We need to speak to you about a rather serious issue we’re experiencing when sending envelopes to customers for them to sign; they’re never receiving the emails from DocuSign, and this is causing us a number of problems as a client.

Hi All,I would like to clarify the exact expiration time for a DocuSign link once the envelope is sent. One of my clients said that their link expired within 24 hours. Has the expiration period been changed to 1 day? Because previously, it’s not expired within 24 hours.Thank you.

Why do I see, on occasions, the signing time and date in the “Signature” section are completely different from the “Timestamp”? For example, I have a training log that shows a staff member completed the training on 05-Jun-2026 but the “Signature” block indicates that she signed on 28-May-2026 at 2:23:12 PM EDT; and the “Timestamp” section in the audit trail had this: Sent: 5/28/2026 11:12:29 AMResent: 5/28/2026 4:01:32 PMResent: 5/29/2026 8:28:46 AMResent: 5/29/2026 3:51:20 PMResent: 6/1/2026 3:27:54 PMViewed: 6/1/2026 9:56:52 PMSigned: 6/5/2026 5:52:08 PMWould someone please help explain this? 

I USED to be associated with Keller Williams brokerage, and years after leaving, I have been unable to get support@kw.com to release my email address from their administration, and the only way I’ve been able to have a paid realtor subscription is through my email address (associated with their admin). DocuSign has not helped to “detach” the account from Keller Williams. I have always privately paid for my annual subscription, never Keller Williams. Yesterday, Keller Williams ended their enterprise account/subscription with DocuSign, so DocuSign took away my paid subscription features (sending any more envelopes). Even if i try to VIEW a new subscription plan, the site redirects me to a page that tells me I do not have permission to do so. DocuSign Support always redirects me to KW Support, and I never receive any response. What do I do? 

Hello,I have just purchased an annual plan (esignature personal) by accident (I only wanted a month plan). Can you please tell me, step by step, how to cancel this (i have used no envelope yet) and get a refund?When I press cancel subscription, in Cancellation Summary it says I am not eligible for refund? “Your subscription isn’t eligible for a refund. This is either because it's been over 30 days since your purchase or you don’t have an annual subscription.” I don’t understand.Thanks

why am i not able to change the order of the documents in my docusign envelope by clicking on the thumbnail image and dragging it.  This worked 2 days ago, but no longer works. 7/17/26 Thank you

I found an issue; after submit a document, any of checkboxes and radio buttons become unchecked, although I checked them before submit it. I wonder if you would expect possible causes.More details;Those checkboxes and radio buttons are required fields. They cannot leave those fields empty when submit the document. The text line fields and signature are not erased. Those fields’ inputs are preserved without any problem. This issue happens only one of my documents. Recently I replaced its source document, but the checkboxes and radio buttons are kept from previous version.A sample document is attached. *** attachment removed for security purposes

When I call a get request to listInstances,I receive 11 instances for my webform.But when I go to data report for my webform, there are actually 21 instances, but I am not getting all of them via API.Anyone encountered this issue? Is there something I am missing? 

I just signed up for free DocuSign to see if it will work.  It does not.Docusign cannot send an email to any recipient The chat window is “dead”, not allowing any typing into it Docusign will not permit new accounts to speak to a human.  

To post my documents on INPI website, (official french website for acts), i need to post a secure act with my certified signature.But INPI website consider that I haven’t a UE certification signature. How can I have this for docusign signature? 

Hi everyone,I’m currently trying to setup a backup system which automatically downloads signed envelopes either upon completion or on a daily basis (1 day look-back). However I keep running into different issues with any of those two scenarios:The flow that grabs pdfs of signed envelopes actually behaves as planned (saves pdf with envelope ID as title, which are completed the day before) but does not take envelopes into account that have been signed as a “Signing Group” member (“Signing Group” completed envelopes account to 99% of all completed envelopes) - see snip below. The Power automate action “When a Docusign Connect event occurs (Account-level)” does not retrieve any pdfs in real time - none at all. The flow is almost the same but with a different trigger (i.e. When a DocuSign Connect event occurs OR When an envelope status changes) Any ideas how to get it running? 

I am creating webforms, and the process is fine, even though there seem to be some field limitations.  I would like to add some formatting using Markdown language, but none of the tags work.  This seems like HTML and I am familiar with using that.  I add the tags, when then I view or publish the forms, I just see the tags as if they were regular text.  Suggestions?

I am using a DocuSign Developer (Demo) account and created a Web Form in the same account.I am able to access and edit the Web Form from the UI using: https://apps-d.docusign.com/send/forms/edit/{formId}I am authenticating using JWT OAuth, and the access token is generated successfully.However, when I try to call the Web Forms API, I consistently receive 404 Not Found.GET Request GET https://apps-d.docusign.com/api/webforms/v1.1/accounts/{accountId}/forms/{formId}POST Request POST https://apps-d.docusign.com/api/webforms/v1.1/accounts/{accountId}/forms/{formId}/instancesBoth requests return 404 Not Found.I have verified:The account ID is correct. The form ID is taken from the Web Form edit URL. JWT authentication is successful. The Web Form was created in the same developer account.My questions are:Are these the correct Web Forms API endpoints? Is the Web Forms REST API available for all Developer (Demo) accounts? Hi, I am trying to create a sample Job Application from through web form. And I added file attachment field, but when I try to test it and upload documents, its always getting error. I did try, word document, PDF file with only 16KB.  Is there any configuration I need to do?Thank you in advance for your help. 

Does the sender receive a notification every time a reminder is sent to the signer? If not, is this something we can turn on?

I need to have access to my employee’s folders so that I can take over time sensitive items if they are away from work. I thought that I had set this up, but I still can’t find a way to even view their folders. 

I have a personal free DocuSign account under j*****@*************y.edu My employer needs to provision me under their corporate DocuSign account, but this personal account is preventing that. Please permanently close or remove my free account so my employer can activate my corporate account. I understand I will lose access to any documents associated with the free account. It was a free account so I can’t actually speak with anyone- which is frustrating. Also I can’t:Click your profile icon. Look for Admin. Then Plan & Billing. See if there is a Close Account option.When I try doing this the links don’t actually work:You do not need a paid support plan to use the "I can't access my account / don't have an account" contact form. Scroll down if necessary until you find one of the general support forms.Please someone help, this is ridiculous. 

We are planning to allow adding up to 99 signers to an envelopeWe have a developer account, but we find out that we have RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED when we put more than 15 signersThe error message is not entirely clear to me “You have reached the maximum number of recipients allowed for a single transaction. Please remove some recipients, or split them across multiple tran”. Too much users, or should we define our envelope differently ?Is there a way to lft the limit to the theoretical maximum of 99 in order to test ?Best regards

After doing all the needed configurations in Production tenant, we keep getting an error message:${site}.docusign.net’s server IP address could not be foundWorkday Support last comment is:The core issue seems to be a failed request to the URLhttps://%24{site}/Signing/?ti=%24%7Bti%7D&bailout=auth_middlewareThe Referer header indicates that request is coming from something running on https://apps.docusign.com/ Does anyone know why? and how to fix this?

Instead, I want to create a new DocuSign Web Form entirely through code (using C# or the REST API).Is this currently supported?If yes, could you please provide:The API endpoint to create a new Web Form. A sample request/response or C# example. Any required permissions or account features.If this is not supported, could you please confirm whether creating Web Forms manually through the Web Forms Builder is the only available option?
