Hello,Some time ago I’ve developed a Power Automate flow to automatically send envelopes by using template and to a specific recipients. Few days ago I’ve noticed, that flow suddenly started to fail due to the error message: I was not changing anything in Power Automate at all. It just stopped working. I do not have access to the subscription admin panel, but I can guide our administrator to verify what’s wrong. What should I do? What’s the issue? Templates are shared with the account what is being used to send the documents and were before. I can see them during the action configuration, but I can’t use them any longer.

Hi, My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday I’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED. I am reaching out to inquire about the envelope limits on my account. Last month, I was able to send over 1000 envelopes, but I am now experiencing a much lower limit. Could you please clarify why my envelope allowance has changed and what options are available to increase my envelope capacity?Regarding API usage limit which is set to 3000, I am not able to Update the hourly limit and even after almost 12 hours, limit has not been reset.This month -   Last Month -  API Usage -  

Hello,We are using IAL2 compliance identity verification and want to customize email body when sending documents to customers. I am sending my template in emailblurb property within envelope definition. But somehow it is overrriding and sending me some default email. Can you please help me here? Do we have any restrictions on email body if we are using IAL2 IDV ? Thanks!

Long story short, I had an embedded E-Signature set up and working without issue last month. Now it only works on my staging server and not on my local. Locally I’m receiving the screenshotted error in my console along with many more. I’ve been trying to work through it with google and other posts be am getting no where and falling behind on my development schedule. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Andrew

I’m new to being a user of Docusign after a dozen years of signng for vendors/providers/clients.  However, the onboarding has been very difficult. I was not able to utilize my first months 5 agreements for signature because I could not always upload from google drive. I’ve set up envelopes and used docusign successfully twice so I thought my learning curve was short. However, today it tell mes “only an Administrator can establish the sequence for followup if document is not signed righ away  i am the only user on my team I was recognized as Administrator in December but now not.  This is crazy and a big waste of my time. It appears I’ve now lost the envelope and agreement because i didn’t click through to send since I wanted to get some help with the sequence. I’ve just lost over an hour of my time.

Hoping someone can help,My company has been using eSignature API in our application for a couple of years. As part of our DocuSign implementation we periodically check for envelopes that have been updated using a request with the following format:GET https://na4.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/[accountid]/envelopes/status?from_date=2025-09-06T23:25:57Z&from_to_status=changedGenerally this works fine, but we’re getting 408 - Request timed out - responses in some cases and I can’t see any obvious reason why. Any ideas?Some other things to note:This may be related to the fact that this is uses the na4 data centre. My recipient is saying he is not getting the outgoing DocuSign email, it is not in his inbox or spam folder.  Can I send him a direct link to the document from my regular email?

  Hello DocuSign Community,  We are hitting the ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED error on our Developer Demo account, and the error occurs both via the REST API AND the web interface. This rules out the "API has separate limits from web" explanation mentioned in previous threads.  Environment:  - Account type: Developer Demo (sandbox)  - Authorization server: account-d.docusign.com  - API base path: demo.docusign.net/restapi  - Integration method: REST API via official PHP SDK (docusign/esign-client v8.6)  - Error code: ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED  - Error message: "The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded"  Critical detail:  The same error appears when trying to send envelopes through:  - ✗ REST API calls  - ✗ Web interface (appdemo.docusign.com)  This suggests either a system-wide bug or an account-level issue, not an API-specific quota.  Support access issue:  We cannot contact DocuSign support - the chat widget does not load/function in Firefox browser. Have been confused by the Seat vs User scenarios, but think I’ve got it now. However, trying to figure out how I can add another User without adding more envelopes (seat). We would be lucky to do 40-60 in a year, but it would be very helpful if it wasn’t all me as User doing the work. Looking at older posts it looks like there was a way but now isn’t (without spending more money)?Don’t need more envelopes so we don’t wish to pay for another license. If that’s not possible, what happens if I need to go on holiday?Thanks for any advice - or links to more I should read.

I’m trying to use the simple send.sig.request script to send signature requests, but it is not at all clear how to get the access token. The JWT seems like overkill as I don’t need to impersonate everyone, just access as a single user, but I don’t want to deal with popping up web pages and whatnot for consent - it just needs to send the request. The instructions say to setup a redirect uri, but it’s not at all clear what the uri is supposed to do when whatever redirects to it…Thanks for any help...

Hi DocuSign Team,Like many on here, I am unable to create a developer account as it fails to send the verification code. I am also unable to create a support ticket because it throws an “Unable to log in” error on selecting the service I’d like to log into. This happens before I’ve actually entered log in details.I am also unable to select anything other than “I can’t log in” from the “More support options” > “I can’t access my account” drop down, which does not provide a text box to enter my details. If you could enter a support ticket for me, or DM me a contact email  or similar, that would be great. Cheers

I created a template form that includes a number field (let’s call it “DAYS”) and a formula field, which is supposed to return 1 if DAYS is less than 30, or else it returns 0. I’m using the 0 or 1 value to trigger conditional fields. The DAYS value can be a number from from 0 to 366, but I want the recipient of the form to provide the value, even if it’s 0.I find that if I leave the DAYS field blank, the formula result stays stuck on 1, even when updating the DAYS field to a number that should change it to 0.  If I prepopulate the field to 0, the formula functions as expected, but I would rather not provide a prepopulated default value. Is there something I’m missing? Am I doing something wrong here? 

Can someone please help us understand why the result of the two reports (for all type of signatures) is not tallying. We have run this for all months. We have looked up the Documentation, but this does not explain the difference.

I am a Salesforce consultant implementing Docusign in an Org for a client. The team would like to be able to click the button to generate the document from an Opportunity record, make edits to the text anywhere in the contract and then send for signature. They would like to do all of this from within Salesforce and not have to download the document, edit in a word processor, re-upload to Salesforce to then send for signature. Could this be possible in the Docusign functionality in Salesforce using the Docusign app?

Hello,I’m using a DocuSign template that is sent via the API and pre-filled with dynamic values (for example: full_name, date_from, date_to, price, etc.).The values are populated correctly using Text tabs (via tabLabel), however I’m running into a layout issue:The text fields have large visible gaps, because the text tab has a fixed width. Since the data is dynamic (names, dates, values can be longer or shorter), I can’t reliably determine how wide the field should be ahead of time.My questions are: Is there any way for a DocuSign text field to automatically resize (shrink/grow horizontally) based on the value that is injected? If not, is there a recommended best practice for handling dynamic inline values in legal documents without creating large spacing gaps? Are anchor-based tabs, replace text, or any other technique supported that avoids fixed-width spacing issues? The goal is to keep the document visually clean and professional regardless of the length of the injected value.Th

Hi everyone, I just realized that my document has a signature that’s overlapping over another signature. It’s most likely a mistake on my part but I’m looking for a way to remove it. The signer has already completed her signature and I can’t seem to find any resource on how to remove this signature.I really don’t want to send it again for my group to sign so is there a work around for this?I tried to find a way to contact docusign but it seems that they don’t want to ever be contacted to support their customers. 

Question for sending excel spreadsheets through Docusign.  I have Custom Header like Employee report 2025. In Docusign it appears like this Is this because of the font of the headers or something else?
