There are times when you, as the sender, might not know the final signer of a document or you might want someone else to manage and modify recipient information as needed. This is where the Manager Recipients - Allow To Edit feature comes in handy!This feature allows you to grant a recipient full correction rights for an envelope. This designated manager, who must have a Docusign account, can enter "correct mode" to make changes to the entire envelope.The manager has the power to edit the envelope, including adding recipients and making other necessary changes to fields and information before the document is sent on to the next person. Reminders can be created for documents to keep track of renewals, expirations, termination notice dates, etc. Reminders can be created individually from scratch or through a reminder template. Creating a reminder individually from scratch is helpful for a one off reminder that you won’t need to re apply to other documents. Using a reminder template is useful for document reminders that you’ll use over and over again!To create a reminder template, navigate in Docusign CLM to the Admin tab > Reminder Templates. Want to keep track of the changes being made to your account settings? Take a look at the audit logs! The audit logs allow administrators to keep track of changes to settings, billing information, plan type, and users. In the audit logs, you can view when a change was made, who made the change, a description of the change, the field that was changed, as well as old and new values. The audit logs can be viewed within the account by going to Admin > Audit Logs.  The audit logs will show changes made to the following information:Account settings User settings Billing credit card and billing address information Account plan changes Permission profiles (does not include creation or deletion of permission profiles) Envelope sharing settings Branding changes Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure changes Document Custom Fields Envelope Custom Fields When viewing the logs, a filter can be added to limit the information in the log by date range. Need your envelopes to look like they are coming from a generic user? If so, check out custody transfer rules. With custody transfer rules, you can automatically transfer an envelope from a user to another user on your account. Custody transfer rules are set up by a DS Admin under Admin > Custody Transfer. When setting up a rule, you can select the “From”. This allows you to control which user or groups the rule will apply to. When these users or groups send envelopes, they will be transferred as a part of the rule. Note: This rule will apply to any and all  envelopes the user(s) or group sends. Next, you can choose the “To”. This is who the envelopes will be transferred to. Here is where you could select a generic user. For example, maybe you create a user profile named “Company ABC Sales Department” or “Company ABC HR Department” For the email address of this user profile you could use a generic department email address or distro. You’ll then choose the folder where you want the e
