I am having nothing but trouble with Docusign. I only needed it for one signature. I had to purchase the monthly subscription. I am unemployed and can’t afford to get rebilled. When I try to go to the Plan and Billing page it just takes me to a blank page. If I try to contact customer support via chat bot, it is unable to help. The phone and email options are locked unless I log in, but then it won’t let me lot in through that prompt. When I am actually logged in, I can’t find customer support anywhere.
How do I get ahold of customer support?

Can you please try these troubleshooting steps?
1. Clear cache/cookies.
2. Try a different browser(s), like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
3. Use Incognito.
4. Try a different device
