I am using the C# SDK and the ListStatusChanges method to get multiple envelopes that we have open. The returned object Envelope class doesn’t appear to have a Comments property. It does have HasComments property but even this seems to be null on the returned object. I don’t see any options to include comments on the ListStatusChangesOptions class. The only Comments related API calls I see is to get the comment transcript as a PDF, however I really just want the comments themselves, not a PDF. It's worth noting, the API reference does show a Comments property on the Envelope object, but this does not exist in the C# SDK. Is there any way to get the comments using the C# SDK as objects, or is this just not possible at the moment?Envelope Class - Docusign CSharp Docs: DocuSign.eSign.Model.Envelope Class Reference

We are using the RESTEasy client version 3.13.2.FINAL, and we've encountered the following error:RESTEASY003215: could not find writer for content-type application/x-www-form-urlencoded type: javax.ws.rs.core.Form In an attempt to resolve this issue, we updated the versions of resteasy-jaxb-provider and resteasy-multipart-provider, hoping that it would fix the compatibility issue or the error above. Unfortunately, this approach did not yield the desired outcome.We also considered updating the version of resteasy-client to a more recent one. Hello there,In a production environment, we call the listStatusChange method with a list of envelope IDs retrieved from a database. This function is called in a cron job that runs every hour. It worked fine for two or three months until we suddenly got this exception:Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code [404] with response Body: line 344 At first, I thought it was a Docusign account change in production, but we only use one with several other applications.Do you know what could cause this error? 

I calling signature API with JAva SDK.I generate my PDF with itext library and I’m able to extract the correct position and dimension of some table cells in my PDF. I pass these coordinates to SignHereTabs because signers should sign on their own table row in a specific cell.Because PDF coordinates have a bottom-left origin but Docusign’s fixed-positioning coordinates have top-left origin, I reverse my “y” coordinate by subtracting it from page size to get the correct y-from-top value. Itext and Docusign coordinates values are compatible because they both use dots as unit ( = 1/72th of inch)But I have 2 issues :1) position : signHere effective position (as given to signer by Docusign signing view on their website) is about 68 or 72 pixel too low. I’m using the DocuSign Node.js package to create an envelope in my Next.js application. I have imported the necessary classes from DocuSign as:  import { ApiClient, EnvelopesApi, EnvelopeDefinition, TemplateRole } from 'docusign-esign'; But, it seems like I am unable to use the “EnvelopeDefinition” method. I have it as:  // Prepare the envelope detailsconst envelopeDefinition = new EnvelopeDefinition(); The issue I’m having is that I get the message; “'EnvelopeDefinition' only refers to a type, but is being used as a value here.” when try to initialize the envelope definition. What am I doing wrong? Can someone please asssist?

How to create an envelope with one or multiple documents and a template using C# SDK. Documents are just for information references only, no tab/field on it.Template is the page which defined signer.

i have created the developer account in the docusign for e-signature api but it automatically deleted after 2 days every time, and try to login so getting the error no accout found and also integration is deleted, so how to fix it. 

I’ve been using Docusign click api for a few months, specifically the elastic templates. Recently one particular template has started to return a 404 - File or directory not foun error. But this document aleready has responses. AccountId and clickwrapId seems to be fine too.Has anyone seen such error before?

I’m trying to use the sdk for an integration, and when I pass the credentials in the “RequestJWTUserToken” method, it errors out at the first null check:“if (!string.IsNullOrEmpty(userId))”. When looking at the userId object, it’s set correctly to my User ID on DocuSign. It’s not null or empty, so I’m not sure why it’s erroring out here.If I let it run through, I get the error:"Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code with response Body: "So it’s not reaching the point where the DocuSignResponse object is created. I’m not sure what’s going wrong here, as my credentials seem correct for the clientId, userId, oauthBasePath, and the privateKey. My coworker who has worked with DocuSign before and I are both stumped. ###NEVERMIND, the problem seems to be combing from multiple requests on the front-end trying to write at the same time. It’s running the DocuSignClient prematurely in some cases.

I’m trying to use RequestJWTUserToken on the C# SDK, but it keeps failing at “RestClient.SendRequest(Request)”. The docuSignResponse object keeps coming back with a StatusCode of “InternalServerError”. My coworker is able to run a separate project just fine, so the error must be on my end. Does anyone know what might cause the response to error? I’ve checked and made sure the clientId = Integration Key, userId = User ID, and the string from privateKeyBytes matches my RSA Private Key. I am using the developer account to develop a POC for e-signing using Docusign SDK. Our App authorises users using phone number and hence at the E-sign process for a loggedIn user, we need to ensure the authenticity/Identity of the user is correct. I’ve configured the template to enable the identification of user via phone/sms but during the signing docusign app is not asking for any OTP. Please help.I’ve referred this link for the configuration.

Need help on how to use docusign js, for a seamless experience on frontend and not use iframe embed as it doesnt helps in UX. I tried examples given on github but they are too old . Can someone help me how to use docusign e sign feature with next js app to render forms using docusign js instead of iframe embed.

I’m using the SDK C# and when sending a request Envelopes::GetDocument (link) to get the documents, this fails with error:"errorCode":"COMBINEDDOWNLOAD_UNABLETOGENERATEPDF","message":"Unable to generate combined PDF. Please download the documents as an archive." Odd thing is that we are not requesting combined documents. Asking for combined documents would need the specific keyword “combined”, but we don’t have it or use it. Could the error code be related to something else than combined documents? I have not found any information about this error code.

 Anybody is having issue retrieving the token Docusign.eSign version 8.0.0 on dot.net 4.8? aToken = docuSignClient.RequestJWTUserTokenAsync(clientId,                                         impersonatedUserId,                                         oAuthBaseUri,                                         privateKeyBytes,                                         tokenExpiry,                                         scopes, token) Return aToken.Result ‘←- this never returns, neither the timeout token kick in. HiI am currently trying to place the SignHere tab.I have tried the anchor but have found out that my document, generated by the FPDF library, is not machine readable. So I have changed my mind and am now trying to place a fixed position to the SignHere tab. But it isn’t working either.It seems like my pdf is treated like a whole and not like pages.Is that possible ? Could this be the reason ?If so, how can I do ?Thank you for your help.

Hi All,I downloaded a quick start java app from docusign developer portal and it was working fine till last week. When i tested today, it is not working.  It does not throw any exceptions or error.  When running the main class, the program simply terminates without providing any message or error.  The file to sign will be fetched from a local folder, convert into base64 then send it to the API functions.  When it enters the below lines of code, the entire program simply terminates and no code below these lines are getting executed. EnvelopesApi envelopesApi = new EnvelopesApi(apiClient);EnvelopeSummary results = envelopesApi.createEnvelope(accountId, envelope); Can someone please guide me on this?
