The fields containing "This page is reserved and intentionally contains no content" will not block the underlying area of the PDF once the envelope is completed.From a signer's perspective, the field is working as expected.  see attached **information removed due to PII**  

Is there a way to search/filter Requests by a certain status, i.e., we have a status for attorney review for each of our attorneys. This status is used when a request is assigned to them for their review. Once their review is complete, the status is updated to a different status. What I am looking for is an option to search Requests that have been assigned to a specific attorney. Is this a possibility?

Good afternoon Dear DS CommuityCan someone help? As admin (with full rights), I can select Transfer envelope but when prompted to select targeted user, no user is displayed so I can’t select the target…  

 We are trying to raise a support case via the Docusign Support window, but on keying in the details to continue, the ‘No submit my case’ box is NOT enabled to click on.  Attached screen shot refers.Has anyone else encountered this issue please?

Context:I’m supporting a staff member who must rely on keyboard navigation for Docusign. When using a Docusign template, the workflow is to use the “replace” function and replace the default blank form with the identical form which has data entered and just needs to be sent to be signed.  IssueWhen keyboard commands: tab/arrow key/enter are used to navigate the file selection after selecting “replace” and the file is selected then the user presses enter or even navigates to “open” the file selection window closes like normal but will not replace the file. Hi,I have an envelope with seven different documents both Excel and Word.They need to be signed from a supplier and our management.When creating the envelope, I didn’t see buttons/ options to set and define the signature fields.Strangely, before submitting the envelope for signature, DocuSign system asks me if I don’t prefer adding fields.My question is: HOW?Thank you for your help! 

I have successfully set up custody transfer settings for a user so that all her docusign agreements, on send and completion come back to my log in.That user has left. I need to set this up for a new user and “ADD TRANSFER RULE” is now grayed out. I’m unable to set up the rule.I am doing this from my profile. I am a full administrator.Any idea why ADD TRANSFER RULE is grayed out?

I work at Gerdau, and we are evaluating the possibility of using a robot account in DocuSign to support an automated document workflow.We have a couple of questions:Is it possible to create a dedicated login/account for a robot in DocuSign, or would this violate any security principles, licensing requirements, or platform policies? If a robot email account is created, would it receive the signed PPAP documents in the same way that a regular user account normally receives completed documents?

Hi! I’m trying to build an envelope template tied to a document template that shows certain ‘Spouse’ fields if the recipient has a spouse. Here’s what I’ve done so far:I created a document template with conditional fields to check for a spouse based on sender input. this shows or hides spouse text I created an envelope template that I want to connect to my document template and here is where i get stuck: the spouse is automatically added as a recipient because it is included in the document template. If I delete it, it obviously deletes the fields as well so they are no longer included in the document’s conditional text I added a routing group for spouse, but then I cannot seem to add the signature within the document’s conditional rule  Is there any workaround without having to create 2 envelope templates?Thank you!

Hi DocuSign team and community,I'm running into a blocker on my Developer Sandbox account and would appreciate guidance, as this is preventing me from validating the multi-signer workflow before our production rollout.The problem: I create an envelope from a template with 2 or 3 signers in sequential routing order. After sending, the envelope status shows as Sent in the envelope history, and the history confirms the email was dispatched to the first signer's correct address. However, the email never arrives. Not in Inbox, not in Spam, not in Promotions, not in any folder. Because routing is sequential, signers 2 and 3 are also never notified.What I've already verified on my side: recipient email addresses are correct (double-checked character by character), tested with multiple real email providers (Gmail, Outlook, corporate domain) with the same result across all of them, checked Inbox, Spam, Promotions, All Mail and Trash, the envelope history confirms Sent status with the correct re

The legal users do not have Sender permission. However they would like to have access to the Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator) repository. Is possible to give Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator) access to a user with Viewer permission.

I'm hoping someone here has encountered this before and found a solution.The Setup: I modified the standard Email Resource XML file to apply a custom HTML layout for the main signing invitation email. Specifically, I updated the HTML code inside this tag: <data name="EnvelopeActivation_HtmlBody">The Problem:When I go to my Brand settings and click "Upload Email Resource", the system validates the XML file successfully and shows the green "Changes updated successfully" message.However, the "Last Updated" timestamp next to the Email Resource file does not change. It remains stuck on an older date/time, ignoring the current upload.When I send a brand-new Envelope using this Default Brand, it completely ignores my custom XML and continues to send the old "DocuSign Default" template Has anyone experienced this where DocuSign says "Success" on upload but r

We are experiencing an intermittent connectivity issue with the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) – DocuSign integration. Occasionally, when recruiters send offer letters from SuccessFactors to candidates through DocuSign, the system displays a connection/disconnection error.Observed Behavior:The issue is not occurring consistently and is difficult to reproduce. When the affected user refreshes the URL/page, the process resumes and works normally. No permanent failure is observed after the refresh. The issue has been occurring intermittently since October 2025.Request for Guidance:We would like to understand:What could cause these intermittent connection failures between SuccessFactors and DocuSign? Are there any known issues related to session timeouts, API connectivity, authentication tokens, or integration endpoints that could result in this behavior? Hi,I sent an envelope and need to correct one letter in a recipient’s email address.I’ve read the support/community posts saying I should be able to correct the recipient email after sending, but I’m not seeing the Correct option or a clear way to edit the email address.What I’ve already checked: I am the sender/owner of the envelope. This is a paid DocuSign account. The envelope has not been completed. One person has signed. I only need to correct one letter in the email address. I do not want to void the envelope and resend it. Can someone tell me why I’m not seeing the option to correct the recipient email, or where exactly I should go to make this change?

For example, if there is a form that has 10 hard coded sections for wire transfers. 1. The sender would be required to fill out first 4 fields for as many wire transfer sections they will need from the recipient with a minimum of being at least first section up to 10.2.  The recipient would be required to fill out the last 3 fields in the sections that have data that was filled out by sender3.   If a section has no content from the sender, then the recipient does not have to fill out the last 3 fields in that section. Is there a way to ensure client fills out last 3 fields for each section the sender has data in the first 4 fields?    

We have very unique case, our developer (who has zero experience with Docosign but tens of years of development experience with salesforce) has spent a month trying to implement DocoSign with no sucess.Without successful POC, my managers won’t agree to purchase the product, without paid account we can get only a minimal assistance via the chat, sending links to articles and videos that we already reviewed and familiar with.I really believe that DocoSign is the best solution for our use case, but the frustration is killing my initiative.I am in a dead lock.Any suggestions?

Is is possible to use Docusign for purposes of e-voting ballot? I tried using check box Group with “exactly 1” as a validation but did not work”.  Tried a radio button with only one place for voters to select and it did not give me the number of voters.  Should my approach be set up each voter with its own items to vote and sign it? 

I’m creating a workflow for dynamic contract generation,and can’t publish the workflow.I receive the following error message when i go through the Publish steps, with no steps in the workflow flagged as improper:Error MessageI’ve attached screenshots of my workflow, the number of steps isn’t really changeable due to the complexity of the paperwork involved in our industry.  If anybody has any insight that would be greatly appreciated, as we’re trying to roll this out to our team as soon as possible. Thanks!
