I am having an issue with other certain templates not matching for a user all of a sudden (has previously worked fine). The templates are shared with the user, the user has adjusted their matching percentage down to 20% but when uploading a document, the correct template will not pop up to choose. I try the exact document the user is attempting and the template matches at 78%. Any advice?
Hi, Once in Docusign how do I change a designation of a person that was inserted incorrectly
When I send an envelope all recipients (signer and copy received) receive an email notification; however I’ve noticed that when I correct an envelope and resend only the signer is receiving the email notification and not those that are copied. How do I change it so all recipients receive the email notification when an envelope is resent? Thank you.
I am not receiving any new documents for signatory. I have checked email address on account and that which the suppliers are using? I do not even receive an email to notify me. Can anyone advise on this?
Is there any way to get in touch with the support team?I have just discovered that I have been subscribed to a service without my knowledge or consent. I only intended to use the service to sign a single document, but it appears that I have been charged for months without realizing it. I believe it would be fair to receive a refund for the charges that I was not aware of.
Hello,we are planning a migration from the sapphire account to the nttdata account.Could the users and the envelopes of the users be bulk exported and imported into the new system?i see the option to download the users but i dont see the option to export the envelopes of the users so they can be migrated as well.Could you please assist with some information how i can do it? When adding the ID Verification on an envelope I am not receiving an actual copy of the ID the client has uploaded. I’m only receiving notice that they “Passed” the verification
Is there a way to export all the data contained in my envelope to a CSV file? I mean not just the default data (namely: EnvelopeId, Sender, Envelope Status, Subject, Created, Sent Initial, Last Sent, Completed, Voided, Voided Reason, Declined, Declined Reason, RecipientId, Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Recipient Type, Recipient Routing Order, Recipient Status, Recipient Viewed, Recipient Signed, Recipient Declined, Recipient Declined Reason), but also the custom content of my letter? For example, the name and surname entered by the user, their date of birth, marital status, etc.?
