Is there any way we can remove the expiration date set at the account level for docusigns? for the network fee project I’m having to resend all agreements every time they expire, and it’s causing a lot of extra work. I will still be able to choose an expiration date, but it will be further out than 30 days.

Hi all,First post here so be patient with me :)I created a template a few pages long with signature and date of signing lines.The workflow is:Fill out form on web app Web app uses form data to replace text in a word file (agreement) and in turn, sends form data (recipient) and document to DocuSign to create envelope. The template is also set in code for use.Intended outcome:Client opens document, clicks to sign and date - job done.Actual outcome:Client opens document, nothing to click - no signature or date fields present.Envelope Inspection:Looking at the document in the created envelope, the signature and date fields are not there (although the template is applied). The document does not show page breaks in this view either.Manual Test:I clicked “Use” on the template, entered recipients and clicked next - signature fields are there - good.Anyone able to advise as to what the issue could be?  

There was a time when, the clients signed the documents, I would receive a copy in my email, but recently, I only receive a notification without documents.     is it possible to change this option

I have just upgraded to the standard plan which gives 100 sends a year, but the system says I have run out of sends and is alresady asking me to upgrade to the Pro plan. I upgraded 24 hours ago and have only sent one envelope since then! im not sure how to move it on… any advice please? 

Hello everyone,I’m encountering a problem when accessing the DocuSign Developer Portal:- URL: https://developers.docusign.com/platform/account/  - After logging in, the page stays completely blank (only the header appears).- In DevTools Network tab, the request to `/api/user/settings` returns HTTP 500.- On the console, I see the error:    TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'account_name')Steps already tried:- Tested in Chrome and Edge (both latest versions).- Cleared cache and cookies, used incognito mode.- Tried on different networks and devices.- Extensions like AdBlock are not the root cause.It seems the frontend cannot proceed without user settings.  Has anyone experienced something similar? Any workaround, or is there a direct way to reset or repair account settings?Thank you for your help! 

Dear community.I have created an envelope, as I usually do, and added recipients to sign a document. One recipient receives the email with the link to DocuSign to sign the document, but when he opens it, he is redirected to a login page instead of the document itself. This happens only to this specific recipient. Other recipients do not have this problem.Does anyone know what might be causing this behavior and how to fix it?Thank you.

On a certificate of completion, how can I verify (beyond all doubts) that a signer was/wasn’t in person signing a pin pad? This has become a legal matter in which we need to know if signer (which is now deceased) was actually present at the time.  

I created a document to sign, entered everyone’s email address and sent it. None of the emails have made it through.All of them but one are gmail addresses. Hi all, I am trying to use my mapped fields from HubSpot in my document template so that when I use the built-in Docusign functionality within HubSpot and try to send my document right from HubSpot it will pull values from my deal into my document.  I’ve already connected Docusign to HubSpot and mapped the fields on both the HubSpot and Docusign sides. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

We are having several problems without explanation with docgen templates.We have checkbox groups and also individual checkboxes losing its “required” condition when users receive the contract to sign, and in the template we have set the field the validation with select at least 1 and we see it al the time with the correct validation.It happens so randomly that we are investing a lot of time without any way of solution. Could anybody help, it’s really frustrating 

I have been trying to get in touch with DOCUSIGN team and the link for instant chat isn’t working - I have been charged £96 to my bank account and neither of my personal nor work email has an account! I would like a refund please and someone to talk to!  

The last recipient in the chain receives a copy of the signed documents, however it comes across as separate items. Is it possible to have those bundled into a single PDF, similar to downloading the finished document into a single document?

Looking for help with reusing existing DocGen forms on different Salesforce objects.Currently, all DocGen forms are configured on the Account object. Requirement is to reuse the same forms on Opportunity and Contract objects. I assumed that passing the correct object type and object Id during the Create and Upload step would be sufficient. However, when the document is generated and viewed in SF DAL, it always gets stored under the Account folder instead of the runtime object (Opportunity/Contract).Has anyone successfully reused DocGen forms across multiple objects?Is there additional configuration required to override the source object or target folder behavior?Happy to share more details if needed.

Can anyone offer insight on adding two factor authentication?We have been trying for DAYS to add SMS two factor authentication to our license.  We need a select group of people to whom we send an envelope to verify their identity via SMS.  We are stuck in an endless circle.  We are referred by service to sales.  Sales sends an email with a link containing instructions on how to add once logged into our account, but the link they tell us to use does not exist.  We are told to go to Account in the Admin login and in the Accounts view choose Plan and Billing and then buy an Add on.  Add on does not exist as an option.We’ve been told from the Account view to select Identity Verification.  Again, this does not exist.We have been going in circles for days and no one at DocuSign seems to know how to add this to our account.

Scenario: We have mail-merged letter agreements (with their name and unique details) for our new hires to sign. Before they sign it, we need our director to sign each agreement via DocuSign.Question: Is there a way to send all the mail-merged agreements to the director for signature in one go, before DocuSign sends the letter agreement and another document to the new hires, who then receive their unique DocuSign envelope to sign?

I’m trying to develop a custom integration between DocuSign CLM and one of our internal applications. I have DocuSign communicating with a few API calls through a set of load-balanced servers past our firewall. During this interaction, I must keep track of which of our servers I began the communication with. This is done with cookies given back to me through the initial authorization call: one from the server and one from the firewall. Both are returned as Set-Cookie response headers. In my DocuSign CLM workflow, I use the HTTPS Client Step to make my API calls and I have the response headers being put into a variable. The issue I’m running into is that DocuSign seems to save one of the Set-Cookie headers but not the other one. It just seems to save whichever it sees first.Is there a way I can save both of these Set-Cookie response headers when I make an API call using the HTTPS Client Step? Thanks!

Hi, I have saved my signed pdf documents to my computer, I’m just double checking this will all stay saved on my pc once my free trial with dousign ends? 

I’d like to come back to the topic of getting shared access to DocuSign. Previously, we were granted shared access without the information that the access was for the entire profile and no old files could be hidden or deleted, due to that to protect some of the data, we revoked the access. However, upon checking possible solutions, Google says for DocuSign folders can be created with specific permissions, so it seems we could create a new folder for future documents only and grant access to others to that folder solely. The other option would be to move the old documents to a folder that would be restricted from view. Can you please explore these options and let me know if this solution would be possible?
