Challenge: Red Hat needs a way to see the document history on the Mobile app?The Director would like to review the history on the app. If there is an envelope for LATAM manager the Director would like to know so he does not waste time going in to see the document.DocuSign Notes:We confirmed two key points regarding the mobile app's functionality:* The detailed envelope history is not available for viewing within the app.* The app does not send push notifications to individual members for envelopes that are sent to a Signing Group.Work aroundYour plan to split the signing groups by region (e.g., Finance Brazil, Finance LATAM) is a great workaround to help the director more easily identify transactions.

Docusign does not work on my IPad Pro can’t get past my password, frustrating done everything reboot etc! I have been using this for years on my IPad and everything is current and updated.

I’ve recently had to sign important documents through docusign, and thoroughly read through them on my phone beforehand.I noticed portions of text in the contract that I didn’t recognise or was even told should have been struck from the document. I also noticed weird horizontal lines below some pages/sections. When I called the supplier of the document, they sounded surprised and said that the sections I mentioned had strike-through applied on their end.And indeed, the desktop version of the document was fine.  Somehow, the mobile version moves the horizontal strikes away from the text, to somewhere below it. This is obviously a software bug, but I wouldn’t call it minor:The fact that this formatting, something that completely changes the contents of a contract, is stored separately as something visual (horizontal lines) instead of a property of the text itself (formatting) is very concer

Account with CFRplan item cannot send envelopes through the mobile app.

I work for IT and have admin access. The employees of the stores we own are not able to access the templates from the mobile app. They all use Samsung tablets and are able to access the templates from their browser. Is there any reason it might not work from the mobile app?

Hello, This may be a ridiculous question but here it goes. Every time I need to add a checkbox to a document and require the client to validate at least one of the boxes. I’m only able to do this on a Mac or PC browser. This feature is completely unavailable on iPhone or iPad. When I go to do checkbox on, iPhone or iPad. It just gives me one box, there’s no option to Group another box to that or any anywhere you can validate just one box or the other. Can somebody confirm this is correct? thanks :)

Has anybody seen an issue when trying to sign via a mobile and a message showing unable to start signing process?

I have sent some documents that have been checked off as mobile friendly, but when the recipient opens the attachment, it states that it cannot be opened on the phone. Is anyone else having this issue?

Whn signing on a mobile phone is it possible as an Admin to disable the opportunity to select “Mobile version” for the receipants? 

I am sending an envelope with several PDFs.  We have enabled Mobile-Friendly and all appear to work great, except one PDF.  It is cut off so you can’t see what you’re signing.  Any clue why this one doc? 

Sending out a contract to clients and they are saying when trying to view and sign from a mobile device the contract words are all run together and messed up where they are not able to read it. This is horribly unprofessional and annoying. The checkbox for mobile viewing is checked under advanced options is checked. What else could it be? 

Hi, I have a client need to sign a e-contract for property purchase. She is living in Australia, but currently having holiday in Taiwan. The developer had sent the contract to sign via dousign.She cannot open the file in Taiwan, while her husband who lives in Australia received the contract and able to proceed to sign it.  Have any of you encountered this problem before?

I hadn't used the app for a while and had the old app with old branding. Logged into my account and I could see documents but it kept crashing and saying to update the app. Went to Playstore and updated. Now have the new app and branding but all my documents have disappeared. How do I get them back?

Hi all,I have the lastest version of Android on a Samsung S23 Ultra. When I login to the app, I can do nothing...can’t type, select, scroll, it just freezes. Also when I try to use it on the mobile Chrome browser, I cannot submit anything once I’ve entered it (i.e. send a template in an envelope), no button to actually send. Has anyone else experienced this? The app is totally useless to me on mobile. Thanks,Mary K. 

Hi, I have 3 issues and I need help.1. Can I see the other signing party details before them signing. I always run into them not wanting to sign until they see me sign my side first so they can see the price and I can’t put price until they fill their side of what they are wanting.  Recently when I’m working on the contracts it doesn’t show me the full bar. I updated my phone and the app. I also, deleted the app and downloaded it again and I’m still seeing this problem on the iOS version (phone and iPad). Attached is a picture of what it looks like.  How do I cancel/ void a contract after signing? 

Hello, I am having an issue where i cannot open any documents to sign them using the Docusign mobile app for iOS. Every time i tap on a document to open it, i get an error “There was an error communicating with the server”. I have tried logging out and back into the app. I have tried completely deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling, but it doesn’t fox the issue. If I open Docusign in a browser on my phone or on a computer, everything works fine. It is only the iOS app that i am having issues with.

How do i create a template on an iPad? I can’t drag and drop files.

DocuSign iphone push notifications not showing up though turned on in settings

We have reinstalled the app but they still aren't coming through. One "Test" document made it through but I was not able to sign it. Documents signed via email are not showing up in the app either. We haven't (knowingly) changed anything in our settings. Both users are on iphone.
