Hello @marco.tanglao

Thank you for reaching out here in Docusign Community.

It is not possible to get the older version from DocuSign.

I found some recommendation and steps that you may follow on how to get it.

For Android download a previous APK manually

  1. Find a trusted APK repository such as APKMirror (a popular, reputable source for Android APKs).

  2. Search for “DocuSign – Upload & Sign Docs” older versions on that site. You’ll see multiple releases from 2024–2025 and earlier.

  3. Download the version you want (e.g., 3.51.0, 3.53.0, etc.).

  4. On your phone, enable Install from Unknown Sources (Settings → Apps → Special app access).

  5. Install the APK — this will overwrite your current version with the older one.

Take Note:

  • Only use reputable APK sites (APKMirror is widely trusted).

  • Make sure the APK matches your device’s Android version and architecture.

  • Backup your data first — downgrading may cause app data issues.

For iPhone / iPad (iOS)

 - You can’t directly download older versions from Apple if you never had them before

  • Apple’s App Store doesn’t let you browse a full version history of third-party apps like DocuSign. If you never downloaded DocuSign under your Apple ID before, there’s no official way to choose an older version directly.
  • If you have downloaded it before on your Apple ID. Sometimes, the App Store will offer to install a “compatible” older version for your device OS when you tap download in your Purchased list — but only if it’s available and allowed by the developer.

- If that option doesn’t show up:

  • There’s unfortunately no supported method to force an older iOS release.

  • Third-party app download tools or jailbreak tweaks are not recommended and often unsafe or unsupported.

For Desktop (Windows / Mac)

DocuSign’s official site only offers the latest installers for desktop/mobile clients. There’s no official archive of older desktop versions for eSignature apps.

Your best bet on desktop is:

  • Use the web version at docusign.net or via your browser — it works on any device and always runs the latest supported interface.

  • If you need legacy offline signing, DocuSign had a “DS Legacy” app in the past, but it’s no longer officially supported and not linked for public download.
