I am planning on taking the test for the Certified DocuSign eSignature Administrator in a month or so.Are there any other resources aside from the toolkit that have sample questions I can practice?

My coworker is on vacation and I have a customer in to sign their docusign document in person.  Do I need to correct the envelope in order to collect the signature for my co-worker.  We have shared access.

I need to configure below:The download option is disabled while recipients are reviewing and signing the document, andThe download option is available once the document is completed (via the completion email or DocuSign portal).I used the following configuration as per the attached signing resource file guide<data name="DocuSign_SigningAllowDownload">false</data><data name="DocuSignComplete_AllowDownload">true</data>With this setup, the download option is correctly disabled during signing, but I still cannot see the download option after the envelope is completed.Could you please suggest the correct way to achieve this behavior? 

I have a Personal account with a credit of 5 envelopes per month.I cannot find when the counting starts of this credit. Is this per the 1st of every month of per de date of the contract for example the 15th of every month?

I am the admin/owner of the account.  I cannot see bulk send.  i have watched the videos.  I have the $65 account.  

We are supporting a Human Resources process.  The routing includes the employee (signature), department head (signature), HR officer (signature) and a labor relations officer (delayed signature).  In a perfect world, only the employee and the HR officer would receive a completed copy of the envelope, as the others should not be retaining a copy.  Is there any way to design a template in ESignature to do that?

I have a web form with checkboxes and it is correctly updating the checkboxes on the template, however the conditional routing based on the value of the check box is not working.  I have the rule set to check if the box is selected to route to the person and I have the person listed under recipients as a routing group.

Dear DocuSign Support,We would like to verify the authenticity and timeline of a DocuSign transaction related to the following Envelope ID: B7A459E9-FB2D-4FCC-8335-45C66F4D3738.Context:We are analyzing two signed PDF files and two Certificates of Completion that appear to belong to this envelope.However, we observed two different timestamps and certificate chains:- The CoCs show the "Signed" event as 09-Dec-2024 at 07:37:25 (Pacific Time).- One PDF also displays this same timestamp in its footer.- The second PDF, however, shows a later timestamp (30-Jul-2025 03:35:17-07:00) with a DigiCert AATL certificate instead of Entrust.We kindly request your official clarification on the following points:1. Do both PDFs belong to the same envelope (ID above)?2. Is the "Signed" event on 09-Dec-2024 the legally binding signature for the envelope?3. Does the later 30-Jul-2025 timestamp correspond to a re-sealing or re-export by DocuSign, not a new signature?4. Is the coexistence of Entrust and DigiC

Can anyone share Rest API reference to fetch IDV Evidence PDF. As per the information in https://developers.docusign.com/docs/idevidence-api/how-to/retrieve-idevidence-media/ we are able to capture the photo id only. How can we fetch the PDF with IDV data and captured front and back id images?

The Salesforce org I’m working in currently has DocuSign implemented via a URL Button that initiates DocuSign from the Quick Actions menu. I’m working to update that functionality to occur in a Salesforce Flow instead. I’d like the same functionality to fire automatically when the flow completes and populate the DocuSign envelope with variables from the flow.My thought is this would need to be done in Lightning or Apex and called in the flow. I initially tried automatically firing the button on init, but Lightning doesn’t support URL buttons so it won’t fire as expected. Has anyone initialized DocuSign from a Flow before?

Envelopes are not being received by the recipients. However the statis of the envelope is updated as "Sent" in DocuSign. Have completed the entire troubleshooting as available on DocuSign support pages.  

I have a webform I created and have a few questions regarding it and the signing session that is generated after completion of the form. When I copy the URL to complete the webform, it is the same URL each time.  Do i use the same URL for every person I want to send to, or is there another method I’m supposed to be using to send it to different people to complete the webform? When someone is completing the webform, how do they save progress if they want to come back to it later, I’m not seeing that option? When the docusign signing session opens up, if I click on Finish Later, I’m not seeing any emails that come to me to allow me to restart the session?  Upon starting the webform completion, there is an individual name and email address I enter that as I understand is used for the webform and docusign session, but I don’t get any emails that I input there.

I would like to have a conditional field revealed only upon execution when the document is sent to the recipient. Is this possible?

I am working with Docusign Gen Templates that will integrate with Salesforce CPQ quote fields.  I am trying to display address text on document based on the client address. If the client is in the USA I want to display the company’s US address.There is a formula checkbox that is intended to trigger visibility ("/SBQQ__Quote__c/US_Account__c" ). I have tried multiple versions to get this working but they all result in error messages that change from time to time. Using this checkbox field, how should I enter it on the Word document?found and tried the following:But received this:

And know whether they’ve completed a course? I’m getting really tired of answering the same questions from staff because they’re not going through the training I’ve asked them to watch.

Hello everyone,I am trying to create a table that has a dropdown populated from a CSV file. The problem is:When I Add a Column, I have the option Add Field, and I choose Dropdown → Link to CSV Document.Then I edit the document and put the mergetags, I noticed that they where with absote path "//” then changed to relative "./”.With I first tried with absolute path there are templateErros because the node returned more than one node, but with the relative, nothing appears, no error message but no content either.What can I do? How do I use a dropdown populated by a CSV file inside a table?Please help

I have an eSignature Business Pro subscription and should be able to send 10 envelops to 99 recipients per month. I am still within my 10 envelopes but not able to send an envelop to more than 19 recipients. Could you help me how I can send the envelop to more recipients. I need to send it to around 33 people.  

I have a Docusign template that:-Updates to “Pending Signature” status when sent (this works fine)-Updates to “Signed” status when completed.The problem is that if the language of the user sending it is in Spanish, it does not update to “Signed.” If I change it to English, it works correctly.I have the values of the picklists translated.I don't know what the problem could be.

How do I add my middle name to signature?

Imagine a scenario where I send an envelope to several recipients containing some documents (let's call this the "first batch"). Later, I send a new document inside this same envelope. If any recipient hasn't completed signing the documents in the first batch, the new document is sent to them as usual. They receive an email notification, and upon opening it, they can view both the documents from the first batch and the new one. However, another recipient who had already completed all the pending signatures for the documents in the first batch isn't sent this second notification with the new file. I'm developing this functionality in PHP with the eSignatureAPI + e-sign client sdk.I'd like to know if it's possible to create this functionality. And if so, how can I do it?

Hi I'm trying to setup a Bulk CSV template. It's a bit tricky. Basically, Party A (my staff) aren't allowed to know the information for Party C (New clients) until Party B has them sign the document provided by Party A. Essentially, I need Party B to be able to add their CSV to template initiated by Party A and send the Template to about 50+ different Party C.Is there anyone to do this?

I am a paid customer of DocuSign.I tried to document to sign, I could not and I got the following error message:A Required field is incomplete. TabId: abd948d2-c95a-49c8-9d06-78532a4f5bd1 I tried to have support to call me and I could not either. They give me 4 options to login:Partner LoginDoD LoginInsight & Analyzer LoginApplications Rooms, CLM, Notary LoginI could not sign in to any of these options.
