 Hi everyone,I opened a DocuSign link to review an agreement and downloaded the PDF, but I didn’t complete the signature at the time. After that, I can no longer find the original DocuSign email or access the link.

I have a serious concern about fraudulent activity with Docusign which has cost me financially.  I submitted a case two weeks ago and have not received any response.  Despite searching through every part of Docusign, I have been unable to locate any telephone number to speak to anyone at all.  It seems the account holder with the company concerned will be able to escape having to answer for this fraudulent activity which is very difficult for me to understand.  Can anyone assist please?  Thanking you in advance.I have had to select a category to be able to post, however I am unable to see one in regards to my problem.  Apologies if I have made an incorrect selection.

How do i change the photo circled in red?

I have a user in the same account (sender), but we are from different departments and couldn’t share the content of our documents. How can I set up my documents in a way this person hasn’t access to view? Thank you

Hey there, I can’t imagine I’m alone in this, but it looks like it’s only been asked once before on the forums over a year ago. My use case is for employment documents. I’m looking for a way to create templates in Docusign that align with our clause numbering. This is important because clauses must be referenced by future addendums should anything change. Currently, if you build a multi-level list and insert body text between them, there is no way to pick up the numbering or continue numbering. This is a functionality that exists in word document programs, but cannot be configured in Docusign. Importing a template with a list configured as we desire results in the list starting over at 1 with each line break. Can anyone provide any solutions or recommendations that have worked for you? I’ve opened a support ticket and spent time speaking with support but waiting to hear back. 

I work for a construction company. Currently, I have set up a basic template for each document (Purchase Order, Subcontract, Commitment Change Order, Potential Change Order, Prime Contract Change Order, etc.). In the basic template, I set up the fields for each role (Project Manager, Project Executive, Group Manager, Architect, Owner, etc.). For each project, I create a copy of each template and fill in the project-specific user information for each role. Is there a way to autofill the user information for each role within each project so that I don’t have to fill each document template out for each project every time? Also, is there a way to get the project-specific templates to pull information from the basic templates so that if there is a change in a document’s role workflow, I only have to enter that change into the base template?

Hi,I urgently need help understanding what happened to my DocuSign account.I have always used my professional email address as my DocuSign account. Recently, when I logged in, my entire account appears to have been reset. It now looks like a completely new free/trial account with no history, no settings, no completed or sent envelopes, and no access to support.However, when I open old DocuSign notification emails and follow the direct links to documents or envelopes I previously sent, I can access those document flows. This confirms the documents still exist in the system and were originally associated with my email address.The issue is that none of this history appears when I log in through the DocuSign homepage. My dashboard is empty, as if it were a brand‑new account.What I need:Understanding of what might have caused this account reset Restoration of my original account and full history Ass

I received a message in my account asking me to sign a fraudulent document.In its title, it reads:“Bradesco – Purchase Approved: R$12,000.00 for Walter …”I am Walter — and they had both my email address and my full name.Bradesco is a major Brazilian bank, roughly equivalent to Bank of America in scale and relevance.So how did this even reach me, given that it was clearly fraudulent and explicitly impersonating a well-known bank — quite possibly a DocuSign client?Well, well, well…..This is not the reputation one would expect from a company positioning itself as a trust platform.

Good morning. We have a paid-work DocuSign account assigned to one email. That person fully created the account and changed the original password. Now that person is on extended leave and no one has access to action anything. He is not reachable. We’ve not used any functions as it was just renewed for another year and we don’t want to let it go to waste. Plus when the person returns he will no longer need access to DocuSign.  Is there anyway that email can be removed and another email can be registered as the admin? I have that persons email and what we believe to be the original password. Another office took care of payment, so I’ll be able to get any information from them as well. Please let me know if this is possible and thank you!

I cant create an envelope at all. I have follow instructions from deleting cookies and chatting with support.  One agent advise me to get a new device!!! Im like huh? I haven’t been able to create a envelope in over two weeks.  Support hasn’t been able to assist and they were supposed to call me back today and no phone call.  I want to just give up and cancel my subscription because I am behind.  This has been the worst experience with docusign.  Everyone I speak with, says someone will call you and nothing.  I have been having this issue for awhile. Bob Ruth Ford owes me a warranty refund but told me I need to lie on a document to get it. This seems pretty illegal.  They are acting like the docusinging is not big deal. What should I do? 

Hello - We are sending out bulk documents to be signed and don’t want to have the person sending out the documents be overwhelmed with the completed responses. We would like the completed docusigns to be directed to a shared inbox which multiple team members could then process the completed documents. Besides adding the shared inbox into the signing order as a “receives a copy” is there anything else I could do as the Admin to redirect the completed documents to a different inbox? Thanks for the help! 

I have been trying to take advantage of the ‘one month free subscription’ but always end up receiving an email to say that the request is not completed. Then when I go back onto my account, there’s no option to cancel/downgrade my account. Pleas help, thank you 

Can I go back to the previous version? This new one is not as simple.Why fix something if it isint broke?Older previous version was just fine.Thank you,Jack

I uploaded an 8 page document which required a signature on each page.  However, Docusign removed the frame on some of the pages.  Why?

I am having nothing but trouble with Docusign. I only needed it for one signature. I had to purchase the monthly subscription. I am unemployed and can’t afford to get rebilled. When I try to go to the Plan and Billing page it just takes me to a blank page. If I try to contact customer support via chat bot, it is unable to help. The phone and email options are locked unless I log in, but then it won’t let me lot in through that prompt. When I am actually logged in, I can’t find customer support anywhere.

Good morning everyone! I received a link from a company with a job offer wich then after redirected me to their platform.On the platform i had to register with email and then password.I Failed my first atempt to log in into the companies platform because i didnt edit the password.Only on my second ii edited the password and logged in.Strait away i had access to the document but with a message saying unable to redirect to docusign.My question is?Could that been caused by the fact that on my first attemp i failed to log in because i didnt edit the password and somehow the system of the company blocked the redirection to docusign? Thank you for your attentionAl

I have a contract that requires over 100 signature boxes.  Is there a way that the selected field choice stays active so that I can just click multiple locations on a page instead of having to go back to the menu item each time I need to add a field?

Trying to clean out old signers, only the first 50 show.  There’s no indication of “next page” or whatever, how can I view the rest?
