Anyone using DocuSign with LaserPro?

Question

We recently completed the setup guide for the DocuSign connection in LaserPro but it doesn’t seem to be working properly. For example, it isn’t prompting the recipient to sign. We’ve gone through the normal channels to request support from both LaserPro and DocuSign but each refers us to the other. Hoping someone who has already gone through this process and is familiar with the integration might have some tips.

It definitely makes sense that you'rereaching out to others who’ve gone through the setup.DocuSign does support integration with LaserPro, but it is a third‑party product that DocuSign doesn’t own.
