I have a serious concern about fraudulent activity with Docusign which has cost me financially.  I submitted a case two weeks ago and have not received any response.  Despite searching through every part of Docusign, I have been unable to locate any telephone number to speak to anyone at all.  It seems the account holder with the company concerned will be able to escape having to answer for this fraudulent activity which is very difficult for me to understand.  Can anyone assist please?  Thanking you in advance.I have had to select a category to be able to post, however I am unable to see one in regards to my problem.  Apologies if I have made an incorrect selection.

When trying to sign the documents through DocuSign. We  are unable to finish the signing the documents. It is getting stuck at the id verification, it opens a tab for verification and doesn't redirect as below. We tried using different browsers as well, but couldn't be of much help. Could you please help us find solution to this problemThanks

I have selected the setting in envelope delivery to attach documents to completion email but the signer is not receiving the email.  How do I ensure the signers receives this email?

Our company sends the same template to patients who are admitting to our company. How can I change the formatting for each field I add.

We are experiencing an issue where, upon downloading a completed DocuSign envelope, the system automatically modifies the original file name. Specifically, all periods (.) within the file name are being altered. This behavior impacts our established file naming convention, as periods are used intentionally within version identifiers and are a critical component of our version control structure. The automatic modification of these characters disrupts our document management process and creates inconsistencies in version tracking. Is there a chance to include this fix in an upcoming release?

We use DocuSign Connect to automatically route completed DocuSign Envelopes into Laserfiche. Some of our forms/templates may be sent out before the account number needed for routing either is or can be created. Currently we are using a Document Custom Field for the account number which is the last step before the envelope completes.Staff find this cumbersome and would prefer to use an envelope field. We can use an envelope field for most templates but we may need a more nuanced approach for these 14 forms that may or may not have the account number available at envelope creation. Do you have any recommendation on how to accommodate this workflow? Would it be possible to set a drop down at the envelope field level where staff are asked if an account number is available and if Yes they can enter it as a custom envelope field, and if not then the field will be added as the last step as Custom Document Field?

do you know if there is a possibility of sending a document to someone to sign and draw in the document? we are developing a car report and the person that receives the document must sign and draw in the document where are the damages in the car.

Hi - I wanted to see what was available to me on a trial. Although it was interesting and useful as a one off, it’s unlikely I will need it in future. I’ve followed the instructions to see what happens at the end of a trial, but as a trial user it won’t let me use live chat to chat about what happens next. I quitre like the idea of downgrading to a free trial (maybe it will be useful to have in future) but I would like to understand - “What happens at the end of my trial and how can I convert to a free account ?” thank you

We have two DocuSign envelopes that are currently in the same status.For 1st envelope, I cannot add new recipients during correction. Status: waiting for 2 others For 2nd envelope, I can add new recipients during correction: Status: waiting for 3 others Could you please help me understand what might be causing this difference? How can I add more recepients? Would be important. Both envelopes were created using the same source template. This is quite important for us, as we would like to add one additional recipient to approximately 40 documents where the first signer has already signed and very difficult to void/recreated. Hello,We are currently evaluating the possibility of adopting DocuSign within our company, and we would like to understand whether the platform supports — or plans to support — CAdES digital signatures.Specifically, we need to know whether DocuSign can:sign documents in CAdES (.p7m) format, and use a qualified digital certificate stored on a USB token to apply the signature.From the information available in the DocuSign Community, it appears that DocuSign’s digital signatures are currently based on PAdES, not CAdES. Could you please confirm whether CAdES support can be implemented, either through existing features or via additional modules or add‑ons?

Hi All:I just made a correction to an envelope’s subject line and I noticed that, once I was redirected back to the “In Progress” tab the subject line was still the old, incorrect, version. I had to refresh the page to see the correction.Is there a way to automatically refresh the page in DocuSign? Or is this a browser issue?thanksmr1

We would like to send invitations to more than 300 freemium accounts to join the organization account; however, we do not want to wait for users to accept the invitation. Is it possible for the accounts to be automatically accepted once the invitation is sent?As part of the invitation process, Will the users Envelops in the Freemium Accounts gets transferred to Organization Account ? 

I am a paid user and last yearly payment was made 4.28.25 so the year is not expired yet. All of my prior work is missing and I am listed as a nonpaying user.

How do I use Docusign free of charge

When I send an agreement out, it looks that although I format it with extra lines and spaces between paragraphs like an email; but it then makes the entire thing one long run-on paragraph. Is there a way to make sure that it keeps the message to the customer clearly formatted so it looks more profesisonal?

I need to find a way to force the signature to be bold as is too thin and when we print out the documents it can barely be found i know if they draw the signature this could help i also now if they upload their own signature this would work out i i don't know how to force the fonts to only be the boldest ones so once they are selected they could be more legible. all the suggestion to mitigate are much apreciatted. 

 Date format in document templates The date format in the document templates cannot be adjusted to DD/MM/YYYY and is set by default to MM/DD/YYYY. For example, when I enter 30/01/2026, the system flags this as an invalid date. In my profile settings, the date format is correctly set to DD/MM/YYYY. It appears that within the (in my view relatively new) document builder, the date format cannot be configured. As a result, it is currently not possible to create contracts correctly. A potential workaround would be to use text fields for dates, but these are then not recognized by the navigator. Moreover, from a functional perspective, this must be a proper date field.

I am beyond frustrated with your company.  I a brand new customer who just paid for a year and cannot get the chat to work, or even open a case.  None of your support functions are working.  I have already gone through the only troubleshooting steps I could find.  Either you contact me and resolve this or I’m canceling and getting a refund.  You will have had my business for less than 24 hours. This is unprofessional and looks very bad.  When I pay for a service, it takes my money, marks me as paid, but keeps all the buttons grayed out saying they are for paid accounts only, and your chat button (the only ungrayed one) doesn’t work no matter what I do or which browser I use or even your app, this is unacceptable. Please reach out to me or provide a contact phone number where I can read a live agent.

I received a message in my account asking me to sign a fraudulent document.In its title, it reads:“Bradesco – Purchase Approved: R$12,000.00 for Walter …”I am Walter — and they had both my email address and my full name.Bradesco is a major Brazilian bank, roughly equivalent to Bank of America in scale and relevance.So how did this even reach me, given that it was clearly fraudulent and explicitly impersonating a well-known bank — quite possibly a DocuSign client?Well, well, well…..This is not the reputation one would expect from a company positioning itself as a trust platform.

I want to use radio buttons in my template.  However, the input for radio buttons (as well as numbers, drop downs and several others) are locked.  Why are these locked?  How do I insert radio buttons? 

Hi All:Given the plethora of unhelpful updates lately, I wanted to mention one that I find really useful.In the “completed” tab - if you move envelopes to a folder, they are no longer IN THE COMPLETED TAB! This means, the only envelopes in the completed tab are ones that are signed (completed) but haven’t yet  been downloaded/moved. This makes my life so much easier. Thank you DocuSign!(one small complaint - this doesn’t always work. When I checked the “completed” tab this morning it was full of envelopes that I’d moved to folders. After a few hours of sending/receiving envelopes it reverted back to only showing me just the envelopes that I had not yet moved.)mr1
