Have you ever wanted to collect information from multiple recipients using a single Web Form?  How about sending a Web Form directly to a recipient, rather than making it simply available via a public link.  Both are possible, and can greatly improve your experience with recipients!When you create Web Forms in Docusign eSignature, you are creating an experience for your signers and recipients that makes filling out complex agreements easy and straightforward.  By default, a Web Form is only fillable by one of your recipients, and is accessible only by a publicly available URL. But you can create a segmented, multi-recipient Web Form experience sent directly to their inbox, just like an envelope notification. This has several benefits:

Do you need to calculate values dynamically based on data entered by recipients in your Docusign eSignature documents? Are you looking for a way to automate calculations like totals or durations without manual input? Formula fields in Docusign allow you to build formulas that calculate values based on other Docusign fields. Need to collect signatures on demand? Maybe you have a form you’d like individuals to fill out or a request process that should be kicked off at any time? Docusign’s PowerForm feature could be your answer.PowerForms are self service envelopes that you can create and distribute externally. You can publish the PowerForm’s URL on your company website/intranet or send it through an email.PowerForms are created from envelope templates. There are a few requirements your template needs to meet in order for it to become a PowerForm.Your envelope template must:Have at least one document Have at least one recipient. The first recipient is the one who will be initiating the PowerForm from the URL. Your eSignature users may not be aware that an eSignature template for the document they’re preparing to send to a customer may already exist in your eSignature account.  As a result, they may be spending unnecessary time going through the process of creating an envelope when instead they can just use a template that has been already configured for them in your accountAvoid this unnecessary time waste by utilizing a feature called Automatic Template Matching.Automatic Template Matching scans the text of a document upon upload during the envelope creation process to determine if that same document may already exist in a template.  If so, you can simply click a button to apply that template to your document and your envelope is configured!Take a look at this Trainer Tip video in which Product Trainer Glen Steinhardt shows you how to configure Automatic Template Matching for your account

Did you know that Did you know that eWitness is a feature that enables users to identify one or more individuals to witness the execution of an agreement.  When creating an envelope, senders can choose to configure which recipients require a witness when signing a document. Well you can with the Docusign eSignature payment item field.In order to use the payment item field, you first need to connect a payment gateway within your Docusign eSignature Admin settings.
