Hi, We have developed an integration with the DocuSign REST APIs.Over the past few weeks, we’ve observed that a few POST /envelopes requests have taken longer than usual to respond, resulting in timeouts in our system. However, these requests eventually complete successfully on the DocuSign side.To better calibrate our timeout configuration and avoid failures, we would like to better understand the expected performance characteristics of the POST /envelopes API.We would appreciate it if you could share the p99 response time metrics for the POST /envelopes API, as this will help us appropriately tune our timeout settings.TIA

We have a template we send to customers and this template contains State and Country picklists.We have 2 issues which we submitted to DocuSign Support but still waiting for a resolution so thought I check with the community.When Country= USA is selected, the State picklist displays all states and provinces in USA and outside USA. Workable but not professional and we want to provide our customers just USA states if Country USA is selected. In State picklist, when customer selects California, it changes into Caglieri.  When Tennessee is selected, it changes into Tamil Nadu. I researched and figured out why this is happening but I still need a fix because this confuses our Customers. In Docusign - Caglieri and California both have ISO Codes=CA, Tamil Nadu and Tennessee ISO Codes are TN. I am unable to edit the ISO Codes on the template and Salesforce.I need help on these issues. I submitted tickets to Support but issue been going on for almost 2 months and no recommendation.

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with the option “Use the sender’s company name.”When I enable this checkbox, I expect the sender name shown to recipients to switch to the brand/company name. However, even after checking the option, the sender name does not change and still appears as the individual sender rather than the brand.Am I misunderstanding the purpose of this setting? Could you clarify what this option is supposed to do, and under which conditions it affects the sender name?Thank you in advance for your help.

Early last year I set up various documents through the Envelope Templates section. How do I move/copy those template documents over to the new Documents Template section of the program without losing my fields and conditional rules?

We have a published webform - "id":"3527eec7-2c68-43f0-aca9-9eb51c4e7a16","accountId":"d09a0de1-8019-4bf8-a56c-46916ffdf531". When users complete it, we only see their entries in the results after a delay of many hours. Is this expected? Is there some missconfiguration? 

I am a paid user and last yearly payment was made 4.28.25 so the year is not expired yet. All of my prior work is missing and I am listed as a nonpaying user.

When I send an agreement out, it looks that although I format it with extra lines and spaces between paragraphs like an email; but it then makes the entire thing one long run-on paragraph. Is there a way to make sure that it keeps the message to the customer clearly formatted so it looks more profesisonal?

I don't see anything related to WebForms in the list of possible triggers for Connect - maybe it is not supported or maybe it is under a different name? Thank you!

Hi, I would like to request information regarding the languages supported in the DocuSign Envelope when using the Apex Toolkit, specifically through Recipient.EmailSettings? I found this Supported Language List. List. However, I would like to confirm whether the following languages are currently supported, or if there are any plans to add support for them in the future:Walloon Language (wa) Flemish/Belgian Dutch (nl-BE)Could you please clarify this for me? Can a data column with the names of the remainder approvers be available for the Envelope Recipient Report ?

Our Copy Envelope option is suddenly missing from any Agreements in Shared Access. It is still selected in Admin. It seems I can copy a Completed or Voided envelope that I sent, but nothing else. Is that the way this is set up now?

Hi, My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday I’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED. I am reaching out to inquire about the envelope limits on my account. Last month, I was able to send over 1000 envelopes, but I am now experiencing a much lower limit. Could you please clarify why my envelope allowance has changed and what options are available to increase my envelope capacity?Regarding API usage limit which is set to 3000, I am not able to Update the hourly limit and even after almost 12 hours, limit has not been reset.This month -   Last Month -  API Usage -  

I need to contact the support because the signing process of one of my files does not work. When I try to access the support chat here, nothing happens when pressing the button. There is also no html behind the button I could copy to another browser. It’s not working in Chrome (incognito & normal mode), Firefox, Safari  I also can not access any other type of support since I’m not a paying member. I also can’t log in to the support page, because first I’d need to open a chat - which is not working. 

I had a Pro plan - downgraded it to Personal with the same email address. Now I’m not able to log-in and only get information that the account does not exist. Also, I cannot create a new account with the same address and only get an error. Can the support please contact me? 

We're using the EnvelopeViews: createSender endpoint to embed the tagger/sender view in our application. We need to control the display language of the embedded sender view based on the user's account language.Following the documentation, we append the locale query parameter to the URL returned by the API: https://app.docusign.com/...?locale=deThis approach works correctly for the recipient view (createRecipientView) — the signing UI displays in the expected language.However, for the sender view (createSenderView), the locale parameter appears to be ignored entirely. This has been a repeated issue over the last year. I am getting duplicate emails for completed or voided documents. Emails that a client has viewed, completed, or I need to sign something… all emails you get in the course of a document being signed, except these documents are already completed and there shouldn’t be anything triggering these emails to go out to me. It’s very frustrating as it’s 10pm at night and my email is constantly lighting up with these emails. I’ve received 15 emails in the past hour. This bug is happening routinely and it’s getting old. Fix it, PLEASE.

I have a multi-signer document where I need to send it to signers sequentially. After the first signer completes their signing, I want to download that partially signed version and then send it to the second signer. Is this possible in DocuSign? Should I be using a specific workflow for this, or are there any limitations I should be aware of?My workflow:1. Send document to Signer 12. Once Signer 1 completes - download the partially signed document3. Send the same document to Signer 2 for their signatureWill this work or do I need to set up the full routing with all signers upfront?

I work for a construction company. Currently, I have set up a basic template for each document (Purchase Order, Subcontract, Commitment Change Order, Potential Change Order, Prime Contract Change Order, etc.). In the basic template, I set up the fields for each role (Project Manager, Project Executive, Group Manager, Architect, Owner, etc.). For each project, I create a copy of each template and fill in the project-specific user information for each role. Is there a way to autofill the user information for each role within each project so that I don’t have to fill each document template out for each project every time? Also, is there a way to get the project-specific templates to pull information from the basic templates so that if there is a change in a document’s role workflow, I only have to enter that change into the base template?

Hello. I am playing around with sender fields in Docusign IAM and have a couple questions for the recommended fields based on agreement type:Can you remove or limit the system-generated agreement types that the sender will select? To expand, what if I want to scrap most or all of the system generated agreement types and have my senders only be able to select from a list of most or all custom agreement types? Can I limit agreement type selection for senders by security group? Sender 1 can only select from agreement type A, B and C while sender 2 can only select from agreement type D, E and F. I assume this would come with the recommended fields for each aligned agreement type.Thank you!Aidan

Hello,Some time ago I’ve developed a Power Automate flow to automatically send envelopes by using template and to a specific recipients. Few days ago I’ve noticed, that flow suddenly started to fail due to the error message: I was not changing anything in Power Automate at all. It just stopped working. I do not have access to the subscription admin panel, but I can guide our administrator to verify what’s wrong. What should I do? What’s the issue? Templates are shared with the account what is being used to send the documents and were before. I can see them during the action configuration, but I can’t use them any longer.

I am trying to send out a document for signature but my client is receiving the error message “resource token authentication error”. I have his correct email address, what could be the issue please?
