if you are searching all documents /envelopes and you dont know the date you used to be able to choose “all time” - that has gone now. 

We have an Enterprise Pro account and I’m an account admin. I followed every review and help desk suggestion for turning on bulk send and still cannot access it. What can I do?

Good afternoon,  I an unpaid user of Docusign, and have found it so difficult to use, and the lack of customer support has been so bad that I want to delete my profile, my documents, and remove myself completely from the site, because I simply don’t trust it.Can somebody advise me how to do this?  It seems that without paying I am not able to contact the company at all - the chat box seems to be available to me, but when I click on it, nothing happens.  It is very frustrating, and I really don’t want anything more to do with this company!

For example, if there is a form that has 10 hard coded sections for wire transfers. 1. The sender would be required to fill out first 4 fields for as many wire transfer sections they will need from the recipient with a minimum of being at least first section up to 10.2.  The recipient would be required to fill out the last 3 fields in the sections that have data that was filled out by sender3.   If a section has no content from the sender, then the recipient does not have to fill out the last 3 fields in that section. Is there a way to ensure client fills out last 3 fields for each section the sender has data in the first 4 fields?

The legal users do not have Sender permission. However they would like to have access to the Navigator repository. Is possible to give Navigator access to a user with Viewer permission.

Hi,I’m on a developer sandbox still. My connect setup is set with ‘acknowledgement required’ enabled.I’ve implemented the webhook callback endpoint. It is working fine. I’m trying to test what happens on retries if the initial callback fails. I’m returning http code 500 from the webhook endpoint. It is going through `ngrok` and I see that it is being propagated. The connect dashboard shows the event error code as ‘Success’. The API call to fetch failures returns empty. No retries are sent.The only way I managed to cause it to log an error and retry is if I stopped the process enough for the 100 second limit to engage.I thought maybe something was ‘stuck’ in the settings so I wanted to disable and re-enable the ‘acknowledgement required’ setting, so I tried to disable ‘acknowledgement required’ but upon saving and refreshing, the setting comes back as enabled. Hi everyone,I’m facing a technical issue with Custom Branding, specifically when trying to customize the Email Resource File (XML). I'm hoping someone here has encountered this before and found a solution.The Setup: I modified the standard Email Resource XML file to apply a custom HTML layout for the main signing invitation email. Specifically, I updated the HTML code inside this tag: <data name="EnvelopeActivation_HtmlBody">The Problem:When I go to my Brand settings and click "Upload Email Resource", the system validates the XML file successfully and shows the green "Changes updated successfully" message.However, the "Last Updated" timestamp next to the Email Resource file does not change. It remains stuck on an older date/time, ignoring the current upload.When I send a brand-new Envelope using this Default Brand, it completely ignores my custom XML and continues to send the old "DocuSign Default" template Has anyone experienced this where DocuSign says "Success" on upload but r

I got a requirement as mentioned below:I will be triggering the journey from the oracle HCM, once the employee completed signing the document it need to be moved to oracle HCM document of records, Is that feasible to move the pdf file from Docusign to oracle HCM document of records ?

I cannot find a way of getting two different signatures from one individual from the webform to map to the template. How do I do this?

Hi there,I have tried to access learning resources from Docusign Uni from both a free and a trial account. Both of them go to an error page when I click through on one of the courses. Screenshot attached.As suggested by the error page I then try the chatbot however the widget does not launch when I click on the button. (Button page screenshot also attached)So I cannot access Docusign University or ask directly for suypport. Can someone help and also is anyone actually using the chatbot function because I have tried different browsers/devices etc and that button just doesn’t work!!Cheers.

 send 3 documents in a DS envelope - Offer Letter (signatures) Non Disclosure Agreement (Signatures) Benefits Overview no signatures or field completion required.Candidates are saying they cannot see the last document which is a one page benefit summary.  I have no idea why, unless it is because that doc requires no signatures it is just informational?  Has anyone else had this?

I have connected my google drive with docusign and I am able to upload the documents from my drive. But as soon as I try to go into the shared drive folders from docusign UI, I just checkboxes in front of the folder instead of it being a folder. How can I fix this?

I’m trying to send out a document for signatures, which I’ve done a number of times, but it’s now showing that a fax number is required for each of the signers.  (Even though the fax box is greyed out, and it won’t let me enter anything into the fax number field, so there’s no way for me to send the document.) How do I fix this so it’s not a required field?

I’m looking for guidance on a situation involving an envelope that seems to have had its visibility restricted after I raised a concern with my company.I originally signed a contract through DocuSign. Later the envelope no longer appears under my “Completed” documents.However, I still have: A copy of the original contract I signed A copy of another version of the contract with a different job title Both documents show the same Envelope ID  Since I no longer have access to the envelope in my DocuSign account, I’m concerned about how to ensure the evidence cannot be deleted or altered by the sender.My questions for the community: Is it possible for a sender to remove or hide an envelope from a recipient’s view after completion? Does DocuSign retain an immutable audit trail even if the sender restricts access? I have a form that we have used before but needed to update the document. I put in all the text fields and check boxes. I did a check on the form before sending and was able to type in the fields and choose text boxes. When downloading the form after completing, none of the checked boxes are showing. I tried deleting the boxes and adding them again, uploading the form again and placing the check boxes. You can click and add the check mark but once again when you complete they do not show.Any thoughts or solutions would be appreciated.

I paid for the annual not wanting it. I wanted the monthly. I was charged $129.60. I cannot speak to 1 single person. The live chat will not open for me. When it does, the links it sends me to use won’t work. It says I have to be a paying customer to contact via phone or e-mail. I clearly am. I have an invoice in my e-mail and the chat sent me one as well, when it did work. I just lost $500 and add the $129.60 on top of that. All due to Docusign not recognizing that I paid for a plan and will not let me send any envelopes. I am so unsatisfied. Impossible to reach an actual person. I will not recommend Docusign to anyone. I would like my money back. 

The counterparty’s signer has requested that the certification be combined with the signed PDF and sent as a single file upon completion. I understand that the system allows us to download a merged file of the agreement and the certificate after signing is completed.
