Docusign Admin

Enterprise pro is not available in my country and that sucks. Anyone with enterprise account and can add me has a user please send me a MESSAGE I am willing to split invoice payment if need be. Thanks for your assistance 

One of the recipient email addresses is no longer valid (inactive/incorrect email). The envelope status in Salesforce changes to "Sent", but DocuSign later fails for that recipient because the email address is invalid.Because Salesforce already marks the process as sent, we are unable to stop or handle  business process correctly.We want to know:How can we capture recipient email bounce/invalid recipient errors from DocuSign? Is there a webhook or DocuSign Connect event available for invalid recipient/email delivery failure? How can we send this failure information back to Salesforce automatically? What is the best practice to update Salesforce records when a recipient email becomes invalid after envelope sending? Has anyone implemented Apex REST + DocuSign Connect webhook for recipient delivery failures?

I was looking into a project partner that is slow to Docusign things and the “Recipient Activity Report” is exactly what I needed. However, their “Average Completion Time” is within the allotted time - the issue is specific envelopes that they are slow to sign. Is there a way to expand the data behind a report into multiple line items addressing each individual envelope? I understand that I can simply look at Completed Envelopes and export that as a CSV. The gap I am seeing is that there is no “User Completion Time” column, at least with my current configuration. As a result, I would have to do some Excel magic with lookups to find all of the signers previous to my recipient of interest and get the time it actually takes them to sign. I can do so, but I figured I’d see if there’s a way to get that information out of the box that I’ve missed before putting in that effort. 

We have a managed account, I am the admin.One of our users left and the email address was removed as you do.We now have people asking for the documents they signed, are they still stored somewhere?If so please can you advise where I might find them?

In Docusign, we had created a user “Contracts Team”.  We then set it up so that each member of the team could toggle from themselves as a user to the “Contracts Team” as user.  That way, multiple members of the team could send envelopes as user “Contracts Team”.  It works well.  Unfortunately, starting today, when I toggle to “Contracts Team” and assemble an envelope, I am not able to save edits to Document Visibility.  I’m not able to save and close any envelopes.  I understand that Docusign migrated from sharing envelopes to shared access.  But we had set up the access already so team members could toggle between their profile and the Facilities Contracts profile. I’m not sure how to resolve the issue.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

I need Docusign Click enabled on my developer sandbox account to test a clickwrap + eSignature workflow. Account ID: Account # *information removed due to PII* The waffle/app switcher icon does not appear on my dashboard and Click is not accessible. Can someone from the team enable this?

Hello, For the Enterprise Pro Plan, how does the billing work?  If the user base declines (Fewer signatures etc.) does that translate to a cost savings?

I have been trying to get in touch with DOCUSIGN team and the link for instant chat isn’t working - I have been charged £96 to my bank account and neither of my personal nor work email has an account! I would like a refund please and someone to talk to!

Is there any way to map additional info for user profiles through SAML mapping?  Job title, Company, Address, that kind of info.  If I can pass the info from our IdP, is there a way for DocuSign to map and apply it to our user profiles?

Looking for a way to set up signature tag specifically, to always be on the same line of the document used with template. We noticed the tag is not on the same line all the time, and the issue seems to be the size of the document.I know we can let users move the tags before sending the initial envelope but looking for another way so the users don’t have to adjust the tags. How are others working around this? Thank you. 

Good morning! Has anyone encountered the attached warning / notification before Please? I asked DS Support and they told me it could be either an incorrectly formatted mobile phone number or an invalid mobile phone number. I tested the Incorrectly formatted mobile number but that doesn't / cant be a logical rationale. DS runs default validation relative to your Country Code used...(e.g. In UK, numbers MUST start with a “7” and be 11 digits incl. Dialling code). ANY deviation from these parameters and envelope cant / wont progress. Its difficult to test Invalid number, I tried a few unlikely numbers and envelope was sent, so not really a consideration for this scenario. Any help much appreciated! Tks, Mike 

Hi everyone,I’m struggling to get a callback from DocuSign Support. Even though I’ve provided my full phone number with the correct country code, they keep claiming they cannot reach me. Chatbots and email cases are too slow and haven't solved my issue.Does anyone know why their system fails to dial international numbers? Is there a direct hotline or a way to talk to a real person immediately?

I have got 900 PENDING users.I cannot accept the fact that I cannot bulk activate these memberships.Can anyone help?  

I’m going crazy. I want my DocuSign account deleted (including the account I had to make for this community just so I could ask this question).I already checked out this article: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-to-Cancel-Your-DocuSign-Account?language=en_US&rsc_301 But since I only have a free account, I cannot log in as administrator and follow the steps in that article.How can I get them to delete my account and my personal data?

I reviewed similar cases in the community and tried adjusting the signature changing solutions. Many moderators suggested the solution: “Contact the sender and have them resend the envelope.” However, in this situation, I am the sender. After voiding the previous envelope and resending a new one for the signer to correct their signature, the signer still sees the old signature stored from the past.Therefore, I would like to confirm whether this solution actually works, or if there is any additional step required to reset the stored signature.

I sent an envelope that requires multiple signers. They use the same device, after the first signer completed their part, the second signer attempted to log in with their email to access the envelope. However, the device (iOS) rejected the login and forcibly closed the email app and browser window.I would like to check whether the system supports signing on the same device using different email accounts, or if any users have experienced this issue before.

My organization uses DocuSign for Salesforce, and we're trying to track adoption, including from which system users more frequently generate/send envelopes. Is there any way to report on this in the DocuSign portal? Hello,Our users can’t login to Docusign for over two weeks because the SSO certificate from IdP Azure expired.To my knowledge we have ‘require all users to log in via SSO” policy in place, and bouncing of walls. We’ve already went thorough domain verification (DNS records & GUID) and there’s no further communication from Support.How can we resolve this problem? Hello all the question is what is the exact expiration period oor those who use the Identity Wallet (especially for EU Qualified Electronic Signatures).I mean today a third party is registered succesfully with passports and evertyhing,until when he can sign documents and whaen can I find this data foe each third party?Kind Regards grigoris
