When I try to use Google Drive to add documents, nothing happens. I wen thru a step by step of API access, ensuring it was trusted, and then in google admin workspace, ensuring Drive SDK thing is on, still nothing. restarted the comp. nothing.  I am not sure what else to do.  this is the message on the top of the box that comes up.https://na4.docusign.net/plugins/api/RedirectExternalDocService.aspx?status=fail&error=AuthenticateFailed

For the past week, when using the upload feature, using our linked Google Drive option, the options screen has a bug. We cannot scroll to find documents and the upload box is not working propertly. We figured it would be fixed, but its been like this for a week. 

when using this integration with google drive, I select the PDF.  add the recipient (I should never be one). click next and then next and next and next.. I am up to 30 and still no window to fill out the fields to send to signer. Why?  

I missed a docusign signature request because the gmail app on my android phone routed it to the “Updates” section instead of “Primary” email.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this?If I open “All mail” it shows up, but it is not in my primary inbox.  I generally don’t check “Updates” frequently since all I get is Carta noticesThanks everyone!

When I follow the instructions / link on the Google Workspace integration page (https://www.docusign.com/integrations/google), which links to the Google Workspace appstore, the appstore link is broken and just returns a 400 Error:https://workspace.google.com/u/0/marketplace/app/docusign_esignature_for_google_workspace/469176070494Is the Google Workspace integration discontinued?

I get the attached error message when trying to authorize Docusign to save documents to my Google Drive. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I have set up a rule using the docusign add in for Google Drive so that completed employment contracts are saved directly into google drive but it will not allow me to select the file path in the google drive and is saving everything in the initial folder location.How do i drill down so that saved documents go into a specific file path?

I signed a document on DocuSign with my workspace google account, and now the company has removed my account completely, I can’t access this account anymore..what can I do to get this contract back? it’s too important and I’m able to provide any information needed to verify that this email is mine.please it’s too urgent and I need someone to contact me in regard to this issue.

We have a google form that is filled from Slack and goes to Google Sheets, from there we want a template sent out with certain fields assigned to the recipient to fill out. Currently it only sends out an empty template with no fields assigned to the recipient to fill out.
