When a Docusign has already been generated and sent, how can I edit the email address or phone number, etc. when there are duplicate recipients and neither of them have signed? It keeps duplicating their names. So whoever I click on to edit, it will change the 2nd name to match the 1st and vice versa. I’ve set the signing order, which is a prompt you get when you try to proceed with the duplicate names, but it is still happening. Does anyone know how to correct?

I am trying to map a Web Form checkbox group to an eSignature envelope template checkbox group but I keep getting this error:DOCGEN_PROCESSING_FAILURE  “Checkbox Values can't be blank”Setup:Web Form- API reference name: Checkboxpartenaire- Options (and API value): Facebook, Instagram, TikTokEnvelope Template- 3 checkboxes from the same group- same Data Label: Checkboxpartenaire- grouped togetherHowever, in the template editor I only see the Data Label field and no place to define the checkbox option values (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok).How should checkbox group values be configured in the template so they correctly map from the Web Form? In the example below I was even trying to add the API Value directly but there should be an area to provide both checkbox group API value and each checkbox API value no?Thanks! 

And then we might have a problem with HubSpot, because when an envelope is sent directly from HubSpot, the recipient page on HubSpot specifies the type of signature and verification to apply, and it always says "No verification," even though verification is included in the template.Do you think this is just a HubSpot bug, but does the envelope sent still have verification enabled?I believe so, based on the tests we've already done, but if this option were unlocked, we could change the verification type even when sending the envelope from HubSpot, which would avoid many problems and allow us to customize the sending process based on our verification needs.

I have a business pro account. When I try to add an attachment field to a webform, it says that “Attachment fields are only supported when this form is used in a Maestro workflow.” I am wondering if I have the ability to use a Maestro workflow, or if there is another way to create a webform where the end user will be able to upload an attachment? 

I created a Maestro flow earlier this year (January) to extract/export information to a Google Sheet and save the final signed document to Google Drive when a specific template is used. It is currently working as set up. I would now like to change to which folder on Google Drive the signed document is uploaded. However, I am no longer able to edit any of the Google Drive steps.Issues / troubleshooting attempts:The “Apply” button remains greyed out even when I make changes to the step. The Google Drive app remains approved by an admin, and installed and authorized on my account. The connection is active with all permissions intact. I’ve tried re-adding the connection and re-creating entire step, but the GDrive-related Maestro steps no longer appear as options on the ‘Add a new step’ panel. Hi all, I signed up yesterday so I could send out documents for SignatureI sent 5 envelopes then received a message saying “the envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded” I checked my usage details (below) and it’s showing that 5 envelopes out of 10 included have been used Regardless, I went to upgrade my account so I could send all the envelopes required and I received the message below I don’t seem to be able to get through to support in any capacity - click on ‘chat’ and it like a dead button, cant email because im not considered to be on a paid plan, always get logged out, cant pay for a plan… Docusign keeps logging me out and I see ‘auth-error-handler’ words in some URLs (I’ve turned VPN off, cleared cookies + cache and and used different browsers including ‘incognito’ mode in Chrome) I dont know if the trial is the factor that is affecting things?I seem to even been stroking out with the amount of drafts I can create (trying to stay productive whilst troubleshooting)An

Hello everyone,I’m encountering a problem when accessing the DocuSign Developer Portal:- URL: https://developers.docusign.com/platform/account/  - After logging in, the page stays completely blank (only the header appears).- In DevTools Network tab, the request to `/api/user/settings` returns HTTP 500.- On the console, I see the error:    TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'account_name')Steps already tried:- Tested in Chrome and Edge (both latest versions).- Cleared cache and cookies, used incognito mode.- Tried on different networks and devices.- Extensions like AdBlock are not the root cause.It seems the frontend cannot proceed without user settings.  Has anyone experienced something similar? Any workaround, or is there a direct way to reset or repair account settings?Thank you for your help! 

Hi everyone, I have just subscribed to DocuSign with the option of using QES for signing documents as and when needed. How do I set up my QES if I don’t already have my digital identity verified? I know DocuSign is a QTPS but I do not find any clear information on requesting this service. Thanks in advance!

After I enter my username and password I’m presented with the following - the same user twice. I don’t know why I have two users and I can’t distinguish between them. How can I merge them or delete them or, at least make them distinguishable.

I have been receiving reminders to sign a leasing document from an Apartment for nearly one year every week. I contacted them and they said they had done everything from their side but still did not work. How to address this problem?Thanks. 

HiHas anyone come across an issue where recipients can’t read the document they receive because it’s very small type and all left aligned on the screen.The recipient is picking up the DocuSign envelope on their mobile phone, and using their browser to open (not the DocuSign app). See below screenshot. 

Hello we are having some instances where we send a document for external review and the client will download and replace with a different copy. Is there a way to block the ability to do so? we’d like the client to accept/decline/comment on the review but never replace the document for compliance reasons. Is there an easy way to do so? thanks!

Hi everyone, Via our DocuSign integration/ API, using recipients[].signers[].emailNotification.emailBody, we would like to customize the email message sent to each signer on a per-envelope basis as follows: - Embed protected images in that email message using CID (Content-ID). Is this approach supported by the DocuSign API? If not, we would greatly appreciate any suggestions or recommended approaches to achieve this functionality.Thanks!

Essentially, I have several documents to send out to multiple recipients. I need any one of the recipients to sign any of the documents and have the signature witnessed. Signing Groups appears to let me either have multiple recipients where only one signs OR have witnessed signing, but not both. To make things more complicated, only some of the documents require witnessing (though I imagine I would just need to create a separate envelope for the witnessed documents). 

My colleague Dan B sent several envelopes using another colleague's (Dan C) account to which he has Shared Access. Dan B added himself and a third party as Receive a Copy recipients on the envelopes. About 30 of the envelopes have been signed, but Dan B is saying he only got copies for four of them. I have looked at the history logs for a few of the envelopes for which he did not receive copies and confirmed that copies of the executed document were only sent to the signer and to Dan C not to Dan B or the third party. They received a copy of the initial outgoing email when it was sent, but not a copy of the executed document. I don't understand this - docusign is supposed to send a copy of the executed document to ALL recipients.!--endfragment>!--startfragment>I have attached history logs and screenshots of the Recipients screen for two envelopes - one for which Dan B did receive the executed documents and one for which he did not.  Thanks,Teri***attachments removed***

I’m trying to bulk send a letter to a few hundred recipients.  This letter is informational only and does not require the recipient to sign or acknowledge receipt. I would like to have a few text fields within the letter auto populate with the recipient name/ID so that the letter is personalized to the recipient. How do I format my csv so that the fields are automatically populated for bulk send?All the information and tutorials I’m finding are for recipients that need to sign or acknowledge receipt instead of just receiving a copy of the envelope.Thanks for any guidance on this!

I have paid for my account and waited the “30 minutes” for set up (have used Docusign for over 15 years so I know what I’m doing). CANNOT ACCESS MY PAID SENDS and get in to a nightmare loop trying to access support. Also their chatbot DOES NOT WORK. Any suggestions?!?!?!

 Hi Community!See if you have a suggestion here.I have a customer who has main account and sub accounts. They want to run tow type of schedule reports in weekely bases. one to Finance to have visibility on all usage with all subaccounts and another one per subaccounts head of department.My question:can be run a report from the main account that can easily tell what env have been spent by each sub account? thanks

I have just upgraded to the standard plan which gives 100 sends a year, but the system says I have run out of sends and is alresady asking me to upgrade to the Pro plan. I upgraded 24 hours ago and have only sent one envelope since then! im not sure how to move it on… any advice please?
