Docusign Admin

Hello,We are wanting to establish a custom email domain for use with templates we have created. I have been told this is available with the plan we are currently on.  My question is can the custom email domain be established for testing in our demo environment before we move into our production environment.  How can the custom email domain be added to our demo environment?   Is this a support ticket that we would open?   Is it possible to have the Organizational Admin role in both the demo environment and production environment ?   From research on your support site I believe this role allows for the custom email domain to be setup by that admin “ self service “ ?   Or for the demo environment do we need to open a support ticket to have someone on the Docusign team help us Thank YouNorman FosterBusiness Technology Analyst 

Good morning,I noticed that the shared envelopes module are being updated.I’m unable to remove a user from a shared envelope that was configured before DocuSign team updated this module.I followed the new instructions (please see below), but the use does not display in this list and still displaying in the previous list (where the users who belongs to my shared folder displays)I also want to keep the user in the same organization as he has other envelopes that he is responsible for.Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? View or Remove Shared Access with a UserLast updated: Jul 26, 20251 min readTagsDocusign eSignatureAs an administrator, you can view and manage the shared access with a specific user. I want to update hundred plus users as closed.I did an export of the users, updated the status, and tried to do the bulk update.I got the error that I need the APIusername, however, I cannot see where in the user download I can get this field. Can anyone help please? 

Our IT staff is no longer with the company and we are unable to log on to our Docusign account.  I need assistance with getting reconnected to our dashboard.  Resetting the previous admin’s password doesn’t work as I do not have the answers to his security questions.

Hi, I paid for a year of docusign personal last August. I get 5 sends a month and have only sent 1 this month, yet docusign states that I am out of envelopes and it is asking me to upgrade. Has anyone else encountered this? I am on hold with docusign currently and hoping to get an answer but wanted to also post here just in case. Thank you in advance if anyone can help out!

I do have the admin access, but when I go through the steps to allow the permission, everyone is greyed out and you are unable to select.Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thank you,Kaila

In order to check what users are still part of our domain I used to download the following lists:- Users and Memberships- Domain Users- External Domain UsersThese lists could be downloaded from Admin - Users - Bulk Actions where these 3 items would create a number of files that could be downloaded.I did this mid August but it seems that when I do this now a number of reports no longer exist. The only option I have now available now is the - Users and MembershipsThe other 2 are no longer selectable and therefore I can’t create them anymore. Is this a new feature that I missed?   I do want the other 2 reports to be available...has anyone else noticed these reports have ‘disappeared’? Should I raise this with Docusign as an incident?Any thoughts?

Is there a way to export the Logs records in the Agreements Actions page

We use DocuSign to manage agreements across approximately 70 customer organizations. For our tracking purposes, it's essential to capture the organization name that has signed the agreement, rather than the name of the individual signer.However, we've encountered a challenge: the notifications we receive and the reports we can generate from DocuSign do not include the organization name. It appears that this information is not being pulled from the signed agreement, even when it's entered there.Is there a clever way to be easily notified of the signing organization rather than the signer, or do I have to make sure that the contacts within the DocuSign platform have the organization name included somewhere?Thanks 

Hi! Hope you are doing well! I faced the issue with login in to the Docusign support portal. The error is: “If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other log in scenarios,  contact Docusign Support  for assistance.”. But my account has been created more than 4 days ago. The main reason to get access to your support portal was create ticket for your site admins to get access to our company space, because all our Docusign admins have left from the company and we are unable to log in to their account - answer on security questions is required. I also attempted the following actions to address this problem:cleared the browser's cache and history. used the browser's Incognito window. tried several different browsers. tried a different laptop for work. permitted every cookie.The final thing I can do is ask for help from you through your community site, as there isn't a connection for co

I create the user within DocuSign and send the invite to the employee.  The employee never receives the invite with Microsoft Outlook.  Her email address is correct within DocuSign.  She has even tried to login with her email and says forgot password and that still doesn’t work.  I have created users and we have never had this problem before.  Any suggestions and I have also reached out to support.  They say they will have to look into this and get back with me.  Thank you for any suggestions.  

I cannot figure this one out!  One of our administrators is missing her waffle menu in the left top corner.  I’ve checked her account and as far as I can tell it is active, etc… She is both an organization admin and an admin of one of the accounts within the organization. Anyone else encounter this before? Thanks.

I have a stable integration with SAP Ariba and our DocuSign implementation (OAuth 2.0). Now, the user account involved when setting up the integration having DocuSign DSAdmin permission has left the organization. I am being asked to close their account. Can I close this account without impacting the consent granted back when we did the initial implementation? Unfortunately, the SAP implementor that guided us through these steps originally is no longer available to our admin team.

I would like to print out a copy of the E-Sign Act Disclosure in Docusign for Compliance Department review. I am in the Legal Requirement portal where I have selected the preferences, but I do not know how to view a copy of how the Disclosure appears to ensure it meets our regulatory guidelines.Thank you

Is there a way I can access a users account through the Admin Dashboard? I need to be able to see completed documents / envelopes. They are complaining that they are blank.They do have a free ( Personal ) account and an org account. Would that mess things up for them?The person is an Administrator as well.

i was logging in to submit my other complaint when i missed a required field. i went back to fill it in to find that all my fields had been cleared. please do not do that. using Microsoft edge

Hello. I am new to Docusign. When adding a new user to our account the default status is Pending. Why does it show this status? As one of the administrators is there something I need to do to update the status to Active?Thank you,Nancy 

I’m using a DocuSign admin-privileged account, but I'm facing the following issues: While adding recipients, the “Sign with Notary” option is not visible. In Sending Settings, the “In-Person (Hosted) Signing Role” checkbox is disabled, and we’re unable to enable or disable it. Could you please help me resolve these issues or let me know if any specific features or permissions need to be activated from your side?

Hi,All the documents have been added for in purge queue after set a retention period, which means that all documents will be in queue for deletion. The retention period has now been disabled but the documents still have the status that they are being deleted. How can that be restored? Or can we increase purge period for documents in queue.

Hello Team I am trying to setup sso between Docusign and SAP BTP .As a first step we got a demo account with admin access .I tried creating the domain with sap.com and started getting this error .Since this is the first step before configuring the Identity Provider I am not sure how to proceed further.If I give any other domain like fandoraxyz.com it works .SInce SSO should happen through the email  in this case .user@sap.com without the sap.com domain we won’t be able to proceed .Can we get some reference documentations to look here?I am referring to this steps. Is there any other work arounds .Please suggest . Setting up SSO
