Currently, Power Automate does not support the automated filling of esignature PDF Form Fields because this functionality requires direct input from a person. There is no way to collect this input if it is automated—for example, it won't be able to determine which recipient to assign the fields to, whether they want the PDF Form fields to be converted in the first place, etc.
While direct automation of this specific task isn't available, a workaround could be to convert your form document into a DocuSign template and then utilize that template within your Power Automate workflow. If you believe that automated PDF form field conversion would significantly benefit your organization, you are encouraged to submit an enhancement request through our dedicated Ideas Portal 👉 Submit a feature request
