Hello,     I need to update our Certificate for our DS instance. We use Azure for our binding, I am talking with our SSO admin, he asked if the file is a .xml? I am not sure myself, it is .XML, or .txt, etc?    When I click + Add Certificate, the open page says all files.     When I add the certificate, how do I know that it is operational? How do I verify that it is working? I keep the other one around until it is not required, so I delete it at that point.           Thanks for the help!

For most accounts that I setup I have the option to pick SSO from security….but for some reason...some random accounts...I only get the ability to setup the access code….I am not sure what makes this pop up or how to change it where the SSO option pops up each time.

Hello DocuSign Community Team,I'm experiencing a problem with Developer/Demo account registration. My existing DocuSign eSignature free-trial account works, and I can sign in successfully. However, I have repeatedly tried to create a separate Developer/Demo account, but registration fails.I'm also not receiving password-reset emails, so I cannot determine whether a Developer account already exists for my email address.I've tried multiple registration attempts and checked my spam and junk folders without success.Could a DocuSign Community moderator please help investigate whether my Developer account registration is blocked, incomplete, or already associated with my email address?I need an authorized Demo environment to test my integration without consuming the three envelopes remaining in my live trial account.I'm happy to provide my email address and screenshots privately to a moderator.Thank you for your help.

Hello, We need to activate EU Qualified Signature on our DS test tenant with Account ID: ********I understand that this can be done via the DS community Best regards, Yves **PII removed**

I have loaded a version of my document generation for NDAs but when it gets generated in the system, the formats change.  Can someone help me figure out if there is something needed on the formatting end to get it to show?  I have removed and replaced multiple times and when I see the document in my CLM folder it is perfect and showing two columns, but when I fill out the form fields and generate a document it removes the two column and changes it to a single column. There is also a conditional logic I added but I made sure that there were spaces between the logic and the start of each text lines.  Any ideas?

Hello! How should the Watermark Document step in CLM be used? I need to add an image do the document, but the image becomes pixelated after going through this step. I’ve already tried using several different image sizes, but images largen than 100x100 become very large, as if the step automatically scales them up.Is there a recommended or specific image size/resolution that should be used with the Watermark Document step to avoid this issue?

We have a requirement to change the verbiage of the message when the Envelope is voided. We wanted to change this highlighted message. Please let me know if it is possible to change. Regards,Monika

We have customized the DocuSign resource files for both Agent and Customer email notifications. However, we have identified an issue with reminder emails when an Agent recipient has not yet sent the envelope to the Customer. When a reminder email is generated and the Agent has not sent the forwarding DocuSign document to the Agent, the email content uses the Customer (EnvelopeActivation) template instead of an Agent reminder template. It would be a nice feature to have reminder templates for each.

Hi,We are currently reviewing how we can expand our use of DocuSign within our company. At present, we primarily use DocuSign for bilateral documents such as contracts, where both parties participate in the signing process. We are now considering expanding its use to documents such as purchase orders and related response documents. Currently, these documents are often exchanged by email. From a governance perspective, we would like to minimize email-based document exchanges and manage the entire exchange through DocuSign where possible. One scenario we would like to achieve is the following:A customer initiates the process using our company's DocuSign environment. The customer uploads a purchase order and signs/submits it. The workflow then moves to our company. Our company receives the customer's purchase order within DocuSign. Our company uploads the corresponding response document (for example, an order acknowledgment) to the same envelope and signs it. The envelope is then completed,

I am trying to get in touch with Docusign Support to troubleshoot envelope deliverability issues. I have tried to start a chat as instructed on the Support page [https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US], but the “chat with us” button does not work. How can I get in touch with Support if I am testing things from a developer account?

I don’t know who’s brilliant idea was to mash all the categories together so we no longer had separation of completed, in progress, deleted and void.  I have a high volume of documents going out everyday, it makes it frustrating and confusing as to what has been completed and what is still pending.  So much so, that I am requesting that we look at another format to send documents out for completion and signature.

I have one small set of users who (after 10 years of using DocuSign) wants to use the time stamp with date signed field.  All of our other 1.2k users have been using DocuSign and have built templates off of the space allowed for date only (Jan-20-2026).  Is there a way to use a Regex pattern with a text field so that they can set the format of the field to whatever they want without affecting all users?  If so, can you provide the steps on how to do this?

Hi, We are currently migrating to DocuSign App Launcher. While the old object is working fine with Salesforce Connect, the new objects fail to insert. I’m trying to create Envelope Status object in Salesforce followed by a Recipient Status when a User uses DocuSign to create envelopes instead of buttons inside Salesforce. It fails to insert Recipient Status giving a required field missing error - which is the previous DocuSign Envelope StatusHas anyone come across such an issue or worked on something similar ?

Is it possible to create a PowerForm (accessed via either a link or QR code) that accepts eSignatures from external users? My company works with subcontractors, and we would like them to be able to complete and eSign forms on their phones by simply scanning a QR code.  In this scenario, we would not know any of the user’s information before they went to sign the document.  I wanted to see if this was possible before upgrading our subscription.

My lender sent a DocuSign message that required I answer a series of Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA) questions. However, NONE of these questions had anything to do with me, my history, vehicles, property owned or resided at, or people who I’ve known. When I answered that I never lived in any of the location, owned any of the vehicles, do not know any of the people listed, etc, the authentication failed and I am unable to sign the documents. I suspect this may be due to the fact I requested LexisNexis to delete my data earlier this year. But why am Ibgetting random questions completely unrelated to me?

I have some questions about how sender-hosted In Person Signing works and what records it produces. In the PDF of a completed envelope, the document metadata shows a creation date/time and a modification date/time (Producer: PDFKit.NET). Which DocuSign events do these two timestamps correspond to, for example envelope creation or sending for the first, and completion/sealing for the second? In a sender-hosted In Person Signing session, which steps must be completed between the moment the envelope is sent and the moment it is completed: acceptance of the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure (if enabled), display of the documents, adoption of a signature, completion of each signature field, Finish, the optional signer e-mail prompt, and the host registering the session as complete? Does DocuSign require a minimum time or a scroll-through of the documents before the signature fields can be completed? For an in-person signer, what does the Certificate of Completion record: the host's

I am looking for a quick way to replace an agreement in agreement manager with a version that is fully executed, where the final signatures were completed outside docusign. Can I replace the agreement without needing to delete the document and add a new one?

I paid for a DocuSign subscription and I am not able to use DocuSign. Here is the error message “Unable to create the envelope. You cannot send once your trial has expired.” I don't have time to resolve this, its been an hour of someone telling me to “clear my cache and cookies” which I did. No one is actually helping me and I’ve upset a very important client because I could not send over documents in time.Does anyone know what to do? I literally paid for the subscription.

When I try to transfer envelopes from one user to another I get the below error message. Both users are active, on the same site, and I have cleared my cache and tried in two different browsers. I am just not sure what else might be causing this.

Hi everyone,I am trying to understand how to reuse a document uploaded through an Agreement Request desk inside a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow and include it in an eSignature envelope. My workflow starts from a Web Form that contains several fields and one attachment field where the user uploads a document. The uploaded file is visible in the Agreement Desk request. However, I am confused about which step should be used next:- "Prepare document" seems to generate a document from a document template- "Get document from request" seems to retrieve documents generated from a document template in Agreement Desk- but my document is uploaded by the user through the Web Form, not generated from a templateSo my question is:How can I reuse a document uploaded via a Web Form attachment field and include it as a document in the "Send documents for signature" step in Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro)? Is "Get document from request" expected to work with Web Form attachments, or is th

With DAL when sending a contract to the customer, the User and Contact within Salesforce are merged into a single search field. Is there a way to separate User records with Contact records similar to DFS?

I’m sure other people have asked about this, but I’m not finding it.  The past couple of weeks there was a button on the bottom of our screens to switch back from new navigation view to the classic view. That button is now gone. We work out of the “Inbox” folder 100% of the time and now it is no longer there. We need to see everything that is coming in. Stuff that is now complete and stuff that needs to be signed. Once done with them we move to other folders. Some times we log incoming items that need to be signed but they are move to a side folder where they pend until I get the all clear to complete/sign them.  Not being able to view these separately is causing extreme issues with our productivity. HELP!!!

I keep receiving this error message even after multiple attempts at checking fields. What could be happening?

I’m trying to create a free developer (demo) account at docusign.com/developers/sandbox. Every submission returns “Your request cannot be completed. Having issues? Navigate to Docusign Support”, in normal and incognito windows, and no activation email arrives. My existing developer account works; I need a second one for testing a customer-account integration (separate company account). I have an open case, 18152098. Could a moderator help get this account enabled? I can share the email by private message.
