields in a DocuSign document where only one checkbox can be selected at a time (mutually exclusive selection).  Additionally, the selected checkbox value should be written back to a Salesforce field after the envelope is completed. Currently, standard checkboxes allow both options to be selected, and we need guidance on how to: Restrict the selection so that only one checkbox can be checked at a time. Could you please advise on the recommended configuration to achieve this requirement?  

This has been a repeated issue over the last year. I am getting duplicate emails for completed or voided documents. Emails that a client has viewed, completed, or I need to sign something… all emails you get in the course of a document being signed, except these documents are already completed and there shouldn’t be anything triggering these emails to go out to me. It’s very frustrating as it’s 10pm at night and my email is constantly lighting up with these emails. I’ve received 15 emails in the past hour. This bug is happening routinely and it’s getting old. Fix it, PLEASE. 

Hello,Some time ago I’ve developed a Power Automate flow to automatically send envelopes by using template and to a specific recipients. Few days ago I’ve noticed, that flow suddenly started to fail due to the error message: I was not changing anything in Power Automate at all. It just stopped working. I do not have access to the subscription admin panel, but I can guide our administrator to verify what’s wrong. What should I do? What’s the issue? Templates are shared with the account what is being used to send the documents and were before. I can see them during the action configuration, but I can’t use them any longer.

We are using DocuSign for a POC. A DocuSign account has already been created and successfully connected to Salesforce.However, when we try to add or use Salesforce merge fields while sending an envelope, we receive the following error:“This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields”The integration between DocuSign and Salesforce is active, but merge fields are not working. We are unsure if we are missing any required permissions, settings, or configuration on either the Salesforce side or within DocuSign for merge field access.We would like help identifying: Which Salesforce user DocuSign uses to resolve merge fields Any additional permissions or setup required for merge fields in a POC DocuSign account Please let us know what configuration or access is missing to resolve this issue.

Hello, Anyone having problems with the new version sharepointfororganization 4.2.1 ?After installing it in the app catalog it is available to install on your SharePoint site. When adding it to you sharepoint site it is installed succesfully on it but on the site it is not visible or possible to initiate Docusign. When you had a previous version installed on the site and you do an update it’s not a problem. So only when it’s a new installation it’s is not possible to use it after installation.  

I am not a novice user, but been away for about 8 months. I need to allow people that I send a document to, to also be able to add documents in and return when signing. I have tried every option on the web I think, and I  the admin. I click all the boxes but the documents selection will not change to where I can give the person  the right to add documents to the return. It is a paid script also. I really need to get these extra documents together from two people.Thanks for any help-even if it is contact the company. I am just afraid I am missing something here

I am testing offer letters in impl tenant and have connected to the test docusign env. The candidate signature step fails with an error Content is not allowed in prolog. Any idea what could be causing this?Thanks.

Long time user (12 yrs?), extremely frustrated with recent DS *upgrades.* I can no longer ask one recipient to sign/initial in multiple locations in the same document. The wizard automatically deletes the first/previous signature/initial if I add a second location for signature/initial request. I have tried closing/reopening the DS program, switching browsers, switching users in between, etc. Nothing is working and I have an urgent deadline.Speaking or chatting with a human is no longer possible and the bot cannot provide adequate instruction. This is terrible customer service. DS rates have increased, yet the quality and availability of service has deceased. Shame on you DS.I guess it’s finally time to switch to a more reliable digital signature provider.

Hi Community,I’ve raised a case with Docusign also, but I thought I’d post this issue here.Our users use Docusign within Salesforce to generate and send their quotes to prospects and customers.However, when logging in today, we all have the same error message: My ‘test’ above was one field in a new word document uploaded to Salesforce and I clicked preview, as you do when creating a new Docusign template in Salesforce.I received this error and, basically, I have no idea what to do next.Has anybody else experienced this or know how I can fix it?Thanks

Hi Community,I have four DocuSign tabs mapped from Salesforce merge fields: Text Fields A, B, C Checkbox D All fields are optional by default.Validation Needed If the signer fills any one of Text Fields A/B/C → all three must be filled OR the signer can simply select Checkbox D Leaving all fields blank is allowed Partial entry in A/B/C is not allowed QuestionWhat is the best DocuSign way to enforce this signer-time validation?Can this be achieved using Conditional Rules, or is another approach recommended?(Screenshot attached for reference.) 

We recently completed the setup guide for the DocuSign connection in LaserPro but it doesn’t seem to be working properly. For example, it isn’t prompting the recipient to sign. We’ve gone through the normal channels to request support from both LaserPro and DocuSign but each refers us to the other. Hoping someone who has already gone through this process and is familiar with the integration might have some tips.
