Redirecting Complete DocuSign to a Different Email Address Than the Sender

Hello - We are sending out bulk documents to be signed and don’t want to have the person sending out the documents be overwhelmed with the completed responses. We would like the completed docusigns to be directed to a shared inbox which multiple team members could then process the completed documents. Besides adding the shared inbox into the signing order as a “receives a copy” is there anything else I could do as the Admin to redirect the completed documents to a different inbox? Thanks for the help!

You can look into using Envelope Custody Transfer Rules.  Custody Transfer allows DocuSign administrators to automatically transfer ownership of completed envelopes from the original sender to another user or shared service account.
