Hello Community,I was using docusign to create documents, and send them for signatures. but I also wanted to create custom fields and fill them via the API and send them for signs.and I also want to be alerted (on a webhook/something) when a person signs the document.Now I was able to figure out that the DOCUSIGN API does provide this, but as a addon to a plan, and we can also watch events on when they are signed. On the API pricing page, I cannot see anything relevant. So please guide me, which API plan should I get? is the Starter ($50/mo plan) enough for my use case?And how do I get the add-on for docgeneration? do I first buy the API plan?

Is there a way to query the status of an envelope?  I’d like to send out reports with the status of all uncompleted envelopes. Thanks

We are encountering the following error when attempting to log in to DocuSign through the DocuSign App Launcher in Salesforce:Line 621, Column 1: {"detail":"Go to \"My Domain Settings\" in Salesforce to do that. <a href=\"https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.externalidentityImplGuide.meta/externalidentityImplGuide/external_identity_set_up_my_domain.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Learn more</a>","message":"You need to set up a custom domain before logging in to DocuSign."} This is occurring in a demo account while following the steps provided in DocuSign University. As recommended in the error message, I have already updated the Salesforce domain under My Domain Settings.However, the issue persists. Hello everyone! I know how to set an expiration date within the DocuSign template or sending process. However, for our business case we need a way to set an exact time. I.e. the offer should not be valid for several days but in most cases only today until x pm. Is it possible to set an exact expiry time?I'd like to create an integration between Salesforce and Docusign to send expiration date and time information.I would create a custom field in Salesforce for the Docusign Envelope object and then populate it with the values, send it to Docusign, receive it via a custom field, and send the document with an expiration date and time.Does this make sense? Is it possible?If not, what other approach can I take?Today, just the date doesn't make sense for my client.Thank you,Arthur

We're seeing following the update/upgrade instructions on our DocuSign Connect Salesforce integration. Specifically, when we attempt to update our sandbox from 6.3 to 6.4.5, I'm seeing an error messagePermissionSet(DocuSign_Administrator) The SigningCertificate parameter value doesn't exist or you may not have permission to access it." (screenshot attached). I’m not sure what to make of this, and because the managed package’s code is not accessible I can’t really tell where it’s expecting to find SigningCertificate. 

Hello,  I am trying to use PowerAutomate and Docusign to complete an action of filling in a document created in Docusign Word Template Assistant, based on SharePoint data, and then send this completed for signing.  The workflow runs, but each time, and with multiple tries of different file names (E.g with file extensions, renaming the file, etc) I get a failure: ConnectorException": body "Status code=BadRequest, Message='ValidationFailure: No document found matching the provided name'" The workflow uses: Create envelope using template with recipientsGet document info from envelopeUpdate document generation form fields from envelopeSend Envelope  Any ideas?James 

I have completed the e-signing of my offer letter. However, in Workday I am not getting the “Submit” option — it still only shows Cancel and Don’t Accept.I cleared my browser history and cache and also tried accessing Workday in a different browser and in incognito mode. It has been more than 10 hours, but the “Submit” option is still not appearing, even though the offer letter is already signed on DocuSign.In the history it is showing Signed. Can anyone help 

Hi As of July 1, 2024 Microsoft is no longer allowing Add-In for new tenant.We want to be able to send a document for Esign with our Docusign account will inside the document library. I follow all the steps provided by Docusign and do not see Docusign option anywhere on in Sharepoint.  Does anyone know how we can set this up? Thanks in advance.

I’m currently experiencing an issue where files are not being saved back to SharePoint from DocuSign. After reviewing the logs, I found the following error:  Error:https://services.docusign.net/integrations-sharepoint/v1.0/api/postback?language=en-US :: Error - The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

A member of our C-level team would like to send a group of people an email from within our business email account with a link to a docusign document and also an attachment that is for information only. Is there a way to do that? The document we’re sending for signature requires some explanation, and the sender prefers that the document come from his email address. Thanks for your help. I’ve been searching the community postings but haven’t seen anything particular on this topic. 

Hello,  I have created a Envelope Custom Field on docusign template and wanted to map that field with salesforce record field. When I try to send a Envelope by using that template on salesforce, I want to use that custom field on subject for customising each recipient.  Thanks,Sharath Reddy 

I created various Docusign Envelope Templates with merge fields, custom email messages, etc. Initially I was using the custom buttons that were created when I created the envelopes to send the documents, but the requirements have changed, and we want to use the single Send with Docusign button. The Send with Docusign button allows me to choose the template, but it isn’t using the correct email subject and message and it doesn’t include all of the merge fields I have added. When I select the template, it shows that i am selecting that one that I just modified, but it is not correct. What am I missing?

Hi,In Salesforce, I have built a Flow which has an invocable action that creates a document via a visualforce page. Once the pdf has been created an attached to my record, the flow uses the DocuSign Send Envelope flow action, which references an Envelope Template, which is configured to pull the most recent document for the record in question (which is going to be our newly created pdf file).The issue we are having is that the signature anchor tags are not rendering when we go to sign the docusign envelope.Does anyone have any practical experience or knowledge for best practice in relation to getting anchor tags to work for a pdf generated via a Visualforce page?

Hello,  I want to hide the left panel higlighted in the below image(screenshot 1) and I dont want user to drag signature field and then sign...instead I want the user to directly click on Sign as indicated in second document(Screenshot 2). Is there any way we can do this? I have scenario of conditional logic, like say there are 5 checkbox options (option1, option2, ….) and 3 sub options (option A, option B..) (which i can create using add tab action).Now the requirement is, when user selects option 1 or option 3, then Option A is required and when user selected option 2, then Option B is required…I see there is a way to implement this in REST API, but i don’t see option in any power automate actions, so, is conditional logic possible to implement in power automate built-in connector? 

Hey there, We are wondering if there is a way in the DocuSign/Salesforce integration to populate dynamic tables with opportunity products and payment info WITHOUT the DocuSign Gen product. Or is DocuSign Gen the only way this is possible? Thank you!

Hi There I don’t see an option of specifying Delivery method as SMS or Email or Both in add recipient action. Or mentioning SMS information alone will be treated Delivery Method as SMS? if there is some place i can mention, where can i specify that option in in-built Docusign Actions? Or is this the limitation this way and i have to use Https post?  

In Docusign Envelope, we can pass the anchor tag in rows in sequence from 1 to N.\buildinglimit1_1, \buildinglimit1_2,\buildinglimit1_3,…..\buildinglimit1_NOn what sorting order, Docusign envelope decide to show the records to the signer. Is it based on record's createddate or any other field?

 Hello, I use PowerAutomate to send contracts to DocuSign. I'm calling a template with PowerAutomate and would like to fill in the user based on the role. For some reason, DocuSign isn't picking up the user from PowerAutomate. Does someone have any experience with this? (I use the exact same role in PowerAutomate as in the DocuSign template.)

When try to edit templates in salesforce, it messes up alignment and everything. What would be the reason? or What would cause this issue? 

Using eSignature for SalesForce latest version we receive the following in the DocuSign Files section:Docusign Negotiate is not configured for your account.I do have DocuSign Document Negotiator permissions.

We need to send some envelopes with ICP-Brasil digital certificates. However, this must be done through the Docusign Apps Launcher (Salesforce). Is this feature available? If not, is there another way to do this?
