Hey there, We are wondering if there is a way in the DocuSign/Salesforce integration to populate dynamic tables with opportunity products and payment info WITHOUT the DocuSign Gen product. Or is DocuSign Gen the only way this is possible? Thank you!

Hi There I don’t see an option of specifying Delivery method as SMS or Email or Both in add recipient action. Or mentioning SMS information alone will be treated Delivery Method as SMS? if there is some place i can mention, where can i specify that option in in-built Docusign Actions? Or is this the limitation this way and i have to use Https post?  

In Docusign Envelope, we can pass the anchor tag in rows in sequence from 1 to N.\buildinglimit1_1, \buildinglimit1_2,\buildinglimit1_3,…..\buildinglimit1_NOn what sorting order, Docusign envelope decide to show the records to the signer. Is it based on record's createddate or any other field?

 Hello, I use PowerAutomate to send contracts to DocuSign. I'm calling a template with PowerAutomate and would like to fill in the user based on the role. For some reason, DocuSign isn't picking up the user from PowerAutomate. Does someone have any experience with this? (I use the exact same role in PowerAutomate as in the DocuSign template.)

When try to edit templates in salesforce, it messes up alignment and everything. What would be the reason? or What would cause this issue? 

Using eSignature for SalesForce latest version we receive the following in the DocuSign Files section:Docusign Negotiate is not configured for your account.I do have DocuSign Document Negotiator permissions.

We need to send some envelopes with ICP-Brasil digital certificates. However, this must be done through the Docusign Apps Launcher (Salesforce). Is this feature available? If not, is there another way to do this?

We implemented an SAP Ariba integration successfully in 2022 using OAuth 2.0. Today, we have doubts as to the request to close the account for the person who was the SAP Ariba Admin when we configured this integration.  It is our understanding that we needed this individual to have a DS Admin account active in DocuSign to get the admin-user consent for OAuth working in SAP Ariba. What I am less clear on is if that was a one-time consent or we need to keep this named account active ongoing while using this integration. I am seeking advice on maintaining the SAP Ariba Integration without having to reconfigure it when someone on the SAP Ariba Admin team leaves. Does anyone have working knowledge of the SAP Ariba DocuSign integration that could provide some advice?  Thank you.

I have seen a similar error here on Still I have some question about it. Do I need to add the addon for my developer account or is it for every user that use it?Also, where can I add the permission for it?

i have an issue while using power automate to create an envelope using the step called “Create Envelope using template with recipients and tabs” i filled all the data and its sent clear but i can’t see the text fields i added for the recipients to fill the data and sign i don’t know if iam missing out on any thing

Hello,I want to create a flow where envelope will be automatically created, with documents and recipients.I am stuck on how to add multiple tabs which are different type in the same step. Currently i managed to setup the flow to be working but i only manage to get 1 type of tab for all of defined ones in the envelope.Has anyone done something similar and can help me?Thank you :) 

I tried to search and checked in documentation also. In the documentation Recipient type it says its drop down, but its just text field. if you see below picture (from docusign link), recipient type they say its drop down, but its not drop down. and whatever values i tried to give/enter like ‘Need to Sign’ or ‘Signer’, its giving error and i couldn't find what are valid values anywhere in document for this specific action. Hi all,We are actively using DocuSign and have an issue using Generate Agreement with Docusign action in flow. We need to generate a document using Gen Template, since we need to dynamically populate a table with the child object records information, and then send it using Envelope Template in the background when record status is changed. That's why we use flow and actions. We have 2 users in Salesforce with DocuSign license assigned to them in Salesforce. One person (A) generates and sends the document while other person (B) tracks and takes care of invoices once its signed. She also acts as a backup when other person goes on PTO.In DocuSign website, I have enabled sharing so the envelopes created by one user will be accessible to others.In Salesforce Quote template detail page, when person A uses the View Envelope menu of DocuSign Envelope Status component it opens up the Contract Document (Expected behavior). But when person B does the same, it opens the DocuSign Website within a iframe. Hello All,Our company has 50 users accounts with DocuSign.They are dealing with many different types of contracts.However, 15 users are ONLY dealing with our SoW (Statement of Work) contracts. Those users must ONLY send the SoW envelopes/documents to recipients via DocuSign.Those 15 users can use their own signatures.I want a solution where:When those 15 users send SoW contracts, after the signatures are completed by our users and recipients, the contracts files should be stored in a document library in our SharePoint site.Apart from those 15 users, If any other user sends any other type of contracts via DocuSign, those contracts should NOT be stored into the SharePoint site.I already set up connections with SharePoint in DocuSign.I would appreciate if you could please help me on this.Thank you in advance.

We are encountering the error "You must have Docusign administrator permissions to perform this operation" when attempting to open the Docusign Apps Launcher in our Salesforce sandbox environment.We have administrator access in our Docusign demo/sandbox account, but the error persists.Could you assist with this issue or direct us to the appropriate support contact? 

Hi,I have created a Power Automate flow for DocuSign, and it is working fine when the KYS DOCX form is attached from SharePoint — the approver is able to sign without any issues.However, I'm encountering a problem when I try to attach additional PDF files along with the KYS form (for review purposes) for the same approver. In this case, I'm getting the following error: "ANCHOR_TAB_STRING_NOT_FOUND." Could you please help me resolve this issue?

From poking around a bit, I have come to an understanding that DAL does not support using checkbox fields from Salesforce as merge/writeback fields. Is this true? If so, this seems like a major oversight, especially considering the fact that something like this was possible with the Legacy Docusign integration.We use a number of checkbox fields that we would like to merge/writeback via Docusign contracts, but it seems like there are no solutions other than “change to picklists” i.e. change our entire data model. Has anyone found a workaround? Are there any plans to implement checkbox merge fields?

Hi All,We are currently implementing Docusign for Salesforce using the Docusign App Launcher.  Right now we have got it setup in Salesforce developer sandbox, connected to a Docusign developer/demo account.  We are specifically using Document Generation / Gen and eSignature.We have setup a dedicated integration as per the Make a Standard Salesforce User Your Integration User article, which appears to work well for eSignature and we have no issues at all.     However, we have encountered a challenge with Document Generation / Gen resulting in an error:Unable to create ContentDocumentLink for ContentDocumentId: 069S900000DzdJXXXX and SfObjectId: 500S900000IkmXXXX.T

Hello Everyone,I have the following situation:I created a template for a protocol. In it I defined a textmark for DocuSign, let’s call it /Sign1/. Since this document is a template it gets copied and the copies get edited. What I want to do now is the following:I want to put several of the copies in one envelope via PowerAutomate to signed each. The flow I created works fine and sends the envelope to the recipients who then are able to sign the documents.BUT they are required to sign each document as much times as documents are in the envelope. Like when I put 3 documents are in the envelope they have to hit the sign button three times on each documents. I guesss this is corresponding to the /Sign1/-textmarks which are in the envelope.Is there any way to work around this issue?Thanks in advanceJHu
