Unique signers in signer groups

Need for multiple required signatures to be unique.  There should be some way to identify that members of a signing group OR on the envelope recipient line, anyone in that group can sign only one time regardless of how many times the signing group is listed as a recipient.  there must be a way to add some logic to the build that can remove the member that signed from recipient number 1 groupA from receiving the email again in recipient number 2 groupA.

OR an envelop option to select the number of signatures needed from a group, and only once that number is fulfilled the document completes.   No resending to all the same people over and over again.  One envelop recipient groupA.  requires 2 signatures.  Each recipient receives the envelop once.  After 2 signature are fulfilled there is no longer signing options for those who open the envelop after completion.
