Hello all,I work in the public sector for Olmsted County, MN, USA.  We are trying to raise empathy awareness with our staff about electronic accessibility requirements and compliance.  Is there or could someone create a video showing someone filling out and signing a Docusign form using a screen reader? Even better, a “bad” experience because the form wasn’t created properly, and an “ideal” experience where the source document was built using Style Headings, Numbered/Bulleted lists, and the form has meaningful data labels and tool tips.I’m in the process of learning how to use a screen reader but I am not proficient enough to create my own demonstration.  I am also curious, is the screen reader able to see the content of the document or just the fields? I noticed that hyperlinks in a Word Document are removed (flattened?) after the document is uploaded into an envelope/template.  Which in a way makes sense since the purpose of Docusign is to fill out and sign a form, not use the form a

Before our managers sign any contracts, should we make sure they receive an internal document (e.g., a contract summary or explanation) so they understand the content and context of the agreement, even though they do not initiate the signing process themselves? What would be the best practice for this?Thank you

I signed up thinking I'd be getting a 30 day free trial. Little that I knew that the company charged me $53 CAN, upon signing up. I tried to get in touch with customer service. There's absolutely no way to get a simple response from anyone. I ran are in circles for hours. I decided to call sales. Because this department of course has live agents. The only thing I got help with was to set up a phone call from Customer service within 1 business day. To get my refund. I am terribly disappointed with the service. What a waste of time. 

If the person in charge A changes to the person in charge B after leaving the company.I would like to inquire about how to transfer the signature materials that A person in charge has conducted in the past to B person in charge.Is it possible on the screen below?The button is not active.

When I type in a recipient’s name and email address it looks great until something happens, and suddenly I get messages under each recipient's email address that “it cannot be saved, and try again later.” What am I doing wrong? I have less than 30 recipients, and the document is only one page long. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We have recently noticed amongst multiple document signature cases that the candidate is not putting a physical signature on the document and instead the system shows a blue "Completed".The system describes that they signed using mobile, although we have do not add mobile authentication options to the signature flow process.We tested the system and after clicking "Finish", the system no longer asks the candidate to add a signature. Is there a way to restrict the system so that candidate would have to add a signature and how?

Hi allIs there a way to create a recipient template that saves recipient details and signing order for a specific company?We frequently send envelopes to the same company with the same recipients and signing order. It would save a lot of time if we could save this setup as a reusable template, so we don’t have to manually enter the same information each time.What We’re Looking For:Ability to predefine recipient names, emails, and signing order Option to select this recipient template when sending new envelopes Ideally, this would work independently or alongside existing document templatesHas anyone found a workaround or is this something DocuSign is planning to support?

Dear DocuSign Support,We would like to verify the authenticity and timeline of a DocuSign transaction related to the following Envelope ID: B7A459E9-FB2D-4FCC-8335-45C66F4D3738.Context:We are analyzing two signed PDF files and two Certificates of Completion that appear to belong to this envelope.However, we observed two different timestamps and certificate chains:- The CoCs show the "Signed" event as 09-Dec-2024 at 07:37:25 (Pacific Time).- One PDF also displays this same timestamp in its footer.- The second PDF, however, shows a later timestamp (30-Jul-2025 03:35:17-07:00) with a DigiCert AATL certificate instead of Entrust.We kindly request your official clarification on the following points:1. Do both PDFs belong to the same envelope (ID above)?2. Is the "Signed" event on 09-Dec-2024 the legally binding signature for the envelope?3. I am reaching out to share my terrible experience with DocuSign “support” and seek advice on accessing the non-profit discount.In August 2025, I carefully read all the eligibility guidelines for the non-profit discount, which is verified through a third party service, Goodstack. Nothing in the instructions or on the Goodstack website indicated that a Goodstack account was necessary for them to complete the verification. The instructions from DocuSign indicate that Goodstack will reach out to you for any verification needs after you complete the DocuSign non-profit sign up (which requires a credit card). So, I applied via DocuSign, and my organization was immediately declined and charged the full amount for our account. I then began what has been an over two month journey with DocuSign “support” of trying to find out why we were denied and hopefully resubmit for approval. “Support” bounced me to over 5 different people who’s only answer was “we don’t know why you were denied, let us loo

Trying to get an NDA signed with supplier so we can do development work with them.

Every time I download a PDF file I get a ZIP file that I have to unpack and toss.I know ZIP files are still very popular in the Windows Environment. However, we are deep in the 21th century. Nonebody with a brain still uses that platform. Stop waisting my time and drop the ZIP nonsense. I have enough bandwidth in the Netherlands, perhaps it is still a probably in the US - I lived there for 8 years and OMG what a nightmare, so happy to be back.Kind regards,Dr. Hans Kramer

My client had started an agreement and filled out majority of the form, only had to sign it and send it back. They were unable to access it, so I resent it with an updated access code. When I resent it to them, the information they filled in was erased and the form was completely blank - forcing them to restart from scratch. Is there a way I can retrieve the field data they inputted earlier? Why was their information deleted when I resent them the agreement? I think it is because I “corrected” the document and inputted a new access code...
