Failed to Fetch error

I have a user who, when they click the Send button to send an envelope, they get an error in a small popup saying ‘Failed to Fetch’. We have tried:

  • Clearing cache
  • Incognito mode
  • Using VPN
  • Different browser
  • Sending to different recipients

Figured out that the file size was too large. It was 27mb. Once they removed a few pages and made it smaller, it was able to go through.
