How to enable live video and screen sharing option for DocuSign Notary in demo account

I wanted to check DocuSign Notary in my developer (demo) account there I can see the Notary option,but while testing found that the live video recording and screen sharing features are not available.but I need to test and demonstare the full RON workflow before going to production. How can i enable video session and recording feature in my demo account.or any other alternative to do the same?

Receiving Errors when using Notary

Our account is setup and ready for Notary. We have gone through the entire setup process. Once we get to the spot where we are trying to notarize a document - it is not letting us setup the video call - furthermore we are getting the following error.“The account specified is not properly provisioned for collaboration. DocusignIntegration::GroupConfugrationError”

Multiple signers, one session, how many "Signs with Notary" designations do I need?

I have two people who will be in the same video session signing the same document. It will be notarized, but do they both need “Signs with Notary” designation or can that be assigned to the last signer? I won’t be applying more then one stamp or signature as a notary.

New York Notary for International Remote Session

Notary Public HELP!

I have two documents that my sister in law needs to sign and notarize.  She lives in Mexico so she can’t just go to a notary.Is there a way I can find a notary here who I can schedule a meeting between SIL and notary to get these documents executed?I’m on a hard deadline as I can’t proceed with filing taxes on this issue until these papers are filed with the court and tax day is fast approaching.Thank you

[Notary] How to modify the name that appears in signing session invitation emails?

When sending an envelope from Notary, the client receives an email from "Example Company - PROD". We'd like to switch that to just "Example Company". I've looked through all the settings I can see, and nowhere does the name "Example Company - PROD" exist. How can I change this?

How can I obtain a sample of the electronic notarization including the stamp and signature

The State of Idaho requires that I send in a sample of your softwares Notarial Certificate, including the electronic notary stamp and electronic signature in order to approve me for Electronic Notarizations.Can you please send me a sample document requesting my notarization on it or some kind of sample of the certificate and signature.
