I am testing offer letters in impl tenant and have connected to the test docusign env. The candidate signature step fails with an error Content is not allowed in prolog. Any idea what could be causing this?Thanks.

Hello, We are in the process of integrating DocuSign with Workday and we are running into an issue with the document alerts going to the wrong email. Currently, they are going to my work email when they should be going to a shared inbox. Where would I change where these are routing? Thank you!

Hello Community,I was using docusign to create documents, and send them for signatures. but I also wanted to create custom fields and fill them via the API and send them for signs.and I also want to be alerted (on a webhook/something) when a person signs the document.Now I was able to figure out that the DOCUSIGN API does provide this, but as a addon to a plan, and we can also watch events on when they are signed. On the API pricing page, I cannot see anything relevant. So please guide me, which API plan should I get? is the Starter ($50/mo plan) enough for my use case?And how do I get the add-on for docgeneration? do I first buy the API plan?

I have completed the e-signing of my offer letter. However, in Workday I am not getting the “Submit” option — it still only shows Cancel and Don’t Accept.I cleared my browser history and cache and also tried accessing Workday in a different browser and in incognito mode. It has been more than 10 hours, but the “Submit” option is still not appearing, even though the offer letter is already signed on DocuSign.In the history it is showing Signed. Can anyone help

I am trying to create a check box in a document, utilizing docusign for e-sign. I have this set up in docusign: \YesCheckbox{r}\and I have this on my document \YesCheckbox1\ when document is launched in Workday, no check box comes up. Signature/print name/date work just fine with the anchor text. What set up might I be missing? 

Does anyone know why the "Adopt Your Signature" section in DocuSign shows only the First Name and Last Name for Japanese signers, instead of their Full Name? Is there a way to configure it to display the full name for Japanese signers?Additionally, while integrating with Workday, I’ve noticed that the First Name and Last Name fields don’t populate correctly.Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Docusign Team, We have configured a PDF form on the Review Documents step and we need to add some validation to the percentage box in that form that user should not enter more than 100% in it, is there anyway to add validations to the boxes in the form? Tried adding it on the PDF but when configured the PDF on Review docs, the validations are lost. Thanks

Hello,I am currently implementing DocuSign integration with Workday and testing it in the demo environment. However, I’ve encountered two issues: There are two signers in the flow — the first signer is from the company, and the second is external. While there is a defined signing order, the external signer is not receiving any email notification to sign the document. I have already unchecked the “Suppress email to embedded signers” option and enabled the “Send completion” option. Despite this, only the final email (once the document is signed by both parties) is being sent. How can he receive the email to “sign the document” Is there a way to make a checkbox mandatory to tick during this process? Thank you for your help!Best regards,Liora

During testing of DocuSign in our Workday Sandbox environment, I’ve encountered a few issues I need help with: Email Notifications: Emails are being sent to my Outlook when both the hiring manager and candidate are viewing or signing the offer letter, which works as expected. Candidate Portal Issue: However, after the candidate signs and submits the offer letter, the completed application does not appear in the Candidate Portal. Profile Status Issue: Even after the offer letter is signed and submitted, the candidate profile in the sandbox still shows the status as "Awaiting Candidate Signature." I suspect this may be related to the fact that I used a DocuSign developer account to authenticate with the Workday Sandbox environment. I opted for the developer account to avoid impacting the production environment during testing, but I’m unsure if that’s causing these iss

Hello,We have a DocuSign account we use for an eSignatures integration in Workday and it is not linked to the organization account. I have been asked to link our HR account to the Organization account and I am not sure whether this will impact the integration we have set up on this account.Does anyone know if linking 2 corporate accounts has any impact on integrations?Thanks,Ana

Is it possible to use the “Signs with witness” functionality in Docusign through the Workday integration? Currently on documents requiring a witness, we have to send them manually outside of Workday, but it would be great to be able to automate them through our integration like the rest of our docs.

We are currently evaluating the Workday-DocuSign Integration for a customer in the Financial Services industry. The customer's security team has specific questions regarding the security controls in place for this integration. While I have reviewed the information available on Workday Community w.r.t. how the Workday-DocuSign integration works and its security measures, there are additional security controls that our client's security team would like to verify.Since this is an out-of-the-box integration provided by Workday and there is limited documentation on both the Workday Community and DocuSign Developer Community, we would appreciate further clarification on these controls. It would also be beneficial for others if this information could be added to the relevant Workday Community article & FAQ.

Hello! I am testing our Workday integration with DocuSign. Everything is set up correctly on the Workday side - I’m able to verify the account ID, add the anchor text, and even start a document successfully. The issue is that once I open the document to sign, the DocuSign AutoPlace text fields are not working. I’m only able to place a field wherever I want on the document. I updated the document custom fields with the autoplace text and everything to match the anchor text in Workday. Is there something that I’m missing on the DocuSign settings side that is the root cause of this? Please help!

I would like to ask if it is because we authenticated DocuSign developer account to our testing tenant with my credentials, it shows up my name on top(Highlighted)   Is it because we are in our testing phase and using developer account it is giving  Demonstration document only on top of page in offer letter?  

Although the refresh token is not yet 30 days old, and the password and ID for DocuSign have not been changed, the above error message appeared. If you have any idea what might be causing this issue, please let us know. My English isn't so good so feel free to ask me if there is anything unclear.

Hi,I am an IT staff at the headquarters of a global company currently using Workday across our entire group, including subsidiaries in various overseas regions. We are planning to integrate the Workday Recruit module with DocuSign to send offer letter to recurit canditate. We understand that Workday can be connected to only one DocuSign account.Given this limitation, we would like to inquire whether it is common practice for other global companies to have HR representatives from overseas subsidiaries and the Japanese headquarters share a single DocuSign account. We are trying to integrate DocuSign with our Workday tenant. Currently, we setup a special user account for Workday. Is that a best practice or is there a better way?

I'm working with the Workday administrator. The administrator access the Edit Tenant Setup - Business Processes task and Authenticate with DocuSign. I supplied the generic username and password to him, but the Connect Configuration is not getting created in DocuSign CONNECTI was told that the Workday Community site and search for DocuSign. You should see the setup information under Manage Workday > Documents and Electronic Signatures > Set Up Electronic Signatures.

Is anyone using Docusign ESig with Workday contracts? What type of integrations are available from ESig to Workday.
